Supports the theory he was in on it and thought the first drill was the actual shooting, and then added footage later.

For example, if we expand the word WEAPON to include information, WE ARE CURRENTLY ENGAGED is such an INFORMATION WAR where the corporate state (deep state) has a disproportionate advantage over the people because THEY control the channels of INFORMATION (MSM, google, twitter, facebook, etc.).

 

While the government does have nuclear weapons and as far as we know haven't used it against the population directly, they have other secret weapons (direct energy, 5G, QRS-11 chip) either online currently or in development (AI, robotics, etc.) that are a threat to the public.

 

The point is to embed this well established known relationship in the minds of the masses so that they are better informed. We could also consider shorten the quote if that makes people more comfortable.

Chemical and biological attacks on water may not be as easy as often portrayed. In order to be effective as a tool of water-related terrorism, a chemical or biological weapon must be:

Most biological pathogens cannot survive in water and most chemicals require very large volumes to contaminate a water system to any significant degree. Many pathogens and chemicals are vulnerable to the kinds of water treatment used to make it potable for human use. Indeed, the whole purpose of municipal water systems is to destroy biological pathogens and reduce the concentration of harmful chemicals through chlorination, filtration, ultraviolet radiation, ozonation and many other common treatment approaches. Many contaminants are also broken down over time by sunlight and other natural processes. Most infrastructure has built-in redundancy that reduces vulnerability to physical attacks.

 

Because of these safeguards, one early commentator noted: โ€œit is a myth that one can accomplish [mass destruction] by tossing a small quantity of a โ€˜super-toxinโ€™ into the water supplyโ€ฆit would be virtually impossible to poison a large water supply: hydrolysis, chlorination and the required quantity of the toxin are the inhibiting factorsโ€ (Kupperman & Trent, 1979).
