I know it was in FarNorCal sometime early Winter 2019. There's tons of just off the boat Laos Mongs here, Chink student pilots, and a fucking cult church that has students from all over the damn Earth coming and going at will.

In my job there were a bunch of us who were sick for like 2 months, but still strong enough to work. I finally got rid of it with fishmox (amoxicillan), tons of albuterol nebulizer tratments at home, and steroid inhalers. Kept immunity up for over 2 years until last month I caught it again.

Same treatment beat it this time but added some other otc stuff one of the popular podcasters was reccomending, birdzithro, double doses of multivitamins, cinchona bark pills, dandelion leaf pills, and time off work.

Biden Regime RESCINDS Deportation of Illegal Alien Who Killed 19-Year-Old Girl in New Program to Reduce Removals

 

In November 2020, 19-year-old Adrienne Sophia was ejected from her car and killed when by a drunk driver in Houston. Heriberto Fuerte-Padilla, an illegal alien, was driving drunk when he killed Adrienne Sophia at 1:30 PM in the afternoon.

 

ABC13 reported on Sophia’s death:

 

Sgt. Aric Albers with the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, who issued an update to reporters from the scene of the crash, said that’s when Exum was hit by a driver in a Dodge pickup truck. That driver was later identified as Heriberto Fuerte-Padilla.

 

β€œ[She was] ejected out of the vehicle into the roadway,” he said. β€œHer head struck the roadway and she sustained a significant injury where she ended up dying on the scene.”

 

Albers said the man who was with Exum was not injured in the crash. The two men involved in the altercation were detained.

 

Meanwhile, Gonzalez said Padilla tried to get away after the crash before deputies arrived. Albers said he was found a few hundred yards away and was detained by an off-duty officer in the area.

 

Padilla was found to be intoxicated, according to Albers, and has since been charged with DWI and failure to render aid.

Ex-Trump aide hands texts over to Jan 6 committee – reports

 

One text from Fox News host Sean Hannity to Kayleigh McEnany suggested β€œno more stolen election talk”

 

Kayleigh McEnany, who worked closely with former President Donald Trump before and after the January 6 Capitol riot, was subpoenaed by the committee in November and has reportedly handed over her text messages.

 

Having served as the White House press secretary between April 2020 and January 2021, McEnany was asked to turn over records, including text messages, and testify before the committee investigating the Capitol riot.

 

A source familiar with the investigation told ABC News she had handed over the texts and that this indicated she was cooperating with the probe.

 

One of the texts from Fox News host Sean Hannity to McEnany said β€œno more stolen election talk,” the source claimed. β€œYes, impeachment and the 25th amendment are real and many people will quit,” another text apparently read.

 

McEnany has not publicly confirmed whether she turned over text messages and has not commented on her level of cooperation with the committee.

 

According to reports, she appeared virtually before the January 6 committee for a few hours on January 13 this year. If that is accurate, it would explain her absence from her midday Fox News program on that day, ABC noted.

 

The committee’s letter to McEnany, sent alongside the subpoena, said lawmakers wanted to ask her about her repeated claims of voter fraud in the White House briefing room and during conversations with Trump.

 

The House committee has interviewed more than 400 people as part of its investigation, with most witnesses having cooperated with requests and subpoenas, according to the committee’s leaders.

 

However, former White House strategist Steve Bannon and former White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows have publicly refused to engage with the committee’s subpoenas, resulting in Congress voting to hold the men in contempt and referring them to the Justice Department (DOJ).

 

The DOJ indicted Bannon by a federal grand jury on two counts of contempt of Congress. He has pleaded not guilty and will face trial in July. Meadows has, so far, not been indicted.

New York Times Sues To Get Hunter Biden Information

 

We have repeatedly discussed the virtual new blackout on the influence peddling by the Biden family, particularly Hunter Biden. Despite overwhelming evidence of millions given by foreign companies and officials, the media has preferred to cover literal scoops over a story of breathtaking levels of self-dealing and corruption by the Bidens. Now, however, the New York Times has sued to force the Biden Administration to turn over information on Hunter Biden’s Romanian dealings. The lawsuit comes after another report that, in 2019, the FBI subpoenaed JP Morgan for records on Hunter Biden’s Chinese dealings.

