School district’s new 4th- and 5th- grade sex ed curriculum uses phrases ‘boys and people with a penis,’ ‘girls and people with a vulva,’ ‘assigned sex at birth’

 

A Nevada public school district recently voted to approve a controversial new sexual education curriculum for fourth- and fifth-grade students that uses the phrases “boys and people with a penis,” “girls and people with a vulva,” and “assigned sex at birth.”

 

The Washoe County School District Board in Reno, Nevada, approved the new curriculum on Tuesday in a 5-2 vote. The Sexuality Health and Responsibility Education program will be taught to fourth-grade through senior-year students.

 

Fox News Digital reported that fourth graders will learn about their bodies, friendships, and puberty. Fifth graders will be taught about “liking and loving,” puberty, pregnancy, communication, boundaries, consent, sexual assault, and anatomy, the outlet stated.

 

The new lesson plans use the terms “body with a penis” and “body with a vulva” to refer to males and females. Additionally, the fifth-grade curriculum uses the phrases “assigned sex at birth (male)” and “assigned sex at birth (female).”

 

During public comment, parents pushed back on the curriculum’s use of gender-neutral phrases and proposed changes to the “Understanding Our Bodies” draft lesson. Community members called the controversial lessons “misleading” and “silly.”

 

“My brief review of elements of this curriculum, as a mature adult, made me gasp,” one public comment read. “Potions (sic) of this curriculum are infantile, ignore biology and would sexualize these school age children (4th‐5th graders).”

 

School board trustee Jeffrey Church, a critic of the new curriculum, argued it would “alienate and marginalize half or more of the community,” noting that it “ignore[d] constitutional religious beliefs.”

 

“The proposal goes well beyond that by including LGBTQ+ material and changing male and female or boys and girls,” Church stated. “Remove misleading references to false national standards. Follow or change the regulations but don’t violate it.”

 

In a comment to Fox News Digital, Washoe County School District Board of Trustees President Ben Smith said, “The Washoe County School District recognizes that there is a wide range of valid and varying perspectives on the topic of sex education. Nevada protects and prioritizes parental choice, as does the school district. As a result, WCSD families make the final choice about the sex education curriculum their children learn and families are given the opportunity to ‘opt in’ to the lessons.”

 

In April, TheBlaze reported that Washoe County School District began implementing a “safe space” program to help children facing increased stress over “racial tensions,” the “Capitol riot,” and “unsettling times.”

don’t know if you all are seeing it, but the latest cnn hit on trump is on how much money his ‘saving America’ pac is spending on legal fees, $40M so far.

CNN seems to think that is a huge amount, but it doesn’t seem that way, imho.

What they really want is to convince you to stop funding trump and wasting money on legal fees.

ALERT 🚨 Highest flooding alert issued for Beijing in China, authorities say

Heavy rains battered northern China on Monday, killing at least two people in Beijing while washing away cars and forcing the capital to issue its highest alerts for flooding and landslides.

 

Storm Doksuri, a former super typhoon, has swept northwards over China since Friday, when it hit southern Fujian province after scything through the Philippines.

 

Emergency personnel recovered two bodies from waterways in Beijing’s Mentougou district on Monday, the state-run People’s Daily said.

 

AFP reporters saw tree branches and dented cars, left by receding floodwaters, strewn on riverbanks in Mentougou on Monday afternoon.

 

“This morning it was crazy, the water overflowed the Mentougou river and the whole avenue was flooded,” Guo Zhenyu, a 49-year-old resident, told AFP.

 

Yellow bulldozers, workers in orange mackintoshes and residents cleared away the mud and debris during a period of lighter rain on Monday afternoon.

 

“I’m old but I’ve never seen flooding like this before in my life,” Mentougou resident Qin Quan said.

 

She showed AFP a video on her phone, shared among residents of the area, of workers attempting to resuscitate an unconscious man, as well as footage of a man desperately clinging to a pole with one hand as water washes over him.

 

The much larger and still swollen Yongding River in the same district churned up debris in brown torrents as residents looked on in shock from a bridge.

 

Other footage shared with AFP by a Mentougou resident showed a traffic barrier dozens of metres long snaking down a road as the water carried it away.

 

Chen Hong, a resident of the southern Fengtai district, shared footage with AFP that showed a parked van half-submerged in fast-flowing brown water on Monday morning as the rain continued to fall.

 

Residents in Chen’s neighbourhood cleared mud outside their homes with shovels during a brief respite from the downpour.

 

“Once it starts raining the road turns into a drain, and there’s water on the first floor inside houses,” said Chen, 52.

 

“The houses here are all old houses, so there are definitely concerns about safety,” she said.

 

A section of road surface in the outer Fangshan district caved in under rising water, local media reported.

 

Hundreds of bus services in the capital were suspended, according to state news agency Xinhua.

 

The Beijing government issued the highest flood warning for the suburban Dashihe River, while nearby city Tianjin also issued a flood alert.

 

Social media users uploaded footage of vehicles swept away by muddy torrents and thoroughfares turned into rapids on the outskirts of the city.

 

Murky water can be seen in one clip posted on the Instagram-like Xiaohongshu platform on Monday swamping a large intersection in the outer Mentougou district next to high-rise apartment blocks. The clip was geolocated by AFP.

 

Rainwater also appeared to leak onto a subway platform in western Beijing’s university district in another Xiaohongshu video from Sunday that was geolocated by AFP.

 

The streets of central Beijing were quieter than usual on Monday morning as residents heeded official recommendations to work from home, with only a handful of delivery drivers braving pools of water seen in usually packed bike lanes.

 

The governments of Beijing and neighbouring Hebei province renewed red alerts for rainstorms on Monday.

 

China has been experiencing extreme weather and posting record temperatures this summer, events that scientists say are being exacerbated by climate change.

 

Experts have warned that the ongoing downpour could prompt even worse flooding than in July 2012, when 79 people were killed and tens of thousands evacuated, according to local media.

 

An average of 170.9 millimetres of rain inundated Beijing in 40 hours between Saturday night and noon on Monday, the Beijing Meteorological Bureau said.

 

That is almost equivalent to the average rainfall for the entire month of July, according to official records.

According to rumors, Biden was supposed to be the Trojan horse for Kamala.

If Biden resigns now, then Kamala will take over for the remainder of this term (1+ years), and she can run again twice. Assuming she "wins" both times, thats 8 years + 1 year or 9 years total.

 

The rumor was that Biden was going to step down at the midterms, to "give" Kamala a 10 year term, but the Dems lost the midterms and the Hunter Biden investigation has blocked that from happening.

 

Kamala is no doubt angry that Biden didn't step down as he was meant to; she may try to lobby the Dem Senators to vote to convict Biden in an impeachment trial.

