In fact, Iranโ€™s Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, said that Iran will not change its anti-American policy.

To enforce the deal, world powers must first know if Iran violated the deal but that is an unclear process that can be delayed for weeks while Iran would be able to hide and obfuscate banned activities.

Iran doesnโ€™t have to come clean on its past nuclear activity, leaving world powers little ability to verify future illegal advances.

Iranโ€™s foreign minister interprets the deal very differently than the Obama Administration does.

For example, he believes that the scale of foreign investments would effectively prevent the world from re-imposing sanctions on Iran, making the โ€œsnapbackโ€ provision of the deal effectively meaningless.

He also said that Iran could deny inspectors access to nuclear and military sites under the deal.

He also said that Iran would not be violating the deal if it broke the UN resolution prohibiting the purchase of conventional arms and missiles because the arms embargo is implicitly out of the scope of the nuclear agreement.

Even if Iran adheres to the arms embargo, the embargo is lifted in 5 years, giving Iran access not only to conventional arms to further fuel terrorism and their drive for regional dominancy.

In 8 years, the missile ban will be removed, allowing Iran to acquire missiles that could carry nuclear payloads.

The Obama Administration pushed for the UN to vote on the deal in an attempt to jam Americans and their elected representatives before theyโ€™ve even had a chance to review the deal.

Iran will be allowed to conduct advanced research and development that will pave the way for centrifuges that are modern and efficient. They will be able to enrich huge amounts of Uranium that will shorten their breakout time for a bomb.

The deal also provides sanctions relief to Iranian military leader Qasem Soleimani, leader of the elite Quds force of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard, who is a designated terrorist who is responsible for the deaths of at least 500 U.S. troops in Iraq and Afghanistan.

On top of that, the deal lifts sanctions on two Iranian atomic scientists who worked on Iranโ€™s illegal nuclear program and a nuclear proliferator who has previously helped smuggle nuclear components.

The murderous Syrian President Bashar al-Assad called this deal a โ€œgreat victoryโ€ and congratulated Iran on their achievement.

Mueller requests Flynn's sentencing be delayed at least two more months

 

Special Counsel Robert Mueller on Tuesday requested that sentencing for former Trump national security adviser Michael Flynn be delayed by at least two months.

 

Muellerโ€™s team and attorneys for Flynn submitted that Flynn is not ready for sentencing โ€œdue to the status of the special counselโ€™s investigation,โ€ according to a court filing in U.S. District Court in Washington, D.C.

 

Flynn pleaded guilty in December to lying to the FBI as part of Muellerโ€™s probe into Russian meddling in the 2016 election. As part of the plea deal, Flynn agreed to cooperate with Muellerโ€™s ongoing investigation.

 

The parties are required to provide an update on Flynnโ€™s status by June 29, according to the court filing.

 

The New York Times reported on Monday that it had obtained a list of questions the special counsel planned to ask President Trump in a potential interview.

 

A handful of the nearly 50 questions focused on Flynnโ€™s firing. The special counsel reportedly sought to ask how Trump decided to fire Flynn and if the president reached out about a possible pardon at any point.

 

Trump's explanation for why he fired Flynn has appeared to change at times, stoking speculation that the president may have obstructed justice.

 

He initially said he fired Flynn for lying to Vice President Pence about contacts with Russian officials, but later tweeted that he'd fired the security adviser for also lying to the FBI. The Washington Post reported that Trump's attorney at the time, John Dowd, authored the latter tweet.

Voter Fraud on the horizon

 

the scandal is voter fraud.

 

Supposedly Tester won in 2006 because he engaged in voter fraud on the Crow Indian Reservation.

 

One radio show is claiming that Democrats paid Native Americans $40 for each of their votes during the 2006 election.

 

This is voter fraud.

 

In 2007 Chris Kortlander filed a federal lawsuit in regard to this issue. Kortlander owns a Custer museum in Big Horn County.

 

Hereโ€™s the 14-page legal complaint.

 

In March 2018, he actually put out a book detailing the issue:

 

โ€œKortlander also unearthed damning information concerning the election of Montana Senator Jon Tester. In Arrow to the Heart, Kortlander details voter fraud that took place when Tester was first elected to the United States Senate in 2006, which changed the Senate majority from Republican to Democrat.โ€

 

Here are some highlights from that 14-page complaint:

 

"On Election Day, November 7, 2006, Plaintiff's witnessed and/or became aware of election fraud and/or voting rights abuses at polling precincts 5 and 7, located within the exterior boundaries of the Crow Indian Reservationโ€ฆ"

 

"Specifically, ballot boxesโ€ฆwere unsecured on Election Day, both during and after polling hours."

 

"โ€ฆa non-tribal poll watcher was ordered by enrolled Crow tribal members serving as Big Horn County election judges to leave the precinct before the processing of the ballots was completed."

 

 

Steve Bullock was AG at the time, and he defended Big Horn County against these voter fraud charges.

 

Thatโ€™s a fun link โ€“ it pulls Mike McGrath, Denise Juneau, and even Brian Schweitzer into the mix.

 

Kortlander claims that eight poll watchers came to him and told about voting improprieties on the reservation.

 

He says that he photocopied the $40 checks that the Indians were given.

 

The Billings Gazette reported on this in May 2007, though without naming Tester.

 

On page 8 of the lawsuit we even have one woman testifying that she voted twice.

 

Kortlander contends that non-Indian poll watchers were kicked out of the precinct when counting ballots in the back room.

 

He says that Indian police were driving the ballot boxes around for a couple of hours around 2 AM.

 

He has signed, notarized affidavits from people that were there saying there was fraud.

 

But at the same timeโ€ฆthis 2007 lawsuit never went anywhere. Nothing was ever proven in a court of law. No scandal ensued.

 

You might remember that Tester won the 2006 race by getting 3,562 more votes than Republican Conrad Burns. Stan Jones, the Libertarian, got 10,377 votes.

 

So Tester won with 49.1% to Burns' 48.2% and Jones' 2.5%.

 

Wikipedia says "Due to errors with the polling machines the Montana count was delayed well into Wednesday November 8. The race was too close to call throughout the night and many pundits predicted the need for a recount."