 

In a new lawsuit on Monday, the Times sued the State Department to obtain emails from Romanian embassy officials sent between 2015 and 2019 mentioning a number of international business figures, including the president’s son and his former business associate Tony Bobulinski.

 

While the request was sent in December 2021, the Biden Administration told the Times that the soonest that it could possibly turn over the information is April 15, 2023. That is after the mid-term elections.

 

This story could be a bit awkward for the White House staff. When the New York Times Ken Vogel wrote about Hunter Biden’s dealings as a potential β€œsignificant liability,” Biden officials viciously attacked him while others suggested that he was a pawn of Russian or Trump disinformation. Of course, the allegations proved to be true and the infamous laptop is now considered authentic.

 

One of the most outspoken aides denying the entire story was Kate Bedingfield, who is now the director of White House Communications. She denounced the story as an β€œegregious act of journalistic malpractice.”

 

Andrew Bates, who is now deputy director, tweeted β€œSCOOP from Philadelphia: KEN VOGEL (@kenvogel ) is a COWARD.”

 

They will now handle questions on this story as White House officials. That includes why President Biden repeatedly said that no one had accused Hunter or his family of β€œdoing anything wrong” when he was presumably aware of the FBI subpoena and the seizure of the laptop. Given these investigations, there is also the question of why a special counsel has not been appointed given President Biden’s past comments that have been contradicted by witnesses (as well as references to his own financial accounts in these emails).

 

The media and FBI investigations now cover transactions ranging from China, Ukraine, Russia, Romania, and other countries. Millions flowed to the Biden family while Joe Biden was Vice President and later as he prepared for a presidential run. Biden is still running out for ice cream and the media is dutifully covering it. The question however remains whether this will remain just desserts . . . or whether Hunter and others will receive their just deserts for influencing peddling.

Russia is thoroughly analyzing Washington's response to its European security proposals, President Vladimir Putin said on Tuesday, adding that it has already become β€œclear” that the US has disregarded Russia’s β€œfundamental” concerns following crunch talks between the two sides.

US Delivers 500-Ton Weapon Shipment To Ukraine As Blinken & Lavrov Talk

 

Another day in the ongoing Russia-Ukraine standoff and another US weapons shipment has arrived in Kiev, despite all sides ostensibly continuing to push for a diplomatic solution and the avoidance of military conflict.

 

On Tuesday Ukraine Defense Minister Oleksii Reznikov announced his country has received a new shipment of "500 tons of defense equipment" from the United States. "The day hasn’t passed yet and we’re unloading the 6th bird from our friends from the U.S.! 84 tons of ammunition arrived in Kyiv!" he wrote on Twitter.

 

The US Embassy in Kyiv in a vaguely threatening carrot-and-stick style message responded with the following aimed at Moscow: "we vastly prefer the path of dialogue and diplomacy, but we will continue to provide Ukraine the defensive assistance needed to defend against Russia's massive military force assembled on its borders."

 

In a later statement, the embassy posted the following: "We know Russian efforts to destabilize Ukraine are part of their playbook. We've all seen it before, and we should expect to see more. We applaud the vigilance of Ukraine's law enforcement and security services at this critical time."

 

The accusatory statement linked to a report wherein a Ukrainian government official alleged a Russian plot to foment a riot in the center of Kiev using up to 5,000 agent provocateurs on the ground. Officials suggested the 'false flag' scenario would be geared destabilizing the government in favor of installing pro-Kremlin leadership.

 

Also on Tuesday US Secretary of State Antony Blinken is holding a key phone call with his Russian counterpart Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov. "We expect the Secretary will have an opportunity to speak by phone with Foreign Minister Lavrov tomorrow morning," the State Department had said Monday.

 

So far it appears Russia has yet to respond to last week's hand delivered official Washington response to Moscow's security demands of NATO. According to Russian media, "Claims from US officials that Moscow has responded to America’s proposals on de-escalation in Ukraine are inaccurate, the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has announced. It confirmed that the two sides are in talks about security in Europe but denied that a formal answer had been given."

β€œThe Stew Peters Show” has been banned from iHeartRadio without explanation. This comes after Spotify inexplicably banned the popular conservative radio host last fall.

 

Stew Peters, host of the popular radio show β€œThe Stew Peters Show,” was recently banned and removed off iHeartRadio for no apparent reason.

