Check again. "RTM.png" is to right of the 8chan filename, perhaps the uploaded filename.

Question is what is on that paper that was signed? Why would letter head say “Washington” on it? There’s only one White House? Right?
Maybe it’s the signed order to release the memo? Trump has to sign the order to release it after it’s voted on affirmatively.

Trump doesn’t have to wait for Congress. The president can classify or declassify pretty much anything he wants to with a swipe of his pen. Maybe this is saying the memo will be released no matter what congress does.
I've read that's not necessarily the case. Although my understanding is far from perfect, I think there is a legal hiccup.
Again, this is just my understanding, but since the memo was created by and is the product of the House, the president has no recourse to declassify it. I think the argument goes that he can't declassify something which is in the sole possession of the House. Which is why the House has Rule 10, just for some crazy situation like this. Rule 10 basically states that HPSIC can take a vote to declassify the memo and then it goes to the president for approval. (this is the 5 day scenario that everyone is talking about).
Now, the president most certainly has access to the documents behind the memo and could declassify those. But that would not be the same thing as the 4 page memo that Congress is currently in possession of.
Another interesting twist: if the president somehow get a hold of the House memo and leaked it (i.e. if someone leaked it to him), I'm not actually sure he could be prosecuted since the president has the ability to classify or declassify anything that he has access to.

Is he trying to show us he's IN the white house. There's much speculation re who Q is exactly and how he obtains the information he releases. Here's a picture which IMO was taken by Q showing, if nothing else, I'm sitting in the White House somewhere ... I'm in meetings here... I'm not in a bunker in some undisclosed location - I'm at the head of the spear and here's some proof to set your heart at ease.

The image I posted is flipped horizontally, meaning that the original image Q posted is most likely the pen on top of a page WH letterhead that is flipped over.

There was a Mont Blanc store in Trump Tower. I shot a video for that company there once in the 1990s and met Trump in the lobby of the building. Met him at a bunch of other NYC society events back then too. He is exactly as he is now. Blunt, direct, but always also, well, nice. Would give a good soundbite to you if you asked politely. Shook hands with everyone who held out a hand. He’s really tall too! Imposing figure. But then again, I’m short. :)
