U.S. Scientists Continue Their Treachery in Assisting China’s Biowarfare Program Unabated

On June 9, 2020, the former Chair of Harvard University’s Chemistry and Chemical Biology Department, Dr. Charles Lieber, was indicted on charges of making false statements to federal authorities regarding his participation in China’s Thousand Talents Program.

China’s Thousand Talents Program is one of the most prominent Chinese talent recruitment plans designed to attract, recruit and cultivate high-level scientific talent in furtherance of China’s scientific development, economic prosperity and national security. These talent recruitment efforts seek to lure Chinese overseas talent and foreign experts to bring their knowledge and experience to China, and they often reward individuals for stealing proprietary information.

Beginning in 2011, Lieber became a “Strategic Scientist” at China’s Wuhan University of Technology and later became a contractual participant in the Thousand Talents Plan from at least 2012 through 2015.

Accusations of lying to federal investigators aside, Lieber may have significantly contributed to China’s biological warfare program.

Geng-feng Zheng is a professor of chemistry at Fudan University in Shanghai, China. He received a Ph.D. degree in Chemistry in 2007 from Harvard University under the guidance of Dr. Charles Lieber and completed postdoctoral training at Northwestern University.

Zheng is an expert in nanotechnologies and, together with Lieber in 2004, began to investigate the use of nanowire field effect transistors to detect single viruses.

The collaboration between Zheng and Lieber continued even after 2010, when Zheng became a professor at Fudan University, together producing no less than eleven scientific publications on nanowire technologies.

But the collaboration did not end there. In accordance with China’s practice of “scientific chain migration,” Zheng’s student at Fudan University, An-Qi Zhang, continued the work with Lieber on nano-bioelectronics.

In 2016, An-Qi Zhang, Geng-feng Zheng and Charles Lieber published a book “Nanowires – Building Blocks for Nanoscience and Nanotechnology.”

China’s People’s Liberation Army’s (PLA) biosensor program is based on nanotechnologies, in particular, nanowire field effect transistor biosensors.

Since 2016, there has been a massive expansion of fused military-civilian research in China after it was mandated by the Chinese Communist Party’s Thirteenth Five-Year Plan.

A key figure in China’s military-civilian biosensor program is Mao-sheng Yao of Peking University.

Mao-sheng Yao is an expert in the surveillance and measurement of microorganisms in the environment, who, incidentally, was entirely educated in U.S. universities, receiving a Master’s degree from the University of Alabama, a doctoral degree from Rutgers University and postdoctoral training at Yale University.

In 2018, during a kick-off seminar entitled “Bioaerosol Detection Technology Strategic Collaboration,” Mao-sheng Yao announced a fused military-civilian research program with the PLA’s National Bio-protection Engineering Center, Institute of Medical Support Technology, Institute of Systems Engineering, Academy of Military Sciences in Tianjin, led by Jian-cheng Qi.

Mao-sheng Yao and Geng-feng Zheng, Charles Lieber’s former student, have conducted collaborative research on nanowire bio-detection, co-authoring a publication in 2018.

Also in 2018, Jian-cheng Qi’s research group at the PLA’s National Bio-protection Engineering Center in Tianjin published an article entitled “Applications of silicon nanowire FET biosensors to bacterial and viral detection.”

In December 2019, Mao-sheng Yao was granted a Chinese patent entitled “Method for rapidly detecting pathogenic microorganisms in air and respiratory tract on site.”

It is important to note that Jian-cheng Qi’s research group at the PLA’s National Bio-protection Engineering Center has operated under Major General Wei Chen, presumed chief of China’s biowarfare program, who took command in Wuhan after the outbreak of COVID-19, a response highlighted in Chinese news reports and no doubt including stolen U.S. technologies. Jian-cheng Qi was part of her team in Wuhan.

The massive infiltration of U.S. virus research programs by China’s People’s Liberation Army and the hemorrhaging of American skills and knowledge into China’s biowarfare program remain unaddressed.

Okinawa prefecture has halted Moderna vaccinations after unknown materials were found in a vial of the drug. The move comes after Japan pulled 1.6 million Moderna doses from a different batch over contamination concerns.

Black substances were discovered in syringes and a vial, while unidentified pink substances were spotted in a different syringe with a Moderna vaccine dose, according to Japan’s public broadcaster, NHK.