 

Last fall, Spotify had removed him without explanation as well.

With so many unpredictable moves Trump’s opponents would become exhausted. He was faster than any of them.

 

Remember, the President is often speaking strategically (faking), which is part of the art of the deal. Watch the Trumpster as he sinks a three pointer in any upcoming immigration deal, like he did with the tax cut.

 

Now you know why Coach Bobby Knight liked Trump so well and encouraged him to run before he even announced his candidacy for the presidency. Knight, who scouted the some of the greatest that ever-played college basketball, knew a winner when he saw him. Much of coaching is successful recruiting.

Knight was a factor in recruiting Trump to get in the political arena. Knight missed out with Larry Bird, losing him to Indiana State. But he backed the right man for the Presidency. There has never been any player who dominated the game like Bird; in my life-time there has never been a President who has been as dominate as Trump.

iHealth Labs, a subsidiary of China’s Andon Health, has received over $2.1 billion in contracts with the U.S. federal government and some states. Well over $1 billion of the sum comes from a contract with the Department of Defense (DOD) as part of the Biden White House’s at-home COVID-19 test program.

 

The department awarded two contracts to the lab in January, which provided Americans with 354 million Chinese-made kits.

 

iHealth Labs, however, has deep ties to the Chinese Communist Party. These unearthed links exacerbate the fact that the company is subject to Article 7 of China’s National Intelligence Law, which mandates that β€œany [Chinese] organization or citizen shall support, assist, and cooperate with state intelligence work.”

 

The State Council of the Chinese Communist Party sent a letter to the company, praising its efforts to respond to COVID-19.

 

In the letter posted to Andon Health’s Chinese-language website, the regime lauded the company for β€œconsciously obey[ing]” all of its orders:

Moses J. Moseley, an American actor and model who was known for his work on AMC’s science fiction and drama show β€œThe Walking Dead” has died. He was 31.

 

A family member of Moseley said police have launched an investigation to determine the circumstances around his death after the actor’s body was found in the Hudson Bridge area of Stockbridge in Georgia last week, according to TMZ. Moseley was reported as missing on Jan. 26 after his family hadn’t heard from him since Jan. 23.

 

U.S.-based entertainment company AMC Studios offered a tribute to the late actor on the official Twitter account of the show.

The Indiana Gaming Commission voted 4-2 to award the contract to operate the French Lick casino the state's 11th and final casino to Trump Indiana after nearly an hour of debate, mostly over Trump's financial problems.

 

Commission members Marya M. Rose, of Indianapolis, and Dr. I. Maurice Ndukwu, of Chesterton, voted against Trump. However, both said later they think the company's finances will improve and that it will be able to deliver what it promised to the residents of the Springs Valley, about 120 miles southwest of Indianapolis.

 

Trump's $108 million proposal includes payments of $10 million to help renovate the area's two historic hotels, $5 million to local government to make needed infrastructure improvements, such as a sewer plant expansion, and annual payments of at least $1.25 million to a local economic development fund.

The company is negotiating a plan that would result in an affiliate of Credit Suisse First Boston investing $400 million in Trump Hotels, which has $1.8 billion in debt. Robert Boykins, chief executive of Boykins Lodging, which has owned the French Lick Springs Resort since 1998, called it "a great day." "This area died when Las Vegas legalized gambling in 1949, so it is kind of cool that it has finally come back around to this," Boykins said.

 

Orange County Development, the group associated with Indiana Pacers President Bird, did not make the commission's cut to the final two. Bird was not actively involved in the project but had pledged money for the Orange County Community Foundation. Commissioners gave the group low marks for its unwillingness to meet the panel halfway on some demands.

The Russian diplomat criticized the interference in the internal affairs of his country and rejected the statement of the US delegation, which considered the deployment of Russian troops on the border as a threat to international peace.

 

Nebenzia emphasized Washington’s desire to stoke hysteria over its accusations of an imminent alleged aggression by Moscow against Ukraine: β€œThere is no threat, aggression or invasion planned. There has been no talk from any high-ranking Russian officials, quite the contrary, they have been categorically rejected,” he stressed.

