Who Are the ‘White Hats’?

 

First of all, in our opinion the term ‘white hats’ isn’t very accurate, because this is most commonly used to refer to so-called good guys in the Pentagon. The reality is that most of these people operate not in the US, but in other parts of the world. Also, we find that a lot of information that has come out in the alternative media regarding the actions of these supposed white hats is questionable to say the least. Hardly have any promises or predictions from these white hats actually come to pass.

 

Furthermore, it should be noted that the real ‘white hats’, meaning people around the globe who are taking action against the cabal, operate like ghosts. These people don’t exist. This doesn’t mean they literally don’t exist, but what it means is that they are extremely obscure and do not like to be referenced. They go about their business quietly and don’t make a big fuss about it. It’s not an ego trip for them. Most of us are so used to people in alternative media who claim to have intel shouting it from the rooftops and making themselves out to be the person on top of the food chain who has all the answers to everything that we almost can’t imagine that maybe the real movers and shakers are actually the complete opposite of this. If they weren’t their very lives would be in danger.

 

There is also an idea going around that suggests that these ‘white hats’ are part of a loose alliance of some sort. This is inaccurate. There is a very coordinated effort underway, and has been for years, to remove the cabal. There are groups of people all around the world who are doing this in a concerted effort. They may have some different perspectives and viewpoints, but the general consensus is that they want to get humanity out of this mess.

 

A question that might arise is: ‘what do these people have that we don’t have?’ The answer to that is quite simple. They just happen to be in a position where they can affect change. There are many Trojan horses everywhere. One may then ask: how do we know we can trust these people? And why do they have the right to do this, because it’s not as if they’ve been elected. That is a very valid question and one that cannot be fully answered. The unfortunate truth is that this is war situation and the people who are working behind the scenes cannot take the risk of exposing themselves. We cannot have democratic elections to decide who gets to do this at this point in time. Only after the cabal is removed will that be possible. Although it should be noted that these people are working directly with elected officials such as Putin and other world leaders. This is the reality of the situation, whether we like it or not. What we can say though from our own perspective is that what was stated above is not guesswork on our behalf. We have no reason to doubt the integrity of these people. That may not be much of an answer, but it’s all that can be said about it at this point.

Former FBI Director James Comey admitted on Fox News Sunday that he was "overconfident in the procedures that the FBI and Justice had built over 20 years," adding "It's incredibly hard to get a FISA. I was overconfident in those because he's right, there was real sloppiness. Seventeen things that either should have been in the applications or at least discussed and characterized differently. House Passes $1.4 Trillion Government Spending Package, Averting a Shutdown

 

WASHINGTON—In the final work week of the year, members of the House of Representatives passed Dec. 17 a bipartisan spending package ahead of the Dec. 20 deadline, enabling a government shutdown to be averted. The Senate is expected to vote on the package this week and send it to the president for his signature.

 

Lawmakers finalized the spending bills at an unusual speed, as they have a lot to do this week before heading home for the holidays, including a crucial House vote on impeaching President Donald Trump.

 

The massive government funding package, more than 2,300 pages long, was released on Dec. 16, a day before the House vote. The package covers approximately $1.4 trillion in discretionary government spending that includes $738 billion in military funding and $632 billion in non-defense spending.

 

The House passed the 12 appropriations in two separate bills that funds the government through Sept. 30, 2020.

 

“These bills are the product of bipartisan, bicameral compromise,” House Appropriations Committee Chairwoman Nita Lowey (D-N.Y.) said at a House Rules Committee hearing Dec. 16. “While there are some things I would have done differently had I written these bills alone, I am very proud of the work we have completed together.”

 

The Congressional Budget Office earlier estimated that the budget deal agreed to by congressional leaders and the White House would increase deficits by nearly $1.7 trillion over a decade, assuming that spending continues to grow at the rate of inflation beyond 2021.

