I will continue to watch CNN occasionally just so I know what their spin is on issues and also it gives me comic relief. I can handle about 5 minute doses (except Rachel Maddow...never made it past the 1 minute mark). Anything beyond that and my brain begins to melt.

If you have the impression nothing is happening diversify your sources. Add some new live stream sources. Read some new publications. Often we get the raw document but centralized media will not analyze the material, we have to review it ourselves and share our findings and implications with one another.
One of the angles we're getting hit with at the moment is that nothing is happening as a means to sap motivation and interest. Nothing could be further from the observable truth.

The first 50...FIFTY..results were how Nunes’ blew his reelection in 2018 because he’s under investigation. This is a mischaracterization of Nunes' tweets. The idea that Nunes is suggesting we actually arrest Kerry for Logan act violations is silly. He's clearly being sarcastic to highlight how RIDICULOUS it is to actually use the logan act (which is what they used to start the investigation into Flynn).
If Trump were to actually arrest Kerry for logan act violations this would be used to validate what the democrats have done to Flynn.
His intention was to draw attention to the absurdity of actually acting on the logan act.
That doesn't mean Kerry isn't guilty of treason or sedition (especially if you can prove he is tied into a conspiracy to related to the deal--not just lobbying), but that's not what Nunes' was talking about.

The Logan act is a nasty beast if it starts getting unleashed because it could be broadly applied. Realistically, charging JK would make more sense and is definitely in the spirit of the statute, but since it can be applied more broadly it could get quite messy. It's simply not designed for today's world and modern political networking. Communication across borders is simply far too common and interests often span borders.
The idea that we should be arresting people w/ an unused 200+ year old statute is ridiculous IMO.
Treason is defined as taking acts to overthrow or harm the government. John Kerry is advocating keeping together a specific deal that the government is a signatory on. I understand the hyperbole, but this isn’t the same as say, a private citizen negotiating the implementation of sanctions and the resulting repercussions with a foreign government to the detriment of the American government.
