Hello QRB, UK bread visiting with a fun half-dig. Am not sure whether I shared this dig with you or not. We’ve dug up and down and sideways upside down and have some odds and ends leftovers hanging about. Here’s another of those half-spun digs but it’s fun to share.

I always thot that anon’s speculation in Q post 2800 that the value targets might have arrived at the Embankment by boat was wild speculation, thinking “Oh, come on,” but there remains the fact Q linked to that anon and a couple of others.

With that in mind, I’s like to share this vidcap from a Ytube vid was an accidental find by UK anons for a building lights match with the LISAMI6 building called the MILLBANK BLDG. it was the first such match found by the UK anons.

It presented a conundrum, being found in a vid by a photographer whose Ytube vid was stated to contain photos from a photography event called ‘Photo 24 London’ which according to the photog took place in June 2014. However, UK anons determined the hoarding on that particular tower could not have occurred in June 2014, and by that evidence, could only have occurred between NOV ‘13 and MAR ‘14. By April 2014 the hoarding on the tower of Westminster would be gone. So we figured that the photog had by mistake included that pic in the video by mistake. It would only be later that an anon would find the sunset Getty images from Christmas Day 2013 which would be a match for the building lights seen in LISAMI6. But those Getty images would also be a compelling match for this private photo. We dubbed it 24LONDON.

The photo, if taken during the time window of LISAMI6, would show an ‘over the side’ image of TATTERSHALL CASTLE which could have been taken the same night as LISAMI6.

The pic appears to show a vessel alongside TATTS and another dark vessel that has hauled up to the riverside. It is a timelapse photo which appears to show the boat wakes of the two vessels. Noteworthy, is that the boat wakes come from down river toward the sea. We estimate, by looking at the rotation seen on LONDON EYE, that the film exposure was 5 minutes. Here’s why: One revolution of LONDON EYE takes 30 minutes. Look at how far LONDON EYE has moved. It appears LE has moved 1/6th of its circumference.

Is the boat dock relevant? Did the people in the photo arrive via boat? I'd assume that's preferable as most points of entry will have lots of security and cameras.

I just checked googlemaps (i konw nothing of UK geography) and it looks like yes: you could take a boat from France (or really anywhere on the atlantic) and then mosey on over to the Corinthian. I wonder if the traffic cam is new and nobody knew about it?

Also in the photo of "LP" (hard to see, we assert, not known) it looks like they're walking away from the boat dock. Not conclusive that they came from there, but does hint towards that.

The super duper short reason for why? Once we saw that Piccadilly Circus (pics) did not jibe with a 2015 narrative, we had to know why. Was it only for the Piccadilly pics? Kept pulling that thread. What if some might try to cry ‘larp” and say the pics are not even from 2015 to match the Spygate story. Needed to look moar. Not easy work some of them. But each series was eventually dated to Christmas 2013. That one date makes me comfy. It means that some larper didn’t stupidly post a couple of pics from 2013 by mistake when the larp story is supposed to be from 2015. Therefore, if all the pics are from 2013 it’s much less likely some larper chose the wrong date for multiple series of pictures. So, no coincidence. U.S. and Japan to jointly stockpile munitions, including near Taiwan

The U.S. and Japan are discussing stockpiling munitions in each other's defense facilities across Japan, including islands in Taiwan's vicinity, to prepare for contingencies, Nikkei has learned.

The issue of joint usage of facilities was discussed in last week's two-plus-two meeting of foreign and defense ministers. The ministers "committed to increase joint/shared use of U.S. and Japanese facilities, including efforts to strengthen Japan Self-Defense Forces' posture in areas including its southwestern islands," the sides said in a statement after the meeting.

Joint use of facilities includes the stockpiling of munitions and shared use of runways, according to a source familiar with the talks. "There was progress on this issue so it was written into the joint statement," the person said. The southwestern islands, or Nansei Islands in Japanese, are a chain that stretches from the southernmost tip of Kyushu to the north of Taiwan. If realized, the allies would have stockpiles of munitions that can quickly be deployed and replenished in Taiwan's immediate neighborhood. The westernmost of the Nansei Islands, Yonaguni, lies 108 km from the east coast of Taiwan.