 

For her part, the UN Under-Secretary General for Political Affairs and Peacebuilding, Rosemary DiCarlo, bet on the diplomatic way to deal with the growing tensions around Ukraine and reiterated the support of the multilateral organization to negotiations.

 

Recently, Washington and Moscow held talks after tensions over Ukraine escalated as the West accuses Russia of an alleged build-up of its troops on the border in arrangements for a possible invasion.

Finland To Scrap All Coronavirus Restrictions By Mid-February

 

Finland’s Prime Minister Sanna Marin has announced that the country will be lifting all Wuhan coronavirus restrictions by mid-February as the country starts easing some restrictions this week.

 

The Finnish Prime Minister stated on Monday that all coronavirus restrictions would end this by mid-February and that some restrictions will begin to ease this week, starting on Tuesday, such as restrictions on restaurants and sporting facilities.

 

Starting today β€” Tuesday 1st β€” restaurants will be allowed to remain open until 9 pm rather than 6 pm and alcohol will be served until 8 pm. Bars, however, will still be made to close at 6 pm and stop serving alcohol at 5 pm, YLE reports.

 

Gyms, swimming pools and other facilities for individual activities will be opened on Tuesday in the region of Uusimaa, while other regions have opened such facilities already, starting last week.

 

The Finnish government has also scrapped internal border controls between Finland and European Union member states who are part of the Schengen agreement.

 

Those coming to Finland from outside of the EU will still be required to be fully vaccinated or prove recovery from the virus within the last six months plus a negative test no older than three days unless they are Finnish citizens or permanent residents.

 

Mika Valtonen, Chief Physician of the Intensive Care Unit of Turku University Hospital said he was cautious about lifting the restrictions but believed it could be done slowly.

 

β€œThe coronavirus restrictions must and are in good agreement to be abandoned gradually. But we need to keep some kind of composure here,” he said.

 

Valtonen also argued that the government may be lifting the restriction due to a lack of compliance from the general public.

 

β€œThese restrictions have not always been so consistent. If they are not streamlined and perhaps dismantled, then citizens do not feel that compliance with them is fair or important,” he said.

 

Finland will join the United Kingdom, Denmark and Ireland, who have all recently announced that they will be relaxing or scrapping coronavirus restrictions, such as mask mandates or the coronavirus health pass system.

Group of 170 Mostly Nicaraguan Migrants Cross Border into Texas

 

NORMANDY, Texas β€” In one large group, more than 170 migrants crossed the Rio Grande near the small West Texas community of Normandy. The group crossed the river early Monday morning and quickly surrendered to the Border Patrol after walking through a Pecan orchard.

 

Texas Department of Public Safety Highway Patrol troopers helped provide security as Del Rio Sector Border Patrol agents worked to identify the migrants and arrange for transportation. The group consisted of single adults and family units.

 

Border Patrol agents at the scene told Breitbart Texas most of the migrants were from Nicaragua. Agents say they have been dealing with the large groups entering through the orchard almost daily. Agents added they also identified some fraudulent family units mixed in with the large groups of over 100 migrants.

 

On Saturday, a group of migrants in excess of 200 crossed through the area in the early morning hours taxing local Border Patrol resources as they worked to quickly move the migrants to a processing facility in Eagle Pass, Texas, 20 miles to the south. The large groups and migrant crossings spread throughout the Del Rio Sector resulted in the sector leading the nation in Migrant apprehensions during the first weeks of 2022.

 

Since Friday, the Border Patrol in Del Rio Sector, which encompasses the town of Normandy, apprehended more than 2,000 migrants, 75 unaccompanied migrant children, 370 migrant family units, and thwarted 16 organized human smuggling attempts. A total of 3 rescues also took place over the busy weekend.

 

The small community of Normandy has been the site of multiple large migrant group arrests in recent months. With less than 100 residents in the community and no medical facilities nearby, Border Patrol officials expressed concern for migrant safety in the remote area. With freezing temperatures set to hit the area in the coming days, Agents say crossing the river will become more hazardous to the family units with small children.

The Department of Building Inspection (DBI) form, signed by Pelosi Jr. and dated December 7, 2017, is a 'smoking gun' that evidences the House Speaker's son's close links to the high-profile public corruption criminal case.

