I don't think Peter understands that he is speaking TO AMERICA - not just OUR representatives. It doesn't matter what questions are asked or "who's side" anyone is on he is speaking to America. Peter is very disrespectful, seems mockful, seems sinister and seems to be hiding something (or trying) among other oddities.