Okinawa’s government said in a statement on Sunday that it was suspending the use of Moderna vaccines after “foreign substances were spotted in some of them.”

The doses were temporarily pulled from circulation as a precautionary measure after foreign material was discovered in some vials. Some of the doses were reportedly contaminated with metal particles. The newly discovered contaminated doses in Okinawa are from different vaccine lots.

While the issue is still being investigated, Japan’s Health Ministry revealed on Saturday that two people who had received their second Moderna doses from the vaccine lots withdrawn earlier this week had died. The ministry said it was investigating what killed the two victims, both men in their 30s, and that it was currently unknown if the vaccine played a role.

The vials from the pulled batches, which were manufactured by a Moderna contractor in Europe, are currently undergoing laboratory analysis. The results will be available early next week, Moderna and Takeda said in a joint statement released on Saturday.

On Friday, Taro Kono, the minister in charge of Japan’s immunization campaign, disclosed that more than 500,000 vaccinations had already been carried out using the doses from the vaccine lots in question. So far, there doesn’t appear to be any “serious safety issues” identified, Kono said.

The European Medicines Agency (EMA) has launched its own probe to determine if the EU’s Moderna supply suffers from similar contamination problems.

FBI agent tried to profit financially from knowledge of Michigan governor ‘kidnapping’ plot, defense lawyers claim

An FBI agent who helped ‘foil’ a plot to abduct Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer may have used his knowledge of the case to lend credibility to his private cyber intelligence company, newly filed court documents allege.

Attorneys for five defendants charged with attempting to kidnap the Democratic governor are seeking information about special agent Jayson Chambers, after a BuzzFeed report claimed that the FBI agent may have published tweets about the undercover operation before it was made public. The foiled kidnapping plot – allegedly hatched in retaliation against Whitmer’s Covid-19 measures – was initially used as evidence of the domestic threat posed by right-wing extremism. But the narrative began to fall apart after it was revealed that at least 12 undercover informants played major roles in the scheme, leading to allegations of entrapment.

According to BuzzFeed, a “right-wing troll” who claimed to be the CEO of Exeintel, an internet intelligence firm, appeared to tweet multiple times about the FBI’s investigation before the alleged abduction plot was thwarted. The account, @ravagiing, issued a cryptic warning (“Don’t worry Michigan I told ya A LOT more coming soon”) just hours before the FBI arrested nearly a dozen suspects in October. As it turns out, Chambers is listed as the CEO of a company called Exeintel. It’s unclear whether the FBI special agent was behind the prophetic tweets.

In a new pleading filed on Friday night, lawyers for five men accused in the kidnapping conspiracy asked for more information about special agent Chambers and his communications with an undercover informant who allegedly played a key role in organizing the plot.

“Repeated tweets sought attention and tried to show that the CEO was a valuable source of information to (paying) third parties,” the court filing claimed, referring to the social media activity linked to Chambers and his private intelligence firm.

It’s possible that the FBI may have known about Chambers’ business activities. According to BuzzFeed, FBI agents who want to own private companies or have side gigs must receive explicit permission from the bureau.

The peculiar twist comes less than a week after one of the men accused in the kidnapping plot, Ty Garbin, received a six-year sentence after pleading guilty. Garbin has agreed to act as a witness against his alleged co-conspirators.

Conservative pundits have argued that the FBI’s sting operation, which was revealed ahead of the 2020 presidential election, was heavily politicized and served to intentionally discredit Donald Trump and his supporters.

Defense counsels for the five defendants have stressed that the alleged plot would have never occurred without the FBI’s active involvement, accusing the government of essentially hatching a plot that it later foiled.

Prosecutors, however, have insisted that the defendants were “predisposed to join the kidnapping” and that their claims of entrapment were invalid.

Twitter Permanently Bans Alex Berenson After Viral COVID Tweets

Science journalist Alex Berenson has been permanently suspended from Twitter, just one day after a viral series of tweets spotlighting an Israeli preprint study which showed that natural immunity from a prior Covid-19 infection is 13 times more effective than vaccines against the delta variant.

"The account you referenced has been permanently suspended for repeated violations of our COVID-19 misinformation rules," a Twitter spokesperson told Fox News.

The last tweet he posted, meanwhile, accurately noted that the vaccine "doesn't stop infection. Or transmission."

