Chandler, Arizona is planning to test voting by cell phone.

The Chandler Mayor and City Council are moving forward with a mobile voting program that would allow voting by cell phone.

A Chandler resident told The Gateway Pundit “It’s concerning to everybody. A lot of us have concerns about the security of an election over the phone. We don’t really wanna be a test kitchen nationwide especially with the disaster of the last election.“

“This pilot program will help us identify the feasibility and interest of using this technology in future City elections, and Council believes this could enhance accessibility, increase voter participation and streamline the election process,” according to Mayor Kevin Hartke.

The concept would first be tested in a mock election later this year for a three-week period after the city’s bond election on Nov. 2.

As if it wasn’t bad enough for Sleepy Joe already, even the Deep State has begun to throw him under the bus for his incompetency in Afghanistan.

On Tuesday, Reuters obtained leaked transcripts of Biden’s final call with Ashraf Ghani – the recently departed president of Afghanistan – before the Taliban completed their overthrow of the country.

During the call on July 23rd, Ghani communicated how serious the situation was, saying the country was undergoing an assault from a “full- scale invasion” of about “10,000-15,000 international terrorists.” He also explained that the Taliban had full logistical support and planning, courtesy of Pakistan.

Biden paid no attention, he pressured the then-president to create a “perception” that the Taliban hadn’t been advancing at such a rapid pace, “whether its true or not.”

To all my followers, I plan for this to be my final post concerning my legal struggles with the Marine Corps. I will describe in this single post how the next two months will play out.

The Marine Corps will assign an investigating officer. Most likely a Colonel. In his investigative capacities, the Colonel will write an unnecessarily long document, with 323 findings of facts. He will ultimately find my posts/ statements in violation of 2 to 3 UCMJ articles. Then, on page 38 of the investigation, he will "recommend further administrative action."

Meanwhile, General Burger isn't allowed to comment on the situation or else it will appear as "undue command influence." Such a stupid rule. The biggest issues in the Marine Corps, and our Generals can't address them for fear of undue command influence. Who let the lawyers decide that?

Once the investigating officer finalizes his recommendation, the Marine Corps will decide if they should pursue court martial. Normally they would (and should), but this situation may be different.

Young officers don't join to become yes men. Young aspirational politicians don't join to compromise their values. IT'S THE SYSTEM. The system forces us to give small pieces of ourselves so that we can continue playing. We willing give up these pieces believing it will lead to a place within the system where we eventually "influence real change." The problem is, that over time, those small pieces add up to significant moral, spiritual, mental, and physical changes. The system changes people, and they don't even realize it.

"That system is our enemy. But when you're inside, you look around, what do you see? Businessmen, teachers, lawyers, carpenters. The very minds of the people we are trying to save. But until we do, these people are still a part of that system and that makes them our enemy. You have to understand, most of these people are not ready to be unplugged. And many of them are so inert, so hopelessly dependent on the system that they will fight to protect it."f it does go to court martial, I will be found guilty, and will probably do some jail time. This will provide me a valuable opportunity to read, write, and contemplate.

Now, ‘woke capitalism’ has been asked to step into the breach and fill the void left by a mass exodus of bus drivers who were privately contracted by CPS through third parties – at least that’s the wild contingency plan Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot is proposing.

Lightfoot wants popular rideshare services Uber and Lyft to get over 2,000 students to school, who’ve been kicked to the curb by no fault of their own, and is offering families cash payments for travel reimbursement that could cost the district millions.

“CPS believed there were bus drivers in place,” Mayor Lori Lightfoot said Monday at a press conference. “It was only Friday that the notification came from those third parties that they had a shortage of drivers. That is not CPS’ responsibility. We have a contract with those companies. We had an expectation that they were going to fulfill their contract.

“We’re going to work through these kinks,” she added. “I’m sure you’re going to find individuals for whom this wasn’t a great start. But we’re going to work hard to make sure that we solve those and address those problems.

“This is not on CPS. And I want that to be very clear.”

According to the Chicago Sun-Times, 2,100 students received approximately two days’ notice that their bus routes had been dropped. Private companies who are contracted to provide bus services told the Chicago Public Schools that 73 bus drivers quit over the district’s COVID vaccine mandate.

Even with the 73 drivers quitting, the district already had a shortage of more than 400 drivers. It’s not just the bus situation that’s dogging the school system. Chicago’s ABC-7 is reporting that approximately 30% of Chicago public school students most likely won’t return to classes at all. We’re talking 100,274 students who are “considered to be in need of interventions or outreach in order to facilitate their full engagement for the upcoming school year.”

Let’s repeat that number: 100,274 students who are highly unlikely to re-engage with the school system.

Add in the bus situation and Lori Lightfoot is now banking on Uber and Lyft to get the remaining students to buildings. CPS is reportedly offering families $1,000 payments and $500 in monthly payments for travel reimbursements.

As for the CPS mandate to have bus drivers vaccinated, neither Uber or Lyft has such a mandate. The Sun-Times is reporting “the same CPS requirement that officials said led to the bus driver resignations would likely also apply to the rideshare drivers as third-party contractors.”

Let all of this sink in for a minute.

Once students did make it to school for the first day on Monday, they were greeted by regulations including universal masking and a three-feet social distancing rule.

“Our schools are safe. CPS put in over $100,000,000 in mitigations, including improving ventilation, air purifiers in every classroom, additional cleaning, masks, partitions and so many other efforts to make sure that in this pandemic we are able to bring students back safely into their buildings, and we have,” Lightfoot said at her press conference.

Yeah, now they just have to figure out how to get to school, if they want to attend at all.

DALLAS – Former Acting Director of National Intelligence Ric Grenell told Fox News that his nonprofit Fix California plans to file public records requests to force elections boards to hand over data on their voter rolls so that the group can expose any areas where the rolls may be outdated.

Grenell made the comments in an interview with Fox News ahead of his appearance at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) in Dallas. He said his group is playing the long game to make conservative Californians feel like they have a voice in the state.

"What we've got to be able to do is let people know that their vote matters, that every vote counts, and we've got to get them more engaged," Grenell told Fox News.

"What we saw in this last election was really frightening," Grenell added. "It's one of the problems that we have is that the Democrat liberal left groups that run California have all demanded that people get a ballot regardless of whether or not they're still in the state. So the county voter registration offices are literally taking old voting rolls and sending ballots to every single person that's still on the voting rolls." ..
