Why Israel has doomed itself to suffer the consequences of their deeds against America and the American People:

 

As the general public makes use of what is left of their free speech (and Trump has promised to the People he would restore their free speech, and he is partially delivering with the allowing of the existance of the 8kun platform), truth being a force of nature, and Israel being a verifiable enemy of the Republic and its People, everyone in the gen pop will turn against Israel sooner rather than later, and because of that the People will start to demand that action is taken to terminate the zionist subversion affecting America and that Israel gets punished for their deeds against America and the American people. If the government, for any reason, is not able to comply with those righteous demands, the People will realize that the government is impotent in the face of the zionist occupation and is incapable of representing them, and they will take up arms against the government to replace it with one that represents them and is thus capable of terminating zionist subversion in the territory and punish Israel (just like the Founding Fathers did with the 13 Colonies government which ruled them without representing them to the benefit of a foreign state).

On August 7th, amid broad efforts to get Facebook to clamp down on extremist activity and hate speech, more than 120 organizations sent a letter to the social media giant, urging it to โ€œfully adoptโ€ the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA) working definition of antisemitism as the โ€œcornerstone of Facebookโ€™s hate speech policy regarding antisemitism.โ€

 

This definition, which was adopted by the IHRA in 2016 and has been promoted to governments worldwide, includes several examples of what it describes as โ€œcontemporaryโ€ antisemitismโ€”including โ€œdenying the Jewish people their right to self-determination, e.g., by claiming that the existence of a State of Israel is a racist endeavorโ€ and โ€œapplying double standardsโ€ to Israelโ€”that can be interpreted to define much criticism of Israel, Israeli policies, or Zionism as antisemitism.

This letter represents the latest front in the battle to use the IHRA definition to officially exclude criticism of Israel from the bounds of acceptable discourse. It was spearheaded by pro-Israel attack dog StopAntisemitism.org, which is funded by hardline pro-Israel philanthropists Adam and Gila Milstein. The group is perhaps best known for publicly labeling critics of Israel, including some Jews, as antisemites.

 

[Editorโ€™s note: Adam Milstein has dual citizenship with Israel and served in the Israeli military. In 2009 he was convicted for tax fraud. He has also funded propaganda against Congress member Ilhan Omar.]

 

So far, the list of signatories to the Facebook letter is a โ€œwhoโ€™s whoโ€ of right-wing groups dedicated to defending Israel from criticism [see list below], many of which are also funded by or associated with the Milsteins; in The Jerusalem Post, a former Israeli Knesset member who is associated with one of the signatories credited the Milsteinsโ€™ foundation with initiating the campaign.

 

Their effort enjoys the public backing of the Israeli government: Israelโ€™s new Minister of Strategic Affairs, Orit Farkash-Hacohen, told the Post, โ€œI welcome the initiative and call on more bodies and organizations to join the clear demand for change.โ€

 

Yet, as attorney Kenneth Sternโ€”an expert on antisemitism who was the lead drafter on the text that became the IHRA definitionโ€”has repeatedly expressed, this definition and its examples were never intended to be used as a formalized, enforceable definition of antisemitism, and turning them into one has raised serious free speech concerns.

 

The American Civil Liberties Union described early efforts to codify the IHRA into law as โ€œpart of a disturbing surge of government-led attempts to suppress the speech of people on only one side of the Israel-Palestine debate . . . on college campuses, in state contracts, and even in bills to change the federal law.โ€

 

If social media networks like Facebook adopt the Israel-related examples in the IHRA definition and allow these to guide their hate speech policies, it will likely lead to similar efforts to suppress free speech, this time in the online sphere.

 

So far, Facebook has responded to the letter by changing its policy regarding hate speech in ways it says take the IHRA definition into account, but it has resisted adopting the IHRA definition in its entirety. On August 11th, Facebook announced that it had updated its hate speech policy โ€œto more specifically account for certain kinds of implicit hate speech, such as . . . stereotypes about Jewish people controlling the world.โ€

 

In a response sent to to the letterโ€™s signatories, Monika Bickertโ€”Facebookโ€™s vice president of content policyโ€”noted that the company had used the IHRA definition โ€œin informing [its] own approach and definitions,โ€ that its new policy โ€œdraws on the spiritโ€”and the textโ€”of the IHRA,โ€ and that under Facebookโ€™s policy, โ€œJews and Israelis are treated as โ€˜protected characteristics.โ€™โ€

 

Sheryl Sandberg, Facebookโ€™s chief operations officer, also wrote to Adam Milstein personally, assuring him that the IHRA definition has been โ€œinvaluableโ€ to Facebook.

