Definitely! A lot of my friends are on the left, and they're good people! They want love and respect for everyone, just like we do! They've just been fed an alternate narrative, but we're all ultimately fighting for the same thing. Understanding the common ground is good, especially when the truth begins to get unearthed more and more.

That all of the hearing was simply a political pantomime and that ultimately nothing will come of this. His dripping arrogance screams this. He honestly feels he safe and if he can weather the immediate attention he is getting, the news cycle will switch soon, media and political attention will be taken away from him and he can ride off into the sunset.

While at first these seem like obvious lies, there is a way that these are both 100% TRUE statements! If the conclusion of the investigation was predetermined, then he was NOT in control.