Archer Says Burisma Pressured Hunter, Joe Frequently on the Phone

 

According to a report from Just The News, Hunter Biden’s ex-business partner Devon Archer told Rep. James Comer and the House Oversight Committee that Burisma pressured Hunter Biden to deal with a Ukrainian prosecutor and that Joe Biden was frequently on phone calls for Hunter.

Devon Archer delivered bombshell testimony to Congress on Monday, telling lawmakers that Burisma Holdings pressured Hunter Biden in December 2015 to deal with a Ukrainian prosecutor who was investigating the firm for corruption shortly before the then-vice president took steps to force the prosecutor’s firing, a source directly familiar with the transcribed interview told Just the News.

 

Archer told the House Oversight and Accountability Committee that Hunter Biden was added to Burisma’s board in 2014 because his family’s “brand” brought value at a time when the firm was facing corruption allegations from the United States, Great Britain and Ukraine’s own prosecutor general office, the source said, speaking on condition of anonymity because the interview was still ongoing Monday afternoon.

Archer also directly contradicted Joe Biden’s long-held claims he never met with Hunter Biden’s foreign business associates, telling the committee America’s current president got on speakerphone more than 20 times with his son’s business clients.

 

Archer testified that Joe Biden did not engage in business specifically on such calls, instead he “was put on the phone to sell ‘the brand,'” the source said.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement rekindled its policy limiting the illegal immigrants whom officers are allowed to arrest and deport after the Supreme Court shot down a legal challenge to the policy.

 

The new rules, which lay out President Biden’s priorities for immigration law enforcement, say that being in the country illegally is no longer a sufficient reason for arrest or deportation.

 

The rules require agents and officers to justify each arrest and deportation target as either a threat to national security, a risk to public safety or a recent border crosser.

 

Officers also are directed to search for mitigating circumstances, or reasons not to deport, such as having family ties in the U.S., being advanced in age or having a criminal record years ago.

 

The policy, which Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas created in 2021, was put on hold while a challenge worked its way through federal courts. The Washington Times has learned that the policy is back in effect.

 

“ICE personnel will reinstitute the [priorities] as outlined in the September 2021 memorandum, ensuring that aggravating and mitigating factors for enforcement actions are fully considered and assessed,” Corey A. Price, acting executive associate director of ICE’s enforcement and removal operations, told employees in a memo that cited the Supreme Court’s June ruling.

 

Rank-and-file ICE officers chafed under the rules. They said even basic arrests were difficult and bureaucratic hurdles for approval sometimes gave their targets a chance to elude them.

 

“It’s put so much friction in the system that we go weeks without arresting somebody,” one officer told The Times. “It seems like a coordinated effort to come up with excuse after excuse for us not to do our job.”

 

In response to questions, ICE didn’t detail how the revived memo would change operations. Instead, it provided a copy of another memo from acting Director Patrick J. Lechleitner, who said staff would go through a refresher course to ensure that officers make “consistent, fair and efficient” uses of priorities.

 

In an 8-1 ruling in June, the Supreme Court rejected a challenge by Texas and other Republican-led states. The court’s majority concluded that states didn’t have legal standing to challenge the policy, though it did not rule on the legality of the policy itself.

 

During litigation in lower courts, Texas proved that the memo suggested ICE was refusing to arrest and deport illegal immigrants who were serious criminals.

 

Indeed, ICE canceled detainer requests for some of those criminals. Detainer requests are part of the deportation process that ask local authorities to turn over criminals when they have completed their state sentences.

 

Among them was Heriberto Fuerte-Padilla, an illegal immigrant from Mexico who was driving drunk in 2020 when he smashed into a Mazda driven by a Texas teenager, killing her. He tried to run away from the scene, but an off-duty police officer chased him down.

 

It’s not clear why Mr. Fuerte-Padilla didn’t meet Mr. Mayorkas’ priorities, though ICE officers told The Times that the secretary’s memo was so vague and supervisors were so worried about running afoul of leaders that they were erring deeply on the side of releasing criminals.

 

“It’s a moving target, and the bar is always increasing,” one West Coast officer said.

 

Citing Mr. Mayorkas’ policy, ICE also canceled detainer requests for immigrants convicted of drunken driving, evading arrest and domestic violence.

 

Mr. Mayorkas defended his memo as a way to better use limited enforcement resources.

 

He said he wanted officers and agents to focus on priority cases and leave rank-and-file illegal immigrants alone.

ROME — Secretary of State Mike Pompeo recently published a sharp letter excoriating the Vatican’s plans to renew an agreement with the Chinese government on Church operations in China. He promoted the article in a tweet, concluding, “The Vatican endangers its moral authority, should it renew the deal.”

 

An indignant Vatican took the article more as a calculated affront than a diplomatic gesture. The friction broke into the open on Wednesday as Mr. Pompeo arrived in Rome and met with prelates and others who are hostile to Pope Francis, while the Vatican denied him a meeting with the pontiff and rebuffed his efforts to derail the deal with China.

 

“Pompeo asked to meet” the pope, who turned him down because Francis had “clearly said that he does not receive political figures ahead of the elections,” Cardinal Pietro Parolin, who, as secretary of state, is the Vatican’s second-ranking official, told reporters.

 

But to some observers on both sides of the tensions between the Roman Catholic Church and the Trump administration, Mr. Pompeo’s visit is as much about the coming presidential election as about China policy. Mr. Pompeo dismissed that suggestion as absurd, but intended or not, his trip signals that President Trump is on the side of those conservative American Catholics who worry about the church’s direction under Francis and think he is soft on China.

 

Francis and Mr. Trump, who have exchanged sharp words in the past, present starkly different visions on issues ranging from the environment to immigration to the threat of populism. In appealing to the Vatican’s support for religious freedom as a reason to drop its China agreement, Mr. Pompeo seemed to seek common ground, but in a way that upset the pope’s chief allies and delighted his chief critics.

 

Cardinal Parolin said Mr. Pompeo’s article had caused “surprise” at the Vatican, because this visit to Rome by the secretary and the meetings with high officials at the Holy See had already been in the works and would have been a “more opportune” forum for airing grievances. He added that Mr. Pompeo’s choice to publish in First Things, a conservative Christian magazine that has called Francis a failure as Pope, also mattered.

Met the Mayor of our town this morning. Talked for around 30 minutes. I live in a very smol town. Niger junta arrests more government officials – presidential party

 

President Bazoum's party says six high-ranking members have been detained by the military

 

The junta in Niger has arrested four ministers, a former minister, and the head of overthrown President Mohamed Bazoum's party, the Nigerien Party for Democracy and Socialism (PNDS), AFP reported on Monday, citing a statement from the political group.

 

Earlier on Monday, Oil Minister Mahamane Sani Mahamadou, Mining Minister Ousseini Hadizatou, and the leader of the PNDS's national executive committee, Fourmakoye Gado, were all detained according to the PNDS.