A Jewish pediatrician who was convicted of possessing and distributing some 190,000 child pornography videos and images can serve as a medical supervisor at the Health Ministryโ€™s student health services department, an Israeli court ruled last week:

 

"Avraham Barkai will be able to pay visits to schools but not treat children in his new position, which a panel of judges at the Nazareth Regional Labor Court determined that he should be allowed to fill, going against the recommendation of the Civil Service Commission.

 

Barkai was convicted in 2011 of being part of an international child pornography distribution ring and later sentenced to 18 months behind bars. However, the punishment was reduced on appeal to six months of community service, a nine-month suspended sentence and a NIS 20,000 ($5,690) fine.

 

For over a year up to his conviction, but after he had already been charged, Barkai continued to practice at a Haifa clinic of the Meuhedet HMO after a Health Ministry disciplinary committee ruled that he could continue to see children as long as a parent or nurse was in the room.

 

The disciplinary committee went on to rule that despite the charges, Barkai did not pose a danger to children as he had not been accused of physical acts against minors. As a result, it ruled that the pediatricianโ€™s license should only be stripped for two years, and by July 2013 Barkai got his license backโ€ฆ.

 

However, senior officials in the Health Ministry have come to Barkaiโ€™s defense. In 2014, the Health Ministryโ€™s senior vice president of Administration and Human Resources, Dov Passat, submitted a letter to the disciplinary committee asserting that there should be nothing preventing Barkai from applying for tenders for positions as a pediatrician. The letter was submitted by Barkai as an official position of the Health Ministry to the Petah Tivka Magistrateโ€™s Court, which ruled in 2018 that he be granted an exemption from the ban on employing convicted sex offenders as he does not pose a risk to the public, even if he works as a pediatrician.

 

In late 2018, a medical board voted unanimously to award Barkai a position as medical supervisor at the Health Ministryโ€™s student health services department in the northern district. The Civil Service Commission subsequently interfered and blocked the appointment, stating in a 2019 hearing that โ€œwhile the job at hand does not require clinical care for children, its core is oversight of student services and some of its assignments take place on school grounds and during the school dayโ€ฆ Taking into account the nature of the offenses of which Dr. Barkai was convicted, [granting him this position] can greatly damage the image of the Civil Service Commission and the publicโ€™s confidence in its institutions.โ€ "

 

Simply put, Jews โ€” especially Jews in Israel โ€” do not treat pedophilia as a serious crime the way White Christian societies do. The pedophile is always given the benefit of the doubt with reduced prison sentences and cursory slaps on the wrist.

As the article clearly states, just because you collect and distribute massive amounts of child pornography, itโ€™s doesnโ€™t necessarily follow that youโ€™re a โ€œpedophileโ€ or an actual threat to physically abuse real children.

Kennedy who was otherwise close to Israel was furious with its ostensible nuclear weapons program, fearing that the Soviet Union could use it as leverage to maintain its influence in the Middle East.

 

Eshkol, caught off guard by the tone of the telegram, took seven weeks to assent, and the twice-yearly inspections continued until 1969 when President Richard Nixon ended them.

 

Also revealed in the trove of documents the NSA posted is the origin of Israelโ€™s oft-repeated credo that it would not be the first to introduce nuclear weapons โ€” a deliberately ambiguous statement that left Israel room to develop the weapons, but not arm them.

 

Shimon Peres, then the deputy defense minister who later would lead the country as prime minister for two stints and then become president, improvised the statement when he was surprised by Kennedy during a meeting Peres had scheduled with Kennedyโ€™s adviser, Myer Feldman, who also functioned as the administrationโ€™s liaison to Israel and the U.S. Jewish community. Unbeknownst to Peres, Kennedy and Feldman had planned the โ€œsurpriseโ€ encounter.

 

According to a Hebrew-language Foreign Ministry of Israel account of the April 2 meeting, Kennedy asked Peres into the Oval Office for 30 minutes and questioned him on Israelโ€™s nuclear capacity.

 

โ€œYou know that we follow very closely the discovery of any nuclear development in the region,โ€ Kennedy said. โ€œThis could create a very dangerous situation. For this reason, we monitor your nuclear effort. What could you tell me about this?โ€

 

Peres improvised, โ€œI can tell you most clearly that we will not introduce nuclear weapons to the region, and certainly we will not be the first.โ€

As attorney general of California, current vice presidential candidate Kamala Harris, who received tens of thousands of dollars in campaign donations from Planned Parenthood, prosecuted Daleiden for exposing Planned Parenthoodโ€™s crimes. Now, newly unsealed videos of deposition testimonies show these same Planned Parenthood employees confirming under oath what they previously admitted to Daleiden about abortion and fetal tissue harvesting. In the latest video, Planned Parenthood officials testify about their use of paperwork loopholes to feign compliance with federal partial-birth abortion law, as well as how they alter their abortion techniques to obtain intact organs.

