Federal agencies have been given until October 20th to provide all documents, audio, and video related to UFOs to the US government for public distribution, according to instructions issued by the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) this month.

This action implements the UFO disclosure amendment to the 2024 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), signed into law last December.

 

The guidelines outline a strategy to compel reluctant parts of the US military and intelligence community to disclose all information they possess about the mysterious airborne events, now referred to as Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP).

 

This move follows two months after the Pentagon's UFO office released a controversial report to Congress, stating it had found no verifiable evidence of the US government or private industry having access to extraterrestrial technology.

Alec Baldwin's legal team appeared at a virtual hearing to argue against criminal charges for the Hollywood star in connection with the fatal "Rust" movie set shooting that left cinematographer Halyna Hutchins dead and wounded director Joel Souza.

 

Baldwin was indicted on two counts โ€” involuntary manslaughter, negligent use of a firearm, or, in the alternative, involuntary manslaughter without due caution or circumspection โ€” on Jan. 19. He was not required to show up for the hearing Friday.

 

Hutchins died Oct. 21, 2021 after Baldwin aimed the gun at her during a scene rehearsal. It was not supposed to be loaded with a live round โ€“ but it was.

Every morning every night basically when I am not at work. The message is they work for Trump. He hates you wants you to become a communist because the paytriots are stalking you.

 

This continues to be voter intimidationโ€ฆ

 

They act like they are helping like helping you in your life but it is grooming and human trafficking.

 

They send people around to talk about โ€œlong Covidโ€ which does not exist. They then try to talk about anything they can in your personal space.

 

Last appointment I had for work a guy talked about 2 dollar bill I have next to my bed it was 22k gold in it. Not worth much maybe 15 dollars or so.

 

However these people anyone around me insist that you have to do as the groomers and human traffickers demand.

 

They want to act like they are helping you again so anything is about how they think or what you to go to therapy or AA or anything like that.

 

I donโ€™t drink anymore because these people fallow me around and run skits. I donโ€™t know why I donโ€™t go to bars or anywhere if I had a beer it was in my own apparent. They then say you need to give them money to pay them off and it all stems from this site for coordination and so on. I live pay check to pay check just paying of my debt now.

 

These people that do this believe they have the right to know anything about any financial money you have. So like I have some cash at home incase emergency. It has been on my bed so they keep auto correcting โ€œbedโ€ and โ€œcash.โ€ It is basically enough for one month of payment for things is all. They seem not to care and there idea is to try to gas light me and gang stalk me.

 

I had a random friend of my grandfather that I had work on my apartment ask if I was an โ€œinternational drug dealer, mob, or cartel.โ€ It completely came out of the blue I do not know what these people are thing.

 

Then I have auto correct with the words โ€œbelieveโ€ and cars fallow me with this suck on there car. It makes me think an occult is stalking me using some form of God as a way to try to human traffic me. They continue to try to say they are law enforcement or FBI with shirts or other things that imply they are federal agents so onโ€ฆ

 

I believe they are even watching me as my phone has an electrician what is nick name Pretty boyโ€ฆ he is about a 70 year old guy. They seem to be going crazy and my electrical seems to be shorting out all the time so I keep having to call him. Hard wired fire alarms and a hot water heater.

 

From what I understand AI they get to gas light and harass you by having people stay stupid shit so onโ€ฆ

 

The hardest part is the people that seem to want me to join a religious cult. They are calling it a โ€œteamโ€ like a โ€œgang.โ€ They seem like criminal organization and or a occult.

 

This seems to be the weaponization of government in some type of way.

 

I am a victim of human trafficking and grooming this continues to go on as it seems to be organized on this site because I do not have social media. I believe they do it though social media to other people. This is all in an attempt to radicalize people that are not communist or will not join an occult.

They keep telling me they are going to make me do what ever they want want which seems to be sexually domination with gay sex with African American gay men.

 

If you do not submit to there will they send gang stalkers around and human traffickers and so onโ€ฆ yesterday I had an older couple that gas lighted me at there apartment. A guy kept asking about AI but could not explain what it was.

When my wife called me and told me, I went out to watch them, and they got all nervous and tried handing him a few tools that he didn't seem to know how to use, only to give him a push mower and they told him to go to a house next to the western neighbor. I went to go check my mail and looked down the street but he wasn't cutting the lawn. By the time I got back on my steps a few moments later he comes back, and puts the mower in the cart and then he tries with a stand on riding mower only to fall through the ramp and got it stuck. They all packed up quickly and left. Then the western neighbor comes out to cut his lawn but I noticed when I cut the lawn at 10, he already had his lawn cut, and the house where this hyper-drugged up guy went also had someone cutting that lawn too. The Times confirms "Ukrainian officials have asked their American and NATO counterparts to help train 150,000 new recruits closer to the front line for faster deployment."

