Just a thought about the Hobbs situation going on in Arizona. Has anyone considered that she may be getting a medical procedure that knocks her ass out and that she can not serve. Didn't they do this a few times over Biden already. I thought that was standard at least in Federal situations I would assume the mirror of that at the state level would also be true. Now as to why they skipped people, that I do not have an easy explanation for except maybe they not available either.

Scientists ‘shocked’ and ‘alarmed’ at what’s in the mRNA shots

 

Early in 2023, genomics scientist Kevin McKernan made an accidental discovery. While running an experiment in his Boston lab, McKernan used some vials of mRNA Pfizer and Moderna Covid vaccines as controls. He was ‘shocked’ to find that they were allegedly contaminated with tiny fragments of plasmid DNA.

 

McKernan, who has 25 years’ experience in his field, ran the experiment again, confirming that the vials contained up to, in his opinion, 18-70 times more DNA contamination than the legal limits allowed by the European Medicines Agency (EMA) and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

 

In particular, McKernan was alarmed to find the presence of an SV40 promoter in the Pfizer vaccine vials. This is a sequence that is, ‘…used to drive DNA into the nucleus, especially in gene therapies,’ McKernan explains. This is something that regulatory agencies around the world have specifically said is not possible with the mRNA vaccines.

 

Knowing that the contamination had not been disclosed by the manufacturers during the regulatory process, McKernan raised the alarm, posting his findings to Twitter (now X) and Substack with a call-out to other scientists to see if they could replicate his findings.

 

Other scientists soon confirmed McKernan’s findings, though the amount of DNA contamination was variable, suggesting inconsistency of vial contents depending on batch lots. One of these scientists was cancer genomics expert Dr Phillip Buckhaults, who is a proponent of the mRNA platform and has received the Pfizer Covid vaccine himself.

Dr Buckhaults’ concerns are shared by McKernan, who presented his findings to the FDA in June. At the time of writing, McKernan had not received any response from the FDA on the matter. Dr Buckhaults said in the Senate hearing that he had emailed his findings to the FDA, but he had not received a response either.

The Senate voted unanimously to restore the dress code for men Wednesday evening in a humiliating rebuke to Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) who unilaterally dropped the unwritten but traditional dress code to accommodate the arrested development obsession of Sen. John Fetterman (D-PA) to dress like a teenage pothead.

The resolution was introduced by Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) and co-sponsored by Sen. Mitt Romney (R-UT), and includes a provision mandating a two-thirds vote to make any changes–a slap at Schumer. The dress code will be enforced by the Senate Sergeant at Arms.

 

The blowback against Schumer and Fetterman lowering the standards of the Senate was such that Schumer brought the resolution to the floor and both voted for the resolution.

 

C-SPAN’s Craig Caplan posted about the resolution being brought to the floor for a vote:

Earlier Wednesday Fetterman told a Democrat caucus meeting he would start wearing a suit on the Senate floor. The resolution only covers the Senate floor, leaving Fetterman free to wear his shorts and hoodies to committee hearings and all senators to continue their pratice of voting from the doorway of the cloak room when casually dressed.

A powerful explosion in the capital city of Uzbekistan which was reportedly triggered by detonating electric car batteries has killed one person and injured 160 more.

 

The blast inside a huge customs warehouse close to the Tashkent International Airport could be heard 20 miles away, with nearby buildings destroyed and untold damage caused to the airfield.

 

A 15-year-old boy was tragically killed after a frame collapsed on his head as a result of the explosion. It is unclear how many people were in the warehouse when it exploded but authorities say 163 people were injured.

 

Shocking footage shows the impact of the 2.43am explosion as a fireball erupted hundreds of feet high lighting up the night sky of the ex-Soviet republic.

 

Initial reports suggested the raging inferno had been caused by a plane crash, forcing the authorities to deny this was responsible for the thunderous explosion that shook much of the city.

 

Dozens of ambulances ferries the wounded to hospitals. Some 24 people had been hospitalised, but faced no threat to their lives, while 138 were treated for injuries, the health ministry said.

 

At least five children suffered wounds from shattered glass.

 

The Uzbek Interior Ministry was initially reported as saying 'lightning struck a warehouse where electric cars and batteries were stored, causing a massive explosion and fire in Tashkent', said a report.

 

Later there were doubts that lightning had been a factor in the explosion.

