"Judaism as a religion has been frozen in time for the last 1800 years. Generally speaking, Rabbinical Judaism, as it appears in the Talmud … is the source of Judaism, not the Bible. The source of Judaism is the Talmud…

 

Okay, let's get this exactly right: it defines only Jews who believe in the religion are men - as full humans. And everyone else is some level of 'other', that must be pushed aside or, in extreme cases, destroyed.

 

But if you kill a non-Jew then you're guilty, but there is no penalty. God will punish you. And that is - how shall I put it? - a bit problematic. When you say something is a crime, but there's no punishment for committing it, then it's not really a crime. That's the Talmud.

 

The worst case, in my opinion, is the case of Maimonides, who decrees…that it is permissible to have sexual intercourse with a 3-year old girl. That age of consent is - problematic. And second of all, he decrees that if a Jew rapes a three-year-old non-Jewish girl, then she must be executed. Her, not him - because she tempted him to sin. And for this reason, you have to treat her like an animal that puts obstacles in a person's way. And he quotes some verse about a bull or something like that. And the rabbis know that these parts of the religion that are misanthropic, that are discriminatory to non-Jews, pose a problem for them. Because if they try to implement them - there are some rules that are very unpleasant, like that three-year-old-girl we were just talking about - if they try to implement them, there will be a pogrom.

 

So to avoid that situation, the Talmud defines two different states of reality. There's one called "Darkei Shalom" [Peaceful Ways]. In other words, "This is the actual religious law, this is how you are supposed to act." "However, since it would cause a huge mess, and people will die. So due to 'peaceful ways', you don't act that way." Now, until what point does the "peaceful ways" rule still apply? Just as long as the other situation does not exist, which is "When Israel is Mighty". That's when there is a Jewish regime. It is independent, and it is merciless, it can do what it likes. Under those circumstances - it's all over, you go back to the letter of the law.

 

No more "peaceful ways", no more nothing. Now when you think about Jewish history, lots of people talk about the Hasmonean Wars which was pretty much one of the only times that Jews wielded weapons and they think about what the Hasmoneans did to the Hellenized Jews [who assimilated Greek culture]. It was prohibited for a place that was under Jewish rule to have a pagan temple. That's what we're talking about. They also forced the Edomites to convert to Judaism on pain of death. It was a forced conversion. Something we learn the [Spanish] Inquisition did later on. They took people and told them: ;"Either you're dead, or you're converting to Judaism". And things only got worse from there.

In other words, the only difference between the time of Maimonides - he died in 1204 - and the time of the Messiah, is who is subordinate to whom. You don't need God to come down from the sky and point at someone and say, "That's the Messiah". You can have a king, and if he is victorious, then he'll also be the Messiah. And then you look at what religious zionists are doing about this. They want a Messiah. They want him now.

 

There must be a cleansing. Religious law prohibits contact with non-Jews. Of course, the Kosher laws prohibit you from eating with them. Other laws forbid you from treating them fairly. You are forbidden to return a lost item to a non-Jew - except in order to "keep the peace". There is no prohibition on stealing from a non-Jew - except in order to "keep the peace". You can't say "hello" to them - unless there is no alternative. And so on and so forth.

New cell phones are removing the SD card feature. On phone storage only or Cloud.

 

Sounds innocent until you find out backup software is update sensitive, meaning if do a backup and they patch a security item call it an update it can prevent you from doing a restore to the newer rev. In addition some updates prevent firmware rollbacks.

Pay attention, the only way to back up your phone will soon be cloud only where they can charge you if you need more than a few GB of free space.

Cork is survived by his wife, Barbara Oamek to whom he married January 31, 1953; daughters and sons-in-law, Christie & James Johnsen, Kathie & Raymond Davis; son and daughter-in-law, George & Sharon Oamek; grandchildren, Katy Pakenham Board and husband Eric, Caroline Pakenham, Matthew Johnsen and wife Katie, Jessica Johnsenand Paige Oamek, great grandchildren, Lucas Board, Tarynn Gabrielle Muff and Brodie Johnsen and a host of other family and friends. Visitation is Friday 6-8PM at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home. Funeral service is Saturday 1PM at the funeral home. A reception will follow in the community room at Hoy-Kilnoski. The family will direct memorials to projects in Crescent.

