The Trump admin, so far, has been a sport and played the game of waiting for judicial opinions regarding the travel ban in districts that were not affected by Hawaii's ruling. Yes, but in the Travel Ban Supreme Court case, Thomas's opinion was that that the nationwide stays from Federal district judges were bullshit, and potentially without legal foundation.

 

He basically hinted that if the judges keep this bullshit up the SUPCOURT will take one of these cases and rule on the legitimacy of these nationwide stays from federal judges.

 

These lower court judges are basically stepping on the toes of the Supremes. Even libtard judges have an interest in smacking down upstart district judges that are overstepping their authority.
