This is not concern trolling. (Check my history) This is a logical question. When I see Rand Paul not happy with this Omnibus Bill calling congress broken. How are we to "trust the plan?"

Q/ Dr. Corsi, I ask again why can President Trump not fix the problem of free speech being taken and conservative / Centrist voices being systematically silenced with an Executive Order? If EO'S can be used to curtail our Liberty then why cannot one be used to restore some Liberty?
