If you want to improve your health without changing lifestyle or excercise, then all you need to do is reducing the calories intake to 1/4 to 1/5.

 

Most people eat too much 2000 โ€“ 3000 kcal per day.

 

If you can reduce and eat only 500 โ€“ 600 kcal per day, then you will be much better shape, and will have a lot of more energy.

PORTLAND (WGME)โ€“ Some big out-of-state money is showing up in a relatively small Maine political race.

 

The ads are funded largely by George Soros, a multi-billionaire known for backing liberal candidates.

 

The ads, which are not running on CBS13 or FOX23, are attacking the current Cumberland County District Attorney's past ties to the Republican party.

 

A federal database shows Jonathan Sahrbeck donated $50 to the Republican National Committee in 2008.

One of the ads also says Sahrbeck prosecuted a sex trafficking victim.

 

According to the Portland Press Herald, the woman and state came to an agreement in 2018, which stated her case would be dismissed if she stayed out of trouble for a year.

 

"Well if you look at the actual record, we had no information that that person was a sex trafficking victim at that time," Sahrbeck said.

Sahrbeck says his hands were tied and he had to move the case forward because of the law at the time, which he since helped to change.

 

"It's been just mindboggling," Allyson Ray with Just Love Worldwide said.

 

Advocates are coming to his defense. They say the ad doesn't reflect his work.

 

"That ad that was put out on Jonathan, when I first saw it, itcompletely contradictswhat we worked on so hard," Tierra Ross with Survivor Speak USA said.

 

The ads come from the Maine Justice and Public Safety PAC, which has spent $350,000 to help his opponent Jackie Sartoris, according to state records.

 

Sartoris is currently the assistant district attorney in Kennebec County. Sahrbeck didn't know why the group was getting involved with the race.

"A lot of people like my common sense ideas. And apparently one of them is somebody named George Soros," Sartoris said.

 

She says she is not involved in anyway with the group or the ads' messages.

 

"I said right away when I saw the first ad, which came as much of a surprise to me as anyone else, that I do not like the tone of these ads," Sartoris said.

 

And there's nothing that she can to stop them.

 

"It's not about whether I support it or not. I didn't ask for it. It's here anyway," Sartoris said.

 

In a statement to CBS13, a representative reiterated claims made in the ads.

 

"Unlike her opponent who just switched parties in time to run for re-election, Jacqueline Sartoris is a lifelong Democrat and we're proud to support her campaign to bring real reform, safety and transparency to Cumberland County," Maine Justice and Public Safety PAC Treasurer Whitney Tymas said.

 

Without a Republican in the race, whichever Democratic candidate wins Tuesday's primary will likely become the District Attorney

Jesuit school in Worcester loses Catholic affiliation after flying BLM and Pride flags

 

After a nearly 4 month long standoff with the Diocese of Worcester, the Nativity School has been told they can no longer identify as Catholic due to its continuous flying of the Black Lives Matter (BLM) and Pride flags.

Iowa Teacher Charged with Sexual Exploitation of at Least Six Students

A former teacher in Harrison County, Iowa has been arrested after being accused of molesting at least six students. The investigation began in April, according to the Harrison County Sheriffโ€™s Office.

 

Benjamin T. Work, a former teacher who worked for the West Harrison School District, was arrested at his home on June 10. He had resigned from his job with West Harrison schools nearly a week before his arrest.

 

According to investigators, an investigation was launched into Workโ€™s conduct this past April after the Harrison County Sheriffโ€™s Office received a tip on April 22. The Iowa teacher was placed on leave that same day, according to KETV.

 

Work has been charged with five felony counts of Sexual Exploitation by a School Employee. He has also been charged with five misdemeanor counts of Lascivious Conduct with a Minor and two misdemeanor counts of Indecent Contact with a Child.

 

Throughout the course of the investigation, law enforcement discovered evidence of inappropriate contact between Work and at least six students. The alleged abuse reportedly took place between the fall of 2021 and the spring of 2022.

 

Agents with Iowaโ€™s Division of Criminal Investigation also took part in the investigation, KETV reported.

 

Work resigned from his position with Harrison County Schools on June 3, a week before his arrest.

Alright so SOMEtimes you get a thought and start digging like the autists Q needs us to be and you end up down a rabbit hole that literally scares the fkk out of you as you go deeper. I know that we have plenty of other DEEP DARK holes out there but this one is unique.

 

Started by seeing the numbers on the poultry farm attacks and said "it seems like a targeted attack on the animals themselves" and started digging on GMO poultry.

 

The rest scared the eff out of me and then I see the NIH stuff which led me to believe that they were practicing this whole COVID/vaccine circlejerk on the chickens and NOW we are the guinea pigs.

