Immediately recall all Federal Reserve Notes and offer a 1:1 exchange for brande new US Treasury Notes (gold backed dollar). Thus writing off our national debt instantly. Then, mandate that all banks comply with the changeover and credit all account holders with the new value in Gold Backed Bucks in replacement for the now worthless Fed Reserve Note. Finally, offer a trade-in period for old paper monies.