 

The party also claimed that Interior Minister Hama Amadou Souley, Transport Minister Oumarou Malam Alma, and Kalla Moutari, an MP and former defense minister, had been detained earlier.

 

Bazoum has been in detention since Wednesday, when members of his security detail seized power.

 

"After the president was detained last week, the putschists went on the attack again and carried out more arrests," the PNDS said, demanding their “immediate release.”

 

The arrests coincide with a directive by the newly formed military council (CNSP) requiring all "former ministers and directors of institutions" to return vehicles in their custody "no later than Monday" at 12pm local time to the various ministerial departments and directorates.

 

The regional West African bloc, ECOWAS, has issued strong condemnation and punitive measures in response to Wednesday's coup, imposing both financial and economic sanctions on Niamey.

 

Germany announced the suspension of financial aid and cooperation with Niger on Monday, becoming the latest Western power to do so in the aftermath of last week's putsch.

 

Last week, the European Union, which had allocated €503 million ($554 million) from its budget to improve governance, education, and sustainable development in Niger over 2021-2024, also cut financial and security support to Niamey.

 

France, which said its embassy was attacked by thousands of junta supporters on Sunday, has suspended development aid and budget support actions in its former colony.

 

On Sunday, the junta accused France of plotting a military strike to free Bazoum.

Niger junta arrests more government officials – presidential party

 

 

President Bazoum's party says six high-ranking members have been detained by the military

 

 

The junta in Niger has arrested four ministers, a former minister, and the head of overthrown President Mohamed Bazoum's party, the Nigerien Party for Democracy and Socialism (PNDS), AFP reported on Monday, citing a statement from the political group.

 

 

Earlier on Monday, Oil Minister Mahamane Sani Mahamadou, Mining Minister Ousseini Hadizatou, and the leader of the PNDS's national executive committee, Fourmakoye Gado, were all detained according to the PNDS.

 

 

The party also claimed that Interior Minister Hama Amadou Souley, Transport Minister Oumarou Malam Alma, and Kalla Moutari, an MP and former defense minister, had been detained earlier.

 

 

Bazoum has been in detention since Wednesday, when members of his security detail seized power.

 

 

"After the president was detained last week, the putschists went on the attack again and carried out more arrests," the PNDS said, demanding their “immediate release.”

 

The arrests coincide with a directive by the newly formed military council (CNSP) requiring all "former ministers and directors of institutions" to return vehicles in their custody "no later than Monday" at 12pm local time to the various ministerial departments and directorates.

 

 

The regional West African bloc, ECOWAS, has issued strong condemnation and punitive measures in response to Wednesday's coup, imposing both financial and economic sanctions on Niamey.

 

 

Germany announced the suspension of financial aid and cooperation with Niger on Monday, becoming the latest Western power to do so in the aftermath of last week's putsch.

 

 

Last week, the European Union, which had allocated €503 million ($554 million) from its budget to improve governance, education, and sustainable development in Niger over 2021-2024, also cut financial and security support to Niamey.

 

 

France, which said its embassy was attacked by thousands of junta supporters on Sunday, has suspended development aid and budget support actions in its former colony.

 

 

On Sunday, the junta accused France of plotting a military strike to free Bazoum.

 

 

Paris has yet to respond to the accusation, but has stated that it recognizes Bazoum as the only legitimate authority in the West African country.

Paul Reubens, Known For 'Pee-wee Herman' Character, Dead At 70

Paul Reubens, who rose to fame playing the beloved character Pee-wee Herman, died on Sunday, social media accounts tied to the actor announced Monday.

 

Reubens “bravely and privately fought cancer for years with his trademark tenacity and wit,” posts on his Facebook and Instagram accounts said. He was 70 years old.

 

“Please accept my apology for not going public with what I’ve been facing the last six years,” a statement from Reubens read. “I have always felt a huge amount of love and respect from my friends, fans and supporters. I have loved you all so much and enjoyed making art for you.”

 

“Paul was beloved and he will be terribly missed,” his talent agent, Donald Henry Birge, said Monday.

 

Reubens’ Pee-wee character soared to popularity in the 1980s, when he debuted “The Pee-wee Herman Show” at Los Angeles’ Groundlings theater after being rejected from “Saturday Night Live.” In the show, Pee-wee lived in Puppetland with a cadre of larger-than-life characters and spoke in a signature goofy, childlike voice that Reubens developed for the character.

 

As Pee-wee ― whose signature look was a gray suit and red bowtie that Reubens found backstage at Groundlings ― Reubens mastered the art of blurring the lines between fiction and reality.

 

“It dawned on me that I could actually become Pee-wee Herman,” Reubens reflected on the character’s early days in a 2020 interview with The Hollywood Reporter. “I could do something that was conceptual art, and the only person who would really know it was conceptual was me.”

 

The act caught on, Reubens said.

 

“I would go into meetings as myself, and people would look at me and call me Pee-wee,” he told THR. “They would be like, ‘How does $200 for this project sound to you, Pee-wee?’”

 

In 1985, the stage show’s wild success led to the character’s first full-length film, “Pee-wee’s Big Adventure,” directed by Tim Burton in his feature directorial debut. The movie, which sent Pee-wee on a cross-country journey to find his stolen red bicycle, was a critical and financial success and went on to achieve cult film status.

 

Reubens later starred in “Pee-wee’s Playhouse,” a CBS children’s program that ran from 1986 to 1991. The show was peppered with former Groundlings stars, including Phil Hartman and Lynne Marie Stewart, and existed as a sort of otherworldly Pee-wee dreamscape, complete with talking appliances and furniture, puppets interacting with human characters, and quirky clay animation.

 

But as the show was wrapping up, Reubens’ career came to a standstill. In 1991, he was arrested in Florida for masturbating in an adult movie theater, spawning a litany of jokes on late-night shows. Many of Reubens’ famous friends, including Cyndi Lauper and Zsa Zsa Gabor, spoke out in his defense, but Reubens largely retreated from public life, save for a few non-Pee-wee roles throughout the rest of the ’90s.

 

He played a few small roles in big films, including “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” and “Batman Returns” in 1992. He tiptoed back into public appearances to promote “Mystery Men,” a 1999 comedy where Reubens played an amateur superhero with flatulence so pungent it makes people faint. Over the years, Reubens appeared on a number of television shows as well, including “30 Rock,” “Reno 911,” “Portlandia” and “What We Do in the Shadows.”

 

After years of dormancy (and another misdemeanor charge concerning his vintage erotica collection in 2002), Reubens brought the Pee-wee character back to the stage in 2010 with runs in Los Angeles and New York. Six years later, “Pee-wee’s Big Holiday,” directed by John Lee and produced by Judd Apatow, premiered on Netflix to largely positive reviews.

For Reubens, Pee-wee’s years of absence mattered little to the film’s story.

