All of life is moving more and more into the higher vibrational frequency as life and energy continues to flood into the planet from the cosmic source. And yes, indeed, the fifth-dimensional sun is expressing through now more and more.

 

Up until recently, we and our ships have been holding this energy back so that it would not come too quickly into the planet, would not interfere with your central nervous Systems, as they were not quite ready for this. But more and more now, this is being allowed to come through.

 

And as such, everything is coming down around the third-dimensional illusion. The house of cards is collapsing rapidly more and more now.

 

And those that have been in the shadows, those that have held the truth back from the population of this planet, are now being forced to bring this information forward now, even though they do not want to. They cannot hold it back. For they believe that they have to bring this information forward in order to stay in control. They have been tricked in this way.

 

For as this information comes forward throughout your internet and your many sources of media, the truth is coming forward. And as the truth comes forward, those that have attempted to hold it back are falling and failing rapidly.

 

Those of us in our ships that have been watching over this entire plan, helping it here and there wherever we could, wherever we were allowed to. More and more we are being allowed to give more and more assistance where it is needed, where it is called for, where it is asked to come forward.

 

We, of course cannot do it alone. You are our Boots on the Ground. You are the ones that are calling this energy forth, bringing it to you, bringing the truth forward in any way that you can.

They are no longer in control. Within the illusion, they appear to be in control. But they are not. Because the illusion of the third-dimensional matrix is just that, an illusion. The reality is coming forward more and more.

 

And those of the forces of light are many steps ahead of those of the forces of darkness. Many steps ahead, so that they can see what is coming, even before they put that plan into action. And as they [the dark forces] attempt to bring total chaos to the planet, the chaos that they then intended to bring order after, they are not able to do that any longer. Yes, they can provide the chaos. But they are not the ones to bring the order: you are. And the chaos is coming to an end. First there shall be more chaos, though. More seeming chaos, I will say. For those that have the eyes to see and the ears to hear, it is not chaos. It is simply the falling of the veil, the falling of the illusion more and more.

 

And you all are in place now, just as you intended to be many, many thousands and thousands of years ago when you volunteered to be here, you are in place now, exactly where you need to be.

Federal Court rubberstamps Blackstone takeover of Crown, James Packer to get $3.36b payday

 

The Federal Court has approved US private equity giant Blackstone's $8.9 billion takeover of troubled casino operator Crown Resorts.

Key points:

 

Today's Federal Court's decision was widely expected

It means Crown will go private after the takeover

The deal between Crown and Blackstone will be sealed next week

 

The acquisition is set to deliver billionaire James Packer a $3.36 billion payday in exchange for his 37 per cent stake in the company, which he has been involved with since 1999.

 

The court's decision was the final hurdle in the approvals process, following Blackstone getting the green light from state governments in Western Australia, New South Wales and Victoria.

 

The deal will mean Crown Resorts will become a private company and no longer be required to report to the ASX.

WACO, Texas (KWTX) - The 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has reinstated the lawsuits โ€“ at least temporarily โ€“ of about 90 bikers arrested in the 2015 Twin Peaks shootout whose civil rights cases were thrown out last year by U.S. District Judge Alan Albright.

 

 

A three-judge panel of the federal appeals court reversed Albrightโ€™s previous ruling that a grand juryโ€™s indictment of the 90 bikers โ€œserved to break the chain of causationโ€ for their false arrest claims and sent the cases back to Albright for further consideration in light of the courtโ€™s ruling.

 

 

The panelโ€™s complex, 17-page opinion puts the civil rights cases of about 90 bikers back in play and instructs Albright to determine if each defendant has alleged adequate claims that they were falsely arrested after the melee that left nine dead and 20 injured.

 

 

By dismissing the suits of the indicted bikers, Albright did so through โ€œa legal erroneous applicationโ€ of the independent intermediary doctrine, the panel ruled. The doctrine, as interpreted by the 5th Circuit, states that even if an officer makes a false arrest and violates the detaineeโ€™s Fourth Amendment rights, the officer will not be liable if the facts supporting the arrest are put before an impartial intermediary, such as a magistrate or a grand jury, and the intermediary finds probable cause.

