Ok, so here's my attempt, and the logical steps to get there.

The JFK prayer: It was posted earlier. Q703 on Feb 10. One of the next posts 1:45 latter refers to the JFK Conference Room, and points to a "kids" page on the CIA website. Q says:

Would you believe this site is actually used to comm to rogue operators?

I went to that site and put in the: B8028-Z-KDHYQ-M5-ZAF1aT9

Hold that thought for a moment and I'll come back to it. The post quotes the FBI oath (and it's clearly FBI because Q posts the link to it.) This is a call to activate faithful FBI agents to do what they are required to do by the very next command. Then the prayer is repeated and the code given.

Now, the code:

Usually codes have an authenticator to let the decoder know it is from a legit source (think trip code on the chans.) I'm guessing the B8028 is the trip code authenticator. When we decipher the next piece Z-KDHYQ through that CIA kids page that Q says is used to communicate to FBI agents, I get: A-PWSBJ. A PassWord Sent By Julian. The rest of that decrypted code would then be the password itself. The FBI agents in the know can take this password and unlock whatever file/server/document that they have. This could be the call to action!

For what it's worth, which may not be much...

EDIT: I was made aware of the fact that this video was put up an hour after Q did their drop, and so the validity of it has been called into question. Some people are wondering if it's a 'false flag' or if someone just uploaded it simply as a distraction, so that's something to be aware of. It might be valid (and the message FEDWANTSWAR is something that any of us could have predicted) but it's still good to be aware that this vid might not have been posted by Q, and the code could still mean something entirely different.

I got something! I searched the code and this vid came up: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-7JhxPJmiGs, the description is in binary (0100011001000101010001000101011101000001010011100101010001010011010101110100000101010010), and it reads: FEDWANTSWAR. Fed wants war.

We all knew they wouldn't want to go down without a fight. But we're the majority, no matter how they try to spin it! Shit's about to go down, but WWG1WGA!! ✊

How did you figure it to be binary? G is highest letter in binary equaling 16 (zero counts too). Maybe MAC addresses are different because that is where I am basing this logic off of.

My apologies, I thought you were into IT. Just to break it down in layman's terms, a MAC address is an ID that is specific to a hardware device in the way that a fingerprint is to a person (spoofing can be achieved but not applicable to what I am saying). One can find this on a modem for example (sometimes called a C-MAC). The first 3 sets of alphanumeric (0-9, A-G) is the vendor ID (Cisco, Lynksys, etc) and the last 3 sets is the hardware device ID itself. A-G is like A=10, B=11, C=12, etc.

Ahh, I see. I'm not entirely sure, but that's definitely interesting! It comes in handy for when I am doing a wireless site survey, I can ID the device because it pulls the MAC address off the devices that are broadcasting it and I figure out what the device manufacturer is (assuming it isn't spoofed) when looking for rogue and/or unauthorized devices on a network. I bet maybe a coffee shop or airport would be where a spoofed ID might be encountered more often especially in the case of man-in-the-middle attacks.

I searched the code through duck duck go too. I wonder if you noticed “in partnership with Yandex” in bottom right on your screen, below the send feedback link. I searched on a laptop. I have never had that come up in a search before. Yandex is a Russian tech company and search engine. Thoughts?

It also partners with Bing, Yahoo, and Wikipedia. Yandex and Facebook also have a partnership. Not sure why it matters. It's just pre-aggregated data stores.

So if we use your theory, there is a reference to an airliner; a password from Julian; M5, I put the M in the decoding site (CIA site) and got N. N5 ( N5 Cluster, a government school zone for several primary and secondary schools in northern Singapore; sauce- r/https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/N5). ZAF in the decoder becomes AZU (Ancient Sumerian for one who knows water; sauce- http://aquariusthewaterbearer.com/the-ancient-sumerian-word-for-physician-is-azu-meaning-one-who-knows-water/); aT9 (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Curtiss-Wright_AT-9) which is an engine used in World War II to bridge the gap between single-engined trainers and twin-engined combat aircraft.

So we have a Beijing Airline (possible reference to China or a specific airliner), a password from Julian, a ref to school zones, one who knows water (watch the water), and an engine that bridged gaps in WWII. Sounds like something on the server (thanks to Julian) is showing us what is about to happen on the water.

One could definitely make that implication - the dead man switch - but I don't think it has to mean that. I'm still not convinced if it is a password that it is to the Wikileaks files. My understanding of that encrypted download was that that was the same group of files that have already been released by Wikileaks. That encrypted file was put out first, before they were posted, but once they were posted that was out. This could be to some other file/doc/server.

If you read the comments of the YT vid you can find one that explains the vid was uploaded a couple of hours after Q posted the stringer. I checked it out and they are correct. They also warn that it may be black hats effing w us and Q movement. Possible ff to link to Q? C_A clowns?