Israel strikes Gaza in retaliation for incendiary balloon attacks by Hamas & border clashes

Israeli jets carried out airstrikes in Gaza late Saturday after arson balloons sent from the Hamas-controlled enclave caused two fires inside Israel and clashes broke out on the border, leaving 11 Palestinians injured.

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said the attacks south of Gaza City targeted a military compound of Hamas and a “terrorist tunnel entrance.”

“Hamas terrorists were launching arson balloons” and instigating violence along the border with one purpose, which is “to terrorize Israeli citizens,” the IDF said, vowing to protect the Jewish State’s population.

There has so far been no information about casualties or destruction caused by the Israeli airstrikes in the enclave.

Earlier on Saturday, arson balloons sent by Hamas from Gaza caused two fires in communities in southern Israel.

After dark, the ‘night confusion units’ descended upon the border between Gaza and Israel; Palestinian youths burnt tires, hurled foreign objects at IDF troops, while also playing records of rocket alert sirens in an attempt to cause panic among Israelis in the border area.

Israeli troops responded with force. The Gaza Health Ministry reported that at least 11 Palestinians were injured in the clashes. Three of the wounded were hit with live fire and are now in moderate condition, according to the Health Ministry, while the rest were hurt by rubber bullets and shock grenades.

Similar protests took place at the border last Saturday and on Wednesday. The ‘night confusion units’ behind them aren’t officially linked to Hamas, but Israeli officials insist that they would not have been able to act without the group’s approval.

Apple CEO Tim Cook will collect the 10th and final installment of a pay deal he received a decade ago in August 2011 when he took the reins former CEO and Apple co-founder Steve Jobs, who died in October 2011.

The latest tranche consists of 5 million shares worth $750 million, according to calculations by Bloomberg. The payout was contingent on Apple's stock returns over the last three years, which jumped nearly 200%.

During the decade of Cook, revenue has doubled, and the share price has increased by 1,200%. The company behind the iPhone, Macbook, and iPad has a market cap of $2.4 trillion.

Last year, Cook accepted a new pay package that lasts through 2026.

Protesters have packed into central London in a demonstration against the government’s ongoing plans to introduce so-called vaccine passports. Though largely ignored by the media, “thousands” of people reportedly took part.

The protest march kicked off at Hyde Park on Saturday afternoon and set off across Vauxhall Bridge and toward Clapham Common. London’s Metropolitan Police reported road blockages and bus delays along the route, and officers remained in close proximity to the marchers at all times.

Video footage showed a dense crowd of people in attendance. Some waved religious banners, some held placards opposing vaccination full stop, and others demanded the government drop its plans to require patrons of certain venues be vaccinated against Covid-19.

Marine officer speaks out after firing, issues new warning to top military leadership: 'Every generation needs a revolution'

The Marine officer who was fired after speaking out against top military leadership for the disastrous Afghanistan withdrawal has issued a new warning to those same leaders.

Marine Lt. Col. Stuart Scheller went viral last Thursday after posting a video online demanding accountability for senior military leaders who helped President Joe Biden facilitate the now-deadly Afghanistan withdrawal.

In the video, Scheller explained that he had questions for his "senior leaders," and inquired whether those leaders bucked details of the White House's Afghanistan withdrawal plan, such as the decision to surrender Bagram Air Base.

"Did anyone do that? And when you didn't think to do that, did anyone raise their hand and say, 'We completely messed this up?'" he said.

Later in the video, Scheller directly blamed "senior leaders" for letting down the country. He called out Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Mark Milley, and Marine Commandant Gen. David H. Berger.

"The reason people are so upset on social media right now is not because the Marine on the battlefield let someone down," Scheller said. "That service member always rose to the occasion and has done extraordinary things. People are upset because their senior leaders let them down and none of them are raising their hands and accepting accountability or saying 'we messed this up."

On Friday, Scheller revealed on Facebook that he had been "relieved for cause based on a lack of trust and confidence."

The decorated Marine spoke to the New York Post and issued a warning about accountability coming for top military leaders.

"The baby boomer's turn is over," Scheller said. "I demand accountability, at all levels. If we don't get it, I'm bringing it."

According to the Post, Scheller also quoted Thomas Jefferson, saying, "every generation needs a revolution."

The New York Post also spoke to Scheller's father, Stuart Scheller Sr., who described his son as "the real deal, a Marine's Marine."