Portugal PM tests positive for Covid after winning election

 

Portugal’s Prime Minister Antonio Costa tested positive for coronavirus on Tuesday, his cabinet said, as he prepared to govern solo just days after scoring a parliamentary majority.

 

β€œHe does not have any symptoms and will respect an isolation period of seven days,” it said.

 

The news comes after the premier’s Socialist party won 117 seats in the 230-seat parliament in Sunday’s snap election.

 

Costa, who has headed two minority governments since 2015, was expected to meet President Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa on Wednesday.

 

The head of state, who started talking to lawmakers from all sides about the new cabinet on Tuesday, had been expected to formally invite Costa to form a fresh government.

 

The line-up is not expected to be unveiled until the last week of February after the new parliament starts work, the cabinet has said.

 

Costa has never announced having Covid-19 before, though he has had to isolate before, including after coming into contact with France’s President Emmanuel Macron who tested positive in late 2020.

In about-face, police appear to admit misuse of NSO phone hacking tech

 

Police say new evidence β€˜changes the state of affairs,’ after initially denying unauthorized use of Pegasus spyware; Justice Ministry taps committee to probe bombshell claims

 

Israel’s police force admitted on Tuesday that it had found evidence that officers had conducted electronic surveillance of Israeli citizens without receiving proper judicial oversight, reversing an earlier denial of such claims.

 

After a bombshell report in mid January claiming that law enforcement regularly utilized the NSO Group’s Pegasus hacking spyware against Israeli civilians without court approval, police denied that any such activities were carried out without proper oversight.

 

But in a statement Tuesday, police noted that during a secondary investigation, β€œadditional findings were discovered that change the state of affairs in certain aspects.”

 

The police said that the head of its investigations and intelligence division would instruct all members of the force to cooperate with an inquiry into the alleged unauthorized use of the hacking technology.

 

All officers will be mandated β€œto respond to its questions, hand in any document or information demanded, allow access to information systems and provide technical knowledge on the measures at the disposal of police.”

 

Following the initial report last month, outgoing Attorney General Avichai Mandelblit ordered police to take immediate action to halt any future such activities and ordered an investigation, and the state comptroller also announced a probe of the situation.

 

The Justice Ministry said Tuesday that one of Mandelblit’s last actions in office before retiring on Monday was to appoint the members of a committee of inquiry into the issue.

 

The committee will be headed by Deputy Attorney General Amit Marari, and will include former Mossad head of technology Tzafrir Katz and former head of investigations at the Shin Bet Eyal Dagan. The committee is expected to publish its findings by July 1.

 

Echoing the police statement, a Justice Ministry official told the Knesset Constitution, Law and Justice Committee on Tuesday that further investigation into the issue has raised concerns.

 

Gabriela Fisman, head of the ministry’s governmental powers oversight division, told the committee that β€œadditional findings” by the government β€œchanged the picture,” and therefore the attorney general ordered immediate steps to prevent future violations.

 

Labor MK Gilad Kariv, who heads the committee, said that it was β€œunreasonable” to wait six months for the full investigation. He called for β€œinterim conclusions” to be made public and debated.

 

Mandelblit informed Police Commissioner Kobi Shabtai of the investigation into police last month, saying that β€œit is difficult to overstate the severity of the alleged harm to basic rights” if the report is true. But he also said at the time that while the claims β€œpaint a highly concerning picture, [the report] does not include sufficiently concrete information, which makes it difficult to identify the incidents in question.”

 

The probe into police use of Pegasus is the latest scandal to rock NSO Group, an Israel-based cybertechnology company beleaguered by accusations around the world stemming from sales of the phone hacking technology to regimes accused of using it against activists, journalists, political opponents and others.

 

Pegasus is considered one of the most powerful cyber-surveillance tools available on the market, giving operators the ability to effectively take full control of a target’s phone, download all data from the device, or activate its camera or microphone without the user knowing.

 

In an interview aired over the weekend, NSO Group CEO Asaf Shalev claimed that it was β€œbuilt-in” to Pegasus that it cannot be used on Israeli cellphone numbers.

Massachusetts High School Pushes To Erase β€˜Gendered Terms’ From Biology Class

 

Slideshow defines gender as an individual's 'psychological sense of self'

 

High schoolers in a Massachusetts biology class were asked during a lesson on human genetics to erase "gendered terms" from their vocabulary.