 

“I sort of feel like, who cares where Pee-wee’s been?” Reubens told The AV Club upon the film’s premiere. “The thing that I loved about ― that I still like about Pee-wee Herman ― is that you look at Pee-wee Herman, you know who Pee-wee Herman is. You don’t need a lot of backstory. It didn’t require a lot originally, and I don’t feel like that much has changed, really.”

Mark Levin: Special Counsel Jack Smith Is a ‘Hit Man’

 

During the opening monologue of his Sunday FNC program “Life, Liberty & Levin,” host Mark Levin criticized Jack Smith, the special counsel investigating alleged wrongdoing by former President Donald Trump.

 

Transcript as follows:

 

LEVIN: There’s a lot that has been said about these new indictments that have been brought against President Trump, a superseding list of indictments, and I want to get into this so-called superseding list a little bit later.

 

But that said, what everybody is missing here is President Trump didn’t delete a single video. How do I know that? I read this indictment. He is charged with trying to get employees to delete videos, attempted to delete Mar-a-Lago security footage sought by the grand jury investigating the mishandling of government records.

 

So these records were not deleted. They have all the video, over nine months’ worth of video. So what they’re doing here is piling on with a he said-he said. They are trying to get somebody to flip one of these individuals, a maintenance man, an IT person, you know, the little people they’re going after because the truth is, the rest of their case is very, very vulnerable.

 

This is vulnerable too in my view, but it’s very, very vulnerable.

 

I want to get into that in a second, but before I do, I want you to look at this chart to demonstrate to you that when Merrick Garland said we’re going to have a special counsel, the purpose of a special counsel is to have a prosecutor who is outside main justice, to bring in fresh faces, fresh blood so you don’t have a conflict of interest or an appearance of a conflict of interest.

 

It’s not to set up your own federal government law firm with unlimited resources, 60 prosecutors and investigators to target a former president of the United States, and that is exactly what’s taken place.

 

Jack Smith was sent to The Hague because he was a lousy, overzealous failed prosecutor who formerly headed the Public Integrity Section of the Department of Justice.

 

And I want to get into this, who is Jack Smith? He was chief of the Public Integrity Section from 2010 to 2015. Who did you report to ultimately? Eric Holder, and you’re going to see Eric Holder has a lot to do with a lot of the people who are now involved in hunting down Donald Trump.

 

He served under Attorney General Eric Holder, he oversaw the IRS targeting of the Tea Party during the Obama administration. He oversaw the failed — ultimately — prosecutions of Governor McDonnell, of Senator Menendez, of Senator Edwards.

 

He worked with FBI Director James Comey as head of the Public Integrity Section. He worked with FBI general counsel Andrew Weissmann, who you’re quite familiar with as head of the Public Integrity Section.

 

Does he sound like a man who is independent from the Department of Justice? Does it sound like a man who is independent from the Democratic Party?

 

He was chosen on the recommendation of Lisa Monaco, the deputy attorney general who had multiple positions — senior positions in the Obama Department of Justice, also primarily under Eric Holder. Her deputy, Marshall Miller worked with Smith for years in the U.S. attorney’s office in Brooklyn, and recommended Smith to Monaco as the story goes, who in turn recommended Smith to Merrick Garland.

 

Out of all the people they could have chosen in America, they go to The Hague to bring back Smith, because he’s a hit man.

 

Judge Beryl (Howell) was the judge who oversaw all of these motions that were filed by the Trump lawyers and the government. She ruled 100% against Donald Trump, 100% for the government; and she has since retired, but the damage is done.

Who is Judge Beryl Howell? She worked for former Democrat Senator on the Hill, Patrick Leahy for 10 years. That was her claim to fame. And she, of course, was appointed by Obama.

 

And let’s go through several more of these people. We have a gentleman by the name of David Harbach. He is typically the chief litigator for Smith. He has known him a long time, former special counsel to FBI Director James Comey. I’m trying to show you the incestuous relationship.

 

These people coming out of main justice, the U.S. Attorney’s office, mostly Democrats, Democrat operatives, they’ve known each other for decades. So have many of the judges who are appointed. They come out of main justice and so forth and so on.

 

This is why Republicans don’t have a chance when they’re caught up in something involving the Department of Justice, the U.S. attorney’s office in the District of Columbia, they don’t have a chance.

 

The grand juries are chosen from a population that voted five percent for Trump, 93% for Biden and the courts, I’ll get to in a minute, lopsided Democrat, lopsided Obama and Biden.

 

More about this fella, Harbach. He’s a real nasty bird. He served with Jack Smith in the Public Integrity Section, top official there. He prosecuted Bob McDonnell, John Edwards, and Bob Menendez and he was in a Florida courtroom the other week, making outrageous arguments in front of Judge Cannon who I’ve had second thoughts on. I actually think she is now doing a pretty good job as I read all the transcript and so forth.

 

She is actually doing a pretty good job, let’s see how it turns out overall. She is not one of these D.C. judges, which I’ll get to in a second.

 

We have Jay Bratt. Who is Jay Bratt?

 

Jay Bratt has been a justice a long time. He got a special award from Eric Holder several years back. He is the chief of counterintel and customs and all the rest of it. He’s a former assistant U.S. attorney in Washington, D.C.

 

He is directly involved in the Mar-a-Lago search. He argued strongly for the search warrant, for the FBI raid. Her is over the top. He knows very few bounds.

 

He was in that same Florida courtroom the other week, with Harbach. These are the people who Smith has brought in.

 

He is accused by Stanley Woodward who represents the co-defendant to Donald Trump of extortion. He is accused of waiving a federal judgeship in front of this attorney who is trying to become a federal judge in Washington, D.C. for a favorable testimony from his client against Donald Trump.

 

The fact that this guy shows up in a federal courtroom in Florida without that being resolved is unbelievable to me. But that’s who he is, another hit man.

 

Then we have Raymond Hustler, another guy that comes out of the Public Integrity Section. So what Jack Smith did is he brought all of his guys back, all of the people who have abused the law in the past, all of the people who have abused and targeted individuals and turned them in to defendants in the past. He has brought them all into his special independent counsel office, all come out of main justice, most come out of the Holder regime when he was there.

 

He hired Harbach. He was involved in the McDonnell, Edwards, Menendez cases as well. Who is Julie Edelstein? She’s a deputy to Bratt. Julie Edelstein interned for whom? Representative Bennie Thompson.

 

Okay, who is Mary Dohrmann? Mary Dohrmann clerked for former Chief Judge Beryl Howell. How the hell was she on the case with a conflict of interest like that? It doesn’t matter.

 

So, there she is. A prosecutor in the case.

 

Timothy Duree, who is he? He’s another hunter. He donated to the 2020 Biden campaign. Well, what about that? Isn’t that a serious issue? You would think it would be, right?

This is what I found after many, many hours of investigation and the funny thing is, Judicial Watch has sued the Department of Justice and the special counsel’s office because they won’t release the names of all their personnel. Can you imagine that?