 

Worse yet, I started by expecting to find some evidence of someone like Gates creating a new chicken to copyright and sell to the farms, generating fortunes.

 

It wouldn't be limited to poultry mind you, I simply started there.

 

Not only are they REPLACING humanity, they're turning us into livestock and are about to control the feed, just as GMO feed was developed and forced onto our CURRENT food sources.

 

Imo, this is a VERY HUGE DEAL and it's being overlooked as stupid other dramas play on.

On a trip to visit the United States-Mexico border this week, Rep. Buddy Carter (R-GA) said he saw well-stocked warehouses with a variety of supplies including baby formula.

The facility for unaccompanied minors and families in Donna, Texas is stocked high โ€œlike a Costcoโ€ with baby formula, Carter said in a Thursday interview with Fox News.

While the border patrol facilities for migrants are well-stocked, Texas is one of the states worst-affected by the baby formula shortage, according to data from the market research group IRI.

The congressman said he and his colleagues were specifically on the lookout for formula at the border facilities.

The baby formula supply crisis has continued to worsen in the U.S. The shortage appears to be the result of a combination of the FDAโ€™s shuttering of an Abbott production facility in Michigan, general pandemic-related supply chain issues, and the governmentโ€™s involvement with the purchasing and production of baby formula through the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children, or WIC program.

In some southern and southwestern states, where the shortages are worst, over 50 percent of baby formula purchases are made by the federal government through the WIC program.

Pilot killed as US fighter jet crashes

 

An F/A-18E Super Hornet went down on Friday in Southern Californiaโ€™s Mohave Desert

 

A US Navy fighter jet pilot was killed on Friday when his F/A-18E Super Hornet crashed in the Mojave Desert of Southern California, marking at least the fourth such incident in the area in recent years.

 

The jet, based at Naval Air Station Lemoore between Los Angeles and San Francisco, went down near the town of Trona in San Bernardino County at around 2:30pm on Friday, the Navy said in a statement. The pilot wasnโ€™t identified, and the Navy offered no details about how the crash occurred. There were no injuries reported on the ground.

 

The incident occurred just a few hours after a Navy special forces sailor was killed and four others were injured when their van crashed on the way back from a training exercise at Camp Billy Machen in Niland, California. Two of the other injured sailors were listed in critical condition at nearby hospitals, the Navy said, without identifying any of the personnel involved. The California Highway Patrol is investigating the crash. The van reportedly veered off the highway before 10am, struck a boulder and overturned.

The fighter jet crash also follows a 2019 incident in which another Super Hornet went down, killing the pilot. That crash occurred in Death Valley National Park during a training mission. Seven park visitors were struck by debris and injured. The bystanders had gathered at a scenic overlook where military pilots are known to zip through an area nicknamed โ€˜Star Wars Canyon,โ€™ in some cases flying below the rim like a spacecraft in the movie โ€˜Star Warsโ€™.

 

There have been at least two other crashes in California involving Super Hornets in the past two years. A Super Hornet based at Naval Air Station China Lake went down last year at Death Valley National Park, and a Super Hornet from Naval Air Station Lemoore crashed in the Mojave Desert in 2020. In both of those cases, the pilots ejected and survived.

 

The F/A-18E Super Hornet, built by Boeing, is known as the Navyโ€™s premier strike fighter and has a top speed of nearly 1,200 miles per hour. The $70 million jet is featured in the new โ€˜Top Gun: Maverickโ€™ movie starring Tom Cruise.

Federal MPs and public office holders to receive pay increase of 2.75 per cent from July 1, Remuneration Tribunal announces

 

The pay rise of 2.75 per cent for all Federal MPs means Prime Minister Anthony Albanese's salary will be more than $564,000.

 

Prime Minister Anthony Albanese and leader of the Opposition Peter Dutton are set to get a pay rise ahead of the Fair Work Commissionโ€™s minimum wage increase on Wednesday.

 

The independent Commonwealth Remuneration Tribunal has ordered a 2.75 per cent wage increase for Federal MPs and public office holders from July 1.

 

This means the Prime Ministerโ€™s salary will boost to more than $564,356 a year, while the Opposition leaderโ€™s annual income will increase to $401,561.

 

The pay rise of 2.75 per cent follows a freeze on wage increases which took effect in July 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic.

 

Before this yearโ€™s wage increase politicians were awarded a pay rise of two per cent in 2017, 2018 and 2019.

 

โ€œWhile the work performed by the wide variety of offices in the tribunalโ€™s jurisdiction, including members of parliament, is diverse and unique, the tribunal is conscious of ensuring that relativities within the group of offices for which it determines remuneration remain consistent,โ€ the tribunal said.

