-Main issue was over abortion, which Trump already said is up to the state

-The female Supreme Court judge who won, Susan Crawford, actually seems like an intelligent woman from her victory speech who might be open to discussion over general matters

-Voter ID was still secured, which is still a huge win, and Wisconsin voters are still on the right path overall

Remember, on November 13, 2023, for the first time in American history, the justices of The United States Supreme Court promulgated a Code of Conduct "to set out succinctly and gather in one place the

ethics rules and principles that guide the conduct of the Members of the Court."

I find it interesting that that Code of Conduct came out during the "Biden" Administration, and it's been set aside, largely ignored by most.

Fortunately it's not been ignored by everyone, particularly not by those who've been investigating the justices of The United States Supreme Court.

Wouldn't it be neat if there's already been a criminal investigation of United States Supreme Court justices through which evidence against some of the Supreme Court Justices (oh, I don't know, like maybe Roberts, Alito, Kagan, Sotomayor, Coney Barrett, and Brown Jackson)

was amassed that firmly and unequivocally links these allegedly treasonous Supreme Court justices to foreign malign actors who are working both inside and outside the United States to destroy the country from within?

Sure would be neat.

President Trump: From 1789 to 1913, we were a tariff-backed nation, and the Untied States was proportionately the wealthiest it has ever been. So wealthy in fact, that in the 1880s's, they established a commission to decide what they were going to do with the vast sums of money they were collecting…then in 1913, for reasons unknown to mankind, they established the Income Tax, so that citizens, rather than foreign countries, would start paying the money necessary to run our government. Then in 1929, it all came to a very abrupt end with the Great Depression, and it would have never happened if they had stayed with the tariff policy. It would have been a much different story.

Joined by Antonio Gracias, a private equity titan and a key member of the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) team tasked with rooting out waste in the federal government, Musk unveiled a shocking chart: a dramatic spike in Social Security Numbers issued to non-citizens, soaring from 270,000 in 2021 to a mind-blowing 2.1 million in 2024.

 

That’s almost 5 million non-citizens now embedded in the system—collecting benefits, draining taxpayer dollars, and, most alarmingly, infiltrating the voter rolls.

 

“This is a mind-blowing chart,” Musk declared, pointing to the data. “This wasn’t an accident. This was a massive, large-scale program under the Biden administration to import as many illegals as possible—ultimately to change the voting map of the United States, disenfranchise the American people, and lock in a permanent deep-blue, one-party state from which there’d be no escape.”

 

Gracias, founder of Valor Equity Partners and a self-described son of legal immigrants, echoed Musk’s outrage.

“We went to Social Security to find fraud, and we stumbled on this by accident,” he said.

 

“And this isn’t political, by the way. My parents are immigrants… My brother and sister all born in Spain. I’m pro-legal immigration. This is not political. This is about America and the future of America. And there are a lot of good people in the system that pointed this in this direction. I want to honor them right now. They’re working with the government today and took the risks to show us these numbers and tell us what’s going on.”

 

Gracias continued, “We found 1.3 million of them already on Medicaid as an example. On every benefit program we went through, we found groups from this particular group of people, 5.5 million people in those benefit programs. And then what was really, really disturbing us was why. We’re asking ourselves why. And so we actually just took a sample and looked at voter registration records, and we found people here registered to vote in this population.”

 

The evidence, according to Musk and Gracias, is undeniable. By sampling voter registration records, they uncovered non-citizens who not only registered but voted in American elections.

 

“We’ve referred them to prosecution at Homeland Security Investigations,” Gracias revealed. “That’s happening right now.”

 

Just three days following this stunning revelation, The Democrat Party, Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, and House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, filed a lawsuit against President Trump to allow illegal aliens to (continue to) vote in US elections.

 

Of course, the lawsuit was filed in the US District Court in Washington DC – a sure win for Democrats no matter how crazy and lawless they are.

Christine Grady, a top bioethicist at the National Institutes of Health and the wife of former top NIH official Anthony Fauci, was among the health bureaucrats who received a layoff notice on Tuesday, according to news reports.

 

Grady was given the boot as part of the post-pandemic restructuring of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), according to the New York Times and STAT News. HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and his top aides have said the layoffs are aimed at consolidating administrative functions and overhauling a failed status quo in Americans’ health.

 

Some NIH leaders were given the option of transferring to one of the field offices of the Indian Health Service in Alaska, Montana, Minnesota, and other locations far removed from Washington, DC. But it’s not clear whether Grady was among the officials given the option of taking up a remote post hundreds of miles from the couple’s tony Beltway neighborhood. The couple had a net worth of $11.5 million by the time of Fauci’s 2022 retirement, according to federal disclosures, a $7.6 million jump from before the COVID-19 pandemic, according to Open The Books.

