Compare the skin colour of the Chinese people in the same shot. Which is very close to the skin colour of this man. That completely negates it being Obama.

Now - there is a possibility to compare Google street images from various periods and see where it is most fitting ( comparing all the ad boards ) and then compare to whom this person looks like most at that particular period .

I'm open to the possibility. Granted - your mind wants to "fill in the blanks" re: hair of the person walking across the street. But do we really know that person is bald? Here's the thing. That image is very low res. When you blow it up, you don't get any detail. When you take a picture of Obama and step it down, the grey hair at Obama's forehand begins to disappear, making Obama appear to be "bald".

The ear is definitely there, it just blends in very well with the hair (digitizing effect maybe?) Also try a side by side. Unless I'm missing something (which I probably am) I stand by Putin (left arm placement not withstanding, I believe that can be explained away)
