Ukraine planning ‘inhumane’ false flag attack – Russian intelligence

 

A children’s facility could be targeted, the SVR has claimed

 

The “inhumane provocation” is being masterminded by the leaders of Ukrainian intelligence and the military at the advice of “US handlers,” the statement said on Monday. The goal is to cause a large number of casualties and publicize the event through the international media, the agency added.

 

Kiev hopes that its plot will help justify long-range strikes using Western weapons deep inside Russia, the SVR believes. The US would then use the incident to ramp up pressure on Iran and North Korea for supposedly providing ballistic missiles to Russia, the agency said.

Universities slammed for failing to 'understand' scourge of antisemitism on campuses as special envoy calls for inquiry

 

Australia’s chief antisemitism watchdog has laid bare the failures of universities to “understand” racism against the Jewish community in a damning assessment to a Senate Committee.

 

University campuses across Australia have “systemic, embedded antisemitism” which has existed even before October 7, a Senate Committee has heard.

 

Australia’s special envoy to combat antisemitism Jillian Segal fronted the Legal and Constitutional Affairs Legislation Committee on Tuesday and called on it to recommend the government launch a judicial inquiry into antisemitism on university campuses across the country.

 

Ms Segal said antisemitism was a “special kind of racism” which required a focussed approach.

A young NSW police officer's future is in limbo after he was charged with allegedly possessing child abuse material.

 

A NSW police officer has been stood down indefinitely after being charged with allegedly possessing child abuse material.

 

An investigation by the Professional Standards Command kicked off in june 2024, following reports an officer was allegedly in possession of child abuse material.

 

On Tuesday morning, a 25-year-old constable who is attached to the South West Metropolitan Region, was arrested at Campbelltown Police Station.

 

"He was charged with possess/control child abuse material-use carriage service," NSW Police said in a statement.

Ghislaine Maxwell's sex trafficking conviction is upheld by Manhattan court

 

Ghislaine Maxwell's 2021 conviction for helping the disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein sexually abuse teenage girls has been upheld by a US appeals court.

 

The decision was issued by the Manhattan-based 2nd US Circuit Court of Appeals on Tuesday.

 

Maxwell, 62, has been serving a 20-year prison sentence after being convicted on five charges for having recruited and groomed four underage girls for Epstein to abuse between 1994 and 2004.

 

She was described as 'dangerous' during her trial as jurors were told details of how she helped entice vulnerable teenagers to Epstein's various properties.

 

Judge Alison Nathan said at sentencing that Maxwell was 'central' to Epstein's heinous crimes, not a 'proxy.'

 

'Ms Maxwell worked with Epstein to select young victims who were vulnerable and played a pivotal role in facilitating sexual abuse,' the judge said.

DEVELOPING: Grassley and Johnson Uncover More Biden-Harris Lawfare Election Interference Against Trump

Senators Chuck Grassley (IA) and Ron Johnson (WI) uncovered more Biden-Harris lawfare election interference.

 

Last month, with just 90 days to go until Election Day, The Washington Post revealed new details about a previously unknown federal probe into whether Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi attempted to funnel $10 million into Donald Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign.

 

This investigation, which remained undisclosed for over three years, aimed to determine if a $10 million donation made by Trump to his campaign shortly before the election was actually financed by the Egyptian government.

 

This is the same agency that ignored the Biden crime family.

 

The investigation began in 2017 based on classified U.S. intelligence suggesting Sisi’s intention to financially support Trump’s campaign. In early 2019, federal investigators learned about a significant cash withdrawal from the National Bank of Egypt on January 15, 2017, just five days before Trump became president.

 

The withdrawal involved an organization called the Research and Studies Center requesting $9,998,000 in cash. Bank employees assembled the money in $100 bills, placed it in two large bags, and four men later collected it.

 

The investigation began during Trump’s presidency and involved Special Counsel Robert Mueller. Mueller’s team investigated Trump, including a secretive court battle to obtain records from the Egyptian bank, and concludedthere wasn’t enough evidence to pursue charges.

