I don't disagree with the 30 days at all, seems we are building to them now and it has always been my contention that Durham will kick things off in Sept, of this year, Biden will fall apart but the military can only 'rule' for one year and they have to organize elections, I don't see that habbenin this year but I see the start of the process soon enough, justice grinds slow unless there is already an indictment, lots of levels and layers at play, just a general timeline thought

Governor Orders Texas National Guard To Assist In Making Border Arrests

 

Texas Governor Greg Abbott today sent a letter to Major General Tracy R. Norris, Adjutant General of the Texas National Guard, ordering guardsmen to assist the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) with arresting individuals for state charges related to the border crisis.

 

During the Governor’s Border Security Summit in Del Rio in mid-June, the Governor announced that individuals who commit criminal trespass or other state offenses will be subject to arrest and confinement. This order builds upon the Governor’s disaster declaration that directs DPS to enforce all federal and state criminal laws including for criminal trespassing, smuggling, and human trafficking.

 

“To respond to this disaster and secure the rule of law at our Southern border, more manpower is needed—in addition to the troopers from DPS and soldiers from the Texas National Guard I have already deployed there—and DPS needs help in arresting those who are violating state law,” reads the letter. “By virtue of the power and authority vested in me by the Constitution and laws of the State of Texas, I hereby order that the Texas National Guard assist DPS in enforcing Texas law by arresting lawbreakers at the border.”

Yeah me neither.

And I bet the military will have to be in control for quite a while, because if that happens as I expect, it will create massive chaos, hospitals will be down because most MDs and nurses will be sick. At the same time it will be good chaos, because the vaxx narrative will be destroyed FOREVER. It would be impossible to ignore and also impossible to defend. MSM would still try to spin it, but how? No one will ever take any of these shots, so in that sense it would be okay, and if properly done, it wouldn't do massive harm to tons of people, like tons of people actually dead.

 

That would be "scare event necessary". Hoping for the best.

“In accordance with Art. 3, Sec. 5 of the FL Constitution, @NikkiFried should immediately be subpoenaed & investigated for this unlawful & politically motivated action,” Sabatini wrote on Twitter. “Although the House can only impeach for misdemeanors, we should immediately pass a law to strip her of all power.”

 

Sabatini’s tweet was in response to a tweet by Fried that proclaimed, “I just suspended the concealed weapons permits of 22 people involved in the insurrection against the United States of America instigated by Donald Trump on January 6, 2021.” As National File reported, the loophole that places the Division of Licensing – responsible for granting CWW licenses in the state – under the purview of the Florida Ag Commissioner is the result of an NRA lobbying campaign in 2002.

Remington offers $33 million to families of Sandy Hook school shooting victims

 

Remington Arms Co on Tuesday offered to pay nearly $33 million to nine families to settle lawsuits claiming that its marketing of firearms contributed to the 2012 Sandy Hook massacre in Newtown, Connecticut, where 26 people died.

 

The proposed settlements would provide $3.66 million to relatives of each victim, subject to approval by a federal judge overseeing Remington’s bankruptcy case in Alabama. A representative for the families had no immediate comment.

 

Twenty students and six adults were killed on Dec. 14, 2012, by gunman Adam Lanza, who used a Remington Bushmaster rifle as he shot his way into the Sandy Hook Elementary School after shooting his mother to death at home. The massacre ended when Lanza committed suicide as he heard police sirens approach. Only nine families of deceased school children sued Remington.

 

Remington disclosed the proposed settlements in filings with the Connecticut Superior Court in Waterbury. PG&E shares closed at a 12-month low of $8.75 on Monday after falling for three consecutive sessions. At the same time, he said, "These differences and disputes are real, but the way that you manage them counts." As defense secretary, he said he was committed to "pursuing a constructive, stable relationship with China," including stronger mechanisms for crisis communications with the Chinese People's Liberation Army. "Big powers need to model transparency and communication, so we hope that we can work together with Beijing on common challenges," Austin remarked.

 

While many Association of Southeast Asian Nations states and other countries appear to feel pressed to take sides in the rivalry, Austin stressed they face no such choice. "We are not asking countries in the region to choose between the United States and China," he said. The secretary noted how many of America's partnerships in the region are older than the People's Republic of China itself, founded in 1949. He cited this as part of the U.S. reasoning for expanding its work with countries in the Indo-Pacific, including ASEAN. Repairing old relationships has been a major theme for the Biden administration in its early months. As defense secretary, Austin has traveled to Europe twice to work on mending ties strained during the Donald Trump administration. He has also visited Japan, South Korea and India, but this is his first visit to Southeast Asia.

