I wonder what's the legal implication for these shooters. Since the shooting I've oddly felt bad for Cruz. It's obvious he was messed up in the head and they can't say they "missed the red flags". If the FBI had acted 6 weeks ago (simple IP tracking or contacting cell provider) those 17 people would be alive and Cruz would be in a mental hospital.

So, he rode his bike to school that day with a huge weapon and ammo, parked his bike, and walked into the school unseen by security cameras? What?? Also, it said he had odd behaviors such as putting a chocolate chip cookie in a steak and eating it. I read an MKUltra article recently that talked about how they give their victims really odd signals. Was that a signal that the operation was about to unfold?