 

Even an NIH official who described Grady as well respected acknowledged that her marriage to Fauci impacted the ability of the institutes to tackle ethical questions that risked reflecting poorly on the former White House medical advisor.

 

An NIH official speaking on the condition of anonymity told the Daily Caller News Foundation that Grady was “a good person with a major conflict of interest.”

 

“One of the problems when the coverup was going on of the Wuhan lab leak, that whole fiasco, was that they were not listening to anyone giving ethics advice,” the official said. “If they had had someone at the table with knowledge of this, they would have said: ‘Hey do you want to play it this way, or be more transparent?’ Someone could have raised the question.”

 

“That’s something Christine Grady could have, or should have, done,” the official continued. “She wasn’t able to do it because she was Fauci’s wife.”

 

“Maybe they had discussions in private about what was going on,” the official said. “She was placed in a conflicted role because of that.”

 

Other NIH officials in Fauci’s inner circle were also let go.

 

Clifford Lane, who had worked at Fauci’s National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) since 1991 — most recently as deputy director of clinical research and special projects — was also let go, according to the New York Times.

 

NIAID Division of Microbiology and Infectious Diseases Director Emily Erbelding has also been let go, according to Government Executive. Erbelding was involved in communications with Fauci and with EcoHealth Alliance President Peter Daszak about the connection between the NIAID and high-risk virology in Wuhan, China, in 2020 according to emails obtained by U.S. Right to Know through the Freedom of Information Act and a congressional investigation.

 

Emailed requests for comment to Grady, Lane and Erbelding received no immediate response. A phone call to the NIH Department of Ethics was answered but abruptly ended when the receptionist learned this reporter was calling.

As The New York Times reported, the Trump administration on Tuesday laid off thousands of federal health workers as part of cuts announced last week. The firings included several senior leaders and government scientists.

 

The bloodbath also included entire units focused on promoting ‘reproductive health’ (abortion), and gun control. How refreshing that American tax dollars will no longer fund baby killing and Second Amendment restrictions at the agency.

 

As TGP readers may know, the HHS has been conducting mass layoffs across the department, affecting roughly 10,000 full-time jobs. According to NBC News, these cuts are part of HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s plan to drain the swamp and reshape the agency.

 

RFK Jr. is working with Elon Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) and wants to reduce the health department’s workforce from 82,000 to 62,000.

 

TGP readers will be especially thrilled to learn that two of Tuesday’s casualties were Fauci’s wife, Christine Grady, and Dr. Clifford Lane from their positions at N.I.H.

 

Grady headed the N.I.H. Office of Bioethics before being ‘reassigned.’ Lane oversaw clinical research at the department and is considered a close crony of Fauci’s.

Sen. Mitch McConnell privately indicated to Sen. Tim Kaine he would back the Virginia Democrat’s resolution to undo President Donald Trump’s Canada tariffs.

 

Kaine told reporters Wednesday that the former GOP leader told him the day before that he would back Kaine’s resolution, which will get a vote on the Senate floor Wednesday evening. A spokesperson confirmed Kaine’s remarks.

 

McConnell’s support is not necessarily a surprise: He’s been vocal in his warnings about Trump’s tariffs, including in a recent op-ed in The Courier-Journal. But it’s the latest instance of McConnell bucking the administration since leaving his leadership position, and McConnell’s support means Kaine’s resolution will likely have the votes it needs to advance in the Senate.

 

In addition to McConnell, GOP Sens. Susan Collins, Lisa Murkowski and Rand Paul are expected to vote for the measure, which would end the national emergency Trump declared earlier this year to justify his new plan to slap 25 percent tariffs on Canadian imports.

 

At a press conference Wednesday afternoon, Kaine said other Republicans are also reaching out to him to get information on the resolution, indicating the number of GOP supporters may grow.

 

Kaine also said Trump’s announcement about a new wave of tariffs, which is expected to take place prior to the Senate resolution vote, “could increase pressure for more [Republicans] to join.”

As part of an investigation into foreign exchange violations involving the Open Society Foundations (OSF), which was founded by American billionaire George Soros, and its impact investment arm, the Soros Economic Development Fund (SEDF), India’s Enforcement Directorate (ED) searched eight locations in Bengaluru on Tuesday.

Sources told Indian media the searches were “carried out under the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) and involve the OSF along with various international human rights organizations,” The Economic Times reported.

