Establishment Republican Ken Buck, Seeking CNN Gig, Joins Amy Klobuchar to Push JCPA Media Bailout Bill… Again!

Establishment Republican congressman Ken Buck (R-CO), who is on his way out of Congress, is once again teaming up with Democrats to push theJournalism Competition and Preservation Act (JCPA), a bill that would funnel billions of dollars from Big Tech companies to far-left legacy media companies.

 

Rep. Buck, who is set to leave Congress, has been a staunch supporter of the same legacy media industry that regularly smears Republicans and Republican voters as bigots, domestic extremists, and conspiracy theorists. Backed by donations from the legacy media’s top lobbyists in DC, Rep. Buck was the lead Republican sponsor of the JCPA in the House of Representatives.

 

The Congressman, who presented himself to Republican primary voters as a staunch “Tea Party” conservative back in 2010, is now on his way out of Congress, and is reportedly seeking a job at leftist, Republican-hating channel CNN.

 

In the meantime, he’s still looking to bail out the same media industry he hopes to join, by a last-ditch effort to push the JCPA. Earlier today, the Congressman appeared on a Washington Post podcast with Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D-MN), the bill’s lead Senate sponsor, defending his decision to back a piece of corporate welfare for the media industry.

One of the first bills introduced by Democrats during their time holding the majority in the House, the JCPA allows some of the nation’s largest legacy media companies to form a legal cartel, immune from antitrust law, to pressure tech companies for special favors.

 

The cartel could force tech companies, through arbitration, to funnel massive amounts of ad revenue to media companies owned by the likes of Hearst and Gannett — giant corporations with billions of dollars in revenue.

 

Following the passage of a similar bill in Canada, Facebook and Google blocked news links across the country, with little impact on their own traffic or usage.

 

When it looked like the JCPA might pass through the defense bill in 2021, Facebook said it may have to do the same in the U.S.

 

The bill was repeatedly pushed by Democrats when they held the majority in the

House and Senate, although the party failed to pass it as a standalone bill.

 

The JCPA lobby was determined, though, and succeeded in attaching theprovisions of the JCPA to the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) in 2022— despite the fact that bailing out the media has nothing to do with national defense. Only a massive blowback by Republicans stopped the JCPA from making it into the NDAA’s final draft, preventing the media’s golden giveaway from making it into law.

 

The Speaker of the House, Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-CA), has said that despite Democrat efforts, the JCPA is “dead in the House.” The bill has numerous other Republican opponents, including Sens. Marsha Blackburn (R-TN), Tom Cotton (R-AR), Steve Daines (R-MT), Marco Rubio (R-FL), Mike Lee (R-UT), Mike Braun (R-IN), Katie Britt (R-AL), and Reps. Jim Jordan (R-OH), Steve Scalise (R-LA), and Ben Cline (R-VA).

The Georgia Senate Republican caucus voted on Thursday to remove State Sen. Colton Moore from the caucus for taking a first step in August to defund, investigate, and possibly impeach Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis, who levied 13 counts against former President Donald Trump.

 

In a letter to Gov. Brian Kemp (R), Moore announced an initiative in August to begin an emergency session to conduct a thorough investigation into the actions undertaken by Willis. Recent Rasmussen polling shows that 82 percent of Georgia Republicans say Trump is unfairly prosecuted by Willis. Another 74 percent of Republicans support the Georgia legislature convening a special session to stop Willis from prosecuting Trump.

 

Despite the feasible mechanisms and polling popularity, Kemp and many state Republicans dismissed Moore’s initiative out of hand. “Let me be clear: We have a law in the state of Georgia that clearly outlines the legal steps that can be taken if constituents believe their local prosecutors are violating their oath by engaging in unethical or illegal behavior,” Kemp said in August. “Up to this point, I have not seen any evidence that DA Willis’ actions, or lack thereof, warrant action by the Prosecuting Attorney Oversight Commission.”

ROME — Secretary of State Mike Pompeo recently published a sharp letter excoriating the Vatican’s plans to renew an agreement with the Chinese government on Church operations in China. He promoted the article in a tweet, concluding, “The Vatican endangers its moral authority, should it renew the deal.”

 

An indignant Vatican took the article more as a calculated affront than a diplomatic gesture. The friction broke into the open on Wednesday as Mr. Pompeo arrived in Rome and met with prelates and others who are hostile to Pope Francis, while the Vatican denied him a meeting with the pontiff and rebuffed his efforts to derail the deal with China.

 

“Pompeo asked to meet” the pope, who turned him down because Francis had “clearly said that he does not receive political figures ahead of the elections,” Cardinal Pietro Parolin, who, as secretary of state, is the Vatican’s second-ranking official, told reporters.