 

While the pay rise is not in line with inflation โ€“ which stands at 5.1 per cent โ€“ the base salary of a backbencher will jump to to $217,060, meaning the lowest paid federal MP will rake in more than 97 per cent of Australians.

 

It comes as the Fair Work Commission is set to deliver its review of the increase to the minimum wages on Wednesday morning.

 

The decision will affect more than 2.6 million low-income earners with unions pushing for a 5.5 per cent increase to prevent further pay cuts to a quarter of all workers.

 

In 2021 the national minimum wage rose by 2.5 per cent to $772.60 a week, or $20.33 an hour.

 

The Fair Work Commission will hand down its decision at 10:00am on Wednesday.

Justice for Black Lives is calling on the Allendale Charter Township Planning Commission to remove Ryan Kelley from the board.

 

The group cites his connection to militia groups and a now-deleted Facebook comment calling Black Lives Matter the โ€œsame as the KKKโ€ and a โ€œterrorist organization.โ€

A group of 20 senators struck a bipartisan gun safety framework on Sunday, marking a significant breakthrough in Congressโ€™ attempts to address recent back-to-back mass shootings.

 

In a Sunday morning statement, 10 senators in each party announced support for the deal. Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer blessed it, vowing to โ€œput this bill on the floor as soon as possible,โ€ and President Joe Biden said it โ€œwould be the most significant gun safety legislation to pass Congress in decades.โ€ The president urged both chambers of Congress to finish the package quickly.

 

The emerging package is anchored around extra scrutiny for gun buyers under the age of 21, grants to states to implement so-called red flag laws and new spending on mental health treatment and school security. While translating the agreement into legislation will take time, the large group of supportive senators shows that the package could gain 60 votes on the Senate floor before heading to the House.

 

โ€œOur plan saves lives while also protecting the constitutional rights of law-abiding Americans. We look forward to earning broad, bipartisan support and passing our commonsense proposal into law,โ€ the 20 senators said in their statement.

 

Sens. Chris Murphy (D-Conn.), John Cornyn (R-Texas), Kyrsten Sinema (D-Ariz.) and Thom Tillis (R-N.C.) are the lead negotiators on the proposal. The most significant piece of the proposal would subject gun buyers 21 and younger to scrutiny of their criminal and mental health records as juveniles. Itโ€™s proved tricky to write because each state has different laws governing juvenile records.

 

A broader bipartisan group has held its own regular meetings on guns over the past three weeks since the elementary school shooting in Uvalde, Texas. And with Democrats controlling only 50 Senate seats, the approval of 10 Republicans is critical to moving forward.

 

In addition to the core four negotiators, the legislation is backed by Sens. Susan Collins (R-Maine), Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.), Bill Cassidy (R-La.), Chris Coons (D-Del.), Martin Heinrich (D-N.M.), Richard Blumenthal (D-Conn.), Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.), Pat Toomey (R-Pa.), Roy Blunt (R-Mo.), Cory Booker (D-N.J.), Richard Burr (R-N.C.), Mark Kelly (D-Ariz.), Angus King (I-Maine), Rob Portman (R-Ohio), Mitt Romney (R-Utah) and Debbie Stabenow (D-Mich.). Some personal information of concealed carry license holders is available through a public records request

 

A new dashboard from the California Attorney Generalโ€™s office has leaked the personal information of thousands of the stateโ€™s gun owners.

 

The California Department of Justice launched its 2022 Firearms Dashboard Portal on Monday. The portal featured data on the state's gun purchases as well as concealed carry license holders.

 

Users quickly learned that publicly-accessible files โ€“ including identifying information of concealed carry permit owners โ€“ could be downloaded from the graphics, as The Reload reports. As of Tuesday afternoon, the dashboard appears to have been pulled from the website.

 

The leaked info included peopleโ€™s full names, home addresses, dates of birth, and permit issue dates, as confirmed by a lawyer for the California Rifle and Pistol Association that obtained a copy of the data.

 

Some personal information of concealed carry license holders is available through a public records request.

 

Additionally, the data revealed the type of permit one holds and whether the person holding the permit is a judge or a member of law enforcement, the report found.

 

In Los Angeles County alone, 2,891 people with standard licenses had their information compromised by the leak, The Reload stated.

 

Initially, this information was available to download on the website by downloading the background information behind the graphics, but it had been updated by Tuesday morning so that any personal information was no longer public. As of the afternoon, the state's database site appeared entirely inactive.

 

California Rifle and Pistol Association President Chuck Michel was not happy with the leak and said that a lawsuit may be coming.

