He claims that their actions were not only illegal but constituted an attempted coup of a sitting US president using false dossier information that they knew was really opposition research (lies) paid for by Hillary Clinton and the DNC.

He is seeking charges against former FBI Director James Comey, former Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe, former Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein.

The House Intelligence Committee released the memo on Friday after voting to declassify it. President Trump approved the release, which he had the power to block.

The memo was compiled by House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes, R-Calif., and other Republican lawmakers, and explains how FBI and DOJ officials depended on information from a dossier compiled by former British intelligence officer Christopher Steele to obtain and renew a warrant to surveil former Trump campaign adviser Carter Page.

Gosar said in a statement to the Washington Examiner that the former director and deputy FBI director, and two former deputy attorneys general “have made a mockery of the FBI.”

Trump rolls the dice with big foreign policy week

President Trump drew rare praise this week from across the ideological spectrum for a trio of foreign policy moves: his return of three American hostages from North Korea, withdrawal from the controversial nuclear deal with Iran, and decision to hold talks with Kim Jong Un in Singapore next month.

Just as Trump prepares for high-pressure nuclear talks with Kim, his administration has been dealing with the potential return of Iran’s weapons program. The regime’s Foreign Minister Javad Zarif announced Friday that he plans to meet with several countries in the coming weeks to try to salvage Iran’s 2015 nuclear agreement, which Trump pulled the U.S. out of in a major speech on Tuesday. Zarif also said Tehran was preparing to restart its nuclear enrichment in the event the deal falls through.

Trump’s decision to withdraw from the agreement drew praise from Republicans and, in some cases, criticism from Democrats who once opposed the deal, known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action.

“With this decision, President Trump is risking U.S. national security, recklessly upending foundational partnerships with key U.S. allies in Europe and gambling with Israel’s security,” said Sen. Bob Menendez, D-N.J., previously one of the strongest critics of the agreement.

Trump on Tuesday said his administration had spent months engaging “extensively with our allies and partners around the world” to negotiate better terms for the agreement, but ultimately decided the deal was “defective at its core.” However, Trump said his administration will continue working with our allies “to find a real, comprehensive, and lasting solution to the Iranian nuclear threat.”

Not everything has gone smoothly since Trump announced his long-awaited decision on Iran. Less than 48 hours after Trump revealed his decision, Israel military officials struck dozens of Iranian targets in Syria in response to Tehran allegedly firing rockets into Israel’s Golan Heights.

Trump will spend the remainder of May doing his homework as he readies himself for the unprecedented summit with Kim, according to a senior White House official, who declined to say whether the administration expects North Korea to make any additional concessions before the meeting in Singapore. The texts dated June 30, 2016, three days after the tarmac meeting, state:

The “he” referenced in the second text, based on the context of already released text messages, is likely Bill Priestap, assistant director of the FBI’s Counterintelligence Division. The “7th floor” is a clear reference to the upper echelon of FBI management – then-Director Comey and his top advisors and lieutenants. The texts paint an even clearer picture of just how high up the FBI chain the Clinton-Lynch tarmac meeting was. They knew it was bad and were in full crisis management mode. Yet, it also shows how the mainstream media buried the story waiting several days to really cover it at all. According to a new study of Facebook’s recent algorithm changes, which were designed to focus users’ News Feeds on posts from friends and family, the algorithm changes have actually made users more unhappy.

A new study released by research firm Ypulse has claimed that Facebook’s attempt to “bring people together” by focusing users News Feeds on posts from friends and family, users have actually become more miserable on the platform. Ypulse surveyed 2,100 13-to-35-year-olds in the U.S. about how they felt when using the digital media services such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Reddit, Instagram, Spotify, and Snapchat.

According to the survey, fewer than one in three users felt better after using Facebook, but most users felt better after using apps such as Spotify and Netflix. 44 percent of individuals felt better after using Instagram, 36 percent felt better after visiting Twitter, but only 29 percent of Facebook users felt more positive after using the platform. Only 23 percent stated that their time on Facebook was “well-spent.”

Jillian Kramer, the vice president of research at Ypulse, stated: “Entertainment platforms are giving [users] something to be happier, instantly lifting the mood and changing the conversation, whereas ones that are focused on self-identity and personal branding are not winning in that arena.” These results may be disappointing to Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg who announced earlier this year that the company would be altering the News Feed algorithm to show more results from users friends and family.

“I’m changing the goal I give our product teams from focusing on helping you find relevant content to helping you have more meaningful social interactions,” said Zuckerberg at the time. Many have now stated that the CEO’s claims that the company is looking out for its users’ well-being are ridiculous — London-based content marketing and social media specialist Lilach Bullock is one of those people.

“It’s laughable that they’re pretending this is about their users’ ‘well-being’. It’s not — it’s about them making more money from ads,” stated Bullock. “It feels like every year, businesses, publishers, and other Pages need to open up their wallet if they want anyone to see their updates. Now, users need to be ‘protected’ from seeing content that Facebook deems unworthy of them.”

Black Sports Online Calls ESPN’s Sage Steele a ‘MAGA Operative’

Liberals are already attacking ESPN’s new SportsCenter host Sage Steele before she’s even hosted her first show, and they’re doing it by calling her a MAGA stooge.

Robert Littal, a left-winger who runs Black Sports Online, jumped to his column to slam ESPN for its decision the second he found out Steele had been assigned as host of a revamped SportsCenter.

Because it appointed Steele to SportsCenter, Littal accused ESPN — the most left-wing sports outlet on TV — of cowering in the face of conservative complaints. Littal said that the network removed outspoken liberal activist Jemele Hill from SportsCenter because “they couldn’t deal with the pushback from MAGA.” He then added, “So, it makes sense they would find a black person who is fully MAGA to replace them.”

Trump’s America First Agenda Wins Trade Dispute with United Arab Emirates

President Donald Trump’s State Department will reportedly announce a new trade agreement with United Arab Emirates (UAE) on Monday, scoring a victory in a trade dispute over UAE’s subsidizing its two state-owned airlines to the detriment of U.S. airlines and workers.

The new trade agreement will include an explicit admission by UAE that subsidizing airlines harms foreign competitors, reversing three years of denying those accusations. The UAE also agrees to:

Freeze any new “fifth freedom” flight routes, under which UAE companies could fly routes directly between the United States and other foreign countries, harming the ability of United, American Airlines, and Delta to compete in those same routes.