 

But to some observers on both sides of the tensions between the Roman Catholic Church and the Trump administration, Mr. Pompeo’s visit is as much about the coming presidential election as about China policy. Mr. Pompeo dismissed that suggestion as absurd, but intended or not, his trip signals that President Trump is on the side of those conservative American Catholics who worry about the church’s direction under Francis and think he is soft on China.

 

Francis and Mr. Trump, who have exchanged sharp words in the past, present starkly different visions on issues ranging from the environment to immigration to the threat of populism. In appealing to the Vatican’s support for religious freedom as a reason to drop its China agreement, Mr. Pompeo seemed to seek common ground, but in a way that upset the pope’s chief allies and delighted his chief critics.

 

Cardinal Parolin said Mr. Pompeo’s article had caused “surprise” at the Vatican, because this visit to Rome by the secretary and the meetings with high officials at the Holy See had already been in the works and would have been a “more opportune” forum for airing grievances. He added that Mr. Pompeo’s choice to publish in First Things, a conservative Christian magazine that has called Francis a failure as Pope, also mattered.

Ukraine suffering ‘big problems’ with improvised hardware – Forbes

Makeshift infantry fighting vehicles are reportedly so slow that one was hit with a Russian aerial bomb

 

Ukraine’s attempt to create a cheap-and-quick infantry fighting vehicle to compensate for losses in the fight against Russia has so far produced an unreliable, slow product that has reportedly cost some Ukrainian soldiers their lives.

 

The vehicle, which is called BMP-1LB, was first unveiled in June. On Tuesday, the Ukrainian defense news outlet Militarnyi reported details about the platform and its performance, obtained from a source involved in the manufacturing process. The account prompted Forbes to say on Wednesday that “the ersatz IFV has some big problems.”

 

According to the account, BMP-1LB is a modified MT-LB, aSoviet-designed armored tractornicknamed Motolyga, which is normally used to tow heavy pieces of equipment and as a transporter outside of combat.

 

Ukrainian designers have added additional armor plating and a remote-controlled turretand modified the interior to accommodate seven to eight troops in addition to three crew members.

 

The idea was to design as swiftly as possible a vehicle that can be rolled out en masse at a minimal cost, using resources available to Ukraine. The country had produced MT-LBs up until the early 2000s and presumably has hundreds in store.

 

The project was undermined by the poor quality of the refurbishment of the old tractors, according to the source.Workers didn’t bother to clean rust out before repainting the interior, while one vehicle had a track one segment that was too long, necessitating repair in the field.

 

The design flaws have also proven to be significant.The platform was never designed for the extra weight, so the overhauled engines and transmissions of BMP-1LBs often break within a run distance of 100km (62 miles), the report said.

 

Maneuverability suffered too. On an even road, the BMP-1LB can drive up to 50 km/h (31 mph). Difficult forest terrain reduced the speed so much that on some occasions soldiers could keep up on foot.

 

The sluggishness may have resulted in the destruction of one such vehicle, which was hit by a Russian aerial bomb in early June, the outlet reported, sharing a video of the piece.

 

The turret is problematic too. Produced somewhere outside of Ukraine, it has a single 14.5mm machine gun that is prone to jamming in a dirty environment. The module accounts for roughly half of the BMP-1LBs estimated cost of $380,000.

 

Forbes suggested that the vehicle “might be better than nothing” when supplies are running low. Kiev has blamed a shortage of Western weapons for the underwhelming results of its summer counteroffensive, claiming that it had to slow down to save soldiers’ lives.

 

The Ukrainian army has lost more than 2,700 pieces of heavy weaponry and over 17,000 troops this month alone in its push, Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu reported earlier this week.

Exclusive: Georgia Senate GOP Caucus Ousts Senator for Trying to Remove Fani Willis from Office

The Georgia Senate Republican caucus voted on Thursday to remove State Sen. Colton Moore from the caucus for taking a first step in August to defund, investigate, and possibly impeach Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis, who levied 13 counts against former President Donald Trump.

 

In a letter to Gov. Brian Kemp (R), Moore announced an initiative in August to begin an emergency session to conduct a thorough investigation into the actions undertaken by Willis. An emergency legislative special session can come about two ways in Georgia: The governor can call an emergency session, or one can be called if 3/5 of both legislative chambers sign a letter demanding it.

