It’s official: I am spouting misinformation about the Covid vaccines. Full Fact – the Google, Facebook and George Soros-funded outfit that Ofcom has said it relies on to tell it what to censor regarding COVID-19 – has ‘fact checked‘ my recent piece on PHE data showing negative vaccine effectiveness in August and branded it “incorrect”.

Writer Leo Benedictus – henceforth to be known as the Oracle – takes particular issue with the headline, which he says “falsely claims that a report from Public Health England (PHE) shows the COVID-19 vaccines having ‘negative effectiveness’ in the over-40s”.

“This is not true about the COVID-19 vaccines – nor is it true that the PHE report shows this,” the Oracle declares. Except it is. The data contained in the report is completely clear, and the calculation of unadjusted vaccine effectiveness from that data is straightforward.

According to the Oracle, however, this is not a valid way of estimating vaccine effectiveness. Benedictus quotes the PHE report stating as much – “The vaccination status of cases, inpatients and deaths is not the most appropriate method to assess vaccine effectiveness and there is a high risk of misinterpretation” – and notes that I too quote this. What he fails to acknowledge, though, is that I also examine the reason PHE gives for this claim and counter it.

The only substantive reason PHE gives that vaccine effectiveness might be underestimated in its data is that “vaccination has been prioritised in individuals who are more susceptible or more at risk of severe disease”. In other words, the high-risk are over-represented in the vaccinated and this skews the sample. I countered that the large majority of the older age groups are now vaccinated so this bias should be very much reduced. Of course, we also need to ask why, if this is supposedly the key confounder of the data presented, we are not also provided with the necessary data on risk categories so that it can be duly quantified and accounted for....

U.S. SEC delays certain assets from enforcement actions under new disclosure rule

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) said on Friday that it would delay enforcement of certain assets from a new disclosure rule for off-exchange securities until Jan. 3, 2022. The new compliance date was due to come into effect on Tuesday.

The agency’s no action letter, which affects quotes published by broker dealers for buying and selling of government bonds, does not change or amend the compliance date for a new rule aimed at stamping out fraud in U.S. equities markets starting on Sept. 28, 2021, the agency said. The position “concerns enforcement action only and does not represent a legal conclusion with respect to the applicability of statutory or regulatory provisions of the securities laws,” the agency said. Next week’s new measure aims U.S. ‘pink sheets’ in shakeup as securities regulator looks to stamp out fraud to boost investor disclosures by requiring off-exchange issuers to make accurate, up-to-date financial information publicly available. These are frequently penny-stock companies that do not meet the main exchanges’ listing standards. The requirements have sown confusion in the bond market as bankers, trading platforms and investors now face intense compliance demands ahead of an unforeseen month-end deadline.

The Financial Times reported this week that the new regulation may stave off broker dealers from trading in this space and taking on risks for fear of attracting an SEC enforcement action. The SEC’s Friday letter is a response to such cries by industry. • Approximately 2.500 ballots were shown in the Early vote returns that do not have a voter listed as casting them.

• Over 23.000 voted by mail after moving after the October 5,h cutoff

• 2.382 voters castcd votes in Maricopa county, in person, after moving out of the county

• Over 2.000 voter who moved out of Arizona during the 29 days before the election were given a full ballot instead of a presidential-only ballot.

• Close to 300 deceased voters potentially voted

• There are an unprecedented number of discrepancies in the vote total. This could only happen through malicious actions or severe incompetence from Maricopa county officials.

Trump Joins Call To Decertify Arizona’s 2020 Election Results

Wendy Rogers's petition to decertify the election reached 1 million signatures earlier today

During the Arizona Senate hearing in which the results of the forensic audit of Maricopa County were revealed, 45th President Donald Trump called for the 2020 election in Arizona to be immediately decertified, citing the evidence presented by the auditors.

“It is not even believable the dishonesty of the Fake News Media on the Arizona Audit results,” wrote President Trump, referring to several establishment media outlets suggesting that the audit’s finding that the total vote count provided by Maricopa County is accurate means the rest of the audit’s explosive findings are somehow invalidated.

President Trump noted that the audit “shows incomprehensible Fraud at an Election Changing level, many times more votes than is needed. The Fake News Media refuses to write the facts, thereby being complicit in the Crime of the Century. They are so dishonest, but Patriots know the truth!” The 45th President added, “Arizona must immediately decertify their 2020 Presidential Election Results.”

