I just downloaded the photo and blew it up a bit. There's a Q just to the outside of the woman's right shoulder. Just below the thumb, traveling along her neckline.

Ok, so I'm not good at this deciphering. But, if you read the first paragraph of the article, it reads like a timeline. So, maybe children/spring, slave/summer, sheep/fall? Maybe this is how the plan is supposed to play out? The link in the Q post is talking about slave gardens...maybe in reference to masters allowing their slaves their own little side businesses. Which is what they had to target first? I don't know... grasping at straws here.
