FL online voter registration crashed shortly before the deadline on 10/5. Gov. DeSantis extended the deadline for 1 more day to accommodate. Dems wanted more time added. They managed to get 50,000 added during the extension.

 

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — The verdict is in: Florida voters will not get another chance to register to vote for this year's presidential election after the state's voter registration website was plagued with technical errors on the last day of sign-ups.

Chief U.S. District Court Judge Mark Walker's decision was filed early Friday morning. The 29 page order noted that in the end, "this case is not about Floridians missing registration deadlines. This case is also not a challenge to a state statute. This case is about how a state failed its citizens."

Walker said potential voters attempted to perform their civic duty and were thwarted, once again, by a state that seemingly is never prepared for an election.

Trump needed to force some kind of dispute between the military intelligence and the CIA. There's a reason he put Haspel there. So she would refuse to give them the documents. The mother of Alvin Cole, a 17-year-old who was shot and killed earlier this year by a Wauwatosa police officer, was arrested and injured Thursday night during a protest over the fact no criminal charges would be filed in the case.

 

The arrest of Tracy Cole, 48, and two daughters was caught on a Facebook livestream by a third daughter.

 

The recording starts at 8:28 p.m. with Cole being confronted by police and told to get out of her car. She's taken from the car, and a phone remains inside the car continuing to record audio of the arrest.

 

Cole, 48, complains that she can't breathe numerous times early in the 18-minute clip.

 

"I’m Alvin Cole’s mother," Cole screamed repeatedly as officers pulled her out of her car and handcuffed her.

About a minute later, she is heard saying: "He hit me in my head and pulled my hair. One of these cops over here. My head is bleeding."

 

The officer who was previously heard giving Cole orders responds: “Well, that’s too bad.”

 

Cole tells a paramedic that she needs medical attention and says: "That cop, he hit me in my head."

 

At the 5:21 mark she says: “I can feel the blood going down my head.”

 

An officer then tells Cole he's going to "switch these (hand)cuffs" and Cole screams in agony.

 

“Oh my arm … I think my arm is broken," she says, adding: “That cop throwed me down, slammed me and pushed me and pulled my hair. Oh my arm hurts …”

They were going to duplicate the Maidan massacre playbook in Washington DC about the time the White House was fenced and POTUS walked through Lafayette Square.

 

'They' shoot both protestors and police/military and place the blame on 'Dictator Trump' and condemn him for deploying the Armed Forces against 'peaceful protestors'.

 

White hats avoided this by disarming our side as well as deploying USSS counter-sniper teams.

 

For them, though, it was 'impossible to unwind' and stop the script. It seems like they had previously scheduled appearances with prepared talking points all over TV. The message about 'a dictator deploying our own armed forces against US citizens on US soil' fell flat because that plot was foiled.

 

They can't stop their own plans. I don't know why. They have read the script aloud for us even though the action did not match the dialogue.

 

I think the plan counted on POTUS being ill or us being convinced by the media that he was gravely ill. They move forward with the plan even though those conditions weren't met.

I took care of a doctor who worked at Guantanamo Bay.. He was a bad alcoholic and we detoxed him many times but he would always go right back to drinking. I couldn't really blame him for self medicating. How can a person wrap their mind around making some better just so they could be tortured again? He drank himself to death in a cheap hotel. A model who disappeared from New York after appearing on the covers of Elle, Grazia and Glamour and taking part in a Dolce & Gabbana campaign, has been found in a a slum in Brazil.

Eloisa Pinto Fontes was found in a confused state, wandering through the slum "completely disorientated" by a local neighbourhood watch team.

They had been given a tip-off that the 26-year-old had been ambling around for two days and didn't appear to know what was going on.

According to local media, Ms Fontes was found in the Morro do Cantagalo favela in Rio de Janeiro on Tuesday.

She was carrying a rucksack containing documents of her contracts with international modelling agencies and references from international photographers.

The model had disappeared from New York City a year ago, where she was living and working for well-known fashion brands.

She had also vanished from New York City earlier in 2019 and was found five days later, visibly disorientated, in a street in the city of White Plains, roughly 30 minutes by car from central Manhattan.

Her career, which had also taken her to Europe, dried up shortly after this incident.

AN INCREDIBLY rare Roman coin commemorating the assassination of Julius Caesar could be worth millions of dollars.

The golden coin has resurfaced after being hidden away in a private collection – and is just one of three in the world.

 

This particular coin is in mint condition, and was held in a private European collection.

It's due to be auctioned by Roma Numismatics on October 29, and could fetch millions.

"The conservative pre-auction estimate is £500,000," said Salzburg.

We can get all spun up or we can come to understand Pelosi may attempt to try this but at the end of the day, It's just not gunna happen. Here is the plain speak abou the issue:

 

So if this were to play out over the next few days, the vice president (Mike Pence) and a majority of the cabinet (these folks) would have to tell the Speaker (Nancy Pelosi) and the president pro tempore of the Senate (Chuck Grassley) that they think the president (Donald Trump) should be removed. As soon as the message is delivered, Pence is president—but that’s not all.

 

At this point, the president can get their powers back just by saying that they are now able to carry out the duties of the office. This is pretty straightforward if power was temporarily transferred because the president was sick or having surgery. But what if the president says they’re fine, and they’re not? The rest of section 4 of the amendment sets out a timeline:

 

>Within four days of the president saying they want their powers back, the vice president and the majority of the cabinet can declare that they still believe the president is unfit.

 

>Congress must convene within 48 hours, if it is not already in session.

 

>Congress then has 21 days to decide who to believe.

 

the KEY:

 

To remove the president from office, both houses must vote, by a two-thirds majority, that the president is unable to discharge the duties of the office. If they can’t reach a decision within 21 days, the power goes back to the president.

 

If the president is removed, the vice president takes over as president, and can appoint a new vice president.

 

here is a Caveat:

 

Another unexplored part of the amendment says that Congress can create another “body,” which could possibly be a panel of doctors, to join the vice president in disputing the president’s ability to serve. This doesn’t replace Congress’s final verdict, but rather the veep’s and cabinet’s letter. That means this body can be used to get the ball rolling and force Congress to convene and vote. Bills to create this body have been proposed (by Democrats) but not enacted.

 

Section 4 addresses the case of an incapacitated president who is unable or unwilling to execute the voluntary declaration contemplated in Section 3; it is the amendment's only section that has never been invoked. It allows the vice president, together with a "majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide", to declare the president "unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office" in a written declaration. The transfer of authority to the vice president is immediate, and (as with Section 3) the vice president becomes acting president – not president – while the president remains in office, albeit divested of all authority.[6]

 

The "principal officers of the executive departments" are the fifteen Cabinet members enumerated in the United States Code at 5 U.S.C 101:[7][8][9]

THEORY

 

The Deep State plan was to infect Trump with the virus AFTER the election, and then remove him using the 25th Amendment– citing his incapacitation while "fighting for his life."

As it turns out, PCCW is partially owned by China Unicom, a company maintained by the Chinese government. In 2017, a host of powerhouse Chinese companies invested a total of $11.7 billion in China Unicom, including Alibaba and Tencent.