 

The report assures that at this moment anyway, the US is still saying 'no'; however chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Charles Q. Brown Jr has said an eventual deployment of trainers inside Ukraine looks inevitable. "Weโ€™ll get there eventually, over time," he said.

 

The Joint Chiefs chairman said this while admitting in the next breath that US and NATO trainers positioned in Ukraine would essentially be sitting ducks under the bombs of superior Russian airpower:

 

For now, he said, an effort inside Ukraine would put โ€œa bunch of NATO trainers at riskโ€ and would most likely mean deciding whether to use precious air defenses to protect the trainers instead of critical Ukrainian infrastructure near the battlefield. General Brown briefed reporters on his plane en route to a NATO meeting in Brussels.

 

The report was published the same day that Ukraine's President Zelensky in his nightly address issued a desperate appeal to Western allies saying that "Russia is trying to expand the war" and that "we must force Russia to a real, just peace by all means."

 

Earlier in the week Zelensky abruptly announced that he has canceled all scheduled trips abroad as the crisis in Kharkiv is worsening due to Moscow's expanded cross-border offensive which seeks to push front lines significantly deeper into Ukrainian territory, where the Kremlin wants to see a buffer zone in order to protect its Belgorod region from shelling.

 

While there have long been indicators (including a leaked Pentagon file) that up to dozens of special forces troops from various Western countries are likely already on the ground in Ukraine, sending NATO trainers would certainly mark a colossal escalation. Almost every aspect of American life today, including the job sector, is now subject to this kind of heightened scrutiny and ham-fisted control.

 

Whereas 70 years ago, one out of every 20 U.S. jobs required a state license, today, almost 1 in 4 American occupations requires a license.

 

According to business analyst Kaylyn McKenna, more than 41 states require that makeup artists be licensed. Twenty-eight states require a license before you can work as a residential painter. Funeral attendants, whose duties include placing caskets in visitation rooms, arranging flowers and directing mourners, have to be licensed to do so in Kansas, Maine and Massachusetts.

 

The problem of overregulation has become so bad that, as one analyst notes, โ€œgetting a license to style hair in Washington takes more instructional time than becoming an emergency medical technician or a firefighter.โ€

 

This is what happens when bureaucrats run the show, and the rule of law becomes little more than a cattle prod for forcing the citizenry to march in lockstep with the government.

 

Overregulation is just the other side of the coin to overcriminalization, that phenomenon in which everything is rendered illegal, and everyone becomes a lawbreaker.

With these powers, the Speaker of the House (Mike Johnson) can send the Sergeant at Arms (or his duty) to go arrest ANYONE who defies a congressional subpoena.

 

Where can they be held?

The administrative state is preparing for former President Donald Trump to win reelection by implementing a surge of bureaucratic regulations before a deadline that renders them difficult to undue by a potential Trump administration.

 

Trump vowed to drain the administrative state or โ€œdeep state,โ€ as he termed it, upon returning to office. Trump successfully deleted many of the administrative statesโ€™ rules during his presidency. Biden reinstated some of them.

 

The term โ€œadministrative stateโ€ specifically describes the phenomenon of unaccountable and unelected administrative agencies, including the national security apparatus, exercising power to create and enforce their own rules. The administrative state uses its rule-making ability to essentially usurp the separation of powers between the three branches of government by creating a so-called fourth branch of government not formed by the Constitution.

 

Bidenโ€™s administrative state in recent months appears to be working overtime to cement his agenda into the fabric of America. For example, the administrative state implemented 66 significant rules in April alone, a number that is greater than any month since the Reagan administration, a Regulatory Studies Center analysis found.

 

Bidenโ€™s administrative state published 111 more regulations than Trump implemented at the same point in his term, Axios reported. Many of the rules will protect the progressive agenda of โ€œclimate change,โ€ such as limiting auto tailpipe emissions and forcing power plants to cut carbon dioxide emissions.

Satellite Images Show Widening Destruction Amid Israeli Push Toward Central Rafah

 

Much of what has been seen is consistent with the aftermath of Israeli bombardment and ground operations elsewhere in Gaza since the war began last October.