"People will follow him to the ends of the earth. He has put his life on the line for fellow Marines so putting his career on the line like this does not surprise us," Scheller Sr. said. "It's interesting that no one [in the military] has answered his call for accountability. Their answer was to fire him I guess. It's a sad day for America."

Cop Gets 25 Years After Video Showed Him Put a Shotgun to Innocent Man’s Head, Murder Him

Huntsville, AL — In 2018, officer William Darby shot and killed Jeffrey Parker. He was convicted of murder in May and despite his conviction, for months, he remained on the force and even collected a paycheck. That has all changed, however, as Darby was just sentenced to 25 years in prison.

The facts against Darby were so overwhelming that there was no way to avoid a conviction and even the prosecution apologized for charging a cop, saying there was no way to avoid it.

As AL.com reports, Tim Gann, chief deputy district attorney in Madison County, said no one in his office wanted to prosecute a police officer.

“I think that’s the worst thing we face is making that decision,” he said, “because we do understand it’s a dangerous job, we do understand that they’re in harms way.”

But Darby’s actions were “so far out of the norm that he’s got to be held accountable for that,” Gann said.

“This is not about training,” he said. “He (Darby) was trained properly. This is about going outside of the training and violating Alabama law.”

Darby was charged with killing Parker, 49, at his home in April 2018. Darby shot Parker as he sat in his home with a gun to his own head, talking to another Huntsville police officer, Genisha Pegues who did not see him as a threat. Parker had called 911 and told a dispatcher he planned to shoot himself. The shooting was captured on body camera footage and showed that Darby’s use of force was entirely unjustified.

During the trial, Pegues testified that she was de-escalating the situation when Darby barged in and killed Parker. As the body camera footage showed, Darby grabbed a shotgun from his car, kicked in the door, yelled at his fellow cop to point her gun at Parker and then shot Parker in the face with a shotgun, killing him — all within a few seconds. Parker never once pointed the gun at anyone but himself.

“An innocent man was murdered,” Tim Gann, Madison County’s chief trial attorney, told the jury at the time of Darby’s trial. “He called for help and he got Ben Darby.”

After being shown the footage and the facts, the jury took just two hours to deliver the guilty verdict. This was in spite of the city footing the bill for Darby’s defense and used $125,000 of taxpayer funds for his attorney.

Following Parker’s death in 2018, Darby was placed on desk duty and continued to work despite facing murder charges. On May 7, Darby was convicted of murder for killing Parker and despite this conviction, he collected a paycheck until July when he resigned. Instead of firing him, the police chief defended the killer cop.

“We are in the first stages of shock,” Chief McMurray said in a statement after Darby’s conviction. “While we thank the jury for their service in this difficult case, I do not believe Officer Darby is a murderer.”

He added, “Officers are forced to make split-second decisions every day, and Officer Darby believed his life and the lives of other officers were in danger. Any situation that involves a loss of life is tragic. Our hearts go out to everyone involved.”

Given that the mayor has already made a statement that Darby should appeal, it is highly possible that this convicted murderer will remain a cop on the taxpayer dime until that appeal, which could also be funded by the taxpayers.

“Jeff was in a mental state,” said Bill Parks, Parker’s best friend. “Jeff had issues. Jeff asked for help and it’s very confusing to think that’s by the book, apparently, for Huntsville police, it’s OK to barge in ferociously, militantly, yelling and screaming at someone who had asked for help. To say he was showing an imminent threat to the police, Genisha Pegues showed that was not the case.”

Blinken Claims US Never Gave Taliban Lists Of Names, Then Details Names US Gave The Taliban

Secretary of State Antony Blinken claimed Sunday that the United States had not given lists of American citizens and allies to the Taliban.

Blinken joined “Meet the Press” with NBC’s Chuck Todd and disputed the accuracy of reports indicating U.S. officials had handed over lists of people the Taliban should allow through checkpoints and into the airport in Kabul. Just moments later, however, Blinken appeared to concede that U.S. officials had handed over passenger manifests for busloads of Afghan allies who were supposed to be allowed through security.

“I want to ask about this idea that some of these lists of people you’re trying to get out of the country you’ve had to give to the Taliban,” Todd began, adding that he knew President Joe Biden’s administration had pushed back on those reports. “But given the Haqqani Network’s ties to the Taliban, how can you be sure any list you share of Afghans who helped Americans won’t be used for horrendous reasons by the Haqqani Network or others?”