 

We knew all the people who worked for Mueller. Why? Because Smith doesn’t want you to know that he has hired hit men, hatchet men from the Department of Justice, main justice, from the U.S. attorney’s office, people who worked with him in Public Integrity, people with connections to James Comey, almost all of whom served under Eric Holder, people with connections to Obama and that is essentially the group of individuals who every day are looking for ways to take out Donald Trump, I want you to know this, and every day are looking for ways to take out the people who worked for Donald Trump or work for Donald Trump.

 

And of course, they’re trying to interfere with the election. It’s not that they are as a matter of fact, it is they are as an affirmative matter of fact. They are of the same mindset as the prior group that worked so hard to interfere in the last election, which was pointed out by U.S. Attorney Durham. Nothing has changed over there.

 

And by the way, this guy, Weissmann — Andrew Weissmann became head of the Enron taskforce, you know, who appointed him to be head of the Enron taskforce when he was assistant attorney general for the Criminal Division? Christopher Wray, the current FBI director who Chris Christie has vouched for, of course.

 

So this whole thing stinks. Now, let’s look at the judges in Washington, D.C., shall we? The Democrats have worked very, very hard, Obama-Biden, especially to appoint activists, left-wing Democrat judges in these district court level, trial level judgeships.

 

First we had Judge Howell, who has since retired. Before she retired, the day she retired, she issued a very controversial decision, because Jack Smith wanted to get the information and notes of Donald Trump’s lawyer involved in the documents case.

 

Attorney-client privilege exists to protect your due process rights. If you can’t consult with your lawyer, that’s fine. Well, there is a crime fraud exception. We have no idea how she ruled. We don’t have the order. We don’t know a damn thing about what she did.

 

But we do know that she’s ruled against Trump every step of the way, and ruled for Smith and his predecessor every step of the way. She has since retired.

 

She was replaced with Chief Judge James Boasberg. Who appointed him? Obama. He used to work in the U.S. Attorney’s office in Washington, too.

 

There is another judge, Judge Rudolph Contreras, Obama appointee. He worked in the U.S. Attorney’s office in Washington, D.C. at one point.

 

Judge Christopher Cooper, Obama judge. He worked in the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, DC.

 

Judge Tanya Chutkan, an Obama judge. She was in the D.C. public defender office, that is in Washington.

 

Judge Randolph Moss, he worked at the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington appointed by Obama.

 

Judge Amit Mehta worked in the D.C. public defender office, appointed by Obama.

 

You have Judge Timothy Kelly, appointed by Trump, but Kelly worked in the U.S. Attorney’s office. They worked in the Public Integrity Section at the Department of Justice. And that’s important, because there’s this relationship, professional relationship, social relationship, I almost don’t care who appoints who that exists in the swamp.

 

We have Judge Trevor McFadden, who was in the U.S. Attorney’s office at main justice, also, a Trump appointee.

 

We have Judge Dabney Friedrich, was at the U.S. Sentencing Commission, main justice under Bush appointed by Trump.

We have Judge Nichols. I don’t know much about Judge Nichols. Then we have Judges Gia M. Cobb, public defender’s office in D.C., appointed by Biden; Judge Ana Reyes, appointed by Biden.

 

So you have 10 of the 12 judges in the D.C. Circuit area, in the D.C. court who worked at main justice. Eight of the 12 were appointed by Obama or Biden. The chief judge was appointed by Obama, the prior chief judge was appointed by Obama.

 

The grand jury is made up of citizens from the District of Columbia, five percent of whom voted for Donald Trump.

 

This is why the grand jury was used in Washington, D.C. to take out Trump. This is why all those original charges were brought by the grand jury in Washington, D.C. because where they were supposed to go and where this grand jury was supposed to be working in investigating all these months, was in Florida.

 

Here is the United States Department of Justice Manual for U.S. Attorneys and you look at 9-11.121, Venue Limitations. This is required.

 

Venue Limitations: One sentence. A case should not be presented to a grand jury in a district unless venue for the offence lies in that district.

 

The documents case is in Florida, all the work was done in Washington, D.C. These lawyers for Donald Trump need to file a motion. They shouldn’t wait for the trial. You have to file a motion to dismiss for prosecutorial misconduct and because they changed the venue, the basis of venue shopping, I would call it.

 

And so all these charges should be thrown out. The rules of the Department of Justice are a hundred percent clear and grand jurors are supposed to be chosen from the district in which the activities took place and any charges will be brought. It was clearly violated.

 

They should immediately bring a motion to dismiss the search warrant — I talked about this the other week, it’s a general warrant. It would end the entire case. They should have a Franks hearing, that as a hearing with the judge on the basis for the warrant, the information that was in the warrant and whether any exculpatory information was concealed from the court.

 

So there should be a motion to dismiss for prosecutorial misconduct involving Jay Bratt, who was in the judge’s courtroom in Florida for allegedly extorting one of the defendants — the attorney for one of the defendants in the case, that is still under secret review by a judge in the District of Columbia.

 

This case, belongs in Florida, all of it.

 

One other point involving this deal that fell through with the Department of Justice on Hunter Biden. I think a lot of people are missing another fact. This judge in Wilmington is not part of the social professional swamp of judges in Washington, D.C. She’s in Wilmington, Delaware. I looked at her background. She has no connection to those people.

 

An honest judge with integrity, who is not biased, makes a huge difference in this country. That’s what happened. The Biden lawyers and the Department of Justice are used to being rubber stamp.

 

The Department of Justice has been rubber stamped all throughout the Trump investigation. That is the judges have upheld virtually every single thing they’ve wanted to do, including all the abuses.

 

This judge is not part of that circle. She’s in Wilmington.

 

The judge in Florida, Judge Cannon is not part of this circle. That’s why they trash her and they’re trying to influence her. She’s not part of that circle.

 

So that’s what’s important to understand when people say how did they expect to get away with this? Because they’re used to getting away with it. Except when you move outside of Washington.

 

Don’t get me wrong. The courts aren’t perfect. But when you move outside of Washington, you actually have a chance of justice and due process. That’s what happened in Wilmington. Let’s hope it continues and that’s hopefully what will happen in Florida.

Levin spent much of his opening monologue on Life, Liberty, and Levin raging at DC judges and FBI officials for their role in the multiple legal cases against Trump. However, he took time to praise Judge Noreika for her handling of the now scuttled Biden plea deal.

 

The president’s son back in June agreed to a plea deal with the Department of Justice over tax misdemeanors and a felony gun charge. However, the agreement fell apart earlier this week in a Delaware court, forcing the younger Biden to plead guilty to the charges against him.

 

Levin noted that Noreika background shows she does not have “connection” to the “swamp of judges in Washington, DC.”

 

“This judge in Wilmington is not part of the social professional swamp of judges in Washington, DC. She’s in Wilmington, Delaware,” Levin said on Sunday night. “I looked at her background. She’s has no connection to those people. An honest judge with integrity who is not biased makes a huge difference in this country. That’s what happened.”