 

In a lesson on human genetics, Needham High School biology students learned to use inclusive language when discussing sex. An accompanying slideshow, which Parents Defending Education released last week, defines gender as an individual's "psychological sense of self" and asks students to research "gender fluidity" in nature.

 

Progressive ideology has crept into classrooms across the country. Radical education activists have called for "antiracist" math curricula that eliminate such "racist" practices as showing your work and arriving at the correct answer. One Virginia school district has proposed eliminating homework grades and extra credit assignments to promote "equity."

 

The presentation boasts popular progressive arguments on gender and sexuality. One slide includes definitions of "anatomical sex," "gender identity," "gender expression," and "attraction" and says that sex is not gender.

 

"Sex (sometimes called biological sex, anatomical sex, or physical sex) is comprised of things like genitals, chromosomes, hormones, body hair, and more," the slide provides as a definition for anatomical sex. "But one thing it’s not: gender."

 

That slide defines "gender identity" as an individual's "psychological sense of self."

 

"Who you, in your head, know yourself to be, based on how much you align (or don't align) with what you understand to be the options for gender," the slide reads.

 

Eliminating "gendered terms," according to another slide, ensures that "people with diverse (a)sexualities, (a)genders, bodies, and (a)romantic orientations are included and respected." Discussing biological sex in terms of men and women "marginalizes" those born with both male and female genitalia, "who have been persistently discriminated against."

 

After giving examples of hermaphroditic and sex-transitioning plants and animals, the presentation ends with an assignment: Students must research other examples of "gender fluidity" in nature.

 

Needham High School principal Aaron Sicotte told the Washington Free Beacon in a statement that the school is "proud" of its curriculum and hopes that lessons "appropriately reflect the needs of a diverse student body and the standards, values, and high academic expectations of the Needham community." Needham High School's course catalog notes that lessons in biologyβ€”including those offered to freshmenβ€”and physiology include lessons on human sexuality. Parents have the option to remove their children from lessons they deem inappropriate.

 

Erika Sanzi, Parents Defending Education's director of outreach, said the slides are rife with "pseudoscience."

 

"Needham High School promised a science class and instead delivered a pseudoscience class," Sanzi said. "The slides shared by the biology teacher are harmful and wrong because they are factually inaccurate, sow confusion, and rely heavily on regressive sex stereotypes."

 

Progressive gender ideology has influenced schools in other ways. Many states and districts instruct teachers and administrators to withhold information from parents regarding their students' sexuality or "gender identity."

Just months before Joe Biden forced his firing, Ukraine's chief prosecutor was told by U.S. State Department officials that they were "impressed" with his anti-corruption plan and fully supportive of his work, according to newly released memos that cast doubt on a key Democrat impeachment narrative.

 

During former President Donald Trump's first impeachment trial two years ago, House Democrats alleged that Ukrainian Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin was fired in March 2016 because State officials were widely displeased with his anti-corruption efforts and not because Shokin's office was investigating the Ukrainian gas firm that had given then-Vice President Biden's son Hunter a lucrative job.

 

But the memos obtained by Just the News and the Southeastern Legal Foundation under a Freedom of Information Act request show senior State Department officials β€” including then-Secretary of State John Kerry β€” were sending the opposite message to Shokin the summer before his firing.

 

"We have been impressed with the ambitious reform and anti-corruption agenda of your government," then-Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs Victoria Nuland personally wrote Shokin in an official letter dated June 9, 2015 that was delivered to the prosecutor two days later by then-U.S. Ambassador Geoffrey Pyatt.

 

Nuland, now President Biden's undersecretary of state, wrote that "Secretary Kerry asked me to reply on his behalf" to let Shokin know he enjoyed the full support of the United States as he set out to fight endemic corruption in the former Soviet republic.

 

"The ongoing reform of your office, law enforcement, and the judiciary will enable you to investigate and prosecute corruption and other crimes in an effective, fair, and transparent manner," Nuland added. "The United States fully supports your government's efforts to fight corruption and other crimes in an effective, fair and transparent manner."

The letter stands out, according to Republican congressional investigators and Trump's former impeachment defense lawyers, because it was sent just six months before Joe Biden began his pressure campaign to oust Shokin in December 2015 and appears to conflict with testimony given to Congress.

