I talk about the vax because I am watching people get sick and have serious problems. I would like to see justice served. Today I saw a donation can in a local business for a father who unexpectedly died.

 

I find the implications of a mass bioweapon launched upon humanity an important topic. It isn't really a "choice" is it if people did not get informed consent or lost access to employment over their "choice".

Mother to be charged in deaths of two children found unconscious in Duxbury, Massachusetts home, DA says

A 32-year-old mother will be charged with murder in the death of her two children, the Plymouth County District Attorney announced on Wednesday.

Two children, ages 5 and under, died and a 7-month-old boy was flown to a Boston area hospital with traumatic injuries, after being discovered inside the family's Duxbury, Massachusetts, home on Tuesday night.

District Attorney Tim Cruz identified the mother as Lindsay Clancy. He said that it appeared the children were strangled.

"As soon as able, we will be arraigning her on the two charges of murder in the death of her children," Cruz said. Cruz would not say where in the home the children were discovered.

Cruz said an arrest warrant was been issued Wednesday night for Clancy for two counts of homicide and three counts each of strangulation and assault and battery with a deadly weapon for the deaths of 5-year-old Cora Clancy and 3-year-old Dawson Clancy.

According to the DA, first responders discovered the three children unconscious inside the home with obvious signs of trauma.

First responders rushed to the home at 47 Summer St. in Duxbury just after 6 p.m. Tuesday after receiving a 911 call from Clancy's husband.

Cruz said the man reported the attempted suicide of Clancy, who had jumped out of a window in the home.

Cruz said Wesley Clancy, a 7-month-old, was being treated at a Boston hospital. An update on his condition was not available.

Cruz said the chief medical examiner's office will ultimately determine the manner and means of the death of the children.

"This is an unimaginable, senseless tragedy, and it is an ongoing investigation," Cruz said.

Cruz said Clancy was treated at the scene and transported to an area hospital for treatment, where she remained on Wednesday afternoon. An update on her condition was not immediately available.

Authorities would not comment on whether any mental illness may have played a role in the homicides or if there was any mental health history.

A spokesperson for Massachusetts General Hospital confirmed Clancy is an employee.

"We are shocked and saddened to learn of this unthinkable tragedy," the hospital spokesperson wrote. "We extend our deepest sympathies to all those affected by these devastating events."

Two relatives of the family stopped by the home Wednesday, bringing flowers and leaving them at the end of the driveway. Both were very emotional and in tears, saying they are struggling to understand what happened.

"They were just beautiful, beautiful children," Donna Jesse said. "They had a beautiful life. I can't โ€“ I can't process it."

Neighbors in the small community are in shock and thinking of the family.

"It's sort of like, how can this happen around here? But it's just you put yourself in, like you said, the manโ€™s place and canโ€™t imagine how devastating that is," Duxbury resident Tom McGrath said.

"This is an isolated incident, and there is no further threat to the community," Duxbury police chief Michael Carbone said.

"Duxbury police detectives, along with the state police detectives that are working nonstop and will continue in the days, weeks, months, or whatever it takes to get answers," Carbone said.

Thanks Q team for all of the wonderfully curious posts over the last 6 almost 7 years I guess at this point. I bought in hook line and sinker, even went to the nations capital a few times to support the effort, and well it cost me a great deal personally, and professionally which sucks ass but it is just an inconvenience in the grand scheme of things. Man arrested wearing no clothes, covered in blood after crash in New Hampshire

PLAISTOW, N.H. โ€” A New Hampshire man is facing multiple charges after he ran away from the scene of a Plaistow crash while naked, according to police.

Timothy O'Rourke, of Danville, was arrested Wednesday morning and charged with driving while intoxicated, resisting arrest, conduct after an accident, two counts of indecent exposure and two counts of simple assault.

Plaistow police said they received reports shortly after 8:50 a.m. of a three-car crash with injury near the intersection of Plaistow Road (Route 125) and Main Street (Route 121A).

