Paxton announces lawsuit against Facebook for ‘stealing biometric data’ of users

MARSHALL, Texas (KETK) – Attorney General Ken Paxton announced Monday morning that he has filed a lawsuit against Facebook alleging the social media giant was stealing “biometric data” of users without their knowledge or consent.

 

Paxton alleged in a brief press conference and statement that Facebook “has been storing millions of biometric identifiers (defined by statute as “a retina or iris scan, fingerprint, voiceprint, or record of hand or face geometry”) contained in photos and videos uploaded by friends and family who used the social media app.”

Interesting. My take is there is an infinite number of possibilities where only one objective experience of each existence is manifest (think ultimate understanding of Truth of the nature of that particular "multiverse"). The issue with that overarching objective experience is that it is far too complex to conceive from the perspective of each conscious person living in that existences, so consciousness develops a subjective interpretation that is adaptive based on the ability of the individual to understand more patterns that bring them closer to the objective experience for that particular existence. Hence the double-slit meme. That is, of course, as long as those double-slit experiments aren't utter bullshit. Otherwise, having states of matter (light) transform between particle and wave sorta blows that theory out of the water, unless, light is given exception to Boscovich's theory.

A senior RAF officer suspended after neighbours told police they had seen him moon them naked in his garden told investigators he only bent over to 'pick up a tennis ball for his dogs'.

 

Air Marshal Andrew Turner, 54, sent a letter to the family last week apologising for an incident he said caused 'absolutely unintentional upset'.

 

Neighbour Simon Herbert, also 54, had alerted police after spotting Air Marshall Turner nude in the paddock of his £1.5million thatched cottage.

 

When the RAF man allegedly 'bared his backside' at him he went to confront him at the home in Cane End, Oxfordshire, and then complained to Thames Valley Police, triggering an investigation.

 

Officers who attended the report of the 'public order incident' consulted with the CPS and Air Marshall Turner was handed a community resolution order last week.

 

Mr Herbert said: 'I feel like he's gotten away with it because of who he is. If it was the other way round, I'd have been arrested and charged with indecent behaviour straight away.

 

'But I think it's been swept under the carpet because of his very senior role within the RAF.

 

'He wrote us a letter as a result of the community resolution but it was a very mealy-mouthed apology.

 

'In the letter he just apologised for causing 'any inadvertent and absolutely unintentional upset'.

 

'He even apparently told police that he didn't bare his bottom at me but was in fact bending over to pick up a tennis ball for his dog. And the reason why he'd taken off his clothes was because he was hot.'

 

Mr Herbert's partner Leslie Stevens, 52, and her 18-year-old daughter were left 'really upset' by the incident, which happened in August last year.

A spokesman for Thames Valley Police said: 'Thames Valley Police officers were called following reports of a public order incident which occurred at a property in Cane End, Oxfordshire on August 10 last year.

 

'Officers investigated thoroughly. Given the nature of the incident, following an investigation in which the suspect and the aggrieved were spoken to at length, and following discussions with the Crown Prosecution Service, it was decided that the most appropriate course of action would be to issue a community resolution order. This was issued to a 54-year-old man on February 9.'

 

Mr Turner is thought to have been suspended two weeks ago after he informed his boss of the probe. Station commanders were told he 'stepped back from duty due to a personal matter'.

 

The family say they now feel uncomfortable using a hot tub they bought only a few weeks before the incident, and claim there have since been further disagreements with Mr Turner and his wife Catherine, a teacher.

 

They plan to appeal against a 'community resolution' which saw the officer apologise 'for any inadvertent and absolutely unintentional upset that may have resulted from activity on our property'. He was not arrested nor charged with any offence. Nor does the apology letter specify what took place.

 

Correspondence seen by the Daily Mail showed Thames Valley Police's Detective Sergeant Ed Horley telling Mr Herbert, who runs an animal sanctuary on his property, that 'Mr Turner has accepted the community resolution and the conditions we discussed. Therefore, please expect a written letter of apology to be forthcomin

 

But the family say the letter, addressed to Mr Herbert, Mrs Stevens and her eldest daughter dated 10 February 2022, was only signed by a squiggly monogram, rather than Air Marshal Turner's name, and did not admit how upsetting his behaviour had been, leading them to believe he was trying 'duck responsibility'.