The U.S. military has relied heavily on precision-guided munitions in operations in Iraq and Afghanistan, as well as battling groups like the Islamic State. Combined with budget cuts, this has led to a shortage of munitions in the army, navy and air force.

Precision-guided munitions are also expected to play a pivotal role in any potential conflict in the Taiwan Strait. With an accuracy reportedly less than 3 meters, precision-guided munitions are seen as vital to breaking China's anti-access/area denial (A2/AD) strategy, which seeks to keep American and allied forces out of the East and South China seas.

The types of munitions that the U.S. military fears could fall short include Joint Air-to-Surface Strike Munition (JASSM), a 4.3 meter-long missile that can be carried on B-1 and B-52 bombers, Long Range Anti-Ship Missile (LRASM) that is carried by the F/A-18E/F Super Hornet, and the Advanced Anti-Radiation Guided Missile (AARGM) that is designed to target enemy air defenses.

Putin to host Iranian president next week for talks - state TV

London Pics Summary Part One

Objective: To ascertain the significance of the images in Q drops relating to London, UK. Date, time, indivduals, locations shown.

There are several images known collectvely as the "London Pics." These pics are broken down into Embankment, Corinthia Hotel, Winter Wonderland, Piccadilly, and Black Box.

UK Baker has in >>>/qresearch/15139614 a quick bit. I'll attempt to do a little more to help clarify things without messing up too badly, I hope.

Starting with Q drop on 16 February 2018, picture with posted filename NSA_Traf_CAM_LONDON2847.png which is later reposted, but enlarged with two indivduals circled. At first, belief was Peter Strzok and Lisa Page were the ones indicated, but possibility exists we are seeing Gina Haspel and Bill Priestap. The pair aare crossing the Embankment Road at Northumberland Avenue and heading in the direction of the Corinthia Hotel.

Embankment:

Named after the Victoria Embankment, western side of the Thames River. The particular section of this Embankment under scrutiny run from an office building to the south of the Palace of Westminster, where Parliament meets that is known by various names: Millbank Building, Millbank Tower, or just Millbank. Tenants have included UK political parties and still has an office of Soros' Open Society Foundation. The upper floors of the Millbank are the ones being examined to aid in determining when the image from Q known as LONDON2487 and a video called "LisaMI6." It is known there are restaurant/night clubs on the upper floors of the Millbank, so looking at how well floors are lit is an effort to determine what time of night, and possibly even what Day, the images are showing. Proceeding north along the Embankment the Palace of Westminster itself has undergone various restoration work over the years. The work has invovled scaffolding and covering, aka "hoarding" around specific parts of the building in various places. The part most focused on is a small tower, viewed just behind the Clock Tower of Big Ben. Several Alamy stock photos, tourist pic, and even some video has been used to give a rough date of the period work on this specific tower was in progress.

Further north along the Embankment we come to the intersection of the Embankment Road and Northumberland Avenue. There is the span of the Hungerford Railroad Bridge at that part of the Thames with the North and South spans of the Jubilee Bridge for pedestrians to either side of the railroad bridge. The traffic camera that took the image is found on that southern span of the Jubilee Bridge above the Embankment and for a period of time was not on the provided mounting pole. So far, derived from that image is the London Eye at a bearing of 151.5 degrees and through the spokes of the Eye the Moon is visible in "waning Gibbous" phase. To aid with time and date are the two permanently moored vessels, PS TATTERSHALL CASTLE and RS HISPANIOLA. Both are floating restaurant pubs.

TATTERSHALL CASTLE provides the most clues of he two ships. Firstly, the funnel/smokestack/stack is painted with a white top, red middle, and dark blue lower. The ship as towed off and refitted in mid-January 2015 and when she returns those stack colors are different scheme. This indicated the images cannot be after January 2015. Time of night is indicated by the vessel showing few lghts, as if closed for the night. She was known to have operated during certain hours on certain days and had hosted a Comedy Club. The LisaMI6 video, also taken from the Jubilee Bridge, shows both ships darkened and the same color scheme of descending white/red/blue on the stack. The LISAMI6 video is also looked at for the view of the Millbank and Palance of Westminster to establish date range. Also being looked at are the presence of trash bins from the restaurant ships at the Embankment curb. The pick-up days/times for the area on on the UK breads. The policy of local authorities is presere the image of the city by keeping trash bins out of sight as much as possible, so they woud only be brought out at certain times to avoid citation/fines.