The main focus of the investigation is the claim that OSF obtained foreign direct investment (FDI) and that certain recipients embezzled the money against FEMA regulations.

“Our teams carried out raids at eight locations on Tuesday in Bengaluru to investigate contraventions in foreign direct investment rules by SEDF and OSF in investments in various entities/individuals in India and subsequent utilization of those funds,” said one unnamed officer, the Hindustan Times added.

The sources claim that OSF, which is sponsored by Soros, transferred about $3 billion to over a dozen organizations across India.

A “preliminary investigation has revealed that OSF was put under the prior reference category by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) in 2016, thereby restricting it from giving unregulated donations to NGOs in India,” the unnamed officer continued.

“However, in order to bypass this restriction, OSF set up subsidiaries in India and brought in funds in the form of FDI and consultancy fees, and these funds have been used to fund activities of the NGOs which is a FEMA contravention”, the officer added.

Although OSF, which was created by Soros, started working in India, the largest democracy in the world, in 1999, according to The Times, the organization does not actually have any offices there.

But Trump has not ruled out his plans to impose pharmaceutical-specific tariffs sometime soon.

House deficit hawks’ message to Senate on its budget: ‘Go back to the drawing board’

Deficit hawks in the House are already pushing back hard on Senate Republicans’ blueprint to advance President Donald Trump’s domestic agenda — particularly the portion of the plan that would spend far more on tax cuts.

 

“The Senate needs to go back to the drawing board and really do the hard work that is required to achieve the consensus similar to … the process we went through in the House,” said Rep. Lloyd Smucker (R-Pa.), the second highest-ranking member of the House Budget Committee, in an interview Wednesday morning.

 

Ways and Means Committee member and deficit hawk David Schweikert (R-Ariz.) indicated he also has problems with the Senate plan as he headed into a committee meeting Wednesday at the Library of Congress to continue hashing out provisions for the GOP tax bill.

 

“I still don’t think we’re being aggressive enough” on reducing the deficit, Schweikert said.

 

Smucker also said he has “a lot of concerns” with Senate Republicans’ plans to zero out the costs of extending trillions of dollars in expiring tax cuts, while allowing for up to $1.5 trillion in additional tax polices. The House budget blueprint takes account of the cost of those extensions.

 

“We’ve gone through months of negotiations here in the House and arrived at a bill that is fiscally responsible and that had the support of the entire caucus,” Smucker said.

 

The lawmakers’ comments signal that House and Senate Republicans are still far apart on how to advance Trump’s “one big, beautiful bill” that would enact sweeping energy, border and tax policies.

 

The budget that the House passed in February provides a maximum of $4.5 trillion for the House Ways and Means Committee to spend on tax cuts, contingent on Republicans being able to muster $2 trillion in spending cuts.

 

Senate Republicans plan to release their own budget blueprint this afternoon that would zero out the cost of extending around $4.6 trillion in Trump’s 2017 tax cuts that are due to expire at the end of the year. That plan would also provide $1.5 trillion in additional wiggle room to enact business tax breaks, a tax exemption for tips and a deduction for interest on auto loans, among other policies Trump has called for.

Virginia Giuffre Responds to Claim She Violated Restraining Order Weeks Before Accident

 

Virginia Giuffre, who settled a sexual abuse case against Prince Andrew in 2022, denied violating a family violence restraining order granted to her estranged husband before her recent accident.

Virginia Giuffre is sharing her side of the story.

 

The 41-year-old—an alleged victim of convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein who settled her sex abuse case against Prince Andrew out of court in 2022 after he denied any wrongdoing—has been accused of breaching a family violence restraining order with a hearing set for April 9, per records obtained by E! News.

 

However, Virginia denied violating a restraining order recently taken out by her estranged husband Robert Giuffre.

 

A rep for Virginia—who recently said she has days to live due as a result of complications from injuries sustained in a car accident—told E! News in a statement April 2, "Virginia looks forward to defending herself against his malicious claim."

 

Virginia's rep went on to share that she's worried about her and Robert’s three teenage children during her hospitalization, adding, "Virginia continues to be hospitalized in serious condition."

 

E! News has reached out to Robert for comment and hasn’t heard back.

 

While details of the incident that led to the restraining order remain unclear, People reported that the mother of three first appeared in court March 19 for allegedly breaching the order and didn't enter a plea.

 

She had previously hinted at her family's estrangement on social media when expressing how much she missed her children.

 

"My beautiful babies have no clue how much I love them and they’re being poisoned with lies," Virginia captioned a March 22 carousel post featuring photos of her kids. "I miss them so very much. I have been through hell & back in my 41 years but this is incredibly hurting me worse than anything else."