 

Batteries for electric cars exploded at the airport warehouse, causing the destruction of the building in the shock wave, reported Mash media outlet.

 

There are suspicions explosives were also present in the Inter Logistics LLC warehouse given the scale of the blast, but this was officially denied.

 

Sixteen separate fire teams were seeking to extinguish the enormous blaze which covered more than 32,000 square feet.

 

Footage of the scene in the morning showed several locals inspecting their shattered windows and damaged homes, while smoke could still be seen rising as firefighters battled to control the blaze.

 

A social media post from Uzbek outlet Daryo said 16 fire and rescue crews were sent to fight the fire at one of the warehouses in the city's Sergeli district near the airport.

 

The blast wave was felt by residents of Nurafshan, a town south of Tashkent, some 20 miles from the epicentre of the explosion.

 

'In some social media, fake news spread that the incident in the Sergeli district was a result of a plane crash. This is an absolute lie,' said the Uzbek Emergencies Ministry.

 

The ministry later said it was working to establish full details of the cause of the explosion.

 

Flights at the airport appeared to be taking off and landing as normal, data from flight tracking website FlightRadar24 showed.

 

But notice to airmen issued at 10.15pm GMT yesterday said a runway at the airport would be closed for takeoff and landing between 2am and 7pm today, but a segment would be available for taxis. It did not provide a reason.

 

Uzbekistan is the most populous of the central Asian former Soviet republics, and fires attributed to dilapidated equipment and poor adherence to safety standards are common there.

 

Accidents of this magnitude, however, are still rare.

A California-based law firm has accused Arizona Gov. Katie Hobbs, Secretary of State Adrian Fontes, Runbeck Election Services, and a slew of other election officials, mayors, judges, city councilman, and county supervisors in the state of receiving bribes from the Sinaloa cartel.

 

During a Thursday hearing before the Senate Elections and Municipal Oversight & Elections Joint Committee, the principal investigator for Harris/Thaler Law Corporation, Jacqueline Breger, presented their shocking findings, detailing how a money-laundering investigation in the midwest revealed alleged corruption in Arizona.

 

"Katie Hobbs and Runbeck election services have been named as recipients of Sinaloa cartel bribes via deeds of trust and phony mortgages in AZ senate investigation."

 

"In 2006, the U.S. Attorney's Offices in Illinois, Indiana and Iowa investigated the laundering of drug cartel monies through a complex series of single-family home purchases in those states," Breger told the committee. "By 2009, numerous real estate agents, escrow companies and title insurers had been indicted, charged and convicted of racketeering. In 2014, our office was asked to review the case files and to determine whether monies from the sales of the properties had filtered to property purchases in Arizona, specifically in Maricopa and Pima County."

 

The Sinaloa cartel is notorious for being led by the infamous "El Chapo," the Mexican drug lord whose real name is Joaquín Archivaldo Guzmán Loera, who was widely considered to have been one of the most powerful drug traffickers in the world before his capture in 2016.

 

According to the investigator, it was concluded that several real estate agents in Iowa "had set up a laundering system in Arizona and thereafter had transferred the proceeds of sales to Panamanian Corporations."

 

"In 2018, Mr. Thaler discovered, incidental to another matter, a series of trust deeds evidencing that cash laundering through single family residences in Arizona was pervasive and ongoing," Breger continued. "With that, a new investigation began with the focus being on money laundering and related racketeering activities in Maricopa County and several other Arizona counties. The Harris/Thaler office currently represents several parties directly damaged by the racketeering activities."

 

In the nearly 100-page report, Breger dug into the entire investigation, naming Dawna Rae Chavez, a resident of Mesa, Arizona, and her daughter, Brittany Rae Chavez, as "principal preparers of the documents necessary to effect the racketeering enterprises."

 

"To date, more than 10,000 falsified documents have been recorded with the Maricopa County Recorder. We estimate that more than 35,000 warranty deeds/trust deeds evidencing fraudulent transactions exist in the database. 11. The number of falsified notarizations exceeds 15,000. 12. Dawna and Brittany's participation in racketeering activities also includes facilitation of bribes to public officials, tax evasion, payroll theft, bankruptcy fraud, insurance fraud, and extortion," Breger said.

 

The money funneled from false house deeds in midwestern states back to Arizona, went to politicians and election officials, according to the investigators. The election fraud has been going on since 2004, Breger alleged.