“Chuck, it’s simply not the case. The idea that we’ve done anything to put at further risk those that were trying to help leave the country is simply wrong. And the idea that we shared lists of Americans or others with the Taliban is simply wrong,” Blinken immediately pushed back.

“What was shared?” Todd pressed.

Blinken went on to detail the lists of people U.S. officials had given to the Taliban in order to ensure their safe passage.

“When you’re trying to get a bus or a group of people through and you need to show a manifest to do that — particularly in cases where people don’t have the necessary credentials on them or documents on them — then you’ll share names of the lists of people on the bus so they can be assured those are the people we’re looking to bring in. By definition, that’s exactly what’s happened,” Blinken said.

“We’ve gotten 5,500 American citizens out of Afghanistan,” Blinken continued, saying again that the U.S. had provided passenger manifests or verified the names of individuals — especially those who might not have proper documentation on them.

“But the idea that we put anyone in any further jeopardy is simply wrong,” he concluded.

National security adviser Jake Sullivan also pushed back on reports that U.S. officials had provided the Taliban with lists of names, telling CNN’s Jake Tapper that those claims amounted to “irresponsible and unfounded reporting.”

Left Behind: Boris Faces Backlash as Britons Stranded in Afghanistan

Boris Johnson’s government has been criticised for leaving behind British citizens and Afghan allies as the last evacuation flights depart Kabul, marking the end of a 20-year campaign.

In what is being characterised as the largest evacuation effort since the Second World War, some 15,000 people were evacuated by British forces from Kabul over the past two weeks over the course of President Joe Biden’s botched withdrawal from Afghanistan.

In total, some 5,000 British nationals, alongside approximately 8,000 Afghan allies and 2,200 children were brought to the United Kingdom under Operation Pitting, Sky News reported.

Yet Prime Minister Boris Johnson has come under fire for leaving behind British citizens and more Afghans who worked alongside the British military to fend for themselves under the Taliban’s radical Islamist regime.

One Briton who was left behind by his government is former British soldier Ben Slater, who has been assisting the government get other people out of the war-torn country. Government officials are alleged to have made a mistake on the paperwork required to evacuate him from Afghanistan.

“We’ve been let down massively. I’m still waiting,” Slater told The Telegraph, adding: “I am still helping the government that let me down, and I will continue to do so, and we will pick up anybody we can on the way.”

The former British soldier said that he is expecting the Taliban to take revenge upon him and his 50 staff, who are Afghan women eligible for the Britain’s special cases refugee programme.

“Thus far I’ve helped 67 do the impossible and could not help my own people yet,” he said. “Me leaving them behind in my eyes is murder. I can’t live with that.”

Chief of the Defence Staff General Sir Nick Carter, who believes the Taliban are honourable “country boys” who “want an Afghanistan that is inclusive for all”, claimed on Saturday that there will be some commercial flights continuing to fly to the United Kingdom from Kabul.

However, he admitted that they will be “very few now” that the Army has left the country, adding that it was “heartbreaking” that the government failed to rescue everyone from the supposedly inclusive Taliban.

A Foreign, Commonwealth, and Development Office (FCDO) spokesman claimed: “We always cautioned that the nature of the security situation in Afghanistan meant that we would not be able to evacuate everyone we wanted to.”

They did not mention that Prime Minister Boris Johnson repeatedly told Parliament that “there is no military path to victory for the Taliban” in Afghanistan as recently as July, or that the withdrawal date was set by the West a substantial amount of time ago regardless.

It is likely that both colts are using the Shared Belief as a “prep” for bigger and better things to come in the near future. But both undoubtedly have designs on this year's Breeders' Cup, which will be held at Del Mar. Sunday's test will be a perfect chance for each to get a feel for the seaside oval where neither has raced before.

Medina's Spirit, a son of the relatively unknown sire Protonico, made history with his Kentucky Derby win on May 1, then was the victim of a controversy centering on him possibly racing that afternoon with a drug not permitted on race day. A ruling on that matter still awaits a Kentucky Racing Commission statement. Subsequently, he ran third in the Preakness Stakes. 47 Victims Rescued, 102 Arrested in Multi-State Human Trafficking Operation

A human trafficking operation joined by 12 states has rescued 47 victims and arrested 102 persons, Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt announced on Friday.