 

"Hurt me, abuse me but don’t take my babies," she added. "My heart is shattered and every day that passes my sadness only deepens."

 

A little over a week later, Virginia revealed she had been in a car accident and was given four days to live after going into renal failure. And in the post she expressed her hope of seeing her kids again.

 

"I’m ready to go, just not until I see my babies one last time," she said on Instagram March 30 after sharing that she'd been given four days to live, "but you know what they say about wishes. S–T in one hand and wish in the other & I guarantee it’s still going to be s**t at the end of the day."

 

In her statement to E! News, Virginia's rep thanked "everyone for the outpouring of love and support" Virginia received after sharing her post and revealed a few more details about the March 24 crash, which she said involved Virginia's car being hit by a school bus full of children.

 

"Virginia was banged up and bruised and returned home," the rep's April 1 statement to E! News said. "Virginia's condition worsened and she was admitted to the hospital."

 

She also revealed that Virginia never intended to share the post publicly.

 

"Concerning her Instagram post," her rep added, "Virginia thought that she had posted on her private Facebook page."

Trump prepares to ease arms export rules – Reuters

A new executive order is expected to sharply raise the minimum threshold for weapons sales that trigger a congressional review

 

US President Donald Trump is expected to sign an executive order that would significantly simplify the rules governing military equipment exports, Reuters reported on Tuesday, citing four sources familiar with the matter.

 

The executive order, anticipated to be issued imminently, is likely to reflect legislation proposed by Trump’s national security adviser, Michael Waltz, last year during his tenure in the House of Representatives.

 

According to sources from both the arms industry and the government, the forthcoming order will resemble Waltz’s bill, which sought to amend the US Arms Export Control Act.

 

The proposed amendments aimed to raise the threshold for deals that trigger a congressional review– from $14 million to $23 million for arms transfers and from $50 million to $83 million for sales involving military equipment, upgrades, training, and related services.

 

Current rules already allow higher thresholds for NATO members and key US allies such as Japan, Israel, South Korea, Australia, and New Zealand. In those cases, the administration must notify Congress 15 days before a sale, compared to the 30-day notice period for other countries.

 

Trump has long criticized the bureaucratic hurdles surrounding foreign arms sales and frequently clashed with Congress during his first term over delays. In 2019, he bypassed a congressional review by declaring a national emergency tied to tensions with Iran, enabling him to fast-track over $8 billion in arms sales to Saudi Arabia, Jordan, and the United Arab Emirates.

 

The deals with Saudi Arabia and the UAE had been stalled for months, largely due to congressional objections over the countries’ roles in Yemen’s aerial campaign and human rights concerns following the murder of Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi in the kingdom’s consulate in Turkey.

Four Republican senators helped Democrats pass a resolution Wednesday that would effectively repeal President Trump's tariffs on Canada.

 

The resolution, offered by Sen. Tim Kaine (D-Va.), would repeal the emergency declaration that allowed Trump to place tariffs on Canada. The White House has cited fentanyl flowing across the border as a reason for the declaration.

 

But the measure is likely dead on arrival in the GOP-controlled House.

 

Republicans. Susan Collins (Maine), Mitch McConnell (Ky.) Lisa Murkowski (Alaska) and Rand Paul (Ky.) joined Democrats in voting for the measure, which passed 51-48.

Internal FBI chat logs revealed that the bureau imposed a “gag order” on agents regarding the New York Post bombshell story on the Hunter Biden laptop. Along with showing Hunter’s depravity, the laptop revealed Joe Biden’s involvement in his son’s foreign business dealings.

 

The chat logs, published Tuesday by the House Judiciary Committee on X, show that the gag order extended to an FBI analyst who attempted to alert social media companies that the laptop was authentic—before these companies moved to censor the story’s spread.

On Oct. 14, 2020, the New York Post released its first story on the laptop’s content. That same day, FBI officials instructed agents, “please do not discuss Biden matter.”

 

Earlier chats show a group of agents—including Laura Dehmlow, Bradley Benavides and James Dennehy—debating the Post’s story.

 

“You guys are tracking the coverage of the laptop right?” Dehmlow wrote. Both Benavides and Dennehy replied affirmatively.

 

Later, agents whose names remain sealed sent messages stating, “right answer – nobody on call is is [sic] authorized to comment upon NY Post story” and “nobody [is] authorized to comment.”

 

One agent asked if another had “admonished” the colleague who nearly revealed the laptop’s authenticity to Big Tech companies. “yes but he wont [sic] shut up,” one response read.