(Crescent)–As we continue to celebrate June Dairy Month, don't miss all the delights available at Honey Creek Creamery, just two miles north of Crescent, Iowa on the Old Lincoln Highway.

 

Sharon Oamek and her family have been raising dairy goats and running the creamery in the beautiful Loess Hills since 2010.

 

Many flavors of goat cheeses along with delicious gelato are processed at the facility on the farm which was once a bunkhouse long ago.

 

Sharon milks 20 goats daily which provide ample milk for the products the Oameks offer.

 

Her goat breeds of choice include Alpine and Saanen.

 

She says it's "four days from mom to cheese," letting us know the cheeses and gelato purchased are guaranteed farm fresh.

 

Two gorgeous Great Pyrenees dogs, Tucker and Dutchess, watch over the goats as they roam the picturesque Oak Savannah hillside east of the Oamek's facilities. (see video)

 

Sharon isn't afraid to think out of the box, as she offers "Goat Yoga" on the farm, an event that's always extremely fun and successful.

 

The creamery is open May through October at 25593 Old Lincoln Highway.

 

She is also excited to announce the opening of Stanley's Snack Shack just north of the farm, which will offer not only the aromatic cheeses and gelatos but other savory foods as well.

She may tout herself as a “progressive prosecutor,” but Kamala Harris’ record as a career California prosecutor suggests otherwise.

 

Harris — who made history Tuesday as presumptive Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden’s pick for vice president — has long faced criticism over her prosecutorial record, with skeptics saying she skewed in favor of police and was too slow, and even sometimes mum, on criminal justice reform.

 

As California’s attorney general from 2011 to 2017, she refused to endorse a 2015 bill calling for a special prosecutor to investigate deadly police shootings, the Sacramento Bee reported.mShe also rejected calls from civil rights groups to investigate deadly police shootings in Los Angeles and San Francisco, following the 2014 police-involved killing of Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri.

 

• In 2015, Harris required body cameras for California Department of Justice agents but didn’t support legislation mandating them for all police officers.The senator’s history as San Francisco district attorney from 2004 to 2011 also has been scrutinized.

• Shortly after taking the job, she sparked a decade-long feud with police unions for declining to pursue the death penalty for a gang member who murdered San Francisco police officer Isaac Espinoza.

• She also began prosecuting parents of habitually truant students, calling the issue of students skipping school “tantamount to a crime” — even amid criticism that the policy disproportionately targeted low-income people of color, the Los Angeles Times reported.

• She sent letters to San Francisco public school parents each year, threatening them with citations for truancy, and sponsored a 2010 law to make it a misdemeanor for parents whose children miss 10 percent of school a year without a good excuse. The punishment: a $2,000 fine, jail or both.

• Harris also opposed a state initiative to soften minimum mandatory sentences — even though the criminal justice reform plan she rolled out while running for president called for their end.

•One of Harris’ worst scandals came in 2010 when a technician was caught skimming cocaine from a crime lab and mishandling evidence. A judge ruled her office failed to disclose that information to defense attorneys, causing more than 600 drug-related cases to get tossed out.

• That same year, Harris opposed an initiative in the state to legalize marijuana, despite now supporting such legislation.

• During her tenure as attorney general, at least 1,560 people were thrown behind bars for marijuana-related offenses from 2011 to 2016, according to data from the Washington Free Beacon.

•Harris’ handling of wrongful convictions has also been called into question.

•As AG, her office fought against new DNA testing for death-row inmate Kevin Cooper, who claims he was framed for murder. Some legal experts believed the test could help overturn his conviction.

• Her prosecutors also defended the conviction of George Gage, who was charged in 1999 with sexually abusing his stepdaughter — and put away by her testimony, according to a New York Times opinion piece.

