Boeing to avoid criminal charges over fatal 737 Max crashes

A US judge on Thursday granted the Justice Department's request to dismiss its criminal case against Boeing, according to a court filing, allowing the plane maker to avoid prosecution over two fatal 737 Max crashes that killed 346 people.

 

The decision clears the way for the US to enter a non-prosecution agreement with Boeing in which the company will pay more than $1.1 billion in fines to family members of the crash victims.

 

As part of the deal, Boeing would also have to make commitments to strengthen security and compliance processes.

 

“We are committed to honouring the obligations of our agreement with the Department of Justice. We are also committed to continuing the significant efforts we have made as a company to strengthen our safety, quality and compliance programmes,” Boeing said.

 

The decision by US District Judge Reed O’Connor in Fort Worth, Texas, to dismiss the case resolves Boeing's legal battle over a criminal charge related to the two 737 Max crashes in Ethiopia and Indonesia in 2018 and 2019.

 

Thursday's decision came despite objections from some victims' families who wanted the case to go to trial.

 

The families intend to file an expedited writ of mandamus, a court order that commands a public official to do their duty, to appeal against Mr O'Connor's decision, they said in a statement through their legal counsel.

 

"He reluctantly concluded that he was powerless to do anything about the reprehensible deal. We believe that the courts don’t have to stand silently by while an injustice is perpetrated," said Paul Cassell, who represents some family members of the crash victims on a pro bono basis.

 

But Mr O'Connor wrote that the government “has not acted with bad faith, has given more than mere conclusory reasons for its dismissal, and has satisfied its obligations” under the Crime Victims' Rights Act, according to the filing.

 

Boeing entered into a deferred prosecution agreement with the Justice Department in 2021 after it was criminally charged with conspiracy to defraud the US on allegations that it had blocked the Federal Aviation Administration's evaluation of the Boeing 737 Max Manoeuvring Characteristics Augmentation System.

 

The US aerospace company came under scrutiny last year after a door plug blew mid-flight on a 737 Max 9 aircraft operated by Alaska Airlines. And in May last year the Justice Department accused Boeing of breaching the terms under the 2021 deal because it failed to address compliance measures

Russiagate subpoenas sent out by grand jury as Comey prosecution unearths new revelations

 

Russiagate-related grand conspiracy case ramps up as trial against James Comey looms, and each day bring new revelations about Biden's DOJ weaponizing the justice system.

 

More than two dozen Russiagate-related subpoenas are being sent out, Just the News has learned, coming at the same time that the Justice Department’s prosecution of James Comey has resulted in the release of a host of new information about the fired FBI director as well as about the bureau’s secret stashing away of details on its investigations into Donald Trump.

 

A federal grand jury is in the process of issuing more than 30 subpoenas tied to the false claims of Trump-Russia collusion that were propagated by the U.S. intelligence community and federal law enforcement in 2016 and beyond, a source directly familiar with the matter who declined to be identified due to the sensitive nature of the investigations told Just the News on Thursday. Some of the subpoenas were sent out Thursday and more are likely to be sent Friday.

 

Expectations, leaks and "Burn Bags"

The subpoenas are being sent out as new revelations indicate that Comey, who was indicted earlier this year in Virginia, expected former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton to emerge victorious in 2016, that the ex-FBI director was aware of the so-called Clinton Plan intelligence wrongly linking Trump to Russia in that election, that key information on Crossfire Hurricane and other FBI investigations was hidden in burn bags at FBI headquarters, and that his friend and lawyer Daniel Richman allegedly leaked to the media despite FBI guidelines warning him not to.

 

Comey is charged with making false statements and obstructing Congress concerning testimony in 2020 in which he stood by earlier 2017 testimony saying he did not approve of anonymous leaks to the news media on high-profile cases involving Clinton's emails and Donald Trump's now-debunked ties to a Russian plot to influence the election. He has pleaded not guilty.

 

Comey, fired as FBI director in 2017 by President Trump, oversaw both the politicized investigation into Clinton's illicit use of a private email server to send classified information and the baseless Trump-Russia collusion inquiry.

 

Comey expected Clinton to win in 2016, according to newly-unearthed emails he sent to Richman.

 

Then-DOJ watchdog Michael Horowitz’s 2018 report criticized the FBI’s Midyear Exam investigation into Clinton’s illicit use of a private email server to send classified information while she was Secretary of State, concluding Comey’s actions were “extraordinary and insubordinate” when he announced Clinton wouldn’t be charged in a speech on July 5, 2016.