“Using both buyer-centric and victim-centric ‘sting’ human trafficking operations, Missouri and participating states were able to rescue 47 victims and sex workers and provide needed medical services to 41, and arrested 102 across the country in connection with human trafficking,” the Missouri Attorney General’s Office said in a statement.

According to the information provided by the Missouri Attorney General’s Office, the operation rescued victims and made arrests in 12 states.

Missouri: 4 victims rescued, 2 arrests made

Illinois: 1 victim rescued, 3 arrests made

Iowa: 11 arrests made, a large amount of currency has been seized

Kentucky: 21 adult victims rescued, 2 minor victims rescued, 46 arrests made

Minnesota: 8 victims rescued, 3 arrests made

Nebraska: 7 arrests made

North Dakota: 6 victims rescued, 3 arrests made

Oklahoma: 1 victim rescued, 7 arrests made

Tennessee: 4 arrests made

Texas: 4 victims rescued, 2 arrests made

Wisconsin: 5 arrests made

South Dakota: 9 arrests made

The operation, Operation United Front, was led by the Missouri Attorney General’s Office and the Missouri State Highway Patrol and joined by various law enforcement departments from Iowa, Kentucky, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Tennessee, and Texas.

The Homeland Security Investigations and the FBI also joined the efforts.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol and the Missouri Attorney General’s Office served as the main communications hub to coordinate other states’ operations, while each state conducted its own operation simultaneously.

FDA Bans Sale of 55,000 Flavored E-Cigarette Products

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) banned sales of about 55,000 flavored e-cigarette products on Thursday because of the health threat they pose to American youth.

“The applications for about 55,000 flavored ENDS products from three applicants lacked sufficient evidence that [e-cigarettes] have a benefit to adult smokers sufficient to overcome the public health threat posed by the well-documented, alarming levels of youth use of such products,” the federal agency wrote in an Aug. 26 statement.

It is the first time the FDA has issued a ban on an electronic nicotine delivery system (ENDS) since they began requiring vape companies to apply for premarket review last year.

The three companies that have their marketing orders denied are JD Nova Group LLC, Great American Vapes, and Vapor Salon. The flavors of the non-tobacco e-cigarette products that are impacted by the ban include Apple Crumble, Dr. Cola, and Cinnamon Toast Cereal.

“Congress gave the FDA the authority to regulate tobacco products to protect the public from the harmful effects of tobacco use through science-based regulation,” said acting FDA Commissioner Janet Woodcock.

“Ensuring new tobacco products undergo an evaluation by the FDA is a critical part of our aim to reduce tobacco-related disease and death,” she continued. “We know that flavored tobacco products are very appealing to young people, therefore assessing the impact of potential or actual youth use is a critical factor in our decision-making about which products may be marketed.”

Tobacco companies must submit premarket tobacco product applications (PMTAs) to the FDA, proving that their products provide an overall benefit to public health. If a company fails to make its case, the FDA has the power to order its products off the market.

The FDA said it’s reviewed products for more than 500 companies and more than 6.5 million products, and it has taken other “negative actions” against those applications.

The electronic nicotine product was often marketed as a tool to help adults quit smoking cigarettes, but the product became extremely enticing to youth, with health experts sounding an alarm over a massive uptick in use among children and teens.

“Flavored ENDS products are extremely popular among youth, with over 80 percent of e-cigarette users between ages 12 through 17 using one of these products,” said Mitch Zeller, J.D., head of the FDA’s Center for Tobacco Products. “Companies who want to continue to market their flavored ENDS products must have robust and reliable evidence showing that their products’ potential benefit for adult smokers outweighs the significant known risk to youth.”

He follows up with a slide explaining how “you can train in the BSL-4 lab in Wuhan.”

Daszak’s deletion of the tweet follows The National Pulse unearthing the scientist’s extensive conflicts of interest with the Chinese Communist Party and its Wuhan Institute of Virology. These ties ultimately led to his recusal from the Lancet COVID-19 commission, where he used his position to discredit the “lab leak” theory and spread disinformation about the origins of the virus.

CDC to Spend Millions of Taxpayer Dollars on Gun ‘Health Threat’

President Biden’s Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is gearing up to spend millions of taxpayer dollars fighting the “serious public health threat” posed by gun violence.