 

As the RAF's 'Deputy Commander Capability', Mr Turner is essentially a deputy head of the RAF. A former special forces commander, he is in charge of making sure the service 'can deliver air and space power for the nation and project power and influence around the world'.

 

He is one of just two Air Marshals standing in rank just below Air Chief Marshal Sir Mike Wigston.

 

In a witness statement, Mr Herbert recounted how he was working on a fence when his partner rang him and told him to look over into his neighbour's paddock. He claimed: 'I was about 30 metres from Andrew at this point and only had him in my view for a second or so long, enough to realise it was Andrew and he was naked.'

 

He said he was shocked and left 'wondering if there were any children in the area who may come across Andrew naked'.

 

He continued: 'Andrew was still in the same corner of his paddock and as I approached, I could see his face as he turned towards me and had a look of shock or surprise. I could see that Andrew was fully naked not even wearing shoes.'

Clinton-Appointed Judge Throws Out Palin Defamation Case Against New York Times – While Jury Still Deliberating

 

A federal judge on Monday tossed out Sarah Palin’s libel case against the New York Times – while the jury is still deliberating.

 

The lawsuit centered around a New York Times op-ed that falsely implicated Palin’s political action committee (PAC) for “political incitement” in the shooting of former Rep. Gabby Giffords.

 

In June 2017, the same day that a leftist shot Rep. Steve Scalise during a congressional baseball practice, the Times ran an op-ed headlined “America’s Lethal Politics.” The piece falsely claimed that Palin’s PAC had shared a map with 20 Democratic lawmakers, including Giffords, in “stylized crosshairs” prior to her shooting. They claimed that “the link to political incitement was clear.”

 

Palin says that former editorial page editor James Bennet defamed her by publishing the claim.

 

U.S. District Court Judge Jed Rakoff, a Clinton appointee tossed out the case and said Palin’s lawyers did not present sufficient evidence against the New York Times.

A judge has ruled that a libel lawsuit former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin filed against the New York Times over a 2017 editorial should be thrown out because her lawyers failed to produce evidence that the newspaper knew what it wrote about her was false or acted recklessly towards indications it was false.

 

The ruling from U.S. District Court Judge Jed Rakoff came as a Manhattan jury was deliberating on Palin’s suit, which claimed the Times defamed her by unfairly linking her to a 2011 shooting spree in Arizona that killed six people and gravely wounded then-Rep. Gabby Giffords.

 

Rakoff said he would continue to allow the jury to deliberate to a verdict and added that he considers an appeal in the case to be inevitable.

The sentiment is that things are fucked, obviously. The shot is giving people AIDS? WTF?!?

I got to thinking of some questions:

 

Could we be headed for a deflation, not inflation? Inflation is not caused by the number of dollars, it is enabled by increasing purchasing power. Purchasing power is the number of dollars multiplied by the leverage. I read that before the 2008 crash the dollar was leveraged 60x global GDP. That's a fuck ton of irresponsible borrowing. What is it now? What facilitates enough blind trust to be able to leverage to that extent, other than a giant house of cards?

 

I wonder how will people react, internally and globally? Will the US be hated worse than Chyna? Will we be blamed for tolerating the corruption for so long? Sure, Chyna spread the wuflu, but the US spread the AIDS JAB! And wuts worse, CHARGED people for it.

 

Will people protest worldwide demonstrating US hatred? What will they attack? What if it's the US dollar? Will they burn piles of US cash in the streets?

 

What effect would this have? The dollar shunned and loosing status as world reserve currency overnight? Other options quickly adopted? Which options will still function? Internally, because of the removal of dollars from the world system, will the US experience a deflation? Could the dollar appreciate for US citizens while simultaneously being avoided internationally?

 

What do US citizens do? Load up on dollars for internal commerce? Purchase gold even if it is deflating? Sell real estate into a crash? Purchase crypto? Will it go up or down?

 

What will the FED do? Scramble in death throws? Like the liquid Terminator right before he melted. Will it be like watching a junkie bargain for one more hit right before they OD?

 

What happened to the losers of WWII? Will the world expect reparations? How can that possibly be paid with a currency they reject?