•A judge later found that Harris’ prosecutor failed to turn over exculpatory evidence — including that the stepdaughter had repeatedly lied to law enforcement and that her mother described her as a “pathological liar.”

• The case got pitched to the Ninth District Court of Appeals, with Harris’ prosecutors fighting against tossing Gage’s conviction on a technicality — that he had failed to raise the legal issue in a lower court.

•He’s still in prison, serving a 70-year sentence.

Here's a little memory from the early 70's in AUS.

 

There was a guy, called Johnny Young, he ran a Disney style children's talent show, called Young Talent Time.

 

In 1972 Liberace visited AUS and was on the Young Talent Time show.

He picked one of the young boys from the show and took him back to the US with him.

His name was Jamie Redfern.

Jamie was 14 or 15 years old at the time.

Liberace later took another boy from the same show, named, Denis Walter, who was 15 years old.

 

The entire nation of AUS and likely the entire world, knew what must have been going on, but no one said a fucking word.

Israel To Seize UN Agency’s Headquarters for New Settlement Housing

 

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu appears to be in an open war with the United Nations. Along with targeting UN aid workers in Gaza and peacekeepers in Lebanon, Tel Aviv is now seizing the headquarters of the UN aid agency for Palestinians.

 

Dan Iloz, a member of Netanyahu’s Likud, told Israel Hayom that the Israel Land Authority approved the confiscation of the site. He said the “expropriation of land in Jerusalem is an important step, but not enough.” Iloz went on to call UNRWA “a hotbed for terrorism under a humanitarian guise.”

Israeli missile destroys Catholic church in Lebanon; at least 8 dead

 

A church of the Melkite Greek Catholic Eparchy of Tyre, Lebanon, was hit by a missile from Israeli airstrikes in the country’s south Oct. 9, killing at least eight people, the British branch of the pontifical foundation Aid to the Church in Need (ACN) has reported.

 

Local sources told ACN that the church, located in the town of Derdghaya, was sheltering people displaced by the conflict. A priest’s house and a three-story building housing parish offices were also completely destroyed by another missile.

Russia Set to Launch Central Bank Digital Currency for Public Use

 

According to a press release from the Bank of Russia, digital rubles will be available to the public by July 1, 2025, and the system will roll out over three years. According to the press release, consumers will make payments with digital rubles using a universal QR code based on the National Payment Card System.

 

“Major banks will have to give their clients an opportunity to conduct transactions with digital rubles, namely to open digital ruble accounts and deposit cash thereto, make funds transfers, as well as receive digital rubles via the relevant infrastructure. The regulator plans to launch a large-scale use of the digital national currency from that moment on. It is important that the digital ruble is available to both individuals and businesses and that they are able to use it freely, just like other ruble forms (physical money or bank deposits).”

 

Smaller banks will have additional time to prepare their systems for the shift to CBDC. They have until July 1, 2026, to begin digital ruble services. “Other credit institutions must comply with the requirement by July 1, 2027,” the Bank of Russia statement said.

Back stateside, I did some saucy sampling to see if I could find out more about the US 2024 McRib release. After sampling across the United States McDonalds locations, it appears that the McRib will return. However, the McRib is not likely to return until sometime in November or December. Several locations indicated a general uncertainty if the sandwich would be back. Stores typically have at least a one month lead on promotions, indicating October is likely too soon. A few locations did indicate that they believed this would once again be more of a limited release. Some locations only knew it was coming, but were unsure if their store was participating in the promotion.

 

We will continue to look for a more concrete timeline for the McRib and will share that information as it becomes available.

Kamala Harris’s Dreadful DA Record

Her tenure as San Francisco’s chief prosecutor reveals much about her character and judgment.

 

In 2005, the sharp-elbowed, ambitious district attorney of San Francisco had the opportunity to correct an all-too-common prosecutorial violation of duty that the leading expert on prosecutorial misconduct found “accounts for more miscarriages of justice than any other type of malpractice.” Rather than seize the opportunity, she did nothing. The prosecutor went on to become state attorney general and now represents California in the United States Senate. If she can persuade enough voters to support her in next year’s Democratic presidential primaries, Kamala Harris will contend with President Trump in 2020 for the highest office in the land.