 

Comey had said in the speech that Clinton’s email practices were “extremely careless” but that he also allegedly believed “no reasonable prosecutor” would bring charges against her. Comey alerted Congress in October 2016 that further Clinton emails had been found on a laptop belonging to disgraced former Democratic Rep. Anthony Weiner, then the husband of top Clinton aide Huma Abedin. The files were on Weiner's laptop in a folder labeled "Life Insurance."

 

“Make sure you keep your eyes shut. The country can’t seem to handle your finding stuff,” Richman wrote to Comey on Oct. 29, 2016. Comey replied: “Thanks for the battling you have done against unreason. This is a strange time. B[u]t we press on.”

Comey: "A president-elect Clinton will be very grateful"

The next day, Richman sent Comey an email about an opinion piece he had been asked to write for The New York Times about Comey’s letter to Congress. Richman stated that he was “not inclined” to “write something” but that he would “do it” if Comey thought it would “help things to explain that [Comey] owed [C]ong[ress] absolute candor” and that Comey’s “credibility w[ith] [C]ong[ress] w[ould] be particularly important in the coming years of threatened [C]ong[ress] investigations.”

 

“No need. At this point it would [be] shouting into the wind,” Comey said in his Oct. 30, 2016 response back. "Some day they will figure it out. And as [Individual 1 and Individual 2] point out, my decision will be one a president-elect Clinton will be very grateful for (although that wasn’t why I did it).”

 

The 2018 report by the DOJ watchdog uncovered evidence that the FBI had delayed following up on information about Clinton emails found on the Weiner laptop and that the delay may have come from the FBI’s desire to emphasize the baseless Trump-Russia collusion investigation over the Clinton emails scandal.

 

In 2016, since-fired FBI special agent Peter Strzok had exchanged a host of anti-Trump texts with former FBI lawyer Lisa Page, with whom he was having an affair. Horowitz wrote, “We did not have confidence that Strzok’s decision to prioritize the Russia investigation over following up on the Midyear-related investigative lead discovered on the Weiner laptop was free from bias.”

 

Despite going after Clinton for her improper use of a private email server, Comey himself was using a personal and anonymous Gmail account to discuss FBI matters with Richman.

 

Comey’s own notes indicate he knew about Clinton Plan Intelligence

The DOJ also showed on Monday that, despite Comey telling Congress he didn’t recall this, he had taken handwritten notes in September 2016 indicating he had indeed been briefed on the Clinton Plan Intelligence indicating Clinton’s 2016 campaign planned to tie Trump to Russia.

 

Special Counsel John Durham’s 2023 public report revealed that “the Intelligence Community received the Clinton Plan intelligence in late July 2016.” The Durham report showed that Comey was briefed on the Clinton Plan intelligence by then-CIA Director John Brennan in early August 2016 and was also sent a CIA referral memo about the Clinton Plan intelligence in early September 2016.

 

This intelligence related to an alleged plan by the Clinton campaign to link Trump to Russia and Vladimir Putin in an effort to distract from her private email server scandal.

 

Nevertheless, Comey told the Senate Judiciary Committee in late September 2020 that he did not recall this bombshell referral memo from the CIA. The Trump DOJ’s efforts to indict Comey over that piece of his testimony failed.

 

“An additional record discovered as part of this management review process was an original referral by the Central Intelligence Agency to former FBI Director James Comey,” the FBI’s newly-unearthed launch document said.

 

The counterintelligence operational lead was dated Sept. 7, 2016 and was “believed to have been missing for years,” the FBI said, with agents writing that it was found “in a storage closet adjacent to the Director’s office.”

 

The DOJ wrote that “inside a locked safe within Room 9582, investigators located copies of handwritten notes of the defendant when he was the Director of the FBI.”

 

The prosecutors added that Comey’s handwritten notes “were not known to any prior investigative teams.”

Patel told Just the News on Tuesday that “we have found several bags containing critical evidence on Russiagate and the Durham annex, and declassified them to show the truth about James Comey and other senior leaders' actions during the disgraceful Crossfire Hurricane scandal.”

 

The FBI’s launch document for investigating the burn bag saga, originating with the FBI Criminal Investigative Division’s Public Corruption and Civil Rights Section, is dated July 21, 2025.