Federal prisons on lockdown after two members of MS-13 street gang were reportedly killed in altercation

 

America's 120 federal prisons are on lockdown after two inmates who were reportedly MS-13 gang members were killed on Monday in an altercation at a facility in Beaumont, Texas.

 

The fight broke out shortly before noon. Four inmates were transported to a local hospital where inmates Guillermo Riojas and Andrew Pineda were pronounced deceased.

 

Both Riojas and Pineda were members of the MS-13 street gang, according to the Associated Press.

 

"In an abundance of caution, the Bureau of Prisons (BOP) is securing our facilities as a temporary measure to ensure the good order of our institutions," Emery Nelson, a spokesperson for BOP, told Fox News Digital. "The BOP will continue to monitor events carefully and will adjust its operations accordingly as the situation evolves."

 

No staff members were injured during the fight.

 

Pineda, 34, was sentenced to 78 months in prison for racketeering and conspiracy. He was due to be released in 2024, according to BOP records.

 

Riojas, 54, was sentenced to 38 years in prison for carjacking and interfering with interstate commerce.

 

Several inmates have escaped from the Beaumont facility in recent years, including four inmates who went undetected for 12 hours after fleeing the prison by placing dummies in their beds and having other inmates pose as them, according to a Justice Department Inspector General report last summer.

 

The DOJ IG slammed the lax security measures at Beaumont in that report, writing that "the outer doors of separate buildings within… Beaumont were unsecured in that they were unlocked, were unmanned, were not equipped with surveillance cameras, and had either nonfunctioning alarms or alarms that could be manipulated by inmates, even during times when inmates were not permitted to move freely."

 

BOP Director Michael Carvajal informed Attorney General Merrick Garland earlier this month that he plans to resign.

FBI Raid Uncovers Ilhan Omar-Linked Scam Stealing MILLIONS From Starving Children

 

Far-left Rep. Ilhan Omar was secretly funneled large amounts of cash that was intended for starving children, the FBI has confirmed.

 

Feeding Our Future received a whopping $197.9 million in 2021 to provide food to starving Minnesota children impacted by COVID-19 restrictions. However, the FBI recently raided the charity’s headquarters and found that none of this money was actually spent feeding kids.

 

Instead, the bureau discovered the nonprofit conspired with local businesses to falsify records and funnel the money into private accounts, including Ilham Omar’s bank account.

 

The Pioneer Press found that the businesses involved in this scam were all led by β€œmembers of the East African diaspora.”

 

Alphanews.org reports: One of these establishments is Safari Restaurant, a Somali eatery located in Minneapolis’s Powderhorn Park neighborhood. Safari has been a focal point of Rep. Ilhan Omar’s engagement with her constituents for years. She’s appeared there numerous times and even hosted her 2018 victory party at the restaurant, the owners of which are now accused of stealing millions.

 

Specifically, Safari was reimbursed for $15 million it allegedly spent serving meals to hungry children between May and November 2020. The restaurant claims it fed 5,000 children a day, more than the St. Paul public school system.

 

The FBI doubts this narrative and highlights in a search warrant that Safari-affiliated shell companies purchased items like an $87,000 pickup truck, a million-dollar home in Plymouth and a $2.8 million mansion in Minneapolis after the alleged fraud took place.

 

The restaurant has also donated thousands to Omar’s campaign since the fraud reportedly transpired.

Omar is not the only progressive politician who may have received stolen money as donations. The Sahan Journal reports that at least six men named by the FBI as being involved in the scandal donated to Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey. Two of these are owners of Safari.

 

A third Frey donor, Abdikadir Mohamud, runs Stigma-Free β€” a group that was originally incorporated and run by Minneapolis City Council Member Jamal Osman. Stigma-Free also worked with Safari in perpetrating fraud, the FBI claims.

 

Abdikadir Mohamud was appointed by the mayor to sit on a public safety working group late last year.

But with the current shock to the economy, what if it can’t pay the interest on the bonds? Bankruptcy is likely. Bonds only get wiped out in bankruptcy after all stockholders get wiped out first. This means 401k’s, pension funds, and investors all over the world lose all their stock equity and maybe some or all of their corporate bond investments, too. Huge financial wipeout. And GM is only one company. Multiple by 1,000 for the overall picture.

