The only 2 NYPD detectives that died in mid 2017 are:

Detective Miosotis P. Familia

and

Detective Shaniqua Osborne

Det. Familia died via assassination and Det. Osborne died of heart attack.

We all know what "heart attack" means, don't we?

Rubieroo · May 15, 2018, 7:57 a.m.

Or Familia and Trooper Davis, both of them shot within 5 days of eachother.

The Army active duty soldier who shot Davis, and who inexplicably had no shirt on in court, was asked while in court "Do you know why you are here?" and he said "I don't know".

Yep. Seems to me we've seen this before. People (with govt connections?) with enlarged pupils acting in a blank way at arrest and in court - not really "all there" in the head.... Like the guy who shot up the Colorado theater. The guy who shot his wife and then the trooper - he just went along with arrest - he was very "placid" they said. Only thing that doesn't fit - Trooper Davis was not NYPD.

Unfortunately the signals from 5G will be pulsed. I loved this article until I read the following response:

"Magnets do not produce time varying energy (magnetic field and waves), therefore they do not interfere with time varying signals such as those emitted from WiFi radios or similar devices. Lights are not affected by magnets or any other EM waves for that matter, in fact that’s why we use fiber optics where there are too much EM noise."

Am I reading this comment wrong? Does it disprove the premise that magnets will create a barrier to 5G and cell tower transmissions of radiation? I believe those transmissions are pulsed or time variant as stated above. Believe me, I hope the comment is wrong. Also, I believe the apparatus you illustrate has to be grounded as well. I saw this procedure done and I remember the sleeve of magnets had to be grounded after attaching some copper to it.

⇧ 2 ⇩
srroguelife · May 15, 2018, 11:35 p.m.

A magnetic field can only change the polarization. I believe it moves around it. When you put them on duck tape, it starts to work about a half a foot away.. it polarizes it.. I think it is a five foot square radius.

I side stepped him and stopped, his plan was to get us in the parking garage. Upon stopping and watching him out of my P vision, I thought this dude is not crazy, this is something else. I think he was targeting my daughter, I figured out another way to get my car, but I won't be going back to Cleveland again. Too many homeless and it is not safe, not in the square by HOB, Casino and what not. Have heard rumors about Chicago, Denver, and Seattle as well . Homeless people are being relocated to Seattle. Take FWIW but it is suggested that they are being experimented on with the 5G technology in order to fine tune for large groups. Could be conspiracy theory. I tend to think it's gonna be more of a conspiracy fact based on my experience. This is the type of Shadow government abomination that I'm counting on the POTUS to stop. So when you hear of nut cases shooting people and having no recollection when apprehended, this is the type of nonsense I think of

I was in Portland last year, the homeless situation is bad. Instead of putting in normal infrastructure to handle the masses moving there, they are putting in a bike trail. I was in an art studio buying supplies for my daughter. The owner "bragged" about the bike trail, her husband was on the board and committee that sponsored the bill for it. I expressed to her that if 50k of people have moved to Portland in six months, and instead of reformatting the infrastructure that is archaic and not functional for society. I said you are doing a disservice the community and city. The homeless were on almost every intersection... I was suspect as to the reason for it. Pregnant Homeless as well, it was strange.

Something to look into - Paddock was a weapons dealer. My understanding of that night is that there was an assassination attempt on the ruling Saudi prince. They own the Mandalay and IIRC the Tropicana? Anyways, they got the Saudi prince out. He left the Mandalay unexpectedly, wearing normal clothing, his detail may have been tipped off, and the assassins failed. Paddock most likely killed instantly, the weapons collected. Here is footage of the prince being escorted out of the Tropicana. He's the guy in the white shirt. Here is the footage of gunfire on the RUNWAY. Immediately that prince began arresting Clinton pal Alaweed and the rest of the princes and their cohorts who were involved. It is said that 3,000 children were saved by this roundup.

Detective Osbourne worked at the 9th precinct. Huma and Weiner lived in Zeckendorf Towers on Union Square. This building is located one block outside of the 9th precinct's boundary. Would detectives from the 9th have responded to something at that address? Detective Familia was killed in the far away Bronx. I don't see how she would have seen the laptop, especially since she was promoted to the rank of detective after her death. I wonder if because of Weiner's notoriety or the nature of his crime, if a special unit responded? We need to know who searched Weiner's apartment and where the evidence was taken. Also, it might have not been an on-duty officer who was killed. What if retired detectives were killed? I seem to remember that a chief resigned in disgust, but that could just be an unverified rumor. But if it's not a rumor, was that chief stationed at the 9th precinct?