 

FBI agents said they had made a “request to open and assign a Preliminary Investigation to investigate the activities or involvement of current and/or former FBI employees for potential violations of Title 18 U.S.C. 2071, Concealment, Removal, or Mutilation Generally, and/or other related offenses, between July 1, 2016 and the present day.”

 

The FBI document states that, in mid-April, “the Director’s Advisory Team was informed of the unusual discovery of highly classified and sensitive documents found inside five ‘burn bags’ located in Room 9582, a certified Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) at the FB Headquarters building in Washington, DC.”

 

The FBI said the documents that were unearthed included classified documents inside burn bags “which appeared to have been placed in the SCIF around the timeframe of the 2025 presidential inauguration — Friday, January 17, 2025, through Wednesday, January 22, 2025.” The bureau agents wrote that the documents were “presumably intended for destruction”

 

The discovery led to an “internal management review” to determine if there was a “legitimate purpose” for the documents being there and to figure out the “underlying motivation” for it, the FBI launch document said.

Comey authorized Richman to leak in 2016 to "correct" stories critical of him

Richman, a former DOJ official and current Professor of Law at Columbia University Law School, was assisting the FBI during the 2016 election. It is already public knowledge that Richman later assisted Comey by leaking the so-called “Comey Memos” to The New York Times in 2017 after Comey's firing by President Trump.

 

Richman previously admitted to agents in interviews that he routinely communicated on behalf of Comey, his longtime friend, with New York Times reporter Michael Schmidt, whose work was among the newspaper's 2018 Pulitzer-winning stories on alleged Russian election interference. The goal, Richman told the FBI, was "to correct stories critical of Comey, the FBI and to shape future press coverage" outside the bureau's official press office, according to internal FBI memos.

 

"Richman was pretty sure he did not confirm the Classified Information. However, Richman told the interviewing agents he was sure 'with a discount' that he did not tell Schmidt about the Classified Information," one FBI memo recounted.

 

The DOJ’s Monday filing said the emails showed Comey was aware of and was encouraging Richman's contacts with the media, contrary to his claims to Congress.

 

"Consistent with the above-described correspondence, Richman corresponded extensively with members of the media regarding or on behalf of the defendant, including in an anonymous capacity," the DOJ court filing argued.

 

“When I read the times [New York Times] coverage involving [Reporter 1], I am left with the sense that they don’t understand the significance of my having spoke about the case in July [2016]. It changes the entire analysis. Perhaps you can make him smarter,” Comey told Richman on Nov. 1, 2016.

 

Richman responded the next day, saying: “This is precisely the case I made to them and thought they understood. I was quite wrong. Indeed I went further and said mindless allegiance to the policy (and recognition that more evidence could come in) would have counseled silence in july to let hrc [Hillary Clinton] twist in the wind.”

 

Richman soon added, “Just got the point home to [Reporter 1]. Probably was rougher than u would have been.”

 

Comey then emailed Richman shortly thereafter, saying “pretty good” and sending a link to a New York Times piece about Comey’s alleged options in late October 2016 concerning the Clinton email investigation. Comey told Richman, “Someone showed some logic. I would paint the cons more darkly but not bad.” Richman then responded: “See I can teach.”

Richman knew not to leak — but allegedly did anyway

Just the News reported that Richman initially signed paperwork in 2015 acknowledging ethics guidelines which would have barred him from misusing government information and from making non-public information public to further anyone’s private interests.

 

Richman signed an SGE appointment document on June 30, 2015. It included the acknowledgment of ethics guidelines. The Office of Government Ethics guideline document referenced in the document signed by Richman was titled, “To Serve With Honor. A Guide on the Ethics Rules That Apply to Advisory Committee Members Serving as Special Government Employees" (SGE's).

 

At Comey’s direction, records previously showed Richman allegedly spoke with the press to help shape news stories in Comey’s favor, although Richman has claimed Comey never asked him to talk to the press.

 

FBI emails show that Richman was ostensibly working at the FBI for the Office of General Counsel under then-FBI general counsel James Baker, and that Richman was coordinating with Baker and with then-Comey chief of staff James Rybicki.

 

Richman's record not the clearest in government employment

Internal FBI emails released through the Freedom of Information Act show that, while Richman signed a June 2015 acknowledgment related to his appointment to be an SGE, his first term appeared to have officially lapsed at the end of June 2016. The paperwork for Richman to re-sign to have him continue as an SGE does not appear to have been sent to Richman again until December 2016, and FBI emails indicate that Richman never actually signed it despite having been reappointed as an SGE in 2016.