 

In a letter to US Attorney General Merrick Garland and FBI Director Christopher Wray, SenatorsGrassley and Johnson accused the Biden Regime of illegally leaking classified information to the Washington Post in order to interfere in the 2024 election.

 

The reporting refers to “classified US intelligence,” indicating theJustice Department and FBI officials may have divulged classified information to the media. This appears to be yet another example of the Justice Department and FBI leaking material and information to the media while stiff-arming congressional requests for the same type of information. =More than that, it also appear the Biden-Harris Justice Department and FBI intentionally leaked this information, to include potentially classified information, to the media roughly 90 days before the 2024 presidential election,” the Senators wrote.==

 

“In light of the recent reporting, to potentially include leaks of classified information to the media, have you opened a media leak investigation into “Team R” and “Team 10″ as reported in The Washington Post? If not, why not?” the Senators wrote.

 

The Senators gave Merrick Garland until September 30 to respond.

Ghislaine Maxwell is reportedly seeking to serve the majority of her prison sentence for sex trafficking in the UK, far away from the “disgrace” of the US prison system.

 

Ms Maxwell, 60, was arrested two years ago by the FBI and charged with enticement of children and sex trafficking of minors in connection to her relationship with Jeffrey Epstein. She was convinced on five sex-trafficking related counts by a jury in US federal court last December and is facing up to 55 years in prison. She is set to be sentenced later this month.

 

It is certain that Ms Maxwell is facing many years in jail. It is still an open question, however, where she will serve her sentence. Ms Maxwell’s brother Ian Maxwell toldThe Telegraph that his family wants Ms Maxwell out of the US prison system.

 

“Inevitably, we want her to serve the sentence here in the UK,” Mr Maxwell said.

 

Ms Maxwell has been held in solitary confinement in a Brooklyn prison for much of the two years since her arrest, prompting her family to file a complaint with the United Nations over her treatment. Ms Maxwell was removed from solitary confinement last month and can now recieve visitors, though her brother Mr Mawell’s attempted visit was thwarted when the prison was locked down due to a fight.

 

Mr Maxwell, who had flown from overseas for the pre-arranged visit, said that his treatment by prison authorities was “unreal” and “inhumane.”

 

Moving to a UK prison would bring Ms Maxwell, who holds US, UK, and French citizenship, closer to family. Ms Maxwell spent much of her childhood in England, living in Oxford and attending Balliol College at the University of Oxford before moving to London in the 1980s.

 

Ms Maxwell would have to spend the first three years of her sentence in the US, but could then apply to move to another country.

 

“Ghislaine is fundamentally British despite having lived in the US for many years and having been born in France,” a friend told The Times of London. “Given the vile prison conditions in the US, if I were her I would want to be transferred to any civilized country.”

 

Ms Maxwell’s legal troubles extend, for the moment, beyond her trafficking-related convictions. She is also facing a second criminal trial for perjury stemming from testimony she gave in a civil suit about Mr Epstein’s abuse of underage girls in 2015, though prosecutors have said that they will drop the charges if she is sentenced on time.

Former President Donald Trump now appears to support expanding federal deductions for state and local taxes paid, a reversal of his own policies and a major boost to high-tax states such as New York.

 

Trump’s 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act included a $10,000 cap on SALT deductions, and a group of lawmakers in places such as New York and California have been adamant in pushing for that cap to be raised or eliminated. Their effort appeared to bear fruit on Tuesday when Trump signaled that he supports changes to the cap.

 

“Hundreds of thousands of Migrants, Crime at record levels, Terrorists pouring in, Inflation eating your hearts out — WHAT THE HELL DO YOU HAVE TO LOSE? VOTE FOR TRUMP! I will turn it around, get SALT back, lower your Taxes, and so much more,” Trump said in a post on his social media platform, Truth Social.

 

The Washington Examiner reached out to the Trump campaign for further details about the former president’s position on the matter and what SALT relief might entail but did not receive a response. Trump is set to headline a rally on Long Island in New York on Wednesday and said that he thinks the campaign has a “real chance” of winning the deeply blue state in November.