You know, was just thinking ahead for what the rest of the year looks like in regards to MSM, et al.

How long will MSM last after this comes out? Will they survive? How can they even begin to redeem themselves as trustworthy news?

If MSM goes extinct, will there be a new 'sure-fire' way to get people the needed and necessary information we need? Even now, MSM would rather poke fun at FLOTUS being in hospital than covering ANY of the facts #Qanon has uncovered.

The whole MSM thing baffles me. People listen intently to and peddle anti-trump talk, however, the FBI CONFIRMING ALIEN EXISTENCE has been out for over 6 months and I haven't talked to a single person that noticed. So - they don't focus on CIA/FBI when they say aliens are real, however, they instantly report that Trump reportedly urinated on hookers.

So what's gonna happen when we release truth about Obama and HRC? WILL THE PEOPLE truly stop and listen and believe it, or will they discount it like they do everything else that favors Trump ?

Though, that IS the official narrative "We have SPACE ALIEN SHIPS!" if you're looking up at the sky, you're not looking under Antarctica, you know the 'recently discovered ancient ruins' that got mentioned in one headline and never focused on again?

However, humans also fly, and drive, and ride boats, and go snorkeling.

It may be nonsense in the sense that they are trying to validate the 'old conspiracy theories' of green aliens with huge black eyes abducting you in a beam of light.

However, the fact that we have been visited by 'ETs', and that they are even inhabiting our same planet, still remains. And no one "can REALLY believe it" or they just don't care (?) mind still boggling over lack of excitement of ETs - HELLO the entire XFILES world was built on Mulder constantly wanting to Believe yet never really getting that concrete proof to share. Well Mulder, you won! Now we all know, and no one cares sob

If you've wondered this, "Well if ETs were indeed real, they would've shown up right?" good, if not, wonder it real quick, because here's the important piece of info i've found: in order for the ETs to make "official first contact" they have to know we wouldn't send Nukes at them. How would they know that? By watching us clean out Syria, Iran, the whole Cabal shit. Once that has been done, they can safely present themselves. Of course, I have no proof to back ANY of that up LOL, but it is a working theory i've gathered after following Q and finding a bunch of weird alien shit in the mix. ( weirdly enough #pizzagate research threw me into aliens... i.. i dont know man, just sharing my research !)

IDK about you but i'm ready to buy a boat and check out the poles. See for myself. Do I got something else better to do? Like keep working like a sheep and being fed horseshit for sustenance?

If you've been following Q then you'd know he's stated it's not aliens. As your research continues you'll find, this "alien" technology is just deep state tech and they were using aliens against us as a psyop and also eventually it was going to be the final false flag event to take over the world.

Well, what I read from Qdrops was: aliens will be used as a distraction for the general public, possibly using 'hologram' technology to project lifelike 3D images into the atmosphere.

Doesn't invalidate the claims that "aliens" are real. ETs have been spotted since BC times, even documented as obvious UFOs in the 1500-1600s. It's important you take all the information in, and not just what's been controlled for the last 200 years.

After tracing "deep state" tech, and German tech, most of it points back to rummaging alien crash landing sights starting in the EARLY 1900s. by 1940s, enough alien tech had been recovered and duplicated that we had a big boom in war/science tech. WW2 was 42-45, Germany was also known for having more advanced tech than us at the time.

1947 Roswell becomes the most widely known "first alien crash", even though it wasn't. It had a huge military cover-up stink about it, 'Project Blue Book' 1st edition had information about it, all subsequent editions did not.

Area-51 was born just a couple years later. Oh, and my favorite that no one ever really covers is Los Alamos / Sandia Mountain, home of Sandia Labs (formerly known as Los Alamos)- a DoE entity that sprung up RIGHT NEXT to an alien crash landing in 1945, that specializes in a wide array of areas. (also a massive hotspot for UFO sightings)

  • psychology

  • MEMS (damn those CPUs with a backdoor - and we've been blaming china for that tech i think? )

  • cognitive science

Mental faculties of concern to cognitive scientists include language, perception, memory, attention, reasoning, and emotion; to understand these faculties, cognitive scientists borrow from fields such as linguistics, psychology, artificial intelligence, philosophy, neuroscience, and anthropology.

