The FBI Corruption is Far Worse Than We Currently Imagine – President Trump Authorized His Own Surveillance…

Last month the DOJ admitted to the FISA court that two of the four FISA warrants used against Carter Page were fraudulently obtained.

The “DOJ assesses that with respect to the applications in [April and June 2017] “if not earlier, there was insufficient predication to establish probable cause to believe that [Carter]Page was acting as an agent of a foreign power.”” (link)

However, what the DOJ did not admit publicly was how the current FBI Chief Legal Counsel, Dana Boente, participated in obtaining the April 2017 warrant. Additionally, a review of the internal FBI & DOJ scheme to obtain the fraudulent April warrant shows FBI Director James Comey couldn’t get the renewal unless he convinced Main Justice to trick the President into issuing an executive order to grant surveillance on himself.

In hindsight this story explains the ongoing issues within the FBI.

The original FISA application was October 21st, 2016. The first FISA renewal was January 12, 2017 (84 days from origination) and prior to the inauguration of President Trump. The second renewal was April 7, 2017 (85 days from prior renewal). The third renewal was on June 29th, 2017 (83 days from prior renewal).

The originating FISA and first renewal were authorized by the Obama administration officials. However, it was the second renewal -now identified as fraudulent- on April 7th 2017, under the Trump administration, when the conniving FBI ran into a problem.

Here’s what happened.

On January 30th, 2017, Sally Yates was fired for refusing to defend the Trump travel ban from extremist countries. Yates was replaced on January 31st by the U.S. Attorney from the Eastern District of Virginia (EDVA), Dana Boente. There wasn’t any existing AG because Loretta Lynch had left.

Only a few days after it was revealed that the Department of Justice charged Chinese military hackers with the 2017 Equifax breach, the DOJ has handed down a massive superseding indictment against Chinese telecommunications conglomerate Huawei.

The charges are numerous and include: racketeering (RICO), conspiracy to steal trade secrets, conspiracy to commit wire fraud, conspiracy to commit bank fraud, wire fraud, bank fraud, conspiracy to defraud the United States, conspiracy to violate International Emergency Economic Powers Act, money laundering and obstruction of justice.

Per the DOJ:

The 16-count superseding indictment also adds a charge of conspiracy to steal trade secrets stemming from the China-based company’s alleged long-running practice of using fraud and deception to misappropriate sophisticated technology from U.S. counterparts.

The misappropriated intellectual property included trade secret information and copyrighted works, such as source code and user manuals for internet routers, antenna technology and robot testing technology. The 56-page superseding indictment in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York names Huawei and its subsidiaries, Futurewei Technologies, Inc., Skycom Tech Co., LTD., and Wanzhou Meng (a.k.a, Cathy Meng and Sabrina Meng) as defendants.

Klopfer was found to be in violation of Indiana state law at least nine times during his professional career, before the state finally took decisive action against him. Over the span of a 43-year career, Klopfer is estimated to have performed more than 30,000 abortions in “Will County, Indiana.”

Pentagon Moving $3.8 Billion From Weapons Programs to Fund Southern Border Wall

The funding for the wall will pull funds from programs such as the F-35 fighter jet.

According to a report from The Hill, a notice sent to Congress said the money is going to “support of higher priority items” and is “required to provide support for counter-drug activities of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).”

“DHS has identified areas along the southern border of the United States that are being used by individuals, groups, and transnational criminal organizations as drug smuggling corridors, and determined that the construction of additional physical barriers and roads in the vicinity of the United States border is necessary in order to impede and deny drug smuggling activities,” the notice says.

Democratic lawmakers, who used to be anti-war, are reportedly furious that there will be a cutback on weapons spending.

Congress has twice blocked the emergency declaration from President Donald Trump which allows him to move the funding around for national security reasons. The efforts were both vetoed.

“The notice says that $2.2 billion from the Pentagon’s base fiscal year 2020 budget and $1.6 billion from a war fund known as the Overseas Contingency Operations (OCO) account will be transferred to the Pentagon’s counter-drug fund, which will then be used on the wall,” the Hill reports.

Building a wall was one of the biggest promises of Trump’s 2016 campaign.

In 2016, the final year of the Obama Administration, Hunter Biden traveled to Romania to meet with a shady real estate tycoon who was accused of orchestrating a corrupt land deal.