 

 

โ€œBecause the district court concluded that the independent intermediary doctrine applied, it did not discuss the merits of the plaintiffsโ€™ false arrest claims,โ€ the opinion states. โ€œBut the nature of the plaintiffsโ€™ false arrest claims is relevant to our inquiry here because they argue, in essence, that the independent intermediary doctrine should not apply to the grand juryโ€™s indictment because the grand jury was misled in the very same way as the magistrate who issued the arrest warrants.โ€

A little more than a year into his papacy, Pope Francis seems to be speaking loudest about economic injustice, alternatively denouncing โ€œtrickle-downโ€ economics and calling over and over again for a โ€œpoor church for the poor.โ€ Francisโ€™ supporters and opponents alike often blame this particular attitude on one source: liberation theology.

 

Broadly speaking, liberation theology is a social and political movement within the church that attempts to interpret the gospel of Jesus Christ through the lived experiences of oppressed people. While that doesnโ€™t necessarily seem like it should be a cause of contention in the church, it has, in the 60 or so years that it has been practiced and thought, caused a tremendous amount of controversy.

 

Liberation theology has its origins in Latin America in the mid-1950s as socio-economic development pushed the peasant workers and farming populations into desperate poverty. With the economic unrest came political unrest, and military dictators took over many governments in the name of national security.

 

While these social and political transformations were taking place, the church as a whole was also moving toward a more socially oriented mission. Laypeople, religious, and charismatic members of the hierarchy committed themselves to working with the poor.

 

The final piece of the puzzle, and the one that caused most of the controversy, was that some strains of liberation theology used Marxist economic theory, applying it to the gospel. In this interpretation, Jesus becomes the โ€œliberatorโ€ and always is firmly on the side of the poorest of the poor. Because of this preference for the poor, liberation theology often calls for reorganization of social, governmental, and economic structures so that the poor are not merely cared for, but brought into the fullness of human flourishing. The seminal work on liberation theology was written by Dominican Father Gustavo Gutiรฉrrez in 1971. A Theology of Liberation gave the movement its name, and emphasized the churchโ€™s mission to those on the periphery of society.

When Utah County Attorney David Leavitt decided to go to Ukraine earlier this week to collect documents from his Kyiv apartment, heโ€™d planned for several contingencies in case the city was invaded by the Russian military.

 

He had extra cash in case the internet went down and the ATMs didnโ€™t work. Heโ€™d also rented a car, deciding it safest to not rely on public transportation in case the trains stopped running.

 

But something unexpected happened that halted what was supposed to be aquick trip to Ukraine to gather a few personal items: Leavitt is stuck in Amsterdam after he tested positive for COVID-19.

 

Itโ€™s the second time Leavitt has been ill with the coronavirus.

 

Leavitt, who taught in Ukraine with the American Bar Association for more than a decade,has owned an apartment in Kyiv for several years. With news of a threat of a Russian invasion, Leavitt said in an interview on Wednesday that heโ€™d booked the hasty trip to Ukraine to get paperworkproving ownership of his apartment and to collect some personal effects.

 

โ€œWe flew from Salt Lake to Amsterdam and Amsterdam to Kiev,โ€ he said Wednesday, โ€œand spent 24 hours there andgot things taken care of then visited with some close friends of ours.โ€

 

The capital city felt different than previous visits, Leavitt said of landing in Kyiv. He added that Ukrainian friends seemed nervous.

โ€œIt felt like there was a tension,โ€ he said. โ€œA feeling of foreboding. Itโ€™s right at the front of everyoneโ€™s minds. Itโ€™s a sad feeling.โ€

 

โ€œThere has been so much troop movement recently,โ€ he said. โ€œ[Russian President Vladimir] Putinโ€™s tanks have a far easier time going over frozen ground than muddy ground. Thatโ€™s not something we think of as Americans.โ€

 

Thecounty attorneysaid hedecided to go to Ukraineafter seeing news that the American Embassy was evacuating families and personnel and that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints had moved its missionaries out of the country. He expedited a previously planned trip because he felt he had a window of time where he couldgo with his sons to collect what they needed from the Kyiv apartment.