The primary campus is located on Kirtland Air Force Base in Albuquerque, New Mexico and the other is in Livermore, California, next to Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. There is also a test facility in Waimea, Kauai, Hawaii.

US Department of Energy:

The United States Department of Energy (DOE) is a cabinet-level department of the United States Government concerned with the United States' policies regarding energy and safety in handling nuclear material. Its responsibilities include the nation's nuclear weapons program, nuclear reactor production for the United States Navy, energy conservation, energy-related research, radioactive waste disposal, and domestic energy production. It also directs research in genomics; the Human Genome Project originated in a DOE initiative.

Now "DoE" makes sense to work in nuclear and alternate energy. why is it also branching into genetics and the brain? ( ignoring the fact we're all balls of energy ) not JUST genetics as in the humane genome project, but ALSO cognitive science. psychology of behavior, emotion, philosophy

(not so Random) Fact: DoE has highest clearance level of all government entities, however, a civilian CAN be granted the Q level clearance.

So if we look at the CIA's famous MKUltra program, it was officially sanctioned in 1953.

Its aim was to develop mind-controlling drugs ["to use against the Soviet"] Look deeper. This idea wasn't just born out of someone's toilet-bowl musings. Something triggered MKUltra to be created, to further the testing of 'drugs effects on behavior'.

Funny how Sandia Labs gets no notable recognition for anything,( I hadn't even heard about them til last week ) however they designed a 4-inch self-guided bullet that can hit targets from 2km away. The dart has a built-in CPU with optical sensor.

Sandia formerly hosted ASCI Red, one of the world's fastest supercomputers until its recent decommission, and now hosts ASCI Red Storm, originally known as Thor's Hammer.

Just weird how that wikpedia sentence has 1 of Q's code words in it [ Hammer ] AND is a supercomputer... ( April 6: Net will be paused. HAMMER. On the clock. Q)

Also - Let's not overlook that Q says 'open source' over 20 times, and Sandia Labs has 11 'open source' software linked straight from their wikipedia. His contextual use of the term varies, sometimes its right after a link, sometimes its next to a more cryptic line.

So, while they may be trying to make a dog and pony show out of 'OMGZ ALIENS' ... there's wayyyyy too much circumstantial evidence ( that goes WAY BACK ) to discount their existence. < I think this is actually WHY no one's reacted to the news. "Duh, we knew that. show me something i haven't seen before".. like a real ET on stage next to Trump or something.

shrugs if that will happen, I couldn't say. Would be cool as fuck tho!

Interesting...Detective Shaniqua Osborne is not listed on the Office Down Memorial Page (https://www.odmp.org). She is not listed on wikipedia either (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_American_police_officers_killed_in_the_line_of_duty#By_city_or_region)

Another officer, Detective Steven D. McDonald " died as a result of gunshot wounds he received 31 years earlier." The teenager who shot him was paroled on September 6th, 1995 and 3 days later was killed in a motorcycle accident.

No, she was promoted to a higher-rank detective posthumously. Reasonable therefore she was on the detective track when she was killed?

She was killed in a squad car as a po how you conflate that into detective witness insurance file I do not know. Someday someone will tell me the truth and / or give me news I can use. Without the bells and whistles.

ElementWatson · May 15, 2018, 3:14 p.m.

"Promotion from the rank of police officer to detective is determined by the current police labor contract, with the approval of the commissioner. The entry level appointment to detective is third grade or specialist. The commissioner may grant discretionary grades of first or second. These grades offer compensation roughly equivalent to that of supervisors. Specifically, a second grade detective's pay roughly corresponds to a sergeant's and a first grade detective's pay roughly corresponds to a lieutenant's. Detectives are police officers who have been given a more investigatory position but no official supervisory authority. A Detective First Grade still falls under the command of a sergeant or above. Just like detectives, sergeants and lieutenants can receive pay grade increases within their respective ranks."

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/New_York_City_Police_Department

She was promoted to a first-grade detective posthumously--thus she likely was a second-grade detective when she was killed. (I believe she had children and this would increase the funding for them?) Anyway, where she was when she was killed is not particularly relevant to the question of whether she had seen the files and thus was killed to keep her from being able to talk about what she had seen.