 

Israeli forces appear to be pushing closer to the center of the city of Rafah, according to satellite imagery, which shows military vehicles and widespread destruction of neighborhoods more than two and a half miles into Gaza from the Israeli border, as well as Palestinians fleeing the city even outside of areas the Israeli military has said to evacuate.

Israeli troops are still on the eastern side of the city in southern Gaza, according to the imagery, captured on Wednesday by the commercial satellite company Planet Labs. But they have continued to move toward central Rafah in recent days, passing the Rafah border crossing with Egypt and Salah al-Din road, Gazaโ€™s main artery.

Collapsed buildings and debris are seen throughout this neighborhood, where only limited damage was visible before Israel started its incursion last week.

South Africa alleged in court on Thursday that Israelโ€™s current limited offensive in the southern Gaza city of Rafah is Jerusalemโ€™s โ€œend gameโ€ in its effort to commit genocide against the Palestinians in Gaza, by destroying what the South African team described as the last habitable area of the coastal enclave. It has asked the court to order Israel to halt its military operation.

 

Responding on Friday, the Israeli legal team accused South Africa of ignoring the fact that it is continuing to facilitate the transfer of humanitarian aid to Gaza, and said Pretoria was trying to contort international law through the Genocide Convention in order to have the ICJ โ€œmicromanageโ€ the war with Hamas, which Israelโ€™s representatives insisted was far beyond the remit of the court.

Abstract

DNA impurities can impact the safety of genetically engineered pharmaceuticals; thus, a specific limit value must be set for them during marketing authorisation. This particularly applies to mRNA vaccines, as large quantities of DNA templates are used for their production. Furthermore, when quantifying the total DNA content in the final product, we must observe that, in addition to the mRNA active ingredient, DNA impurities are also encased in lipid nanoparticles and are therefore difficult to quantify. In fact, the manufacturer of the mRNA vaccine Comirnaty (BioNTech/Pfizer) only measures DNA impurities in the active substance by means of a quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR), whose DNA target sequence is less than just 1% of the originally added DNA template. This means that no direct DNA quantification takes place, and compliance with the limit value for DNA contamination is only estimated from the qPCR data using mathematical extrapolation methods. However, it is also possible to dissolve the lipid nanoparticles with a detergent to directly measure DNA contamination in the final product by using fluorescence spectroscopic methods. Experimental testing of this approach confirms that reliable values can be obtained in this way.

RUSSIAN AIRSTRIKES DESTROY BASES OF U.S.-LINKED MILITANTS IN CENTRAL SYRIA

 

The Russian Aerospace Forces (VKS) destroyed three militant bases in the Syrian governorates of Homs and Deir Ezzor, Major General Yury Popov, deputy chief of the Russian Center for Reconciliation in Syria, announced on May 16.

 

โ€œStrikes by Russian Aerospace Forces destroyed three bases of militants who came out of the [United States-controlled] al-Tanf zone and took refuge in hard-to-reach areas of the mountain ranges of al-Amur in the Homs province and al-Bishri in the Deir Ezzor province,โ€ he said.

 

Al-Amur and al-Bishri mountain ranges are both a part of Syriaโ€™s central region, where ISIS cells have been active for years now.

 

Video footage posted to social media on May 16 showed airstrikes by the VKS against militants hideouts in the region. However, it is unclear if these were the same airstrikes announced by the Russian Center for Reconciliation in Syria.

 

Attacks on government forces in the central region increased in recent weeks. At least 21 fighters of the Quds Brigade, a pro-government armed faction of mostly Palestinian fighters in Syria, were killed in an ambush on April 18 near the town of al-Sukhna in the eastern Homs countryside. The attack was blamed on ISIS.

 

And on May 3 at least 13 fighters of the National Defense Forces were killed in an attack by suspected militants of ISIS in the area of al-Kum, to the north of al-Sukhnah.

 

Around 200 U.S. troops are usually deployed at garrison in al-Tanf, along with hundreds of militants from a proxy group known as the Syrian Free Army. The coalition maintains a 55-kilometer no-fly zone around al-Tanf. Despite this, VKS warplanes fly over the garrison on a regular basis.

 

The U.S. claims that it is present in al-Tanf to counter ISIS. Nevertheless, the real purpose of the garrison is to block the strategic Damascus-Baghdad highway. In addition, the garrison is reportedly being used as an outpost to collect intelligence and facilitate Israeli attacks against Syria.