 

The Republican firebrand also praised Noreika along with Judge Aileen Cannon, who is overseeing the Trump classified documents case in Florida, for not “rubber stamping” the legal moves of the DOJ.

 

The Biden lawyers and the Department of Justice are used to being rubber stamped. The Department of Justice has been rubber stamped all throughout the Trump investigation. That is, the judges have upheld virtually every single thing they’ve wanted to do, including all the abuses. This judge is not part of that circle. She’s in Wilmington, the judge in Florida, Judge Cannon, is not part of this circle. That’s why they trash her and they’re trying to influence her. She’s not part of that circle. So that’s what’s important to understand. When people say, how did they expect to get away with this? Because they’re used to getting away with it, except when you move outside of Washington, don’t get me wrong. Adam Schiff Uses House Censure To Raise Campaign Funds

 

California Democrat Rep. Adam Schiff was censured by a majority of House members late last month and, as a result, has gone down in U.S. history, though not in a favorable manner.

 

Schiff is one of just two dozen members of Congress since the country’s founding to have been censured and had to stand in front of Congress and be humiliated by his colleagues. However, Schiff is proud of being censured and is using it to fuel his U.S. Senate campaign.

 

“Rep. Adam Schiff has more cash on hand to spend on his Senate run than any individual presidential campaign, according to new FEC data. Why it matters: In an election cycle poised to break records for campaign spending, the hotly contested race to fill Sen. Dianne Feinstein’s (D-Calif.) open seat is expected to be one of the most expensive in the country,” Axios reported.

 

“After raising more than $8 million in Q2, Schiff has nearly $30 million in cash on hand — more than any other federal candidate, including for president. Schiff, already a prolific fundraiser, received a surge in donations after House Republicans vote to censure him last month for leading investigations into former President Trump,” Axios added.

 

According to FEC data, Schiff had more than $21 million in cash on hand at the end of the 2022 election cycle.

 

The effort to censure Schiff began with Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-Fla.), who labeled him a “criminal” for allegedly leveraging his former position as head of the House Intelligence Committee to falsely accuse former President Donald Trump of “colluding” with Russia to undermine the 2016 election.

 

During an interview on Fox News, Paulina Luna discussed the House Oversight Committee’s ongoing efforts to hold former Schiff accountable for lying about the Trump-Russia investigation without any significant evidence to back claims of alleged collusion.

 

“I will speak to Adam Schiff. Maria, I have a privileged resolution that I’m bringing to the floor, and we are going to fine that man 16 million dollars for using his position to lie to the American people and ultimately push something that not only destroyed our country but ripped us apart and I believe, maybe even permanently damaging foreign relations. He is a criminal, and Adam Schiff, you will be held accountable,” Luna said.

Earlier this year, Schiff was accused of leaking highly classified information for years in order to damage then-President Donald Trump.

 

Former CIA Director and Secretary of State Mike Pompeo recently claimed that he was forced to limit how much information he gave to Schiff and his staff out of fear that it would be weaponized and selectively leaked to the media.

 

“During my time as CIA director and secretary of state, I know that he leaked classified information that had been provided to him,” Pompeo said.

 

“Outnumbered” co-host Emily Compagno, after emphasizing what a huge problem that is, asked Pompeo why there hadn’t been any accountability if leaking that kind of information is “a felony at a minimum, up to treason.”

 

“It’s a complicated process, right? It’s difficult to pin down precisely what happened,” Pompeo said. “But I could tell you that when we provided information to him and to his staff, it ended up in places it shouldn’t have been with alarming regularity. Australian Space Agency Unravels Mystery of Unidentified Seashore Object

As suspected, the canister-like object that washed ashore in Green Head, Western Australia, in mid-July likely belongs to a discarded third stage from an Indian rocket, the Australian Space Agency announced over the weekend.

 

More specifically, the third stage came from a Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle (PSLV), a medium-lift rocket that the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) launches on a regular basis. The PSLV third stage is a “solid rocket motor that provides the upper stages high thrust after the atmospheric phase of the launch,” according to ISRO.

 

In its tweet, the Australian Space Agency said it’s “most likely debris” from an expended PSLV, so it’s still not the ironclad confirmation we were expecting.

 

“The debris remains in storage and the Australian Space Agency is working with ISRO, who will provide further confirmation to determine next steps, including considering obligations under the United Nations space treaties,” the space agency added, saying it “committed to the long-term sustainability of outer space activities, including debris mitigation, and continues to highlight this on the international stage.”

 

From the get-go, there were suspicions that the cylindrical object, damaged and covered in barnacles, originated from an Indian rocket. ISRO officials chimed in during the days following its discovery, saying it definitely came from a rocket, but that it “cannot confirm or deny anything about it without seeing it in person and checking it.”

 

The large, copper-toned cylindrical object washed ashore on July 15, leaving both state and federal officials puzzled. Pulled from the water by a local couple’s four-wheel-drive vehicle, the object is over 8 feet (2.4 meters) across and shows signs of being in the water for a prolonged period. While the state fire department confirmed it poses no threat to public safety, the Australian Space Agency urged locals to avoid handling the object while its origin remained unidentified.

 

Early speculation linked the object to aircraft debris, even suggesting a connection to the missing Boeing 777 from flight MH370. Still, the more credible theories suggested that the object came from a rocket, which now appears to be the case. As the Australian Space Agency points out, ISRO should now claim its suspected property and provide that added confirmation.

Rand Paul announces ‘official criminal referral,’ says email shows Fauci COVID testimony ‘absolutely a lie’

Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) has announced an “official criminal referral” to the Department of Justice with regard to Dr. Anthony Fauci.

 

Paul pointed to an email from February 2020 in which Fauci detailed a call with British medical researcher Jeremy Farrar, who was director of the Wellcome Trust at the time.

 

According to Fauci, those on the task force call, including Francis Collins, former director of the National Human Genome Research Institute, and other “highly credible” scientists with expertise in evolutionary biology, expressed concern about the “fact upon viewing the sequences of several isolates of the nCoV, there were mutations in the virus that would be most unusual to have evolved naturally in the bats and that there was a suspicion that this mutation was intentionally inserted.”

 

“The suspicion was heightened by the fact that scientists in Wuhan University are known to have been working on gain-of-function experiments to determine the molecular mechanisms associated with bat viruses adapting to human infection, and the outbreak originated in Wuhan,” Fauci wrote, according to a screenshot of the newly unredacted email shared by RealClearPolitics White House reporter Philip Wegmann.

 

“This directly contradicts everything he said in committee hearing to me, denying absolutely that they funded any gain of function, and it’s absolutely a lie. That’s why I sent an official criminal referral to the DOJ,” Paul wrote on “X,” formerly known as Twitter, on Saturday.