 

Austin's trip follows U.S. Deputy Secretary of State Wendy Sherman's recent visits to China, Japan and a handful of ASEAN states. Sherman on Monday spoke with Foreign Minister Wang Yi after meeting with Vice Foreign Minister Xie Feng in Tianjin. She expressed to Wang concerns about "human rights, including Beijing's anti-democratic crackdown in Hong Kong; the ongoing genocide and crimes against humanity in Xinjiang; abuses in Tibet; and the curtailing of media access and freedom of the press," according to a State Department readout. On the other hand, Xie told Sherman that the Sino-U.S. bilateral relationship is in a stalemate and faces serious difficulties because some Americans paint China as an "imagined enemy," the Chinese Foreign Ministry said. Austin, for his part, looked beyond tensions with China in his speech, touching on the ongoing crisis in Myanmar and the impact of COVID-19. On Myanmar, Austin said the U.S. applauded ASEAN's efforts to end the violence in the Southeast Asian state, now controlled by the military regime that ousted elected leader Aung San Suu Kyi's government earlier this year. "The Myanmar military's refusal to respect the inalienable rights of the Burmese people, and to defend their basic well-being is flatly unacceptable," he said.

 

Austin called on the regime to adhere to ASEAN's five-point consensus on the issue, which the military has largely disregarded. The consensus included an immediate cessation of violence in Myanmar, constructive dialogue among all parties, appointment of a special ASEAN envoy to facilitate dialogue, provision of humanitarian assistance, and a visit by the envoy to Myanmar. "As ASEAN plays its central role we are also focusing on complementary mechanisms in the region," Austin said.

Florida Has Enough Proof of Fraud to De-Certify the 2020 Election Without Wasting Millions on a Forensic Audit

 

Why waste millions of taxpayer dollars on a forensic audit when there is enough indisputable evidence of election fraud and misconduct for FL’s State Legislature to de-certify the 2020 election and hold it anew?

 

There was so much wrongdoing in Florida’s 2020 election cycle that the results must be set aside.

 

It appears Secretary of State, Laurel Lee, violated the Sunshine Law’s transparency mandate by obtaining an FBI security clearance so she could act as it’s middleman giving daily briefings to state and local law enforcement regarding Florida’s state elections. Even if Florida’s law enforcement could do things behind closed doors, Secretary Lee is not law enforcement and had no right to take direction regarding elections from the FBI.

 

If that’s not bad enough, Secretary Lee bragged to the FL House during a hearing on Public Integrity and Elections, held on Feb. 9, 2020, that she not only accepted $200K ‘Zuckerbucks’ (CTCL) but went on to encourage the 501(c)(3) - funded largely by big tech and far-left organizations, such as Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg, Google, Rockerfeller Brothers Fund and the Knight Foundation - to solicit itself to election supervisors throughout the state. Eleven Florida county supervisors accepted a combined $17M. Since CTCL is a 501(c)(3), it has an obligation to remain non-partisan or file lobbying paperwork, neither of which it did.

 

There’s more! It appears the Dominion and ES&S voting software used throughout the State of Florida were not federally certified versions, in accordance with EAC, violating the State’s obligation to both the federal government and the voters of Florida.

 

If that’s not enough, there appears to be proof that at least 50-70% of the votes throughout Florida were never counted, with a very high likelihood that none were counted but rather an online algorithm determined the outcome. The apparently uncertified election software appears to have never calculated or tabulated the actual votes. Instead, it looks as though the total number of voters, per county, were used to predetermine precinct result which were then used to determine countywide results. The pattern is consistent throughout both the Primary and the General 2020 Elections.

 

“This means an outside entity, instead of Florida voters, chose who won US House seats, County Commissioner seats and School Board seats” explains US House Candidate Christine Scott who is running in Palm Beach County and Broward County’s Congressional District 22.

 

“Only Florida voters have the right to pick their representatives. The 2020 election must be held anew and counted manually. Fair elections is a non-partisan issue because it affects every voter. Votes were not counted on both sides of the isle.” Scott continues, “This is about the People and having their voice heard. The results were not free or fair.” Scott concludes that ‘Florida’s election must be held anew. Due to the extensive evidence of fraud and misconduct there is reasonable doubt that the certified election expressed the will of the voters.’
