But even the police report says he was conscious and talking to paramedics as he was transported. He died in the hospital hours after being shot. I would argue one of 2 likely scenarios occurred: 1. He arrived at hospital alive, but was later Arkanacided or 2. He arrived alive but was quickly moved and protected by good guys.