 

During this timeframe, Richman continued meeting with Comey and communicating with FBI officials. Comey’s friend resigned as an SGE in early February 2017.

 

The ethics guidelines included the following admonishment: “Don’t misuse Government information. If you get information that has not been made available to the general public, don’t use (or allow the improper use of) that nonpublic information to further any private interest, either your own or another’s.”

 

Richman was also reportedly sent guidelines in January 2017 which said SGE's could not improperly leak government information for anyone’s private gain.

Yet Congress must act by Dec. 11 on taxes if withholding schedules are not to revert to the higher levels in effect before the temporary tax cut was enacted last spring. There is no realistic prospect that Congress will legislate a further tax cut based on an expenditure ceiling without knowing what expenditures are to be held down. Mr. Ford knows this perfectly well, but he is demagogically assuming that the public does not.

 

In the budget that the President submitted at the beginning of this year, he recommended a ceiling on the cost‐of‐living increases for Social Security recipients, far‐reaching changes in Medicare, Medicaid and food stamps, and other reductions in programs that most Congressmen of both parties regard as untouchable. With the exception of a cutback in the comparability increase for Federal employes, Congress has refused to go along with any of these recommendations. To meet Mr. Ford's latest fiscal targets, Congress would have to impose much more draconian sacrifices in an economy where prices are rising at a rate close to 10 per cent, principally because of higher food and fuel costs and tight‐money policies.

Jeffrey Epstein’s newly-revealed private calendar showed scheduled meetings with the current CIA director, a college president and attorney who served in the Obama administration, according to a report published Sunday.

 

New documents, which belonged to the rich convicted pedophile and were obtained by The Wall Street Journal, showed planned meetings with a slew of prominent individuals, including now-CIA Director William Burns, Bard College president Leon Botstein, Obama White House counsel Kathryn Ruemmler and professor Noam Chomsky.

 

All the scheduled meetings were slated to take place after Epstein was jailed in 2008 on charges of solicitation, including soliciting a minor. WSJ could not prove each scheduled meeting actually took place, and the documents did not reveal the purpose for the meetings.

 

A spokesperson for Burns, who has taken the CIA’s helm since 2021 under the Biden administration, said the nation’s spy chief met with Epstein a decade ago when he was trying to leave the government.

 

"Director Burns recalls being introduced by a mutual friend in Washington, DC, and then met with him once briefly in New York City, about a decade ago as the Director was preparing to leave government service," CIA spokeswoman Tammy Kupperman Thorp said in comment provided to Fox News Digital.

 

"The Director did not know anything about him, other than he was introduced as an expert in the financial services sector and offered general advice on transition to the private sector. The Director does not recall any further contact, including receiving a ride to the airport. They had no relationship."

 

Ruemmler had dozens of meetings with Epstein following her work for the Obama administration and before taking the reins as Goldman Sachs' top lawyer in 2020, according to WSJ. The documents show Epstein was planning on Ruemmler joining him for a trip to Paris in 2015 and another visit to his private island in the Caribbean in 2017.

 

A Goldman Sachs rep told the outlet that Ruemmler had a working relationship with Epstein when she was employed at law firm Latham & Watkins LLP, but did not travel with Epstein. The spokesperson said Epstein introduced Ruemmler to potential legal clients, such as Bill Gates.

 

"Many of Ms. Ruemmler's contacts related to a potential representation involving the Gates Foundation, a representation of the Edmond de Rothschild bank, and other business opportunities," a Goldman Sachs spokesperson told Fox News Digital on Sunday.

"I regret ever knowing Jeffrey Epstein," Ruemmler said, according to WSJ.

 

The Journal reported that the majority of people they spoke to said they met with Epstein for donations or to make powerful connections. Botstein, who has served as Bard College’s president since 1975, said he met with Epstein to try to get him to donate to the liberal arts school.

 

"I was an unsuccessful fundraiser and actually the object of a little bit of sadism on his part in dangling philanthropic support," Botstein told the outlet. "That was my relationship with him."

 

Other prominent figures on the documents included:

Ariane de Rothschild, chief executive of the Swiss private bank Edmond de Rothschild Group; Joshua Cooper Ramo, who at the time served on the boards of Starbucks Corp. and FedEx Corp; former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak; Harvard University professor Martin Nowak; and anthropologist Helen Fisher.