CDC director Dr. Rochelle Walensky referenced gun crime in various cities and said, “Something has to be done about this. Now is the time — it’s pedal to the metal time,” CNN reported.

“The scope of the problem is just bigger than we’re even hearing about, and when your heart wrenches every day you turn on the news, you’re only hearing the tip of the iceberg. French Newsaper Argues Taliban-Connected Migrants ‘Not Necessarily a Terrorist Threat’

A French newspaper has published an article arguing that Afghan migrants with Taliban ties may not be a terror threat as the group “are not destined for international jihad.”

The article, written by journalist Jacques Follorou for the newspaper Le Monde, notes that five Afghan evacuees in recent days were put under surveillance after it revealed that they may have ties to the Taliban in Afghanistan.

One of the Afghans placed under surveillance for alleged links to the Taliban was also placed under house arrest at a hotel in Noisy-le-Grand where he was living with his wife, 3-month old daughter, and other family members.

On Monday afternoon he was arrested at a grocery store in the 18th arrondissement of Paris in violation of his house arrest where he was spotted not wearing a face mask. On Wednesday, the man was sentenced to a ten-month suspended sentence.

The Le Monde article moved to reassure readers that alleged Taliban-ties probably weren’t a problem, however, claiming that “Having been a member of the Taliban does not necessarily pose a threat to France”.

Follorou cited Pakistan expert Ahmed Rashid who, claimed earlier this year that the Taliban was an Islamo-nationalist movement that has no global jihadist ambitions, and was therefore probably nothing to worry about.

Taliban Claims French Govt Envoys Have Now Had Secretive Meeting with New Regime in Qatar

French officials allegedly met with representatives of the Taliban in Qatar on Thursday in their first official meeting since Afghanistan fell to the Islamist group.

German Employment Agency Chief Claims Country Needs 400k Migrants Every Year

The Chairman of the German Board of the Federal Employment Agency has claimed that Germany needs at least 400,000 migrants to arrive per year to fill gaps in the labour market.

Detlef Scheele claimed that Germany is running out of skilled workers and noted that people of working age are declining at a rate of about 150,000 people per year.

“From nursing to air conditioning technicians to logisticians and academics: there will be a shortage of skilled workers everywhere,” Scheele asserted.

He noted that he was not talking about taking more asylum seekers, rather targeted labour migration, Kronen Zeitung reports.

“You can stand up and say: We don’t want foreigners. But that doesn’t work,” he claimed.

“The fact is: Germany is running out of workers.”

Rene Springer, a member of the anti-mass migration Alternative for Germany (AfD), criticised Scheele’s remarks saying he was “making himself a mouthpiece for companies that want to push down wages further with the help of immigration.”

Over the last several years, there have been several calls to increase migration in Germany, including last year by Herbert Brecker of the Institute for Research on the Labour Market (IAB), who argued that only mass migration can solve Germany’s demographic shift as more people retire.

Mass migration into Germany in recent years has already changed the demography of the country to the extent that one in four Germans come from migrant backgrounds and have at least one parent born abroad.

However, despite a massive surge of over a million asylum seekers and migrants during the height of the 2015 migrant crisis, Germany has had difficulty integrating migrants into the labour force.

A 2017 report claimed that up to 74 per cent of the migrants who arrived during the crisis has no job qualifications or professional training at all.

Long-term economic benefits of mass migration have also been challenged by some scholars, such as Professor of Economics Mats Hammarstedt, who said in December of last year that integration issues have led to long-term unemployment among migrants in Sweden.

“Every year, the public sector redistributes resources from domestic-born to foreign-born, and the long time it takes for refugee immigrants and their relatives to establish themselves in the labour market means that refugee immigration entails a cost to public finances even long after the refugees have immigrated to Sweden,” he explained.

Japanese medical association chairman tells doctors to prescribe Ivermectin for COVID

The chairman of the Tokyo Medical Association, Haruo Ozaki, held a press conference this week announcing that the anti-parasite medicine Ivermectin seems to be effective at stopping COVID-19 and publicly recommending that all doctors in Japan immediately begin using Ivermectin to treat COVID.

Ivermectin has been a source of controversy amongst medical professionals regarding the possibility of therapeutic treatments for those diagnosed with COVID-19.