The Australian National Audit Office (ANAO) has criticised the management of a federal grants program used to improve community safety, finding it favours government-held seats and that decisions are often made without clear and recorded justifications.

"Funding decisions were not appropriately informed by departmental briefings and for the majority of decisions, the basis for the decisions was not clearly recorded," the audit report said.

 

The audit confirmed current Defence Minister Peter Dutton approved two separate applications worth nearly $200,000 that did not meet the department's selection criteria, after visiting the applicants during an earlier by-election.

 

In February last year the ABC revealed Mr Dutton overruled his department's recommendations on grant funding when he was home affairs minister.

 

In April 2021, the ANAO launched its audit into the administration of the scheme.

 

During Senate estimates hearings on Monday, ANAO official Brian Boyle confirmed it was Mr Dutton who approved the funding during the 2018 Braddon by-election.

 

"The department went through an exercise after that happened of presenting options to the minister in terms of, 'Do you wish to separately carve out an arrangement for these two to receive funding without any competition or should they be invited to apply and compete with all other applicants through a competitive process'," Mr Boyle said.

 

"It was then through the assessment process that they didn't come up as being those assessed as the most meritorious, but they were selected for funding in any event."

Timing of the CIA collecting bulk data story, connections to the FBI

How does an agency attach itself to another?

 

Thus far, SPYGATE has mostly focused on the FBI, which would make sense, as they are the responsible for domestic investigations. One of the things that makes the CIA story stand out is that they were collecting bulk data domestically, when their task is to provide foreign money intelligence. The CIA has the ability to work with the FBI on their special "bulk collection" given a FISA warrant or a sign off by the DNI. It appears to be outlined under Executive Order 12333. Seems to me like that would be a very convenient way to assist the FBI in ousting POTUS. The CIA can similarly ask the NSA to perform tasks and share intelligence regarding collection outside of the CIA’s (supposed) lane of foreign intelligence.

During that poetic descent, balls bounce off rain gutters, car trunks, wooden-tile roofs, lamp posts… Hitting mailboxes, running down trash cans, shaking newspaper racks… there’s no telling where they’d end up: stuck in a garage, in a garden, on a roof, who knows… The only thing certain is gravity was going to pull them down, a majority will end down at the Marina, and that they will bang on a variety of objects along the way, solo or in pack, in a wonderful haphazard choreography.

 

Current anti-COVID vaccines can be like bouncing balls in your body. Obviously Nanoparticles1 (LNP/Viral vectors) and spike proteins are far less poetic, but what they lack in poetry, they compensate in potential chaos and surprises. The domino effects they trigger sometimes can be disquieting and dramatic.

A crazy number of LNPs. An even crazier number of spike proteins.

Those are numbers way beyond very severe SARS-COV-2 infections: typically at infection peak between 1 and 100 billion virions, are present in the body.

 

What the medical and public health community hasn’t realised is that all the healthy cells that will be “infected”3 by these nanoparticles will eventually be destroyed by the immune system. While many of these LNPs will transfect the same cell, or will simply get destroyed before ever transfecting, for a reason or another, these numbers remain truly gigantic. So what’s that fuss about “bouncing balls” and chaos then?

Neo-Marxists deplore what is called “consumerism,” or “consumerist society.” In our civilization there are indeed many alarming and deplorable phenomena associated with the growth of consumption. The point is, however, that what we know as the alternative to this civilization is incomparably worse. What happens if, accidentally, the vaccine is injected intravenously?

 

The worse case scenario is certainly a direct intravenous injection because a concentrated dose naturally leads downstream to a concentrated transfection in a large area that it was never supposed to reach. "Hunter's Law" - GOP Reps Introduce New Bill Barring US Gov't From Giving Out Free Crack Pipes

 

Following last week's revelation by the Washington Free Beacon that the Biden Administration had provided free crack pipes and "safe smoking kits" to drug addicts in San Francisco and elsewhere, it appears two Republican lawmakers have proposed a new bill dubbed "Hunter's Act", which aims to prevent the Biden administration from spending taxpayer dollars on crack pipes and other drug paraphernalia.

 

Penned by Reps. Lauren Boebert of Colorado and Dan Bishop of North Carolina and submitted on Feb. 10, the act’s name is an apparent reference to Joe Biden’s son Hunter, who admitted to struggling with crack addiction in his 2021 memoir "Beautiful Things."