 

To understand Harris’s 2005 moral failure, we must go back to 1963. That year, the United States Supreme Court affirmed the unique constitutional position of criminal defendants. InBrady v. Maryland, 373 U.S. 83 (1963), the Court announced that “the suppression by the prosecution of evidence favorable to an accusedupon request violates due process where the evidence is material either to guilt or to punishment, irrespective of the good faith or bad faith of the prosecution.” This is because “society wins not only when the guilty are convicted, but when criminal trials are fair”; accordingly, “our system of the administration of justice suffers when any accused is treated unfairly.”

 

Despite half a century of Brady’s regime, cavalier (and sometimes willful) prosecutors routinely violate its command, resulting in untold numbers of court decisions bemoaning these violations, reversals of criminal convictions, and, at worst, the imprisonment of innocents. In New York, the causal link between Brady violations and “wrongful convictions” compelled the chief judge of the New York Court of Appeals to require criminal trial judges to “issue an order to the prosecutor responsible for the case to timely disclose exculpatory evidence favorable to the accused — called Brady material.” Indeed, former chief judge Alex Kozinski of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, which is headquartered in San Francisco, wrote in a 2013 dissenting opinion from a denial of a rehearing en banc that “there is an epidemic of Brady violations abroad in the land.”

 

While it was laudable of Chief Judge Kozinksi to take judicial notice of systemic prosecutorial misconduct, criminal defense lawyers have long known what Professor Bennett L. Gershman observed in Shakespearean fashion,“Brady, one may correctly conclude, is ‘more honored in the breach than the observance.’”

 

Accordingly, it isdeeply troubling that in 2005 District Attorney Harris ignored the recommendation of her own assistant district attorneys that she adopt a “Brady policy” of “disclos[ing] past misconduct by law enforcement in order to help ensure defendants received a fair trial,” as the Wall Street Journal recently reported. Caving to the collective interests of public-sector unions that opposed the policy,Harris “appeared to lose interest” in protecting the individual rights of the accused. She neither ratified nor implemented the proposed reform.

 

Her decision to do nothing came back to haunt Harris in 2010 when, as the Journal explained, “a San Francisco police crime-lab technician was found to be skimming cocaine from evidence for personal use” that resulted in about 1,000 cases being “dismissedor dropped because of tainted drug tests.”

 

San Francisco Superior Courtjudge Anne-Christine Massullo castigated Harris for failing to “have in place policies and procedures designed to discover and produce exculpatory information” and failing “to produce exculpatory information actually in” the district attorney’s “possession” about the rogue lab tech.

California Democrats Block SpaceX Launches, Citing Elon Musk’s Support For Donald Trump

California officials are actively blocking Elon Musk’s SpaceX from launching rockets in the state because of his support for Donald Trump.

 

According to The Los Angeles Times, members of the California Coastal Commission, a state agency controlled by Governor Gavin Newsom, made no secret of the fact that their decision was based on Musk’s support for Trump and the Republican Party’s platform.

 

The report stated:

 

SpaceX’s plans to launch more rockets from the California coast were rejected by a state commission this week, with some officials citing Elon Musk’s political posts on X and raising concerns about the billionaire’s labor record at his companies.

 

The plan to increase the number of rocket blasts into space up to 50 a year was rejected by the California Coastal Commission on Thursday despite assurances from Space Force and Air Force officials that they would increase efforts to monitor the effects that rocket launches have on nearby wildlife.

 

The military also vowed to mitigate the reach of sonic booms that often span across 100 miles of coastline, an issue that has caused controversy. Members of the California Coastal Commission commended Space Force and Air Force representatives for reaching an agreement, but some cited their concerns about Musk, the owner of SpaceX, before rejecting the plan.

 

Among the issues raised were Musk’s decision to insert himself in the presidential race, his spreading of conspiracy theories, the labor record of his companies and derogatory comments he has made about the transgender community.