 

In July 2021, Paul reminded Fauci, former director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) and medical adviser to the president, that lying to Congress is a federal crime, suggesting that the NIAID director had done so with regard to COVID-19 gain-of-function research conducted at the Wuhan Institute of Virology in China.

 

During a heated exchange, Fauci insisted he had “never lied before Congress” during prior testimony in May, telling Paul that “you don’t know what you’re talking about.”

 

Fauci further denied that the National Institutes of Health (NIH) funded gain-of-function research, despite Paul citing a journal article titled “Discovery of a rich gene pool of bat SARS-related coronaviruses.”

 

Paul, who graduated from Duke University School of Medicine and was a practicing doctor before being elected to Congress, noted how the paper’s author credits the NIH and lists the actual number of the grant given by the NIH.

 

The author took two bat coronavirus spike genes and combined them with SARs-related backbone to create new viruses that are not found in nature, and the lab-created viruses were then shown to replicate in humans, Paul said during the July congressional hearing.

 

“Viruses that in nature only infect animals were manipulated in the Wuhan lab to gain the function of infecting humans,” he said.

 

Fauci said the paper to which Paul referred “was judged by qualified staff up and down the chain as not being gain of function.”

 

“Let’s read from the NIH definition of ‘gain of function,'” Paul said. “This is your definition that you guys wrote. It says that ‘scientific research that increases the transmissibility among mammals is gain of function.’ They took animal viruses that only occur in animals, and they increased their transmissibility to humans. How you can say that’s not gain of function — it’s a dance, and you’re dancing around this because you’re trying to obscure responsibility for 4 million people dying around the world from a pandemic.”

Devon Archer, Hunter Biden’s longtime friend and business associate, is set to appear before the House Oversight Committee on Monday.

 

Archer is reportedly preparing to tell lawmakers that President Biden met with dozens of Hunter’s business associates while he was serving as vice president between 2009 and 2017.

 

The hearing is not currently listed on the House Oversight Calendar.

over the weekend, on Saturday, the Biden Department of Justice attempted to intimidate Devon Archer and prevent him from testifying today. The Biden DOJ sent out a letter ON SATURDAY to Archer requesting he report to prison.

 

GOP House members called on lawmakers to return to Washington and investigate the DOJ following their harassment of a Congressional witness.

 

Obviously, the Biden Department of Justice is worried that the truth will come out to the American people today. The regime is worried that Archer will spill the beans on the Biden Crime Family, the most corrupt political family in US history.

Hunter tried to persuade Hunter that he is part of the Biden Family and the Biden Family will not abandon him.

 

Archer, 47, lost his appeal to the Supreme Court in December to have his 2018 criminal conviction overturned, relating to a $60 million scheme to defraud a Native American tribe.

 

The president’s son never was charged over the fraud and was not alleged to have been involved. But the court heard that his name was used as a selling point, and he was described in promotional brochures as a vice chairman for Burnham Financial Group, the firm at the center of the scam…

 

In the middle of his legal woes, Archer complained to Hunter about his predicament.

 

…“Why did your dad’s administration appointees arrest me and try and put me in jail?” he wrote on March 6, 2019, in a text message found on Hunter’s abandoned laptop. “Why would they try and ruin my family and destroy my kids and no one from your family’s side step in and at least try to help me? I don’t get it.”

 

Hunter replied with a dissertation on co-equal branches of government before reassuring his friend he would not be abandoned by the Biden family.

 

“Every great family is persecuted … you are part of a great family — not a side show, not deserted by them even in your darkest moments. That’s the way Bidens are different, and you are a Biden. It’s the price of power and the people questioning you truly have none.”

To summarize the situation on your world: hostile extraterrestrials and demons, together with their Earthling minions, have been leeching off humanity's energy for millennia. We call these the dark controllers.

We are not inherently better than you - biologically we are practically the same species, and as stated our races can even have children together in the normal way.

 

So from our point of view, it is obvious that what is needed on Earth is to help people get their needs met, as quickly and thoroughly as possible.

 

Note that freedom is one of humanity's needs, so we are not advocating for an all-controlling government here. Instead what we think would be one great step is publicly releasing technology that makes people's lives better, such as free energy technology. A proposal for this was outlined in Tunia's message: "Let's Free Earth." Also, the gray hats already have this technology and they could just release it publicly, today if they chose to do so.

 

However, this is not the path that the gray hats have chosen. The path they have chosen is that they fight the dark controllers behind the scenes and when possible arrest their Earthling minions. However they are allowing the dark controllers to keep control of the mainstream media and to keep making life harder and harder and harder for average people.

 

The hope that these gray hats have is that when people suffer enough, they will wake up. However, from our point of view, when people suffer they become less loving and more selfish. This is the opposite of what we and what Source wants. Hence we think that the current strategy is counterproductive.

 

The subconscious shadow of the higher-up gray hats is also that they like having more power, more knowledge and more money than the average person. Plus in some cases they have a dark past and they understand that if everything were brought to light, their own past would be publicized too. Subconsciously these gray hats are less eager to move towards this love-based society than awake Earthlings would hope.

 

I do want to be fair to the gray hats: they are working hard, sometimes they are risking their lives and they have been and are making some progress against the dark controllers.

 

At the same time, they are sitting on a mountain of evidence. They could start public mass arrests tomorrow of the dark controllers today. Or they could publicly publish all their evidence, today, and hence empower the population to hold people accountable.

 

The Gray hats would probably defend themselves by saying that the population needs to wake up and it's the fault of average citizens that this process is taking too long. From our point of view, by making people suffer you only narrow their perspective into a survival mode. If you want to wake people up, make sure their needs are met first.

10,000 Illegal Immigrants Apprehended at Tucson, Arizona, Border Sector

On Saturday, the Tucson, Arizona, Border Patrol announced it had apprehended 10,000 illegal immigrants in the past week—up by around 1,000 from the week before.

 

In a tweet, Tucson Sector Chief Patrol Agent John Modlin reported that his team apprehended 10,000 illegal immigrants and intercepted 21 human smuggling attempts in the Tucson, Arizona, border area.

 

Tucson agents made 11 seizures of narcotics, including 6 pounds of fentanyl and an equal amount of methamphetamine.

 

Border agents also seized three firearms.

 

The $83,000 worth of fentanyl pills were found by Nogales Station agents inside an abandoned backpack located underneath the rear seat of a passenger shuttle van during a secondary inspection.

 

Mr. Modlin also reported the rescue of 430 illegal immigrants who fell prey to the scorching summer heat of the Arizona desert. By way of example, he shared a photo of a 45-year-old Guatemalan woman receiving medical attention in the wilderness at night.

 

The woman, who crossed the border in the Baboquivari Mountains on July 21, suffered from severe dehydration and a leg injury.