 

According to the original report from WFB, the federal government had been planning to use some of a $30 million grant program to purchase crack pipes and other items for a 'safe smoking kit'. Since the news broke, the White House has denied that the program existed.

 

Speaking during a recent interview, Rep. Boebert said that she and Bishop were “standing up and saying, heck no” to the “ridiculous” funding allocation by the Biden Administration. She added that “our tax dollars should not be funding the death and destruction of crack addicts.” While “Republicans just want to give people in need a good job" their rivals from the Democratic party “want to give them crack pipes.”

 

White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki insisted that crack pipes "were never a part of the kit" and accused the WFB of "inaccurate reporting." She added that smoking kits may have included "alcohol swabs, lip balm, other materials to promote hygiene and reduce the transmission of diseases like HIV and hepatitis", but not crack pipes.

 

Despite all the official denials, the Biden administration has also caught some flak from nonprofit Drug Policy Alliance, which lamented the removal of "pipes from safe smoking equipment" as "deeply disappointing," calling it a "missed opportunity to be preventative of more deaths due to overdose."

The Mask Is Off: Illinois Has No Science Behind Its School Masking Mandate

 

Last week an Illinois reporter finally asked what scientific support the state has for mandating masks on school children. At the Wednesday press conference, Gov. JB Pritzker had Dr. Emily Landon, one of his top COVID policy advisors, give the answer.

 

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) has a whole web page on it, Landon answered, and she vaguely referenced some Minnesota study (which we cannot find and Landon did not identify). The video is here…

 

That’s it. That’s all we have ever gotten from the Pritzker Administration on its science behind masks on kids, so that is what we will look at in this column.

 

There was no follow up question and, as always, no reporter confronted Pritzker or his advisors with the vast evidence and expert opinion now published showing that masks on school kids have little if any value, which in any event is outweighed by harm being done to our children.

 

Since Illinois has blindly followed all CDC guidance on COVID, we will also look beyond the web page Landon referred to and consider other claims the CDC and Landon have made on the subject.

 

The CDC page Landon apparently was referring to is linked here. It’s what the Illinois Department of Public Health sent me when I asked for it and any other science they cared to offer. They also referred me to Landon directly, whom I emailed for the same, though she never responded.

 

Look through that CDC page yourself if you want. Go to the “Mask use” section. That’s the only portion relevant to whether masking school kids is worth it. Among the problems that should be immediately apparent:

 

The studies cited on the CDC page lump masking in with a variety of other mitigation measures, rendering them useless as a measure of the efficacy of masks on children.

 

All the supposed science was written before the December arrival of the omicron variant, rendering it meaningless. Omicron defeats masks far more easily because it is far more contagious than earlier variants and accounts for almost all current COVID infections.

 

Most importantly, none of the material cited by the CDC attempts to weigh any supposed benefit of masks on school children against the vast harm done to them and their education.

 

Illinois has long followed CDC guidance reflexively and without scrutiny, yet it’s difficult to imagine how anybody following the subject affords any credibility to the CDC.

BARON: Trudeau's grounds for invoking Emergencies Act are extremely thin

The Trudeau government is invoking the Emergencies Act for the first time in Canadian history. The Act went undeclared throughout the pandemic; containing strict preconditions for its invocation. The grounds for invoking it now, in the face of disruptive but peaceful protests which provincial police powers are fully equipped to respond to, seem extremely thin.

 

In section 8(3), it declares that the crisis “exceed the capacity or authority of a province to deal with it” before the cabinet can declare a public welfare emergency and issue emergency orders that address it.

 

As well, the government must consult with the provinces and obtain the agreement of Cabinet prior to invoking the Act. (So far, the premiers of Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Quebec are reported to oppose invoking it). Within one week of the Act’s declaration, Parliament must approve it.