The Romanian businessman was Gabriel “Puiu” Popoviciu, a wealthy real estate tycoon, and Hunter Biden was brought in to be his lawyer, according to a new report by NBC News.

According to NBC News, Popoviciu became the target of a criminal investigation back in 2005 when another businessman filed a complaint against him and the rector of a Romanian University for the sale of a plot of land near Bucharest.

Popoviciu had reportedly purchased the land for “significantly less money than it was actually worth,” according to the documents and it was alleged that the plot of land was actually owned by the Romanian government, not the University of Agronomy.

Popoviciu was hit with a bribery charge and convicted in 2016, however he filed an appeal — this is when Joe Biden’s drug-addled son Hunter was brought in as legal counsel.

It is important to note, from 2009 to 2016, then-Vice President Joe Biden was very involved in Romania and had many connections to the country, including a close friend and former staffer, Mark Gitenstein, who was the US Ambassador to Romania.

Brian A. Benczkowski, Assistant Attorney General of the Justice Department’s Criminal Division; John C. Demers, Assistant Attorney General of the Justice Department’s National Security Division; Richard P. Donoghue, U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of New York and Christopher A. Wray, Director, FBI, announced the charges.

The 16-count superseding indictment also adds a charge of conspiracy to steal trade secrets stemming from the China-based company’s alleged long-running practice of using fraud and deception to misappropriate sophisticated technology from U.S. counterparts.

The indicted defendants include Huawei and four official and unofficial subsidiaries — Huawei Device Co. Ltd. (Huawei Device), Huawei Device USA Inc. (Huawei USA), Futurewei Technologies Inc. (Futurewei) and Skycom Tech Co. Ltd. (Skycom) — as well as Huawei’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Wanzhou Meng (Meng). The new superseding indictment also contains the charges from the prior superseding indictment, which was unsealed in January 2019.

As revealed by the government’s independent investigation and review of court filings, the new charges in this case relate to the alleged decades-long efforts by Huawei, and several of its subsidiaries, both in the U.S. and in the People’s Republic of China, to misappropriate intellectual property, including from six U.S. technology companies, in an effort to grow and operate Huawei’s business. The misappropriated intellectual property included trade secret information and copyrighted works, such as source code and user manuals for internet routers, antenna technology and robot testing technology. Huawei, Huawei USA and Futurewei agreed to reinvest the proceeds of this alleged racketeering activity in Huawei’s worldwide business, including in the United States.

The means and methods of the alleged misappropriation included entering into confidentiality agreements with the owners of the intellectual property and then violating the terms of the agreements by misappropriating the intellectual property for the defendants’ own commercial use, recruiting employees of other companies and directing them to misappropriate their former employers’ intellectual property, and using proxies such as professors working at research institutions to obtain and provide the technology to the defendants. As part of the scheme, Huawei allegedly launched a policy instituting a bonus program to reward employees who obtained confidential information from competitors. The policy made clear that employees who provided valuable information were to be financially rewarded.

Huawei’s efforts to steal trade secrets and other sophisticated U.S. technology were successful. Through the methods of deception described above, the defendants obtained nonpublic intellectual property relating to internet router source code, cellular antenna technology and robotics. As a consequence of its campaign to steal this technology and intellectual property, Huawei was able to drastically cut its research and development costs and associated delays, giving the company a significant and unfair competitive advantage.

When confronted with evidence of wrongdoing, the defendants allegedly made repeated misstatements to U.S. officials, including FBI agents and representatives from the U.S. House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, regarding their efforts to misappropriate trade secrets. Similarly, the defendants engaged in obstructive conduct to minimize litigation risk and the potential for criminal investigations, including the very investigation that led to this prosecution.

It was anchored by the Heinz family alternative investment fund, Rosemont Capital. The new firm would be populated by political loyalists and positioned to strike profitable deals overseas with foreign governments and officials with whom the US government was negotiating.

Hunter Biden, Vice President Joe Biden’s youngest son, had gone through a series of jobs since graduating from Yale Law School in 1996, including the hedge-fund business.

By the summer of 2009, the 39-year-old Hunter joined forces with the son of another powerful figure in American politics, Chris Heinz. Senator John Heinz of Pennsylvania had tragically died in a 1991 airplane crash when Chris was 18. Chris, his brothers, and his mother inherited a large chunk of the family’s vast ketchup fortune, including a network of investment funds and a Pennsylvania estate, among other properties. In May 1995, his mother, Teresa, married Senator John Kerry of Massachusetts. That same year, Chris graduated from Yale, and then went on to get his MBA from Harvard Business School.

