Back in 2013, the New York Times reported that the United States Postal Service (USPS) would start making Sunday deliveries for online retail giant Amazon. It initially served as an effort by USPS to stop the financial bleeding of the agency that was happening as Americans sent fewer and fewer letters. With a reported annual loss totaling about $16 billion, deals with profitable companies like the one Jeff Bezos leads looked like a step in the right direction as far as USPS’ efforts to eliminate losses.

 

But according to a report published by Josh Sandbulte in the Wall Street Journal, USPS has been picking up the tab for Amazon. The WSJ contributor, whose expertise is in the shipping industry, detailed how Congress prevents USPS, through the Postal Accountability and Enhancement Act, from changing the parcel price. This law is designed to avoid “unfair competition” with FedEx and UPS. Section 3626 of Title 39 United States Code has become one of the provisions often quoted whenever limits imposed on USPS are being researched.

 

The report implies that Amazon gets the better end of the deal through the $1.46 subsidy. It is as if the Postal Accountability and Enhancement Act served as a loophole for Amazon to exploit.

 

“The U.S. Postal Service delivers the company’s boxes well below its own costs,” Sandbulte mentioned. “Like an accelerant to the fire, this subsidy is speeding up the collapse of traditional retailers in the U.S. and providing an unfair advantage for Amazon.” He further labeled that $1.46 subsidy as “a gift card from Uncle Sam.”

 

USPS has been shifting to package delivery as first-class mail delivery has decreased by 40% from its peak.

 

With USPS picking up part of the tab for Amazon, it means that the retailing behemoth can drop its prices. FedEx and UPS receive no such deal from shipping, having to bear their share of the system costs to deliver packages.

 

Despite shipping with both UPS and FedEx as well, the bulk of Amazon’s deliveries are still sent through USPS. Amazon though is not the only client USPS has, but with 40% of the business coming from Amazon, Sandbulte claims the Postal Service is “picking winners and losers in the retail world.”

 

But before Sandbulte’s claims are taken at face value, an article in Fortune.com noted a conflict. Sandbulte, it turns out, is a co-president of investment firm Greenhaven Associates, which has a financial stake in FedEx stock, MarketWatch.com said.

 

It is a fact that Amazon itself didn’t miss. In a statement released to Fortune.com, Amazon’s response explained how its partnership with USPS “is reviewed annually by the Postal Regulatory Commission.” It credited the PRC for the decades spent in “reviewing and approving USPS costing and pricing practices.” According to Amazon, it was the PRC that discovered these contracts with USPS are, in Amazon’s term, “profitable.” The response ended with Amazon reiterating its contribution to the U.S. economy resulting in “more efficient processes as well as thousands of jobs and related economic benefits in local communities.”

 

That closing statement served as a stark contrast to Sandbulte’s claim of how Amazon is killing traditional retailing with the way USPS subsidizes parcel costs.

Chicago Cops Looking for Suspect Who Stabbed Four Homeless Men, One Fatally

 

Chicago police are searching for a man who allegedly stabbed four homeless people, killing one in a recent series of attacks.

 

“According to police, four homeless men were stabbed with a knife in separate incidences by an unknown offender. One of the men died from their injuries,” ABC 7 reported.

 

In each case, the suspect approached the victims while they slept and stabbed them in the neck with his left hand, authorities explained.

Naval Station Newport, RI Employee Busted for Having Hundreds of Child Pornography Images on Navy-Owned Computer

 

A Naval Station Newport employee found to have stored hundreds of images of child pornography on a Navy-owned computer drive pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court to a charge of possession of child pornography in a Project Safe Childhood case brought by the U.S. Attorney’s Office.

 

According to information, Donald E. Sly, Jr., 58, of Portsmouth, a civilian public works employee at Naval Station Newport, stored a total of 487 images of child pornography in his directory on a computer drive used by Navy personnel at naval bases throughout the East coast.

 

According to information presented to the court, upon discovery of the images of child pornography on the computer drive, Sly’s access to the drive was suspended. He later admitted to Naval Criminal Investigative Service agents he knowingly possessed the images of child pornography discovered on the computer drive.

 

Appearing before U.S. District Court Chief Judge John J. McConnell, Jr., Sly pleaded guilty to possession of child pornography, announced United States Attorney Aaron L. Weisman and Michael Wiest, Special Agent in Charge of the Northeast Field Office of Naval Criminal Investigative Service.

 

The defendant is scheduled to be sentenced on Nov. 13.

 

Possession of child pornography is punishable by statutory penalties of up to 20 years in federal prison, five years to lifetime supervised release, and a fine of up to $250,000.

 

This Project Safe Childhood case is being prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Terrence P. Donnelly.

Pompeo Blasts European Allies As "Siding With Ayatollahs" After Rejecting Iran 'Snapback Sanctions'

 

Apparently still reeling from last week's United Nations Security Council vote where the door was forever shut on the US bid to indefinitely extend the UN arms embargo on Iran, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo in Thursday remarks blasted Washington's European allies at a moment he's attempting to trigger "snapback sanctions".