The Act defines an emergency as a situation that “seriously endangers the lives, health or safety of Canadians” or “seriously threatens the Government of Canada to preserve the sovereignty, security and territorial integrity of Canada”. The definition of “threats to the security of Canada” are defined as the following:

 

(a) espionage or sabotage that is against Canada or is detrimental to the interests of Canada or activities directed toward or in support of such espionage or sabotage,

 

(b) foreign-influenced activities within or relating to Canada that are detrimental to the interests of Canada and are clandestine or deceptive or involve a threat to any person,

 

(c) activities within or relating to Canada directed toward or in support of the threat or use of acts of serious violence against persons or property for the purpose of achieving a political, religious or ideological objective within Canada or a foreign state, and

(d) activities directed toward undermining by covert unlawful acts, or directed toward or intended ultimately to lead to the destruction or overthrow by violence of, the constitutionally established system of government in Canada.

 

Notably, “lawful advocacy, protest or dissent” are excluded. The Ottawa protests certainly pose a nuisance but have been largely peaceful and non-life-threatening. Disruptive and noisy protests are the lifeblood of vibrant democracies, absent violence or property damage, the demonstrations cannot constitute a national emergency.

The West and Kiev have recently been echoing allegations about Russia’s potential invasion of Ukraine. Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov castigated these claims as "empty and unfounded", serving as a ploy to escalate tensions, pointing out that Russia did not pose any threat whatsoever to anyone. However, Peskov did not rule out the possibility of provocations aimed at justifying such claims and warned that attempts to use military force to resolve the crisis in southeastern Ukraine would have serious consequences.

 

Berlin has been against supplying weapons to Kiev but Germany is under strong pressure from its European Union partners, primarily Poland and the Baltic countries, and the United States, which demands Berlin send clear signals to Moscow. Some Ukrainian politicians have accused Germany of "betraying its friends." Ukraine’s embassy in Berlin earlier referred a verbal note to the German foreign ministry with a list of weapons Kiev would like to receive. It is not ruled out that Scholz’s "mild" response was meant to reduce tension in relations with Kiev.

As the victory of the democratic opposition was being announced on June 4, 1989, it was like a dream come true for the 10 million Solidarity members who had started the long march to freedom a decade before. Unlike in other countries of Central and Eastern Europe, where anti-communist struggle was limited to narrow groups of dissidents, a mass grassroots movement had developed in Poland.

"It was a movement which came from below," said Solidarity sociologist Marek Garztecki. "Obviously, there were intellectuals who were helping to formulate programs, especially in later stages. But I believe that Solidarity was the first true embodiment of the concept of civil society."

The speed of change took everyone by surprise, including Ryszard Bugaj, one of the key opposition figures.

"In mid-1988, I was still convinced that I would forever remain a dissident," said Bugaj, now an advisor to the Polish President. "To me, it was amazing that the elections were allowed to take place. It was plain and simple: there was no turning back."

But as the country blazed the trail for others in the region, Solidarity had to tread carefully. The communists were still in power in the Kremlin, with 50,000 Soviet troops stationed in Poland.

At a historic round table meeting in Warsaw in the spring of 1989, Solidarity and the communists struck a power-sharing deal that paved the way for the elections. But to some Poles, the deal seemed controversial. In a recently released documentary, Solidarity leaders including Geremek can be heard pledging not to prosecute former communists, no matter what evidence of their past wrongdoings came up. This later came to be known as the policy of a "thick line" to make a clean break with the past. Those who negotiated the deal said this was to allow everyone a fresh start in a new Poland.

However, critics like nationalist Christian Democratic politician Wieslaw Chrzanowski maintain that it was a sell-out.

"To all intents and purposes Solidarity allowed the communists to keep much of their influence," Chrzanowski said. "To me, the deal was unhealthy. Either you have completely free elections or you don't. Solidarity agreed to take all the responsibility, while the former communist bosses were free to pursue their business interests."

Cultist media gradually, over decades, reduces the public vocabulary, promotes social division, emphasizing inequities, fanning the flames of old grievances, using false flag terrorism to foster or rekindle resentments, falsifying historical records to provide evidence for a shameful cult created US history that never happened. Destroying the story of a nation destroys that nation; the nation falls apart.

 

Mind war, non linear war, is a highly developed form of conflict, with tested doctrines and a protean tactical repertoire. We don't hear about IO, mind war and it's power and tactics because our entire information distribution infrastructure; the entertainment industry and social media/ tech companies are all controlled by a subversive confederacy of deep state criminals.