 

So, the FR might want to buy corporate bonds to stabilize the situation, but it is not allowed to. This is the reason for the SPV’s. The SPV is set up, the US Treasury owns the stock of the SPV, and the FR makes loans to the SPV by printing money.

 

Then, the SPV (managed by Black Rock) purchases corporate bonds from GM and other companies. This provides liquidity to the markets. Mom and Pop get cash for their potentially-worthless GM bonds. Their 401k gets cash, as does their pension funds. Soon, the SPV owns all the GM bonds. GM now has only one bond holder, the US Treasury’s SPV. This makes it possible for GM to negotiate a deal where they can have a moratorium on bond interest payment for some period of time until things improve. This means their interest expense goes to $0, making it easier to survive the economic crash. This also helps keep stockholders more satisfied that there won’t be a bankruptcy to wipe them out.

 

On it’s face, this move is to provide liquidity to the financial markets and calm things down. It also serves as a real tool to keep corporate America in position to survive the economic crash that has been engineered by the criminal cabal.

 

Is there more to it than that? Maybe.

While the SPV’s are busy buying up non-US gov’t assets, the FR itself is busy buying up US treasuries. What treasuries are they buying?

As the federal government goes into overdrive to dish out money to people and businesses who have been harmed by the criminal cabal’s scheme, the FR is buying up that new debt. The US gov’t borrows the money by issuing bonds, and the FR is buying those bonds. But the FR is now geared up to buy way more bonds than just this amount. The FR is buying at a massive pace. There is already more than $22 trillion in federal bond debt. The FR is buying $625 billion per week, or $2.5 trillion per month! Some of that is NEW debt because of all the massive new spending, but the rest is buying other US debt (if they keep up that buying pace).

 

Who exactly owns the federal debt? There are two types of federal debt: marketable securities and non-marketable securities. Non-marketable securities are just a paper game where the US gov’t β€œborrows” from the left pocket to put into the right pocket. Back when Bill Clinton was president, they claimed they had a budget surplus. It was a lie. They had shifted debt between the Social Security β€œtrust fund” and the regular budget. In reality, total debt increased during this time because they were using real borrowed funds to pretend it was revenue.Anyway, these funds owed by the US gov’t to the US gov’t are β€œnon-marketable securities.” They are not traded on the markets, because they are just debt on the books (left pocket/right pocket). They are an accounting gimmick.

The marketable securities, however, are real debt. The US gov’t has not had a real budget surplus in many decades. It constantly spends more than it takes in in revenue, and the difference is borrowed each year. That’s why the national debt is over $22 trillion.

Currently, the marketable securities are about $17 trillion of the $22 trillion, and the other $6 trillion are these non-marketable securities.

 

What these SPV’s might be is a one-two punch to take down the Federal Reserve, AND … eliminate the income tax!

 

As the FR prints money to fund the SPV’s, which buy up corporate bonds and other non-gov’t assets, the FR is also printing money to buy up US treasury debt. At $2.5 trillion in purchases per month, if the FR is buying the real debt and not the fake debt, then they will own ALL of it in about 7 months β€” right around the time of the election.

Of course, if they are also using that new money to buy up the new bonds being printed because of the stimulus bill, then it would take a little longer. If they are also using that same money to fund the SPV’s, then it will take longer still. But sooner or later, the FR will end up owning ALL OF THE DEBT β€” either directly, or by issuing loans to the SPV’s.

 

You see? Instead of everybody else being in debt to the Federal Reserve, the Federal Reserve will be in debt to everyone else!

Part 6:

Congress passes a law abolishing the Federal Reserve, and letting it die in bankruptcy court. In bankruptcy court, all of its transactions for the past however many years would be made available to the trustees (and ultimately the public) to learn what they have been doing with all that money all these years.

 

The US Treasury then takes over the printing presses, but backed by gold.

 

Over time, and without interest-bearing money, the federal government could get back to its constitutional limitations, and Congress could abolish the income tax. This would be such a mind-blowing phenomenon to the general public that they would have NO CHOICE but to wake up.

Good grouping is considered 1:1/4 patterns at 100 meters which would put a decent shot at 1 inch patterns at 400 meters and capable of a big game heart shot at 1000 meters out, which most hunters would never dream of even taking the shot.