Responding officers found multiple vehicles with heavy damage at the scene, but no serious injuries were reported in the crash.

Those officers were told by witnesses that the driver of a black Jeep Compass, later identified as O'Rourke, caused the crash and fled on foot down Main Street.

Police said they were able to find O'Rourke within minutes and said he was running behind Main Street homes wearing no clothes and coated in his own blood.

O'Rourke is expected to be arraigned Feb. 6 in Salem District Court.

Paul Pelosi attack footage to be released, California judge orders

Footage of the attack on former U.S. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's husband will be released to the public after a judge on Wednesday denied prosecutors' request to keep it secret.

San Francisco Superior Court Judge Stephen M. Murphy ruled there was no reason to keep the footage secret, especially after prosecutors played it in open court during a preliminary hearing last month, according to Thomas R. Burke, a San Francisco-based lawyer who represented The Associated Press and a host of other news agencies in their attempt to access the evidence.

The San Francisco District Attorney's Office handed over the evidence to Murphy on Wednesday following a court hearing. Murphy asked the court clerk's office to distribute it to the media, which could happen as soon as Thursday.

Paul Pelosi, Nancy Pelosi's husband, was asleep at the couple's San Francisco home on Oct. 28 when someone broke in and beat him with a hammer. Prosecutors have charged 42-year-old David DePape in connection with the attack.

During a preliminary hearing last month, prosecutors played portions of Paul Pelosi's 911 call plus footage from Capitol police surveillance cameras, body cameras worn by the two police officers who arrived at the house, and video from DePape's interview with police.

But when news organizations asked for copies of that evidence, the San Francisco District Attorney's Office refused to release it. The attack, which occurred just days before the 2022 midterm elections, prompted intense speculation from the public that fueled the spread of false information.

The district attorney's office argued releasing the footage publicly would only allow people to manipulate it in their quest to spread false information.

But the news agencies argued it was vital for prosecutors to publicly share their evidence that could debunk any false information swirling on the internet about the attack.

"You don't eliminate the public right of access just because of concerns about conspiracy theories," Burke said.

The San Francisco District Attorney's Office did not respond to an email from The Associated Press seeking comment.

The news agencies who sought the release of the footage includes The New York Times, The Washington Post, the Los Angeles Times, the San Francisco Chronicle, The Press Democrat, CNN, Fox News, CBS, ABC, NBC and KQED, an NPR-member radio station in San Francisco.

DePape pleaded not guilty last month to six charges, including attempted murder. Police have said DePape told them there was "evil in Washington" and he wanted to harm Nancy Pelosi because she was second in line to the presidency. His case is pending.

Democrats lost their majority in the House of Representatives after the midterm elections. Republicans elected California Republican U.S. Rep. Kevin McCarthy as the new speaker. Pelosi will remain in Congress, but she stepped down as Democratic leader. She was replaced by Hakeem Jeffries from New York.

Founder of investment firm, 46, plunges to death from NYC rooftop bar

The founder of an investment firm plunged to his death from a Manhattan rooftop bar on Wednesday night, cops and law enforcement sources said.

 

The 46-year-old man plummeted from Bar 54 at the Hyatt Centric Times Square New York in front of at least two witnesses around 6:30 p.m., police and the sources said.

 

He landed on the street below and was pronounced dead on scene, cops said.

 

Two people at the rooftop bar told police that the man jumped off the building. One woman called 911 saying she heard a loud noise and someone jumped off the building.

 

Law enforcement sources told The Post that police were called to his home in 2008 over a domestic dispute over financial issues. Court records show that the couple had filed for divorce on Tuesday.

 

The death is being investigated as a suspected suicide, an NYPD spokesperson said.

 

Sources said the man was a founder and partner at a Connecticut-based investment company.

 

This is the second time in less than four months a person plunged from the same hotel bar.