 

In a news conference from the United Nations Security Council (UNSC), he charged that Germany, France and the UK are hypocritical in supposedly expressing private support for the US position, while at the UN they publicly “chose to side with Ayatollahs” against the controversial procedure to uphold the punitive action rooted in the JCPOA.

 

It should be recalled in last Friday's initial vote which triggered what many see as but more Washington desperation while Europe largely stands by the terms of the Obama-era nuclear deal, only the tiny Dominican Republic voted "yes" to extend the weapons embargo alongside the US. What's more, Europe is now vehemently opposing Pompeo's controversial procedure to reimpose UN sanctions on Tehran.

 

He's specifically responding to the latest actions of Britain, France and Germany, all who say—

 

The US did not have the legal right to trigger the so-called "snapback" of sanctions because it withdrew from the Iranian nuclear accord in 2018.

 

Ironically, Pompeo is claiming authority to initiate a procedure which is ultimately based on the US still being a participant in the 2015 nuclear deal (JCPOA) with Iran, but obviously the Trump administration withdrew in May 2018.

 

Pompeo lashed out in response late Thursday, saying:

 

"No country but US has the courage and conviction to put forward a resolution. Instead, they chose to side with ayatollahs."

 

“The United States will never allow the world's largest state sponsor of terrorism to freely buy and sell planes, tanks, missiles and other kinds of conventional weapons,” Pompeo asserted in New York. “We will never allow the Islamic Republic of Iran to have a nuclear weapon,” he emphasized during the UNSC address.

No matter where you fall on the political spectrum, you probably agree that the global elite have too much power and influence. It has been said that “money is power”, and today that seems to be more true than ever. Those at the very, very top of the pyramid dictate the rules of the game for the rest of us, and there isn’t too much that the rest of us can do about it. When we talk about how the global elite dominate our lives, the focus tends to be on how they influence national governments, but the truth is that is one of the areas where the global elite have the least control. I know that may sound strange, but I believe that things will become clearer by the end of this article.

 

I would submit that corporations are the primary vehicle that the elite use to control our lives. In fact, many global corporations are now larger and more powerful than most national governments, and collectively the network of global corporations that dominates the planet is far larger and far more powerful than any single national government.

 

A number of years ago, a remarkable study was conducted that closely examined the interconnecting relationships of major corporations all over the world. That study discovered that a network of 1,318 enormous companies dominated the global economy, and it also found that 147 colossal corporations at the core of that web formed a “super-entity” that controlled 40 percent of the entire network…

 

Each of the 1318 had ties to two or more other companies, and on average they were connected to 20. What’s more, although they represented 20 per cent of global operating revenues, the 1318 appeared to collectively own through their shares the majority of the world’s large blue chip and manufacturing firms – the “real” economy – representing a further 60 per cent of global revenues.

 

When the team further untangled the web of ownership, it found much of it tracked back to a “super-entity” of 147 even more tightly knit companies – all of their ownership was held by other members of the super-entity – that controlled 40 per cent of the total wealth in the network. “In effect, less than 1 per cent of the companies were able to control 40 per cent of the entire network,” says Glattfelder. Most were financial institutions. The top 20 included Barclays Bank, JPMorgan Chase & Co, and The Goldman Sachs Group.

 

Of course at the very top are the ultra-wealthy individuals that own and control the gigantic corporations that make up the “super-entity”.

 

This is why our major corporations all seem to have the same values. At the very top their ownerships are all interlinked, and so trying to fundamentally change the culture of these massive institutions is nearly impossible.

A coordinated effort between a U.S. Customs and Border Protection Air and Marine Operations (AMO) aircrew and U.S. Border Patrol agents led to the seizure of “thousands of pounds” of suspected methamphetamine.

 

An AMO Multi-Role Enforcement Aircraft aircrew from the San Diego Air and Marine Branch patrolling the California coastline near Santa Barbara during the early morning hours of August 19 observed a “super panga” with four people on board. The Border Patrol agents interdicted the landing party and arrested all four subjects. Onboard the multi-engine super panga, agents found “thousands of pounds of suspected methamphetamine,” officials reported.

Officials responded saying that the information on the weight and value of the drugs seized was still under investigation. They could not provide any additional information at this time.

 

“The citizens of this country can rest assured that CBP is ever vigilant in their duty to protect the American people and stand ready to combat those criminals that would deliver this poison to our streets, saving American lives,” San Diego Air and Marine Branch Timothy Sutherland Director said in the prepared statement.

 

“The SDAMB has already made a big impact in the illicit drugs entering via California this fiscal year,” San Diego Air and Marine Branch officials stated. “In FY20 year to date through July 31, SDAMB has contributed to the seizure of 480 lbs. of cocaine, 199,307 lbs. of marijuana, 191 lbs. fentanyl, 114 lbs. of heroin, and 2,948 lbs. of methamphetamine. SDAMB seized, 80 weapons, 81 vehicles/vessels, and contributed to the apprehension of 2,618 individuals.”

But my belief is more of a smorgasbord centered around many factors, mankinds potential origins most of all based on logic, geographical history/changes, potential myth legitimacy in a few cases, and historical beliefs rather than faith. So to answer it would take too much and cause a slide which I do not want to do. All I will say is again say I have no problem with anyone having faith and even think it is very much needed in society but when it comes to hard work that is all on the shoulders of the person(s) doing it.

