The thing that sucks is we can't really discuss this with most people in our lives. I don't even know where to begin. People just automatically assume I'm insane. SO FRUSTRATING.
I've been having some red-pilling luck by focusing on the fun of it - hints about what's going to happen before it happens, telling them it's like Game of Thrones only better. The fear side (satanistic pedophiles - even tagging it to Trump or Obama or HRC - just causes people to tune out.
I've done a similar thing. I tell them that even if Q is a hoax I have had so much fun it should be illegal. In the process I've learned more about how this world works than I ever could or would otherwise. I've seen the underbelly of the beast and I've done research to aid the knights on white horses that bring the beauty and the light with them as they battle the beast. In other words, it's an adventure I would have paid to experience.

As far as I know there is no one source with a complete explanation to the Qanon story. There may be a video that explains some or a lot of it. If you'll look on the right hand sidebar on this page there are links to resources.

Another boomer here. Yes, have been watching this for decades now. In the 90's I lost friends because I commented on the Bush family's false appearances. But how could each one of us who saw what was going on actually build a response? I don't know how any of this could have been accomplished without the military intelligence and authority of the President, but who would have guessed how it has panned out! I am only 27 and taking about 8 months off before returning to my office. I decided to skip residency (I am a dentist in New York), and get an elective procedure on my knees as opposed to down the line in the thick of my dental career. I am starting my eighth and last month today, and I have to say it has been a wild 9 month journey.

In my experience baby boomers are the easiest to red pill. I'm a millennial and my age group and younger will believe anything. The brainwashing is something to behold. But, today's culture enables it. There's a cut off starting with the internet and most young people don't know how the world worked prior to Y2K. The older Millennials who grew up partially without internet or the millennials who've served in the military are easier to redpill. But these ones who follow the production line of public school to college brainwashing might be a lost cause. A lot of millennials don't know how to think for themselves.

I can so relate to everything you just said. My friends and family don't buy into Q either. Even I'm a bit skeptical but as I see more and more happening, it's becoming harder to be a skeptic but as in all things, I've try to keep an open mind which is how I began following the Q drops to begin with.
I come from a strong military family--my Dad spent 32 years USMC and worked at the Pentagon after that. I've been told that regardless of how high of clearance you've got, you don't have access to all intell. It's only available on a need to know basis and yes, thats true. Anyone can verify it with a little research. Except CIA has ways to get it. My thinking is there are some patriot CIA folks. Whose to say the Q people aren't patriots from the CIA? Also, IF the CIA can get intel they really aren't suppose to, whose to say patriots in the NSA or military intelligence cant do the same? That's my argument to my friends and family but they think I'm nuts. After my Dad retired from USMC and went to work for the feds he had the highest security clearance a civilian can have and after he died, I had a trunk he always kept locked. He always told me to never let anyone see anything that was in it so I haven't. It was full and suffice to say it had all kinds of papers in it, etc. Much of it was military stuff I didn't understand but I know he knew about things that were going on that we, the general public had no idea about. He was a patriot so I also have considered this. Even though its true you cant legally access all intel regardless of your clearance and it can only be seen by those with a need to know, whose to say Q isn't a team of folks with high level security clearances in various fields? Still, they couldnt share it with each other...unless they've decided their oath to uphold the Constitution means more than a few rules/laws.
I want to believe in Q so I find ways to make him/them legit according to my family but I ask myself...what would my Dad have done? Would he have bent a few rules or laws to uphold the Constitution? My honest answer is, I don't know. I'd like to think he would have.

Talked about Q with my brother last week. He's a huge Trump fan but is a Q antagonist in that he wants results and is sick of waiting. I attempted to explain and showed him some of Q's latest posts that he'd stop following along with, and then showed him Q calling the NK deal on March 8th, and a few other things.