Ann obtained her Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in anthropology at the University of Hawaii, writing a thesis which argued that Indonesian villagers were dynamic and could produce greater wealth if they had access to market incentives and capital.

Ann went to Indonesia in the mid 1960s at the time that the CIA supported a military coup led by General Suharto against the left-wing regime of Sukarno.

Over two million suspected members of the Indonesian Communist Party (PKI) were rounded up and massacred in its aftermath and thousands more were imprisoned—many for decades.

Much of Ann’s anthropological and consulting field work was carried out in East and Central Java, which provided a hotbed of support for the PKI—including among members of the Javanese women’s association and labor federation.

The CIA at this time employed anthropologists and development workers as undercover agents to gather information on villagers’ political affiliations, in which Ann, according to her thesis adviser, Alice Dewey, had taken an interest."

 

"In March 1965, Ann married an Indonesian Lieutenant Colonel, Lolo Soetoro, whom she met at the University of Hawaii’s East-West Center, a “kinder, gentler version of the School of the Americas,” according to one writer, and “cover for a training program in which Southeast Asians were brought to Hawaii and trained to go back to create agent nets,” as U.S. Information Service (USIS) Director Frank Scotten described it.

The head of the East-West Center in 1965 was Howard P. Jones, U.S. ambassador to Indonesia from 1958 to 1965.10

Jones was present in Jakarta as Suharto and his CIA-backed military officers planned the 1965 overthrow of Sukarno, who was seen, along with the PKI as an ally of China.

Jones later defended the coup in The Washington Post, writing that Suharto was merely responding to a communist coup against Sukarno led by Colonel Untung—which was actually set up by the CIA.11

A friend of Ann’s told her biographer that the marriage to Lolo was arranged, suggesting that Ann may have acted as a female “honeypot” for the CIA whose job was to recruit assets and help them obtain U.S. citizenship.

Hailing from an aristocratic family which lost out in Sukarno’s land reform, Soetoro was recalled to active duty in July 1965 before General Suharto’s right-wing coup and worked as an army geographer in Java and Papua New Guinea, where the Indonesian army brutally suppressed popular revolts.

Soetoro went on to become an executive at Mobil Oil and its liaison to Suharto, whose economic policies Dunham praised."

Obama’s grandfather Stanley Armour Dunham—who helped raise him—served with the 9th Air Force Division in World War II.

He was pictured in a military uniform with no insignia, which suggests an intelligence unit.

Another photo featured his daughter Ann, with the insignia of an elite school in Lebanon on her shirt in the 1950s, where Stanley may have worked with the CIA or another U.S. government agency.

In the early 1960s, Stanley Dunham was part of a group photo taken with Barack Obama, Sr., on his departure from the University of Hawaii.

Obama Sr. had been part of a State Department/CIA exchange financed in part by the Joseph P. Kennedy Foundation that brought future African leaders to the U.S. who were being groomed to serve U.S. interests in the Cold War.

The photo would suggest that Dunham was one of the coordinators of the exchange, indicating work for the State Department or CIA.

Putin backs total vape ban

Russian lawmakers have increasingly pushed for a nationwide prohibition on e-cigarette sales, calling them “liquid poison”

 

Russian President Vladimir Putin has signaled support for a proposal by public health advocates and lawmakers to impose a complete ban on the sale of vapes across the country.

 

During a visit to a sports and education center in Samara on Thursday, the head of the public movement Healthy Fatherland, Ekaterina Leshchinskaya, raised the issue with the president, citing successful examples from neighboring countries and other parts of the world.

 

In response, Putin nodded in agreement and pointed out that Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko had similarly signaled his approval.

 

“You see, [Chernyshenko] is nodding. Our government supports this,” Putin said. He added that beyond a legal ban, public awareness efforts are also essential, particularly among the youth.

West planning major sabotage at Zaporozhye nuclear plant – Moscow

European NATO members are pushing Kiev to cause an accident at the facility and blame it on Russia, according to the Foreign Intelligence Service

The West is urging Kiev to commit a major act of sabotage at the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant that would lead to casualties among Ukrainian and EU citizens, Russia’s Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) has claimed, adding that Moscow is set to be blamed for the incident.

 

One of the proposals allegedly put forward by Kiev’s foreign backers as the “most effective,” is to commit a “major act of sabotage” that will result in significant civilian casualties, the SVR said.