UC-Berkeley Opens Second Center on Campus for ‘Undocumented Students’ and Their ‘Allies’

University of California Berkeley has opened a second student center catering to illegal alien students.

The publicly-funded university opened the new Robert D. Haas Undocumented Community Resource Center on February 6 as “a space specifically for undocumented students and allies.”

According to a report from the Daily Californian, “the Undocumented Community Resource Center, located at 180 César Chávez Student Center, is a space that provides undocumented students and allies with professional academic counseling, mental health support, access to resources and a place to study,” away from students who are American citizens.

The university already had the Haas Dreamer’s Resource Center, which caters to students who are using the DREAM act and first-generation, low-income and underrepresented college students.

“The establishment of the Undocumented Community Resource Center is significant in the foundation of the community here at Cal,” campus junior Railyn Aguado, who is an intern for the Educational Opportunity Program, said in an email to the Daily Californian. “It epitomizes the university as a place that values diverse backgrounds, inclusivity, and representation. Significantly, the resource center embodies the value of the university and its’ aim to assure that every voice is heard.”

Liliana Iglesias, the director of the Undocumented Student Program, told the Daily Californian that the separate center was necessary because of the “anti-immigrant political climate.”

“The Haas family knew that this was an essential need for undocumented students on campus,” Iglesias added. “Especially in this anti-immigrant political climate, it is important to have a space dedicated to undocumented students. It gives them a sense of belonging on campus and shows them that the university sees and values them, and that it wants them to thrive.”

The Berkeley College Republicans are pushing back against the segregated center.

“There is something morally obtuse about the UC, a public university, creating a resource center for the creation of an identity based on illegal entry into and residence within the United States,” Rudra Reddy, external vice president of the Berkeley College Republicans told Campus Reform. “The university continues to encourage blatant violation of federal immigration law and opens itself to retaliatory action initiated by the Trump administration.”

Senate passes Iran War Powers resolution despite Trump's opposition

"Washington (CNN)The Senate on Thursday passed an Iran War Powers resolution on Thursday, a rare measure that was approved with bipartisan support despite the fact that it has been opposed by President Donald Trump and aims to rein in his ability to use military action against Iran without congressional approval.

The vote was 55-45. Eight Republicans voted in favor of it: Lamar Alexander of Tennessee, Todd Young of Indiana, Mike Lee of Utah, Lisa Murkowski of Alaska, Susan Collins of Maine, Rand Paul of Kentucky, Bill Cassidy of Louisiana and Jerry Moran of Kansas.

The President warned the Senate not to green-light the measure on Wednesday, tweeting that "it is very important for our country's security that the United States Senate not vote for the Iran War Powers Resolution," and adding, "If my hands were tied, Iran would have a field day.""

While Klopfer is not alleged to have been a murderer, his ethical standards appear not to have been very high. In defending himself and his clinics against state allegations, the Illinois physician recounted how he performed an abortion on a 10-year-old girl who was raped by her uncle, never reporting the crime to police and, as a result, helping her parents cover up the atrocity by a family member. State officials cited the sickening defense as part of their reason for stripping him of his medical license. He was previously charged with failing to report performing abortions on two 13-year-olds.

According to a complaint filed by the Indiana Medical Licensing Board, Klopfer worked in clinics in South Bend, Gary and Fort Wayne from 2012 to 2015.

With thousands of ghoulishly stored dead bodies straight out of a horror movie, medical malpractice and a multistate mystery, you’d think the news media would be all over this story. Not so much.

At my request, the conservative Media Research Center looked into coverage of Klopfer and found little interest. No coverage on the nightly broadcast news. Nothing on MSNBC. A story on CNN and a few on Fox News. National newspapers each handled it with one or two stories.

Banks said that Buttigieg’s 2018 veto of a zoning change that would have allowed a pro-life pregnancy center to operate next to a new South Bend abortion clinic, Whole Woman’s Health, “deserves a lot more scrutiny” in light of the Klopfer revelations.

Buttigieg said at the time that “it is far from clear that a neighborhood benefits from co-locating facilities with such opposite views,” prompting some critics to say that the veto violated free speech. The pro-life clinic later found a new location close to the building it originally wanted.
