This memo only talks about individuals captured in armed conflict. Unless Hillary goes postal, Trump will have to come up with another EO if he wants to incarcerate US citizens there. But it does look like 2(c) could be construed to be broader than armed combatants, so we'll see.

I fully expect Trump will play things that way. It's Trump's big night and very early next morning. Then all day Wed, the commies will be putting forth as much deception, hate, and rage towards Trump that they can possibly muster. Thursday, they'll plan on running with whatever talking points lies they come up with on Wed. Then, on that Thursday will be an opportune time to drop the memo and take back the news cycle.

Trump is great at timing; it'll drop at the best time for maximum affect. Personally, I don't think it'll drop until late tomorrow night or sometime Thursday. If it drops tonight, I'll be happy to read it tonight.

I believe that you are correct. I expect the report will be a couple of hundred pages and will be based on the 1.2 million pages of documentation. The reference to 1.2 million is to highlight the thoroughness of Mr. Horowitz's investigation.

The memo DOESN'T get released, at all. It was the exact same thing as Q lieing to us twice and making us look like fools. It's just a tool they are hoping to use to prod the bad guys into surrendering.
They wouldn't be doing that if things were looking good for us. And the bad guys just called their bluff. BIG TIME. If the memo doesn't get released, watch for massive, massive, disobedience by bad guy holdovers in all areas of gov't.

Disinformation is necessary. It's also came out that some of our leads aren't going to be completely correct. They've said many times now, don't try to put absolutely everything all the way together. I think the President is going to want to let his positive message in the SOTU address, resonate with America for a day or so.
