Start the video at 26 minutes in and watch police load a body onto a golf cart and then take the body to a staging area.........@28 minutes, instead of loading the body into an ambulance, they take it under a tarp.....odd, odd.

At the time the body was moved, the shooting had long stopped but the shooter had not been found. You will see @1:14 they have Cruz in custody (a couple miles away from the school) and then load him into an ambulance several minutes later.