 

In October, aspiring model Elizabeth Gaglewski, of Queens, fell from Bar 54 before hitting a 27th floor balcony, the NYPD said. The 26-year-old woman was remembered as โ€œsweet and lovingโ€ by family.

'There's so many': Parents excited about plethora of options at School Choice Expo.

OKLAHOMA CITY (KOKH) โ€” Parents are getting the chance to see what options are available for their kids. The Oklahoma City Convention Center hosted the seventh annual School Choice Expo on Wednesday, January 25.

Families tell Fox 25 they're very excited about their children's future, especially after seeing all those options. "Oh, man," Parent Lucas Smith said. "There's so many [options]."

This evening, parents entered a room full of different school leaders. "I was not sure about Oklahoma school systems," Parent Tom Cosgrove said. "Getting to meet some of the people in [the room] and see what they're offering really opened my eyes a little bit."

It gave mothers and fathers a better idea of where they want their kids to learn. "I just [saw] one school," Smith said. "It's an international school that's tuition free and they're bilingual, so they're teaching the kids Spanish and French. Then they offer classes to the parents as well. Who does that for free? It's just cool."

Some families also liked what they saw from the private schools at the event. "I think more advanced classes, especially college classes where you can start out early," Parent Gracie De La Torre said. "I don't think [my daughter's current school has] that choice."

While others had more of an interest in charter schools. "Well that's going to be the less money symbol over there," Cosgrove said. "Private schools can get a little expensive, so charter is helpful. But, I will say I did see quite a few free public schools [at the event] that offer all the way down to two years old, which is nice."

Even though people had different preferences, they can all agree on one thing. "Any opportunity we can have to get a decent education, we're going to take [it]," Cosgrove said.

With so much interest in bilingual schools, the event also had Spanish resources available to families.

But it is still unlawful to kill people. Were it a human and not a corporation it would be on trial for crimes.

The Gen Z gender revolution was laid bare today as census figures showed under-35s make up half the trans community in England and Wales.

More than 47 per cent of those who identified as a different gender than they were registered at birth were aged between 16 and 34 - even though the age band accounts for less than a third of the wider population.

The younger generation was even more dominant among those who described themselves as non-binary, with 85 per cent - 26,000 people - in the under-35 group.

The insight into the changing face of the country - increasingly a major social flashpoint - emerged in the latest details released from the census, which was conducted in 2021.

It shows that 0.54 per cent of over-16s in England and Wales - 262,000 people - identified as trans at the time of the survey.

Trans men tended to have a younger age profile, with the 16-24 age category accounting for 28.5 per cent of that group - 14,000 people - while the equivalent for trans women was 19.3 per cent, or 9,000 people.

Gender identity has become a major political issue, with the UK government stepping in to block Scottish legislation that would have reduced the age for formally changing gender to 16 and removed the need for a medical diagnosis.

Concerns have been raised about how women-only spaces can be protected, while many sports have faced dilemmas over whether trans athletes can compete.

Right now I am puzzled over how to proceed regarding a state official I spoke to in 2018. The conversation had to have been recorded I would think. That individual has gone on to work for an immunization organization (revolving door). In my state religious and medical exemptions are available but the schools always say "required". They are raising the bar on getting exemptions via bureaucratic requirements whereas in the past a parent could apparently just write a note to the school. I'd like to establish the complicity between the state official's office and the CDC as vaccine company which is not interested in the wellbeing of the child.

 

Things will break through as I have warned my local officials specifically about the COVID injections. I am always polite and express my concerns as being for the officials as well as the children and families. When the crap really hits the fan it would get ugly without a miracle from God.

 

I try to present evidence for my position on each vaccine. I support ICAN, and have previously supported NVIC, CCHF, and CHD with financial gifts as well as by sharing their information. I still distribute postcards and materials I purchased from LearntheRisk.org prior to the death of Brandy Vaughn.