 

The West is said to be considering orchestrating an accident at the Zaporozhye NPP, Europe’s largest nuclear power facility, that would lead to a meltdown of the reactor core. The SVR stated that British NGO Chatham House has already calculated the consequences of such an accident and determined that residents of Kiev-controlled territories and EU countries near the Ukrainian western border would be in the area of radioactive particle dispersion.

 

According to the SVR, the British think tank has noted that “the most challenging aspect of implementing such a plot is determining how to attribute responsibility for the catastrophe to Russia.”

 

Chatham House is allegedly already preparing arguments for all possible developments of the situation in advance so as to make sure the Western public “unequivocally takes Kiev’s side” in determining who is responsible for the accident, the intelligence service added.

 

It also noted that the plan is set to be “similar” to the tragedy of Malaysian Airlines flight MH17, which was shot down over eastern Ukraine in 2014, killing 298 people on board. The incident occurred as Kiev’s troops were attempting to retake the then self-proclaimed republics of Donetsk and Lugansk. Ukraine and its Western backers widely blamed the incident on Russia while Moscow has repeatedly denied the accusations, insisting the plane was brought down by a missile only used by Kiev’s forces.

 

“The collective West is once again ready to deceive and even to kill Ukrainians and citizens of the Western countries in order to attribute the crimes of the Kiev regime to Russia and to justify its Russophobic policy and efforts to incite the war,” the SVR concluded.

ROME — Secretary of State Mike Pompeo recently published a sharp letter excoriating the Vatican’s plans to renew an agreement with the Chinese government on Church operations in China. He promoted the article in a tweet, concluding, “The Vatican endangers its moral authority, should it renew the deal.”

 

An indignant Vatican took the article more as a calculated affront than a diplomatic gesture. The friction broke into the open on Wednesday as Mr. Pompeo arrived in Rome and met with prelates and others who are hostile to Pope Francis, while the Vatican denied him a meeting with the pontiff and rebuffed his efforts to derail the deal with China.

 

“Pompeo asked to meet” the pope, who turned him down because Francis had “clearly said that he does not receive political figures ahead of the elections,” Cardinal Pietro Parolin, who, as secretary of state, is the Vatican’s second-ranking official, told reporters.

 

But to some observers on both sides of the tensions between the Roman Catholic Church and the Trump administration, Mr. Pompeo’s visit is as much about the coming presidential election as about China policy. Mr. Pompeo dismissed that suggestion as absurd, but intended or not, his trip signals that President Trump is on the side of those conservative American Catholics who worry about the church’s direction under Francis and think he is soft on China.

 

Francis and Mr. Trump, who have exchanged sharp words in the past, present starkly different visions on issues ranging from the environment to immigration to the threat of populism. In appealing to the Vatican’s support for religious freedom as a reason to drop its China agreement, Mr. Pompeo seemed to seek common ground, but in a way that upset the pope’s chief allies and delighted his chief critics.

 

Cardinal Parolin said Mr. Pompeo’s article had caused “surprise” at the Vatican, because this visit to Rome by the secretary and the meetings with high officials at the Holy See had already been in the works and would have been a “more opportune” forum for airing grievances. He added that Mr. Pompeo’s choice to publish in First Things, a conservative Christian magazine that has called Francis a failure as Pope, also mattered.

Two weeks after that speech, President Biden announced the "United We Stand" summit and would announce a number of measures to combat extremism.

 

Whose idea was it to hold the summit and response? Well, Anti-Defamation League (ADL) is mentioned as one of the five organizations that pressed the White House to make it happen.

 

Ok, so it was ADL's idea, the same ADL who collaborated with the Koch brothers, Ford foundation, Soros Fund, etc.

 

Who bankrolled the United We Stand?

The network is huge, compromised of many NGOs. But there are a few "core" groups.

 

One of them you might recognize: Ro Tucci and DemAID.

The Third Rail: Covid-19 Vaccines and Cancer

I’m going to touch on a highly controversial subject, one that has become the third rail among cancer biologists and the broader medical community: the possible link between Covid-19 vaccination and cancer. Because my laboratory’s mission is centered on cancer prevention, I cannot in good conscience ignore the elephant in the room.

 

As my colleague, internationally renowned cancer biologist Dr. Wafik El-Deiry, and I articulated in the September ACIP meeting on Covid vaccines, nearly 50 publications have reported a temporal association between Covid-19 mRNA vaccination and the onset of cancer. Epidemiological studies (one from Italy and one from South Korea) have also described increased cancer incidence among Covid-vaccinated individuals compared to unvaccinated groups (albeit with caveats). These reports are mounting and it’s time we acknowledge that something meaningful may be occurring rather than dismissing them outright; this latter response seems to be the dominant reaction in academia, the media, and by our regulatory agencies.