 

It is against federal law to perform partial-birth abortions and considered a felony to perform an abortion in which a living fetus is extracted intact from the womb only to be killed in the process of delivery. Tram Nguyen, a vice president for Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast in Houston, Texas, explained how abortionists can skirt partial-birth abortion laws when delivering an intact fetus by signing a statement saying that was not their โ€œintent.โ€ โ€œThe PPFA Medical Standards and Guidelines tell the abortion provider to just mark in the patient medical record that the doctor intended to use dismemberment on the fetus,โ€ Daleiden said in the video. โ€œPlanned Parenthood abortion providers describe this intent statement as just a routine checkbox.โ€ Under oath, Nguyen answers โ€œyes,โ€ that she understood an abortion provider could provide an intact fetus so long as the form was signed. She later denied these types of abortion procedures were used by Planned Parenthood when questioned in a congressional investigation launched into abortion practices.

 

In the newly unsealed video of her sworn testimony, however, Nucatola confirms that during abortions she would alter where she crushes a fetus with her forceps to keep certain organs intact: โ€œIf I was aware that it was a donation case, yes.โ€ When asked about her 2015 description of flipping fetuses into the breech position, and how โ€œweโ€™ve pretty successful with that,โ€ Nucatola admitted, โ€œI was referring to PPLA,โ€ and โ€œYes, including me, I worked at PPLA.โ€ A third sworn testimony from the former medical direct of PPLA, Dr. Mary Gatter, admits there was discussion among Planned Parenthood abortionists whether patient consent forms permitted them to change their โ€œtechniqueโ€ in order to harvest higher-quality human tissue from aborted fetuses. โ€œBy the time I met Mr. Daleiden and his associates, I had evolved in my thinking to think that changing the technique to get better tissue was allowed,โ€ Gatter said. Matthew Gutwein said Monday that heโ€™ll resign Sept. 30 as president and CEO of the Health & Hospital Corp. of Marion County. The agency owns 78 Indiana nursing homes. The Indianapolis Star reported that the agency had diverted more than $1 billion in Medicaid funds away from its nursing homes for other projects. State and federal officials allowed the practice even though the facilities were poorly staffed.

Gutweinโ€™s resignation follows a series of investigative stories from our partners at IndyStar. Gutwein faced public scrutiny starting in March when the IndyStar reported HHC diverted more than $1 billion in Medicaid funds away from nursing homes and used the money on other projects instead, including building Eskenazi Hospital in Indianapolis.

 

According to IndyStarโ€™s report, state and federal officials allowed this practice as residents in long-term care centers suffered in poorly staffed facilities.

 

โ€œHe was probably under pressure from the board to step down,โ€ said Tony Cook, one of the IndyStar reporters who worked on the investigations.

 

The agency also owns 78 long-term care facilities across the state which are operated by American Senior Communities. About 11% of Indianaโ€™s long-term care residents stay at HHC centers, yet more than 20% of COVID-19 deaths in such facilities are attributed to HHC centers.

 

In May, the agencyโ€™s Board of Trustees approved a motion to conduct an independent analysis of their facilitiesโ€™ response during the pandemic. The board is made up of seven members who are appointed by the mayor of Indianapolis, City-County Council and the board of the commissioners.

 

โ€œThat has really raised questions from the board, and I think that coupled with our reporting has really increased the level of scrutiny these homes,โ€ Cooks said.

 

On their website, HHC says their investment in their facilities is more than double the average investment in similar facilities across Indiana, and their quality scores exceed state and national averages.

 

Earlier this month, IndyStar exposed a secret report that detailed unknown accusations of fraud at the nursing home chain.

 

According to IndyStar, the report claimed 25 people defrauded HHCโ€™s nursing home system of at least $35 million.

The National Rifle Association compiled a list of its enemies and it reads like a Jewish whoโ€™s who list. The list, prepared by the NRAโ€™s Institute for Legislative Action includes 506 individuals, organizations, media outlets and corporations that โ€œhave lent monetary, grassroots or some other type of direct support to anti-gun organizations.โ€

The groups listed by the NRA as enemies of the gun-rights cause could easily populate a Conference of Presidents meeting room. They include major Jewish national organizations, including the Anti Defamation League, American Jewish Committee, Bโ€™nai Bโ€™rith, and the Jewish Labor Committee; two major Jewish women organizations: Hadassah and National Council of Jewish Women; and the Central Conference of American Rabbis, which is the Reform movementโ€™s rabbinical arm.

Reform Jews, the list suggests, are among the NRAโ€™s worst adversaries. The list includes not only their national rabbinical group but also names specifically the Union for Reform Judaismโ€™s former president Eric Yoffie and David Saperstein, director of the groupโ€™s Religious Action Center, as individuals fighting for gun control laws.

As it's now obvious that Durham isn't going to really do anything (eg. Clinesmith < 5 months with no supporting 5K1 document), does that mean military is the only way now?
