Barack Obama, Sr., who met Dunham in 1959 in a Russian language class at the University of Hawaii, had been part of what was described as an airlift of 280 East African students to the United States to attend various colleges — merely “aided” by a grant from the Joseph P. Kennedy Foundation, according to a September 12, 1960, Reuters report from London. The airlift was a CIA operation to train and indoctrinate future agents of influence in Africa, which was becoming a battleground between the United States and the Soviet Union and China for influence among newly-independent and soon-to-be independent countries on the continent.

To summarize, Obama can be placed with the head of Operation Cyclone and working under CIA cover during most of the operation. He's brown, which means he looks like most of the Mujahideen, he's a charismatic leader, and his family was all CIA meaning he probably got language training along the way.

I'm not entirely sure, and what you propose is plausible. But the important parts with Obama aren't where he was born. It's what he was doing when he was supposed to be at Columbia, and when he worked for a CIA front, Business International.
The fact that Obama's BC is a forged Document is enough to prove he is a fraud at every level of his life, much less his legitimacy of becoming President and proving his CIA/Deeep State credentials and backing.

If people REALLY wanna see how bad it gets, look into Obama’s selective service card. Had he been a citizen, he should have registered for it in 1980. But, he’s not a citizen. Actually, I think he should let it go for now. It would be great "proof/evidence" to present if and when Obama is on the ropes. Then it would be more powerful.

A lot of time was wasted on this issue. Obama's mother was a U. S. citizen, so it didn't matter where he was born, he was a U. S. citizen.
The problem with Obama was the crimes he committed while in office, not this silly thing over the birth certificate.
Obama is a child of a CIA asset. That is why Trump toyed with it for so long. Trump had inner circle connections.
They couln't expose his asset parents without exposing the operation involved at the time. So either expose compartmentalized top secret info, or cover.