 

My goal here is to unpack the science and outline plausible biological mechanisms between the association of Covid mRNA vaccination and cancer that warrant further and urgent investigation. The purpose is not to make claims either way but to frame the issue that must be addressed in hopes that open scientific discussion and more importantly, research funding can be directed towards this urgent and growing area of concern. The current climate has made it impossible for scientists to study this without fear of personal or professional repercussions.

 

What We Know and Don’t Know

At present, there are no published studies demonstrating a direct causal mechanism by which the mRNA vaccines induce cancer. However, that does not mean such a causal connection doesn’t exist. In fact, there are at least three biologically plausible mechanisms that, in my view, merit rigorous study and evaluation given their known links to causing cancer. I’ve written about these mechanisms before in other contexts, but here I’ll explain how they may apply to the Covid-19 mRNA vaccines.

We can tell he is frustrated. It is NOT PROFESSIONAL for a photographer to release an out-of-focus image when it is obvious that several images were taken, unless some technology was used to de-focus this camera.

I say that with caution because today’s camera technology is electronic and with autofocus systems that are sensor based, electronic interference is “possible” in a case like this.

 

I will give you my analysis as a photographer with over 40 years of experience in the dark room with film and digital. First of all, we can see both vertical and horizontal streaking of the background stars or point light sources. This is consistent throughout the image.

This means, during the time of exposure, the camera is destabilized both vertically and horizontally at 90° to each other. Either that, or the digital processing in this camera destabilized it because this camera builds and image line by line super-fast during the time of exposure.

3I/Atlas is obviously useless to look at. If the Mars Hirise image release looks destabilized the same way, when they may or may not release it, you can only guess the cover-up is serious! Someone does not want the public to see this up close and personal!

3I/Atlas is the centre object, while the “Mystery Object” is above it! The original photographer calls it a “smear” — but not so fast, because he does not detail this at all, rather tries to brush it off, quoting his article”

Astronomer Qicheng Zhang of Lowell Observatory captured the first optical image using the 4.3-meter Discovery Telescope in Arizona. His photograph marks the comet’s first confirmed sighting since perihelion on October 29, 2025.

Now this bright object bottom right of the image shows another object that may or may not be due to streaking as the camera is tracking 3I/Atlas over the “time” of the exposure.

If we compare this to the object in question, they do not look anything alike in their streaking. They do appear to streak at the same ANGLE — which I will resolve!

 

The object in question has real structure at it’s core that shows bright right angle cubic structure. The object from the lower right hand frame is soft overall as a streak should be.

Now, when viewed with a little contrast, we can see the black areas are missing light streaking — and I just can’t accept that as a camera artifact because the same exposure from the lower right just shows soft streaked light and no missing black areas.

These “missing” black areas, even at the centre, are extremely “strange” for a camera this good to produce.

 

Obviously the resolution overall at this distance to 3I/Atlas and the capacity of the camera makes this all the more difficult.

You cannot explain the black sectors at the centre unless you consider the LIGHT may be due to a streaking star, but that MEANS the black is a black body that is in front of it, which obscured the light of the streaking star behind it — and that is ONE HUGE POSSIBILITY as to what we are seeing.

The Black body is cubic based on the data I see here.

 

This is an illustration based on the data observed that demonstrates what we may be seeing in the image.

The lower right image had streaking of light and no black body in front of it.

 

Now when we go back to the LASCO C3 image, you can SEE that this is what is HAPPENING — the illumination points of streaking stars over the exposure of 20+ seconds — surround a dark cubic structure that is in front of it.

Look in the negative space and you can see the “hidden” CUBE!

 

The background light from the streaking stars does bleed a bit around the edges of the cubic structure in the foreground, which is more evidence that this is really what is happening.

We can see in the LASCO C3 image the same thing is happening. So now, what is this huge black body that is in the position and timing of orbit 591, which is 591/Phi = 265.258 — the exact orbit of Earth?

The negative black space evidence of a black cube is theoretically 591 — but should open up a whole new area of astronomy to resolve the sudden appearance and vanishing of stars project!

 

The camera doesn’t LIE, but it does challenge the viewer who is trying to interpret the data!