 

"Since 2004, elections within Pima County and Maricopa County have been manipulated through infiltration of the county databases resulting from bribes paid to executives at election service providers including, but not limited to, principals of Runbeck Election Services," she said. "In addition to impacting local elections, bribes and infiltration were used to affect the outcome of the races during the November 3, 2020 election, including the outcome of the race for Maricopa County Recorder, and the outcome of the November 8, 2022 election (race for Governor, Secretary of State, and Attorney General)."

 

Breger continued, saying that the public officials who have received bribes include "multiple state office holders (State House/State Senate), local office holders, county supervisors, judges of the Maricopa County Superior Court, judges of several city courts (including two presiding judges), judge's assistants, prosecutors within certain cities within Maricopa County, prosecutors for Maricopa County, peripheral legal specialists including attorneys, 'approved' mental healthcare providers (court appointed advisors) and related specialists."

 

"In the Superior Courts for Maricopa County, Pinal County and Pima County, at least 25 percent of the active judges have accepted bribes in exchange for protecting the racketeering activities," Breger said.

United Nations rights investigators said on Thursday they had found systemic racism against black people throughout the US policing and justice systems, and stressed the need for ''urgent'' reform.

 

In a report following a visit to the United States, they pointed to “the entrenched systemic racism against people of African descent in the United States”.

 

“(This) legacy of slavery … permeates the entire spectrum of the law enforcement and judicial system.”

 

Over 12 days in April and May, the team visited five detention centres and held meetings with victims, civic groups, the judiciary, police unions and officials in Atlanta, Chicago, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, New York and Washington.

 

“We heard dozens of heart-breaking testimonies on how victims do not get justice or redress,” investigator Tracie Keesee said.

 

“This is a systemic issue that calls for a systemic response. All actors involved, including police departments and police unions, must join forces to combat the prevailing impunity.”

 

The team of independent experts was set up in 2021 — a year after the murder of George Floyd, an African American, by a white US police officer — to investigate racially fuelled police violence worldwide.

 

 

– ‘Menacing pattern’ –

 

Studies showed African Americans in the United States were three times more likely to be killed by police than white people, and 4.5 times more likely to be incarcerated, the experts said. Of the more than 1,000 cases of killings by police each year, only one percent resulted in officers being charged.

 

They rejected the “bad apple” theory to explain killings and abuse by police.

 

Instead, “there is strong evidence suggesting that the abusive behaviour of some individual police officers is part of a broader and menacing pattern”, investigator Juan Mendez said.

 

Attitudes in the US police and criminal justice system reflected attitudes found in US society,” he said, adding there was a “critical need for comprehensive reform”.

 

The report issued a total of 30 recommendations to the US administration and the 18,000 police agencies across the country.

 

Among other things, it said armed police officers should no longer be the default first responders in situations like mental health crises, homelessness, traffic control and school discipline.

 

It also highlighted the systemic racism facing Black police officers and condemned “the appalling over-representation of people of African descent in the criminal justice system”.

 

It voiced profound concern about cases of Black children being sentenced to life imprisonment and the widespread use of solitary confinement.

These state constitutional amendments included provisions that allow voters to sign affidavits instead of presenting valid identification when voting in person or applying for an absentee ballot; nine days of early voting; private funding of election administration; no-excuse absentee voting procedures; same-day voter registrations; state-funded absentee ballot drop boxes, and independent redistricting commissions. The lawsuit, filed in the United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan, names as defendants Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson and Jonathan Brater, Director of the Bureau of Elections.

 

In a press conference webinar conducted today, state Senator Jonathan Lindsey, one of the legislator plaintiffs, said, “The United States Constitution, the supreme law of the land, contains limited, but critical, election regulations. Pink Floyd co-founder Roger Waters, whose concert imagery recalling Nazi Germany generated a rebuke from Biden administration officials in June, is coming under fire again in a new investigation from the Campaign Against Antisemitism.

 

On Wednesday, the group put out a 37-minute documentary about its findings and shared emails allegedly written by Waters in which the musician asks a crew if they can write "dirty k—" on the inflatable pig that is a staple of Waters' concerts. Also released were interviews with former music associates who contend Waters mocked his former band member's grandmother who died in the Holocaust and demanded that vegetarian food, which he called "Jew food," be taken away.