 

Notably, many of Trump’s fellow Republicans don’t support changes to the SALT cap because they see it as a tax break for the wealthy. Meanwhile, some Democrats in high-tax states support raising or removing the cap.

 

But a group of Republicans in places such as New York who have been pushing hard for changes to the cap were already celebrating the policy shift from Trump on Tuesday.

Diddy Hosts Town Hall on 'The State of Black America & Coronavirus'

In an effort to spread awareness about COVID-19, Revolt TV is presenting a two-hour-long town hall titled State of Emergency: The State of Black America & Coronavirus.

The online event, hosted by Sean "Diddy" Combs, will focus on the pandemic's impact on black communities and how the crisis has further highlighted the racial inequality and health disparities in America. In the month since COVID-19 was declared a national emergency, a number of municipalities have shared data that suggests the disease is infecting and killing African Americans at disproportionately high rates. In Michigan, African Americans make up only 15 percent of the state's population, but account for about a third of confirmed coronavirus cases and around 40 percent of virus-related deaths. The numbers are much more stark in Louisiana, where blacks make up a third of the demographic, but account for 70 percent of the state's COVID-19 deaths.

"You look at what's happening in terms of documenting longstanding health disparities (among African Americans) … asthma, 20 percent more likely to have it; high blood pressure, 40 percent more likely to have it; lupus, black women are three times more likely that white women to have it," Sen. Kamala Harris said at the beginning of the town hall. "And this disease, this coronavirus, attacks people who otherwise have health conditions. So, we've got a lot at stake."

Harris went on to say black people are far less likely to have the option of working remotely, which means they're either risking their health due to a lack of paid sick leave or they're giving up their income in order to stay home.

"There's a lot to address, a lot to talk about, a lot to fight for …" Harris continued. "We're gonna get through this, because we're all in this together. And, again, thank you to all the leaders for being a part tonight."

In deciding to deny Diddy bail, Tarnofsky said she has 'very significant concerns' about Combs’ substance abuse and 'what appears to be anger issues.'

Sick moment woman smirks and giggles in court as she’s charged with butchering 3-year-old boy outside Ohio supermarket

This is the sickening moment a woman accused of butchering 3-year-old Julian Wood in an Ohio grocery store parking lot smirked, smiled and giggled her way through a court appearance as the horrifying charges were read against her.

 

Bionca Ellis, 32, displayed the disgusting behavior a week after she allegedly stabbed the child to death and also wounded his 38-year-old mother, Margot Wood, outside a Giant Eagle in North Olmsted, near Cleveland.

 

Authorities have said the attack was a “random act of violence.”

 

Ellis is facing 10 criminal counts, including two counts of murder and two counts of attempted murder. The judge indicated Monday she could potentially face the death penalty if she is convicted.

 

While appearing in court with her hands cuffed behind her back, Ellis appeared to fight back a smirk before she smiled several times as the charges were being read, footage from WEWS shows.

Further evaluation needed to determine if Bionca Ellis is 'incompetent to stand trial,' judge says

Bionca Ellis, the woman accused of allegedly fatally stabbing 3-year-old Julian Wood, appeared in court for a pre-trial hearing on Tuesday morning.

 

The judge said he wants Ellis to go to a court psychiatric clinic for further evaluation to determine if she is incompetent to stand trial.

 

Her attorney, Fernando Mack, said the defense believes she is incompetent but agreed to allow the state to continue their evaluation.

 

During her last pretrial hearing, her attorney said an evaluation was done last month in which she was deemed "incompetent to stand trial."

 

Our expert communicated with Mr. Johnson (co-counsel) and I and believes that at this point, Miss Ellis is incompetent and not able to assist in her defense and cannot stand trial,” defense Mack told the judge.

 

The state requested that Ellis be referred to a court psychiatric clinic to confirm if she is "incompetent to stand trial."

 

That evaluation should happen before her next court appearance on Tuesday.

 

The trial is tentatively set to begin on Dec. 9.