In an article about the suppression of Ivermectin by health authorities, Dr. Joseph Mercola wrote: “While the list of crimes committed by authorities during the COVID-19 pandemic is a long one, perhaps the biggest crime of all is the purposeful suppression of safe and effective treatments.”

Multiple reports and studies have shown evidence that Ivermectin is effective in combatting illness associated with COVID-19, and in some countries, like India, it is recommended for use even though the World Health Organization does not recommend it.

Dr. Ozaki cited evidence from African nations that have utilized Ivermectin during the pandemic. He stated: “In Africa, if we compare countries distributing Ivermectin once a year with countries who do not give Ivermectin… they don’t give Ivermectin to prevent COVID but to prevent parasitic disease… if we look at COVID numbers in countries that give Ivermectin, the number of cases is 134.4/100,000 and the number of deaths is 2.2/100,000.”

In 2019, Japan’s death rate from influenza amounted to 2.9 death cases per 100,000 inhabitants.

The Tokyo Medical Association chairman compared statistics from African countries that did use Ivermectin yearly with those that did not: “Now African countries which do not distribute Ivermectin: 950.6 cases per 100,000 and 29.3 deaths per 100,000.”

In his opinion, he believes that this shows a clear difference between the illness and fatality rates amongst nations that use Ivermectin and those that do not: “I believe the difference is clear. Of course one cannot conclude that Ivermectin is effective only on the basis of these figures, but when we have all of these elements, we cannot say that Ivermectin is absolutely not effective, at least not me.”

He added that, given the situation, other studies can be done to “confirm its efficacy,” insinuating that it is worth using as a treatment, given that in his estimation, Japan is “in a crisis situation.”

He said, “I think we are in a situation where we can afford to give [patients] this treatment.”

Another prominent Japanese physician, Dr. Kazuhiro Nagao, appeared on Japanese television proposing that COVID-19 should be treated as a Class 5 illness as opposed to its current classification as a Class 2. In Japan, illnesses are categorized by a classification system; approaching COVID as a Class 5 illness would mean that it could be treated like a seasonal flu.

Dr. Nagao said he has used Ivermectin as an early treatment for over 500 COVID patients with practically a 100% success rate, and that it should be used nationwide.

About the effectiveness of Ivermectin in treating COVID patients, he said: “It starts being effective the very next day… My patients can reach me by message 24/7 and they tell me they feel better the next day.”

Nagao was asked by the TV anchor when patients should take Ivermectin if diagnosed with COVID-19. He replied: “The same day, I mean if you are infected today, you take it today… It is a medication that should be given for mildly ill patients. If you give it to hospital patients, it’s too late. This is also the case for the majority of drugs… So you have to give Ivermectin. I am asking our Prime Minister Suga to distribute this drug ‘made in Japan’ on a large scale in the country.”

He added that four pills should be distributed to everyone in the country, so that people can take them “as soon as you are infected.”

They already know. From late 2018 I've had physical surveillance on my house, person, and vehicle. 2019 was off the charts involving mutlitple domestic and foreign collection efforts. It's tamed a bit and now just consists of continous electronic and occassional physical spot checks.

Am I paranoid? At first. Now? No. If trying to save the greatest nation on earth from evil parasites warrants surveillance, then I'm glad I made the grade. And I know VERY well what physical surveillance looks like, since I used to do it and managed many others doing it for several years…so I am well able to recognize it. I know it's strenghts, weaknesses, challenges, methods, constraints, you name it.

I am just one Anon. Probably one of the more concerning to both the good guys (who wanted to make sure I hadn't gone to the dark side) and to the bad guys who know I came from within the machine and have extensive connections to it and within it at all levels, including the very highest. Consider your anonymity like the locks on your car. They protect you from the lazy. But, with enough capital or manpower, anything is possible. The people we are opposed by have both in virtually unlimited quantities. Others watch us because they were told we were bad, but have since learned otherwise. In fact, some of the physical surveillance has left supernatural impressions on the collection assets, who saw and felt things they only thought existed in scriptures. Even now they are deeply troubled as to how to proceed. Smart men and women fear God and those who do his work on earth.

The bad guys have a profile problem with Anons. The more effective an Anon is, the more likely many are watching them and doing something to neutralize them would almost certainly be observed and they can never know what could happen after that. High risk, low reward.

If your own government labels you a domestic threat for undermining totalitarianism, they you're screwed either way. Fight it or roll over. Only fighting it has an upside…winning.