 

“After providing lifesaving aid, #BORSTAR agents litter-carried the woman through rigorous terrain to meet [Arizone Department of Public Safety] for an airlift to a hospital,” Mr. Modlin wrote on X, the platform formerly known as Twitter.

 

“The unforgiving desert heat can be life-threatening,” Mr. Modlin said. “With temperatures soaring well above 100 degrees, it only takes minutes for heat exhaustion and dehydration to set in. Those attempting to cross the border illegally underestimate the intensity of the heat and vastness of the desert.”

 

“The dangers are real, do not cross,” he added.

 

On July 24, Border Patrol agents at Ajo Station encountered a group of 194 illegal immigrants, the chief said in a Friday tweet. “The group consisted of single adults and family units from 16 different nations.”

 

“Tucson Sector agents continue to respond to these large groups and work through the challenges they present,” he added.

 

The apprehension of 10,000 illegal immigrants in just one week indicates a steep increase in the influx at the Tucson Sector.

 

Last month, Tucson Sector agents apprehended a total of 24,360 migrants trying to cross the border illegally. The year-to-date total for the sector tallies to 235,000 apprehensions, up 40,000 from the previous year, and significantly higher from the two years prior.

 

According to Breitbart Texas, the increased apprehensions in Arizona are partly due to Texas Gov. Greg Abbott’s Operation Lone Star, a border protection initiative launched in 2021 “to fill in the dangerous gaps created by President [Joe] Biden’s reckless open border policies,” according to the governor’s office.

 

The June Nationwide Encounters Report from U.S. Customs and Border Protection reported a drop in illegal immigrant apprehensions of more than 11 percent compared to the previous year.

 

“States like Arizona are following President Biden’s lead, allowing even more migrants to surge into our country while Texas is holding the line,” the governor’s press secretary told Breitbart.

 

“Increased apprehensions in border states west of Texas show our deterrence strategies are effective, as migrants choose to illegally cross in states that have left the door wide open for them,” he added.

The Committees on Judiciary, Ways and Means, and Oversight and Accountability are continuing their oversight of the Executive Branch’s commitment to impartial justice, as well as investigating the veracity of statements made in response to congressional inquiries related to the Department of Justice’s investigation of Hunter Biden. Given recent unusual events relating to the Department’s plea and pretrial diversion agreements with Mr. Biden, we write to better understand the Department’s decision to sign off on such apparently atypical agreements.

 

According to court documents and recent news reports, Judge Maryellen Noreika of the United States District Court for the District of Delaware declined to accept on Wednesday the Department’s plea and pretrial diversion agreements with Mr. Biden. 1 The plea agreement relates to tax charges that have been brought against Mr. Biden while the pretrial diversion agreement pertains to a firearms charge. Judge Noreika described the Department’s deal as “not standard” and “different from what I normally see.”2

The Department’s unusual plea and pretrial diversion agreements with Mr. Biden raise serious concerns—especially when combined with recent whistleblower allegations—that the Department has provided preferential treatment toward Mr. Biden in the course of its investigation and proposed resolution of his alleged criminal conduct.18

 

The Committees therefore request that the Department provide written answers to the following questions:

Other than Mr. Biden’s case, how many times in the last ten years has the U.S. Attorney’sOffice for the District of Delaware included in a pretrial diversion agreement a provision similar to paragraph 14 of the agreement with Mr. Biden? When a nation starts to embrace and adopt an attitude that there is no qualifying legacy of ancestry or descendants of heritage to maintain and pass down tenants of its core philosophy of governance, then this argument will eventually see prerequisites like Article II, Section 1 as dated and unenforceable. Physical and logistical barriers to invasion are only part of a successful protectionist policy for a nation's preservation of identity and values; as you stated, it must be ideological as well. That ideology lies as much with its inheritors as it does with those that adopt it, willingly and wholly, by a rejection of previously held creeds. There is no prescribed constitutional or ideological method for which a unilateral and arbitrary charge of neglect against its people determine a more suitable inheritor of this nation and its furtherance. Any suggestion to the contrary is rightly challenged and dismissed.

 

If you seek higher office to represent The People, then it will be for all people. A leader does not get to favor one group over the other by executive fiat with any determination that reaches outside the boundaries of law. But this is a discussion that needs more attention, and better arguments to the contrary that fall in line with Enlightenment roots should be had, if for no other reason than to charge The People with a greater understanding of that which they've been blessed with.

Devon Archer has flipped on the Biden Crime Family.

 

Devon Archer, Hunter Biden’s longtime friend, and Rosemont Seneca business partner who is facing one year in prison on unrelated charges, appeared before the House Oversight Committee on Monday to testify on the Biden Crime Family.

 

Archer testified that Joe Biden was on more than 20 phone calls with Hunter’s business associates while he was serving as vice president between 2009 and 2017.

 

Archer told lawmakers the ‘Biden brand’ helped Ukrainian Natural Gas Company Burisma Holdings from going bankrupt.

 

According to Just The News, Devon Archer told lawmakers Burisma pressured Hunter Biden to deal with the Ukrainian prosecutor investigating the company for corruption.

 

Recall, Ukrainian Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin was investigating Burisma and its CEO Mykola Zlochevsky for corruption and several homes and vehicles belonging to the oligarch were seized.

 

A month later Viktor Shokin was fired after Joe Biden threatened to withhold $1 billion from Ukraine.

 

Joe Biden publicly bragged about bribing Ukraine with $1 billion to fire Viktor Shokin, the Ukrainian Prosecutor General who was investigating Burisma corruption.

 

“I looked at him and I said: I’m leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor is not fired, you’re not getting the money. Well, son of a bitch. He got fired,” Biden said in 2018.

Devon Archer told Congress that Burisma execs, including Hunter Biden, Mykola Zlochevsky and Vadym Pozharski, convened and ‘called DC’ to get Viktor Shokin fired.

The former business partner at the Rosemont Seneca firm, who was convicted in 2018 in a tribal bond fraud scheme, also told lawmakers that Hunter Biden was pressured in late 2015 to help deal with Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin’s corruption investigation as Joe Biden was preparing to travel to Ukraine.

 

“In December 2015, Mykola Zlochevsky, the owner of Burisma, and Vadym Pozharski, an executive of Burisma, placed constant pressure on Hunter Biden to get help from D.C. regarding the Ukrainian prosecutor, Viktor Shokin,” the source explained, recounting Archer’s testimony. “Shokin was investigating Burisma for corruption. Hunter Biden, along with Zlochevsky and Pozharski, ‘called D.C.’ to discuss the matter. Biden, Zlochevsky, and Pozharski stepped away to take make the call.”

 

A few days after that meeting, Joe Biden visited Ukraine as vice president and began an effort to force Ukraine’s president to fire Shokin, eventually threatening to withhold $1 billion in U.S. loan guarantees if the termination did not happen. Biden’s defenders have long maintained the firing was not related to Burisma and was a result of U.S. policy because the Obama administration felt Shokin was corrupt.