London Pics Summary Part Two

Corinthia Hotel

Landmark building previously housed government offices including Ministry of Defense during World War 2 and "did have" underground tunnels which are claimed to have been filled in during the total internal rebuild of 2011. This hotel is a five-star establishment with regular rooms, a large dining area on the end toward the Embankment, and some interesting suites that can be looked at on the Midnight Riders UK #24 bread as well. The images including the place are ROT1, ROT2, and ROT3. These help to date the pic series by the presence of the racks for "Boris Bikes" as in the for-hire bicycles used around the city. The ones in the images are blue, whereas later a new sponsor comes in and the bikes are then red. Another bicycle chained to a pole closer to the Corinthia, and an individual in a yellow rain coa, are being looked at as well. Included is what seems to be the reflection of the marquee on the Playhouse Theatre to give a clue as what production was featured when the images were taken. A big clue is a pedestrian traffic "island" next to the hotel on the Northumberland side. This was the site of a fatal motorcycle crash in 2014. The island pics show the inverted "U" barricades on the ends of the island. One of these was the cause of the fatality, and these had temporary put in before being replaced. A small make-shift memorial at the barricade was placed in the spot, helping to date the pic. The images also show the large red trashbins on the Whitehall side, which would be behind the Horseguards Hotel. Again, trash days/times helpful.

Winter Wonderland

Annual Holiday event taking place in a park within easy walking distance of both the Millbank and the Corinthia Hotel. Here again are images of a man and a woman as yet unidentified. Anons have been going over maps of the different years as the layout has varied. Another clue is a roller coaster named "Wilde Maus." The coaster has undergone some minor changes, mostly to frontage lighting, that help provide evidence that the images come from Winter 2013/2014. Videos and tourist pics taken at the event have also been examined. It is known a hurricane passed over England on 5 December 2013, and on the 23rd the event was closed to to high winds that damaged a "snow globe" further away.

Piccadilly Circus

London Landmark also subject of a Q drop image. Dating clues for this area include a building under going renovation as thus scaffolding up; a protable blue Police watch tower that appears on NYE tourist video, but not in pic. A double decker bus pic of an older model known as an RML. The livery colors on this bus, a man in a red hat, and evidence to mounts securing the wires to buildings for the Christmas lighting over the street. Another big part is the image of a giant electronic billboard advertising an LG4 cell phone.

Black Box

Another Q drop image anons on General Research were able to identify and locate quite quickly. Metal box for electrical connections installed beside Bus Stop "S" on Victoria Street. A "slap-tag" Q sticker with white rabbit and text "The Storm is Coming" is on the box. Location of Bus Stop "S" is at a building called "NOIC House" which stands for National Iranian Oil Company. This building also has housed a branch of HSBC Bank, Barclay's Bank, the British-Iranian Chamber of Commerce, and has been the site of a large protest. It is believed this location has also been used to broker arms deals for Iran. Across the street is a UK government building, Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy.

Credit Suisse Chairman to Leave Bank Amid Board Probe

Antonio Horta-Osorio to depart on investigation of his personal use of corporate planes and travel that violated COVID-19 quarantine rules. Credit Suisse said board member Axl Lehmann was appointed to take the role of chairman, effective immediately. Mr. Lehmann, a former UBS Group AG executive, joined the Credit Suisse board in late 2021 and is the chairman of its risk committee-. A Credit Suisse spokesperson did not respond to requests for comment. Mr. Horta-Osorio could not be reached late on Sunday and his lawyer did not respond.

“I am sorry that many of my personal actions have caused difficulties for the Bank and have compromised my ability to represent the Bank internally and externally,” Mr. Horta-Osorio said in a Credit Suisse news release. “Therefore I believe that my resignation is in the interest of the Bank and its stakeholders at this critical time.”

The departure of Mr. Horta-Osorio could spell trouble for Credit Suisse. He was appointed to help solve the problems of the Swiss bank. China cuts key interest rates for first time since April 2020

China's People’s Bank of China cut key interest rates for the first time since the peak of the pandemic in 2020 responding to the property-market crisis and slowing economy.

The People’s Bank of China cut the rate on its one-year policy loans by 10 bps to 2.85%. The bank also slashed the rate on the seven-day reverse repurchase agreements by 10bps to 2.1%.