 

“We’re dealing with a company, the head of which has aggressively injected himself into the presidential race,” commission Chair Caryl Hart said.

 

The commission’s decision is also likely a retaliation for Musk’s decision to pull most of the company’s operations out of California.

 

Back in July, Musk said that the passage of a California law preventing from making rules requiring parental notification if a child identifies as transgender was the “final straw,” and he would be moving the company out of the state.

 

“This is the final straw,” Musk wrote at the time. “Because of this law and the many others that preceded it, attacking both families and companies, SpaceX will now move its HQ from Hawthorne, California, to Starbase, Texas.”

 

“I did make it clear to Governor Newsom about a year ago that laws of this nature would force families and companies to leave California to protect their children,” he later followed up.

 

Earlier this month, Musk revealed that FEMA were actively obstructing his company’s humanitarian efforts in the wake of widespread devastation following of Hurricane Helene in North Carolina.

 

If Kamala Harris manages to take the White House in November, it is likely that the Democratic regime will go all out to sabotage his efforts to move humanity forward.

Well, folks, the mainstream media harpies are coming unglued. It’s pure panic mode for these lady propaganda reporters as we inch closer to Election Day. And judging by how Harris and Walz are behaving, the panic is justified. Truthfully, you have to guess that the Harris/Walz internal polls must be brutal. They’ve even got Obama out there scolding black men for not supporting Kamala, and they’re putting out ads so cringe-worthy you have to wonder if anyone on Team Kamala has a dang clue.

 

This ad is “manly” so bad,real men will be tripping over themselves to actually vote for President Trump. After watching that train wreck of an ad, it’s easy to see why the progressive media harpies are losing their minds, right? (video attached)

 

Let’s take a look at some of the most unhinged among them, starting with NBC News. Their top reporter is laser-focused on whatAmericans apparently care about most right now: Trump’s cholesterol. (video attached)

 

Now, we’re not joking.

 

Kristen Welker, the so-called “reporter” who never once asked for Joe Biden’s medical records, even when he could barely walk, talk, or knew where he was,is suddenly fixated on Trump’s cholesterol numbers and demanding he release them. You can’t make this stuff up.

 

Yes, ladies and gentlemen, this is our esteemed media hard at work for the American people, bravely digging deep to tackle the really hard-hitting issues we’re all dying to know.

 

Honestly, could these activist reporters be any more out of touch? Americans are drowning in debt, struggling to put food on the table in this disastrous Harris/Biden economy; our border is wide open, crime is soaring, and yet the media wants to talk about Trump’s cholesterol.

 

But there’s more. Over at ABC News,harpy Martha Raddatz is doing her darnedest to downplay the fact that illegal Venezuelan gangs are commandeering US apartment complexes. (video attached)

 

Martha tries to play “gotcha” with JD Vance, only to find out the hard way that he’s way better at this game than she is. Believe it or not, but Martha actually thinks that because “only a handful” of US apartment complexes have been taken over by illegal gangs, it somehow makes the situation acceptable, and it’s Trump’s fault for “exaggerating” the issue. JD Vance couldn’t believe his ears, and neither could sane Americans.

 

But no list of media harpies would be complete without a hyper-emotional, irrational woman from MSNBC. This pundit—who probably owns at least five cats—is convinced that any man who supports President Trump desperately needs “therapy” to stop him from being the kind of “male” who listens to Joe Rogan.

 

Clearly, these bitter Bettys have seen the polling and know full well that no man worth his salt is backing the Harris/Walz amateur hour.

 

It’s ironic, isn’t it? The same women who demand respect and equality are perfectly fine attacking men simply because they don’t think or vote the same way. Yet, we’re supposed to believe these ladies are the tolerant voices of reason? No one’s buying this nonsense. They sound like a pack of wretched, angry Karens, lashing out because they can’t handle a difference of opinion.

 

James Carville was right. Dems really are the party of petty, annoying, preachy women.

 

Well, let’s hope these preachy harpies stay mad for at least the next 4 years.