Arizona state Sen. Wendy Rogers has previously called for the results to be decertified in anticipation of the audit results. Last month, Rogers began gathering signatures calling for the Arizona legislature to begin the process of decertification, and ultimately secured over 1 million signatures prior to the hearing earlier today.

Today she echoed her previous call to action on Twitter, and several Republican and with one former Trump official writing, “The number of illegal ballots found in Maricopa County alone is over 4 times the current amount separating President Trump and Joe Biden in Arizona as a whole.” He added, “Should have never been certified.”

Guangdong Provincial Communication Group and China Energy Investment Corp, which currently owns 14.01% and 1.99% of the joint venture, will auction their entire holdings, filings on the China Beijing Equity Exchanges showed.

The exchange did not name the potential bidders, but UBS said the auctions will result in UBS holding 67% of the JV if the deal is done.

“China is a key market for UBS. The further opening up of China’s financial sector represents great opportunities for all of our China businesses, including wealth and asset management, and investment bank,” UBS said in an emailed statement to Reuters.

“We are committed to the China market and will continue to invest strategically. Our further stake interest in UBS Securities demonstrates such commitment.”

UBS was the first bank to move to majority control of 51% in November 2018 after foreign banks were allowed to take larger stakes in their joint ventures.

Majority or full ownership could make it easier for foreign banks to expand their operations in the multi-trillion-dollar Chinese financial sector.

Goldman Sachs has applied for 100% ownership of its operations and JPMorgan owns 71% of its operations.

Morgan Stanley has been touted as the buyer of a 39% stake that its joint venture partner Shanghai Chinafortune Co will sell in Morgan Stanley Huaxin Securities that would take the U.S. bank’s ownership to 90%. • The voter rolls and the registration management process itself have many data integrity issues. For instance, over 200 individuals were easily identifiable as likely being the same person but having two different Voter IDs and voting twice in the election.

• Without access to the County’s detailed records including personally identifiable information and registration systems it is more likely there were many tens of thousands of improper votes in the election from double voters, deceased voters, voters for which we can find no trace in the public records nor association to their voting address, moved voters, etc.

• Proper voter registration law and procedures were not followed.

• There were unexplained large purges of registered voters, right after the election, of people who had voted in the election.

• There was back dating of registrations, adjustments made to historical voting and voter records, unexplained linking of voter registration affidavits to multiple voters and more.

• Files were missing from the Election Management System (EMS) Server.

• Ballot images on the EMS were corrupt or missing.

• Logs appeared to be intentionally rolled over, and all the data in the database related to the 2020 General Election had been fully cleared.

• On the ballot side, batches were not always clearly delineated, duplicated ballots were missing the required serial numbers, originals were duplicated more than once, and the Auditors were never provided Chain-of- Custody documentation for the ballots for the time-period prior to the ballot’s movement into the Auditors’ care. This all increased the complexity and difficulty in properly auditing the results.

• There were substantial statistically significant anomalies identified in the ratio of hand-folded ballots, on- demand printed ballots, as well as a statistically significant increase in provisional ballot rejections for a mail- in ballot already being cast, suggestive of mail-in ballots being cast for voters without their knowledge.

Arizona Forensic audit. The 45th President promised to discuss it at his rally tomorrow in Georgia.

Today, we finally saw the long-awaited results from the Arizona Senate’s historic full forensic audit of the 2020 Maricopa County election.

The result shows that there were numerous discrepancies found in the audit. Here are some of the findings:

Canvass showed over 3,400 more ballots were casted than recorded

Over 9,000 more mail-in ballots were received and recorded than the official number of mail-in ballots sent out by the county

Precincts show more ballots casted on election day than people who showed up to vote. 1,551 extra votes.

Approximately 2,500 ballots were shown in the early vote returns that do not have a voter listed as casting them.

Over 255,000 early votes shown in the county final vote file that do not have a corresponding entry in the early voting returns file

Over 23,000 voted by mail after moving after the October 5th cutoff

2,382 voters casted votes in Maricopa county, in person, after moving out of the county

Over 2,000 voter who moved out of Arizona during the 29 days before the election were given a full ballot instead of a presidential-only ballot.

Close to 300 deceased voters potentially vote.

There are an unprecedented number of discrepancies in the vote total. This could only happen through malicious actions or severe incompetence from Maricopa county officials.

Too many discrepancies to declare an outright winner of Arizona’s electoral votes.

President Trump released a statement on this historic win in Maricopa County.

“I will be discussing the winning results of the Arizona Forensic Audit, which will show 44,000 possible illegal ballots cast, tomorrow at the Great State of Georgia rally, which will be packed.”