The central bank made the move while offering 700 billion yuan ($110 billion) via the medium-term lending facility, exceeding the 500 billion yuan coming due. It added 100 billion yuan with seven-day reverse repos.

Aiming to reduce key interest rates, PBOC commented in December: "The PBOC will effectively shoulder the responsibility of stabilising the macro economy and proactively roll out monetary and financial policies that are conducive to economic stability."

China's easing runs counter to the direction of the U.S. which expects quicker rate hikes amid rising inflation.

I think this anon does not mean this literally, but I want to briefly take it literally as a thought experiment.

Like many anons, I find it useful to contemplate seeming crazy ideas (and we see many of them).

I think there is a refutation of the flat earth theory that is difficult to counter.

Suppose that the Earth is really a disk, and the "South Pole" is not a point, but rather an ice wall on the circumference.

(That is what the flat Earth proponents/shills seem to say.)

Then flight times in the Southern hemisphere would be far longer than they are.

Not many people travel to inner Anatarctica, so maybe the elites could keep secret what is there.

And maybe NASA produces fake photos of the Earth, and only a few know, and so on.

But many, many people take flights in the Southern hemisphere (Novak Djokovic, for instance).

Are they are all "in on" the conspiracy?

That doesn't seem very likely, and I don't think the flat earthers address this.

So I don't place much stock in that theory, but I do think it is useful to think about things like that.

Here is my question about Comey though: is there any similar "easy" proof that he is not a white hat?

For instance, if he killed an innocent person, then he is not a white hat.

I think I have provided a good deal of positive evidence that he is a white hat, and I have a way to explain, in principle, most of the counter-evidence.

In short, his participation in Russiagate was for the purpose of directing the black hats into a debacle (and gathering evidence on them).

(And of course the biggest chunk of positive evidence accrues around the fact that he screwed Hillary in 2016.)

But I would totally agree that there could exist knockdown evidence against my interpretation.

It is just that I haven't seen it or thought of it.

UAE ADVISER ILLEGALLY FUNNELED FOREIGN CASH INTO HILLARY CLINTON’S 2016 CAMPAIGN'

George Nader also cultivated key Trump advisers on behalf of his Gulf clients, prosecutors say.

GEORGE NADER, an American adviser to the government of the United Arab Emirates, convicted sex offender, and frequent visitor to the White House during President Donald Trump’s first year in office, has pleaded guilty for his role in helping the UAE pump millions of dollars in illegal campaign contributions into the U.S. political system during the 2016 presidential election, according to documents submitted in federal court last month.

Federal prosecutors disclosed in a December sentencing memo that Nader had agreed months earlier to plead guilty to a single count of felony conspiracy to defraud the U.S. government by funneling millions in donations to Hillary Clinton’s campaign and concealing the funds’ foreign origin. Nader’s plea has not been previously reported.

A lawyer for Nader did not respond to a request for comment.

Nader conspired to hide the funds “out of a desire to lobby on behalf and advance the interests of his client, the government of the United Arab Emirates,” according to the prosecutors’ sentencing memo. Nader received the money for the illegal donations from the UAE government, the memo said. The filing marks the first time that the U.S. government has explicitly accused the UAE, a close ally, of illegally seeking to buy access to candidates during a presidential election.

Nader’s guilty plea opens a new window into the efforts of the United Arab Emirates and its de facto ruler, Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Zayed, known as MBZ, to influence the outcome of the 2016 election and shape subsequent U.S. policy in the Gulf. The government’s memo notes that Nader and Los Angeles businessperson Ahmad “Andy” Khawaja also sought to cultivate “key figures” in the Trump campaign and that Khawaja donated $1 million to Trump’s inaugural committee. It is unclear where that money came from.

Prosecutors allege that, in total, Nader transferred nearly $5 million from his UAE-based business to Khawaja, the CEO of a Los Angeles-based payment processing company. The sentencing memo details Nader and Khawaja’s efforts to disguise the money as a mundane business contract between the two. Of that amount, more than $3.5 million came from the government of the UAE and was given to Democratic political committees working to elect Clinton, according to the U.S. government, which has accused Nader, Khawaja, and six others of working together to conceal the origin of those funds. Prosecutors have not publicly accounted for what happened to the remaining $1.4 million they say Nader transferred to Khawaja.