 

One of the thorny issues in negotiations between the White House and Democrats was the funding for the construction of a wall along the U.S.-Mexico border. The deal awards the Trump administration with $1.37 billion for the border wall—equal to last year’s funding level. This is significantly less than the $8.6 billion the president had sought for.

 

The deal, however, is a win for Trump as it preserves his authority to transfer funds for the wall from other accounts.

So it seems I've run smack into the great wall of truth. The answer was, well, not easy, but if you take it logically, still the only answer, and now almost embarssingly self-evident.

 

I am ready in most respects for the next stage, at least when I sit in the Light of Day, but I still have fear and a couple questions about how and of the great unknown(s). As usual, I'm surprised by everything I've learned. The beauty, the magnitude, the struggle, the possibility of what I thought was impossible. Bigger than I imagined, and yet staring me in the face my whole life. No coincidences; simply put, none.

 

Would it have been easier if I'd become a Tibetan monk long ago? No, I needed to learn and see and experience all of this so I'd be prepared for the journey and thankful for it, too, no matter how many blunders, no matter how much heartbreak, and so thankful also for all the joys and victories. Every moment something I would need to rely on later.

 

I have some digging to do today, as I've been shown another fruitful path to pursue. We'll see where it takes me. Some names, dates, symbols and stories. More surprises, I bet. Just moving forward, ever forward.

 

So I want to thank you for helping me, Q, in my struggle to be free. Thank you God. Thank you Jim and Wolfy and all my friends out there. You know who you are, and I'm assured there's more of you than I realize. Bright lights, all of you.

WASHINGTON – A large accounting firm accused William H. Webster, the chairman of the government's new accounting oversight board, of making "false and misleading statements" last week about what he knew of the financial problems of a company whose audit committee he headed.

 

Webster denied the accusation by BDO Seidman, which was raised in a federal lawsuit made public Monday, and he defended his work for the company, U.S. Technologies, which has been accused of fraud. But he said that he nonetheless was considering whether to step down from the oversight board.

 

"I'm monitoring this. I have one concern: that these allegations and these articles and the publicity have raised problems for the board," said Webster, a former director of the FBI and the CIA.

 

Meanwhile, the political problems of Harvey L. Pitt, who as chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission championed Webster's appointment to the oversight post, also grew. Sen. Charles E. Schumer, D-N.Y., who has been one of Pitt's strongest allies in Congress, asked him to resign in a telephone call Monday.

 

Schumer – who during confirmation proceedings last year hailed Pitt, an accomplished securities lawyer, as the "Zeus of the field" – said that Wall Street was being harmed by a leadership vacuum at the SEC that was encouraging state prosecutors to take on the financial services industry and fragment its supervision.

 

"I called Harvey this morning and told him to step down," Schumer said. "He said he wishes I didn't, but he understood. I told him there are bigger stakes than the individuals."

 

Before his appointment to the oversight board, Webster told Pitt that he had headed the audit committee of U.S. Technologies and that the company was facing accusations of fraud. But those facts did not emerge until after the SEC voted to install Webster as board chairman.

 

Christi Harlan, a spokeswoman at the commission, said that Pitt "believes that Judge Webster is a man of proven integrity who will make an excellent chairman" of the accounting oversight board.

 

As head of the audit committee at U.S. Technologies, Webster fired BDO Seidman in August 2001 as the company's outside auditor. In the firm's lawsuit against U.S. Technologies, Seidman asked for permission to disclose confidential details of what it had told Webster and the two other members of the company's audit committee before they dismissed it.

 

"BDO seeks to deny and refute the false and misleading statements made by and/or attributed to William Webster by using confidential records obtained in the course of performing auditing services for UST," the lawsuit said.

 

Webster said he had no objections to Seidman's making public any information it had about the company. He was not named as a defendant in the lawsuit, but the case added to his political difficulties by putting him directly at odds with a major accounting firm that the oversight board is supposed to regulate.
