HUGE! Georgia State Election Board Passes Rule Requiring Hand-Count of Ballots at Precinct Level

In a big win today, the Georgia State Election Board passed Resolution 181-1-12-.12 by a 3-2 count. The resolution simply requires the hand counting of physical paper ballots at the precinct level to ensure it matches the total reported by the tabulators. This does not involve a hand-count tabulation of the vote totals but rather simply the total number of physical ballots cast at that particular precinct.

This is a welcome rule in Georgia after several issues arose during a municipal election in Tennessee in 2021. There is ample evidence that the same issues discovered in Tennessee may have plagued the Georgia 2020 General Election.

Following the 2020 General Election, Williamson County, TN reported an anomaly in their vote tabulation to EAC via the Tennessee Secretary of State’s Office. The anomaly was discovered when an election worker counted the physical paper ballots from their October 2021 municipal election and realized that the number of ballots hand-counted did not match the number of ballots scanned on 7 out of 18 tabulators.

This led to an investigation by the U.S. Elections Assistance Commission (EAC) that could not conclusively pinpoint the direct cause of the anomaly. The EAC, in conjunction with Dominion Voting, investigated and, in February 2022, Dominion submitted a “Root Cause Analaysis” to the EAC.

I know that I go on about 'war crimes'.

the fact is that if the IDF knows that these people REALLY ARE plotting then

if they do what they do as a peremptive strike, knowing that they are taking out the very bad people, then that's what happens in war time.

It's not up to me to condemn them.

but let us hope that if they were called to account to show that 'yes, we really were only tragetting the bad ones, the ones who were plotting and going to participate in very evil activity' that IDF and Mossad would be able to show those who might question later that, yes, these are really them.

I don't think it's right to be gleeful about the execution of pepole who deservedly get that punishment.

I'm not a fan of execution, and wish it didn't happen but . . . in war time stuff happens and that's the way of this world.

no rest for the wicked, but do we really celebrate their demise? Or do we feel sad that they behave in such a way as to make it seem necessary to dispatch them to the next part of their existence . . . which might be annihilation of them due to some seeing them as justifiably deserving that kind of end due to them following wicked ways?

We think about them everyday and it is our job to be their voice. That being said, I do not believe they should be there protecting Israel until Israel can explain: How can the most secure border in the world, which is protected by the IDF not see 750 paragliders with visibly armed men carrying rifles, floating 100 feet in the air at 20 mpg, and dragging a 50 foot parachute when daily, every Palestinians for the last 30 years has to go through that same checkpoint? The stunning sex-trafficking case against Sean “Diddy” Combs could be even stronger than the one against Nxivm sex cult leader Keith Raniere, who’s now serving more than a century behind bars, legal experts told The Post.

That’s because federal prosecutors have a “treasure trove” of evidence against the disgraced rap mogul — namely, videos of the alleged “freak offs” showing his drugged-out victims having sex with male prostitutes as part of days-long sessions, the experts said.

“I think [the Combs case] would actually make a stronger case particularly because [prosecutors] talk about a lot of videos,” said Anthony Capozzolo, a former federal prosecutor.

Video evidence of the alleged “freak offs” — recordings that they say were used as collateral against Combs’ victims — is frequently mentioned in federal court papers made public this week against Combs.

“The irony is [the recordings are] now a treasure trove of evidence that is going to be used against him,” said Los Angeles-based defense attorney Neama Rahmani.

Rahmani — also a former federal prosecutor — said he believes “there is a lot of video evidence in this case and it’s great because witnesses can lie but a video never lies.”

“The victim testimony is corroborated by the video and it’s just so powerful,” Rahmani added.

As Jim Hoft previously reported, Biden-Harris’s Securities and Exchange Commission has been baselessly investigating Elon Musk’s lawful purchase of X/Twitter since 2022 and is suing him. Reuters reported Friday that the SEC said they would sanction Elon Musk after he refused to appear in court for testimony regarding his acquisition of X/Twitter. To make matters worse, they are making this decision even though his testimony had already been rescheduled for early October, demonstrating the Regime was looking for an excuse to harm the world’s richest man.

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission said on Friday it intends to seek sanctions against Elon Musk after he failed to appear for court-ordered testimony for the regulator’s probe into his $44 billion takeover of X/Twitter.

 

In a court filing, the SEC said the sanctions motion would seek an order to show cause for why Musk should not be held in civil contempt for waiting until just three hours before the scheduled Sept. 10 testimony to advise he would not appear.

 

Lawyers for Musk called sanctions “drastic” and unnecessary, saying his testimony has already been rescheduled for Oct. 3.

 

A spokesman for the SEC declined to comment.

 

The Gateway Pundit previously revealed last year that the Regime’s SEC had sued Musk because they subpoenaed him last September to show up in a San Francisco court and testify regarding his purchase of X/Twitter. He did not show up, likely assuming it was a trap.

 

This also fulfills a promise from Biden, who previously vowed to target Musk right after he purchased X/Twitter in 2022.

Voters in Montgomery County, Maryland received sample ballots with incorrect names.

 

According to WTOP, the Montgomery County’s Board of Elections sent 132,217 ballots to voters in the 8th Congressional District and many of them were surprised to see they were incorrectly labeled.

 

An official with the Montgomery BOE said an issue with the spreadsheet used to print the names and addresses led to the errors.

 

It is unclear how many voters received ballots with the wrong name.

 

Every voter in the district was emailed a digital version of their sample ballot.

Gilberto Zelaya, with the county’s BOE, said those calls tipped them off to an issue with sample ballot and voter information packet sent to voters whose last names start with “A” or “B.”

 

“Then, as we looked and got into the weeds, we saw that it was the spreadsheet used to print the name and addresses on the sample ballot,” Zelaya said.

 

He said the error in the spreadsheet that was used by the company which prints the ballots led to a “limited number” of ballots arriving with the wrong names on them. Zelaya said the spreadsheet was corrected and replacement sample ballots will be sent out soon.

 

“We’re going to reprint those. We’re going to send them out. But all the information on what the voter received is fine. It’s current,” Zelaya said.

 

When asked if the spreadsheet error, if unaddressed, would lead to a printing error for the official ballots later this year, Zelaya said the answer is no.

 

“Those are two separate systems,” he said.

Tell them to leave on their own, same way they came. Give 30 days to leave. If the have to be brought out, make it official, they cannot even apply to come back for twenty years. Cancel all money to country that does not make clear and enforce laws in said country about their fines to individuals who cause problems with usa.