 

The U.S. Embassy issued an alert on Wednesday urging Americans to leave Ukraine as soon as possible, saying โ€œthe security situation in Ukraine continues to be unpredictable due to the increased threat of Russian military action.โ€ It further noted the situation could โ€œdeteriorate with little notice.โ€

Leavitt first left Utah on Sunday, flew back out of Ukraine on Tuesday and received a positive COVID-19 test result early Wednesday while in Amsterdam en route back to Salt Lake City.

Heโ€™s now quarantining in a hotel room near the airport in Amsterdam, but says heโ€™s not sure how long he will be required to stay there.

โ€œThankfully they have a bathrobe,โ€ he said Wednesday. โ€œBecauseI literally went with the clothes on my back. And so now my clothes are drip-drying from my hotel room sink.โ€

During his years teaching in Ukraine, Leavitt said he instructed law students about the principles of American jury trials. The county attorney said it was the Ukrainian law studentsโ€™ confusion over how plea deals could work in the United States that made him realize the shortcomings of the criminal justice system. He is now outspoken about wanting reform.

โ€œSo much of what I do in the United States, as the Utah County Attorney, is directly tied to years in the Ukraine,โ€ he said. โ€œIโ€™m sad about it, because I not only love the Ukranian people, I have worked hard to help the legal system.โ€

The White House still has not formed an official stance on a bill that bans the federal government from rejecting security clearances required for employment at the CIA and NSA.

 

Progress on this front occurred in July 2021 when the FBI updated its hiring policies to consider candidates who had not consumed cannabis for one full year prior to their application date. Previously the agency demanded that candidates not consume cannabis for at least three years before applying.

 

Sen. Ron Wydenโ€™s (D-OR) measure that forbids the federal government from declining employment security clearances for intelligence agencies due to prior marijuana use passed the Senate Intelligence Committee last week. The measure is now attached to the 2023 Intelligence Authorization Act, which needs to pass both chambers to reach the Presidentโ€™s desk.

โ€œI applaud the committee for including my provisions, in particular an amendment ensuring that past cannabis use will not disqualify intelligence community applicants from serving their country,โ€ Wyden, stated in a press release Thursday. โ€œItโ€™s a common-sense change to ensure the IC can recruit the most capable people possible.โ€

 

At a press briefing Thursday, a reporter asked John Kirby, National Security Council (NSC) Coordinator for Strategic Communication if the administration has seen the measure yet and has a position. โ€œYouโ€™re going to have to let me take that question, sir. I donโ€™t have anything for you on that,โ€ replied Kirby, a former Pentagon spokesperson, and retired Navy Rear Admiral.

 

While provisions of the marijuana amendment are not public, they were partly presented in Sen. Wydenโ€™s official press release.

 

The provisions include, โ€œProhibiting denial of a security clearance to IC personnel based solely on past use of cannabis.โ€

What is military intelligence? Reynolds 3 civilian observers and 6 of 9 crew members died as a result of the crash of an Air Force plane that was on a flight to test secret electronic equipment. The widows of the 3 civilian observers have filed a lawsuit seeking damages in federal court under FTCA. The widows demanded that a report be submitted relating to the crash,but the Air Force refused, saying the information in the report would seriously harm national security. Because of the government's failure to produce the documents, a deliberate ruling in favour of the plaintiffs was given by the Court of Cassation. The ruling was upheld by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. The U.S. Supreme Court overturned the decision and returned it to the Court of Cassation. A settlement was then reached with the widows, who received a cumulative 170,000 in exchange for a release of liability to the government. _____ The conclusion is that against any citizen suing a government/security body in the United States for a specific legal or illegal reason, the "state secrets" privilege can be used as a reason not to disclose incriminating information and if the person discloses the information themselves, they can be jailed for doing so.

Last week, at a pretrial hearing at Guantanamo Bay Naval Base in Cuba for Abd al-Rahim al-Nashiri, a Saudi who is charged with being the mastermind of an attack on the USS Cole in 2000 at which 17 American sailors were killed, the psychologist in charge of interrogating Nashiri described in vivid detail both the modern and the medieval techniques of torture used upon him.

 

The psychologist was called as a defense witness in order to demonstrate to the court that a good deal of the evidence that prosecutors plan to introduce against Nashiri was obtained directly or indirectly through, or was tainted by, his torture and thus cannot lawfully be used at his trial.