A good friend of mine, a former employer, Congressman Steve Stockman received a federal ten year prison sentence for crimes he did not commit, in a trial that was a circus. He received horrible legal counsel at trial, because most federal criminal defense attorneys are not prepared for a political trial. Similarly, Gen. Michael Flynn pled guilty on the advice of counsel to crimes he did not commit due to a setup that uncovered notes now revealed was instigated by former President Obama while in office, and he struggles now simply to have the charges dismissed even though the prosecutors are on his side. The federal judicial process is so broken for defendants caught in its web, that it often seems to even the innocent that the only option is to accept any plea.

 

The plea rate in federal criminal cases is 95%, the conviction rate for the few cases that go to trial is similarly around 95%. The conviction rate in the Soviet Union was only four points higher.

 

During the Stockman trial I saw the federal prosecutor’s tactics up close. I saw them threaten people to comply with their demands to testify or else they would face prosecution. When witnesses wouldn’t comply, they called the Sheriff on their spouse when they weren’t home, to ask them to investigate fake ‘child endangerment’ claims. I knew people who had years of tax problems that mysteriously went away once they testified the right way. These are the tactics they deploy regularly to get the testimony they want, guaranteeing the sky-high conviction rate.

 

As an attorney I regularly interact with people who have varying degrees of knowledge about the law. Many know that specific crimes have specific elements, that have to be met before you are guilty of a crime. You can’t be guilty of an assault if there was no contact and someone didn’t perceive the threat, for example. But for federal fraud, interestingly, there are no elements. Federal fraud also has no model jury instructions, because courts want prosecutors to have the flexibility to capture complex schemes. The effect of this fluidity, then, is to empower prosecutors who want to go after someone for political reasons, to have the disposable catch-all law to do it with, since federal fraud effectively becomes any financial transaction that federal prosecutors don’t like.

In a recent news bite Joyce described a recent Qantas accomplishment as comparable to “Flying to the moon”.

 

While this comment may seem trivial and innocent it is in fact far from trivial and was by no means said as a random language expression.

 

We as humanity need to be conscious of all of the words that we say, especially when we are perpetuating them to an entire nation through broadcast media. The particular analogy used by Qantas CEO Alan Joyce was surely scripted. It appeared as if he was repeating lines that were fed to him and that these lines were fed to him by his higher ups. So what Joyce was essentially doing was perpetuating a Magical working that was undertaken by individuals who were sinister beyond comprehension and a working that should be well and truely dead.

 

So what is so sinister about perpetuating the moon landing narrative, which was clearly Qantas’s intention in this case.

 

The so called NASA Apollo mission is not what it appears to be on the surface. The next generation on youtube are keenly aware that the moon landing was a fraud. But it goes beyond being just fraud.

 

It was a fraud that took billions of dollars from tax payers, was inprintinted on the consciousness of millions and deceived millions about the nature of reality.

 

When you study the occult works of Stanley Kubrick who was involved in the production of this fraud or any of the multitude of people who dissect his works you find the following things.

– The people who got Kubrick involved in the false moon landings were involved in Paedophilia (Child Rape).

– The Apollo moon missions entailed acts of occult pre-meditated human sacrifice.

– Kubrick himself felt that these events lead to massive blood shed in events such as the Vietnam War.

 

What we should seek to know is who exactly is it that Alan Joyce is reporting to that are requesting that he perpetuate works that entail acts of pedophilia and human sacrifice? Why would Qantas and Alan Joyce want to perpetuate the works of forces that think human sacrifice on earth is acceptable?

 

Why is it that there seems to be a connection with the aerospace industry and these monumental acts of fraud, theft and deception?

 

But the connections to child rape, Qantas and fraud in Australia run deeper and are very real and current. In weeks past Australian Political figure Michaelia Cash announced that the government would be contributing 47 Million dollars of Taxpayer money to the Aerospace industry under the guise of NASA a moniker that in Hebrew means deception.

 

That number, 47 is in itself Masonic and related to the union of the numbers 23 and 24 and represents the union of heaven and earth. Why is such masonic symbolism being used to perpetuate frauds and deceptions that have already been seen on earth before? Why are politicians at all levels not up in arms about such massive embezzlement of the peoples wealth taking place in Australia’s government.

 

It is clear that Cult Masonic figures are targeting Australians that are easy to manipulate along the lines of vanity, ignorance and greed and then using these figures to defraud the community as a whole.

 

Why is the health and well being of Australian citizens being compromised by cult entities that take the peoples money and funnel it into the Aerospace industry? Is there a concentration of fraud and criminality in that particular industry that needs to be more deeply investigated?

 

We would encourage Australian media to dig deeper into both the Aerospace Industry and Qantas Corporation to ascertain as to why they are so complicit with acts of Fraud and deception and violence.

Homeless and unemployed poor are a drain on their masters' resources; because the masters are looters, they get their wealth from taxing, stealing, and extorting productive people and other masters.

Reducing the number of non-productive is a sound business model.