 

โ€œVindictive sore loser bureaucrats have endangered peoples lives and invited conflict by illegally releasing confidential private information,โ€ Michel told The Center Square in a statement. โ€œCRPA is working with several legislators and sheriffs to determine the extent of the damage caused by DOJโ€™s doxing of law abiding gun owners. Drug overdoses spike 700% after state decriminalizes drugs

 

When Oregon voters approved a ballot measure in 2020 to decriminalize hard drugs, they were promised the lives of everyone would be improved and funds would be diverted to addiction recovery centers for which $300 million was allotted.

At a legislative hearing Thursday, Steve Allen, Oregon's behavioral health director, acknowledged a "dramatic" increase in overdoses and overdose deaths statewide. One Republican state lawmaker said that her Southern Oregon community of Grants Pass has suffered a 700% increase in overdoses and a 120% increase in deaths.

The state law, which went into effect in February 2021, was the first of its kind in the nation. It made possession of Class E controlled substances โ€“ such as heroin, cocaine and methamphetamine โ€“ a "violation" rather than a felony or misdemeanor, carrying a maximum fine of $100. The fine can be waived if the offender calls a hotline for a health assessment.

Ultimately, people just want to be loved and have a healthy social clique and family. In the meantime, just do your thing, lick the wounds, and define your passions and identity.

Citing their faith, several Tampa Bay Rays players declined to wear rainbow-colored logos on their uniforms as part of the Major League Baseball teamโ€™s weekend celebration of the LGBTQ community.

 

โ€œItโ€™s just what we believe the lifestyle heโ€™s (Jesus) encouraged us to live for our good, not to withhold,โ€ relief pitcher Jason Adam told the Tampa Bay Times. โ€œBut we love these men and women, we care about them and we want them to feel safe and welcome here.โ€

 

Other players who joined Adam in not wearing the Pride Night logo on Saturday were Jalen Beeks, Brooks Raley, Jeffrey Springs and Ryan Thompson.

In one of the most striking encounters, USS Bunker Hill tracked 11 unidentified drones.

The drones - described as "quadcopter style" - ranged in attitude from 1,400ft to a staggering 21,000ft.

Maps published in the files show the drones circling the warship from around 4am to 6pm.

In the area was Hong Kong flagged bulk carrier M/V Bass Strait - who the US vessel attempted to contact but received no response.

It is suspected some of the drone incident may have been attempts to spy on US warships, such as one involved in the USS Paul Hamilton.

The destroyer was sailing to Long Beach when it spotted three drones flying overhead - once again with M/V Bass Strait lurking in the area.

USS Harpers Ferry - a landing ship - was menaced by eight unknown drones, with three of them swooping over the ship at around 500 feet.

Photos included in the documents show one of the objects in the sky, while a map shows the craft flying over the ship's path.

The drones created a "dangerous situation", according to the ship's commanding officer during the encounter from 5.10am to 6.23am.

And another event, saw six objects flying in a "consistent pattern" in an event that lasted one hour and 25 minutes over the USS Zumwalt.

USS Zumwalt is one of the most advanced destroyers in the US Navy, known for its sleek stealth design.

Sailors observed flashing red and green lights close to the ship, and at one point the one of the drones hurtled over the flight."

An important realisation:

 

You and your people do not have any sustainable rights, or sustainable self-determination, while governed by an ideology or reality that allows others, not you, or of your people, to settle amongst your people in great number. Or where your people do not possess a sustainable super majority & are not to be returned to it (in that space or any subset of it or alternative to it).

 

If a people are ruled by a large mass of people living distant from them (another city/state/nation), or from different people (racially, culturally, religiously) imported to their city/state/nation, there is no self-rule and self-determination realisable for those who were on the receiving end, until such happenstance is reversed.

 

If what happens in your town, is determined by people geographically distant to you, or culturally, religiously or racially non-aligned to you, and those like you, you do not possess self-determination. You are not self-ruling. You are being ruled.

 

People not like you, are making the rules you must live by. They are making the rules to suit themselves, not you, and not those like you.

 

This is the inexorable reality of what is. At odds with anti-racism and a happy future where (we all rule together as one), but totally in line with reality, and the wisdom of our elders, and the founders of our nations.

 

People don't want us to understand the above, because it prevents people having power over others distant to them. Because realising the above lets us KEEP our power, regain it and retain it. Retain our RIGHTS.

 

So it is labelled hate, and something that has to be worked against because it is 'racist'.

 

We need to be wiser than that. Self-rule is only possible where a group is in power, not ruled by others who are not them, or not of them, or not of their people, or their culture and civilisation.

 

Review any revolution in history or fight for freedom. It verifies the above. Only where it is like ruling like, that determination is upheld.

 

If your people are 5 votes amongst 15, to determine what happens in your own land and space, you do not possess self-determination. You are being ruled, no matter what skin of democracy and explanation is layered on top.

 

Each having their own space is not hatred. Denying a people a right to keep such a space is.