 

Syrian and Russian officials accused U.S. forces in al-Tanf of training and even arming terrorists, including members of ISIS, more than once in the past.

House Passes Bill To Stop Biden From Withholding Arms To Israel

 

On Thursday, the GOP-led House passed a bill that pressures the Biden administration not to withhold arms from Israel as the U.S. ally fights Iran-backed Hamas following a deadly terrorist attack in October of last year.

 

The โ€œIsrael Security Assistance Support Act,โ€ which President Joe Biden has threatened to veto, received support from 224 lawmakers. A total of 187 members, including three Republicans and 184 Democrats, voted against the bill. Nineteen lawmakers did not vote.

 

House Democrat leaders had urged members of their caucus to oppose the legislation, but that did not stop 16 Democrats from breaking ranks and joining the 208 Republicans to advance it to the Senate.

 

โ€œThe Biden Administrationโ€™s decision to withhold weapons is catastrophic and goes directly against the will of Congress,โ€ House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) said in a statement. โ€œWith the passage of the Israel Security Assistance Support Act, we send a clear message of solidarity and support to Israel and demand the urgent delivery of defense weapons to our most important ally in the Middle East.โ€

 

A group of House Republicans unveiled the bill over the weekend after Biden halted the delivery of 3,500 large bombs to Israel in protest of a full-scale ground operation in the southern Gaza city of Rafah. Biden has since moved forward with sending other arms to Israel.

 

The bill pushes for the โ€œexpeditious delivery of defense articles and defense services for Israel and other matters.โ€ It also seeks to withhold funds from the Secretary of Defense, Secretary of State, and National Security Council until delivery is confirmed.

Foreign bribery in Congress: 'The way business is done'?

 

Rep. Henry Cuellar and Sen. Bob Menendez are currently facing charges of unlawful foreign influence. Their cases are the tip of the iceberg

 

Earlier this month, Democratic Texas congressman Henry Cuellar was indicted by the U.S. Department of Justice on charges of โ€œbribery, unlawful foreign influence, and money laundering.โ€ The accusations revolve around a set of deals in which Cuellar allegedly accepted money from a state-owned Azerbaijani oil company and a Mexican bank in exchange for an agreement to push U.S. foreign policy in their favor.

 

As concerning as this may be, itโ€™s not even the first such indictment against a sitting member of Congress this year. In March, Sen. Bob Menendez (D-N.J.) received a superseding indictment which expands further upon earlier accusations that the former Senate Foreign Relations Committee chairman took bribes to advocate on behalf of the Egyptian and Qatari governments.

 

These cases make it clear that foreign bribery, in which representatives of one country pay money to manipulate the representatives of another, is still a serious problem in the United States. As the worldโ€™s most powerful and interventionist nation, no other government has more influence over the rest of the worldโ€™s affairs โ€” influence which can be bought. The recent charges against Rep. Cuellar and Sen. Mendendez show how significant of a problem bribery and undue influence has been for the U.S. congress, while also drawing attention to the ongoing efforts to prevent this corruption from continuing.

 

Bribes offered in exchange for political favors are nothing new in Congress. The first congressional bribery investigation on record took place in 1854, when a lobbyist attempted to bribe members of Congress into extending the patent for the Colt revolver handgun. The question of bribery across borders, however, did not receive much attention in Congress until fairly recently.

 

Concerns about foreign bribery emerged most forcefully in the mid-1970s as a result of the Watergate investigation and the Church Committee, which investigated abuses by U.S. intelligence agencies. These investigations identified slush funds run by large companies that could be used for illegal political donations and undisclosed foreign payments, including several U.S.-based corporations with overseas operations.

 

In the words of then-committee chairman Sen. Frank Church (D-Ida.), the Church Committee was โ€œconcerned with the foreign policy consequences of these payments by U.S.-based multinational corporationsโ€ฆ It is no longer sufficient to simply sigh and say that is the way business is done. It is time to treat the issue for what it is: a serious foreign policy problem.โ€

 

There are two types of foreign bribery: attempts by foreign figures to bribe U.S. officials, and attempts by U.S. figures to bribe foreign officials. The Church Committee began by looking into the latter, focusing on political contributions that U.S.-based oil and defense companies had made abroad. What they found was shocking: oil companies were funding politicians in South Korea and Italy; Northrop was paying off a Saudi general; and Lockheed spent millions on bribes to foreign officials in Japan, the Netherlands, Indonesia, and more. Lockheed even sought to claim tax deductions for its bribes, a practice which was legal until 1975.