 

Torture committed by government officials and their collaborators upon a person restrained by the government is a felony punishable by up to 20 years in a federal prison, and its fruits are inadmissible in all courts. For many years, the CIA documented torture through video tapes of its disguised agents and contractors torturing its captives so it would have a record of the events without the need for revealing a participantโ€™s identity.

 

But the tapes of Nashiriโ€™s torture were destroyed by either the chief CIA official in the United States in charge of all torture or his then-chief of staff. Hence the live testimony last week. That chief of staff would go on to become the director of the CIA, Gina Haspel, nicknamed by her colleagues โ€œBloody Gina.โ€

 

This column will spare the reader the gruesome and stomach-churning details of Nashiriโ€™s torture, but for the one medieval procedure. What caught the eyes of those of us who monitor these events was the mention of the name of the CIA official under whose watch the torture occurred and who wrote detailed, graphic descriptions of it to her bosses in Langley, Virginia. That official is the same Gina Haspel. She was the head of the CIA station at Thailand in 2002, at which Nashiri was tortured, and she was the senior member of the torture team.

 

Nashiriโ€™s torture went on for four months, at the end of which the interrogation team concluded that Nashiri was being truthful and essentially said the same things under torture as he told interrogators prior to torture. But Bloody Gina does not trust testimony unless it comes with great fear and pain.

 

In 2006, Nashiri was shipped from Thailand to Gitmo, where he was charged with capital murder. His trial has not yet commenced. The testimony last week was one of many pretrial hearings ordered by military trial judges.

The Department of Justice will not charge Michael Avenatti, former lawyer for pornographic actress Stormy Daniels, with 31 additional fraud counts after he pleaded guilty last week to five fraud-related charges.

 

Federal prosecutors for the Central District of California said Tuesday in a filing obtained by CNN they will not pursue the remaining 31 charges of bank fraud, wire fraud, and tax-related crimes.

 

The disgraced anti-Trump attorney was sentenced in June to four years in prison for defrauding Daniels.

 

Avenatti was already serving two and a half years in prison for extorting Nike.

 

He faces an additional 83 years behind bars for the fraud charges to which he pleaded guilty on Thursday. He will be sentenced in mid-September.

 

"Such a sentence would obviate the need for a trial on the remaining counts. Accordingly, the government expects to move to dismiss the remaining counts of the Indictment after sentence is imposed," the prosecutors wrote in Tuesday's filing dismissing the additional charges.

Human remains of a teen girl discovered in Florida almost 50 years ago were finally identified โ€” and possibly linked to a serial killer, according to authorities.

 

Susan Poole, 15, who was reported missing in 1972, was connected to skeletal remains found in 1974, but not matched to DNA until recently, Palm Beach County Sheriffโ€™s Detective William Springer said during a press conference Thursday.

 

โ€œShe was tied up in the mangroves with wire to a tree,โ€ Springer said. โ€œShe was skeletal remains, totally nothing left of her except bones.โ€

 

The case turned cold after authorities couldnโ€™t identify the body found in north Palm Beach and still turned up nothing in 2015 when her DNA was submitted to a national missing persons database, he said.

 

Authorities made a computer composite of the victim, based on what they believed she would have looked like in an attempt to identify her remains. But, unfortunately, no one recognized the image.

 

The case was finally cracked when Othram, a Texas-based forensics lab that builds DNA profiles, provided names of the victimโ€™s mother and siblings. Pooleโ€™s mother, still alive and in her 90s, provided a DNA sample and it was a match for the remains Springer said.

 

Poole was reported missing just before Christmas in 1972. She was living with family in a trailer park and with a friend in nearby Fort Lauderdale apartment, Springer said.

 

โ€œThe family was happy to know what happen,edโ€ he said. โ€œYou know itโ€™s been a long time waiting to see what happened to their sister.โ€

 

Springer believes Poole couldโ€™ve been killed by serial killer Gerard Schaefer, who was found guilty in the slaying of two girls, 16 and 17. Both were found mutilated and decapitated in April 1973.

 

Schaefer, who was killed in prison in 1995, was implicated in up to 30 deaths. He was a local police officer and sheriffโ€™s deputy in Marin County.