With Nader’s guilty plea, five of the eight men charged in the alleged conspiracy have pleaded guilty; two other defendants are scheduled to stand trial this year. Khawaja fled the U.S. after the indictment. The Associated Press reported in 2020 that he was being held in Lithuania, citing police officials there and a Lithuanian lawyer representing him.

Prosecutors are seeking a five-year sentence for Nader, asking that it not begin until after he completes the 10-year sentence he is currently serving for possessing child pornography and bringing a minor to the U.S. “for the purpose of engaging in criminal sexual activity.”

Prosecutors have alleged that Nader took his instructions from the UAE crown prince and that he regularly updated MBZ on his progress as he sought to get close to Clinton. At one point, Khawaja complained that Nader and the UAE had not yet sent money to cover the costs of a Clinton fundraiser he was organizing. Nader texted that he would send note “as per HH instruction,” using an abbreviation of “his highness,” an apparent reference to MBZ.

A few days later, Nader was preparing to meet with both Hillary Clinton and former President Bill Clinton and asked an Emirati official, almost certainly MBZ, if they could meet before he departed. “[T]raveling on Sat morning to catch up with our Big Sister and her husband: I am seeing him on Sunday and her in [sic] Tuesday Sir! Would love to see you tomorrow at your convenience…for your guidance, instruction and blessing!”

But even as Nader poured donations into the effort to elect Clinton, he worked his way into the Trump campaign on behalf of his Gulf clients. Special counsel Robert Mueller’s report on Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election described Nader as a “senior advisor” to MBZ and said that he’d made “contacts” with both campaigns. Nader would later tell the FBI that he met with Trump’s son Donald Trump Jr. several times in 2016, and the New York Times reported that Nader told Trump Jr. that both MBZ and Saudi Arabia’s crown prince were eager to help his father get elected. Nader advised the Gulf monarchs to “be on good terms” with both Clinton and Trump in the runup to the 2016 vote, he told the FBI.

After Trump won the presidency but before he was inaugurated, Nader unsuccessfully sought to arrange a meeting between Trump and MBZ, according to FBI interview notes. Instead, UAE officials arranged for MBZ to speak with top Trump campaign officials including Jared Kushner, Steve Bannon, and retired Lieut. Gen. Michael Flynn in New York. A few weeks later, through Nader, the Emirati leader arranged for a top Trump donor, Erik Prince, to meet with Kirill Dmitriev, head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund, a state-sanctioned investment fund, at a resort in the Seychelles.

After Trump’s inauguration, Nader became a frequent visitor to the White House, according to the Times. Nader’s involvement with the Trump campaign and his role in the Seychelles meeting put him in the sights of Mueller’s investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election.

Federal agents arrested Nader in June 2019 at John F. Kennedy International Airport after he got off a flight from the UAE and charged him with possessing a dozen images or videos of child pornography. Those charges were ultimately dismissed, but Nader was indicted on a separate child pornography possession charge and accused of flying a 14-year-old boy to the U.S. for sexual purposes. Nader pleaded guilty to both felony counts, which stemmed from activity that took place in 2012 and 2000, respectively, according to court documents, and was sentenced to 10 years in prison and lifetime supervision as a sex offender. Nader also spent a year in prison in the Czech Republic in 2003 for having sex with the same minor he flew to the U.S.

Nader isn’t the only American recently charged with helping the UAE influence U.S. policy. Last year, the Justice Department indicted Thomas Barrack, a wealthy businessperson and close friend and adviser of Trump, for secretly working as an agent of the UAE in an effort to help advance the country’s foreign policy aims. In a press release at the time of the indictment’s unsealing, the Justice Department described Barrack and two others as working to “provide intelligence” to the UAE government about the Trump campaign and later the administration. Barrack was also charged with obstruction of justice and lying to investigators. Also indicted in the scheme was a UAE national and associate of Barrack, Rashid Al-Malik, whose role was first reported by The Intercept in 2019.

In Barrack’s indictment, MBZ and senior UAE officials are described, though not by name, as directing and otherwise overseeing Barrack’s efforts to work with Trump to advance the UAE’s policy goals. Barrack, who pleaded not guilty to the charges, will face trial later this year.