 

Kemp and State Senate Republicans apparently oppose working to investigate, defund, and impeach Willis, and instead ousted Moore. “Today’s removal is a direct result of me calling on my Republican colleagues in the Senate to do their job and sign onto an emergency session to investigate Fani Willis,” Colton said in a statement exclusively obtained by Breitbart News:

 

The Georgia Constitution clearly outlines the legislature’s power to call an emergency session to investigate a judicial officer. After urging my Republican Senate colleagues to join me — they responded by acting like children and throwing me out of the caucus. I stand by my Republican principles. I stand by the Republican platform. I will continue to serve as a Republican Senator from the great state of Georgia. Unfortunately, now I will be forced to refer to my colleagues, who ran on being “Trump conservatives,” as the RINO caucus.

 

The people of Georgia are 100 percent with me. This is the fight of our lifetime, and I will continue to double down to defend the rule of law and do what is right.

 

Recent Rasmussen polling shows that 82 percent of Georgia Republicans say Trump is unfairly prosecuted by Willis. Seventy-seven percent of Republicans also say they are not satisfied with tax dollars being used to prosecute Trump. Another 74 percent of Republicans support the Georgia legislature convening a special session to stop Willis from prosecuting Trump.

 

Despite the feasible mechanisms and polling popularity, Kemp and many state Republicans dismissed Moore’s initiative out of hand. “Let me be clear: We have a law in the state of Georgia that clearly outlines the legal steps that can be taken if constituents believe their local prosecutors are violating their oath by engaging in unethical or illegal behavior,” Kemp said in August. “Up to this point, I have not seen any evidence that DA Willis’ actions, or lack thereof, warrant action by the Prosecuting Attorney Oversight Commission.”

 

Trump, along with many populist Republicans, praised Moore for “doing something” against what they term “the weaponization of the justice system.” “A highly respected Georgia State Senator called Moore deserves thanks and congratulations of everyone for having the courage and conviction to fight the radical left lunatics,” Trump said in a video.

 

“With almost no retribution for those murders. Shockingly indicted your favorite president, me, for a perfect phone call. She is very bad for America,” he added.

 

“She is very bad for Georgia.”

Billionaire Chewy cofounder Ryan Cohen takes over as gamestop CEO

gamestop has a CEO once again after Ryan Cohen, the billionaire founder of Chewy, was appointed Thursday.

 

Cohen had been executive chairman since early June after CEO Matt Furlong was shown the door. The company reported a bigger-than-expected quarterly loss along with the dismissal of Furlong, a former Amazon executive.

 

Cohen won't be paid a salary for the CEO role, or for his role as chairman and president, the company said in a statement.

 

Cohen, who's the largest investor in gamestop with a 12.1% stake, sold Chewy in 2017 for $3.3 billion. He's worth about $3.2 billion, Forbes reported.

 

gamestop shares jumped more than 7% in premarket trading Thursday. However, gamestop is now worth about $5 billion - some $3 billion less than when Furlong was axed.

 

Cohen first took a stake in gamestop in 2020 and joined its board in January 2021 before becoming chairman that June. His initial appointment helped spark a 50% surge in gamestop shares in a matter of days as it became one of the "meme" stocks that triggered a frenzy among retail investors.

 

However, the company was also being touted months earlier on the subreddit r/WallStreetBets by Keith Gill, who was also known as u/DeepFuckingValue, or DFV, and on YouTube as Roaring Kitty.

 

The saga has had renewed attention following the release of the film "Dumb Money" earlier this month.

 

gamestop stock peaked in late January 2021 at $483, costing some hedge funds billions and generating huge gains for retail traders. Gill was seen by many as a David standing up to a Goliath, Insider previously reported.

 

Earlier this month, gamestop reported a slight rise in net sales for the second quarter ending July 29 to $1.164 billion, compared with the same period last year. The net loss was slashed from $108.7 million to $2.8 million for the period.

The political left is obsessed with wordplay and the manipulation of definitions, this much is clear. From their point of view, words are power because words have influence; that is to say, they think if they can control words they can also control perception, control the law and ultimately control the public. This tactic may be somewhat delusional in that it assumes the public has no ability to discern nuance, but they have had some success with it in decades past so they stick with what they know.

 

In terms of illegal immigration, leftists have long sought to change the American vocabulary. Specifically, they have for years tried to remove the word "illegal" from discourse. You can call them refugees, you can call them undocumented, you can call them asylum seekers, but you can't call them illegal. For a short time (between 2016-2020) using the term "illegal immigrant" was considered cause to demonitize YouTube commentators or get user accounts locked on social media.

 

The tide has turned back on open borders advocates in the past few years with woke ideology widely exposed as a political cult (according to recent polls the majority of Americans view illegal immigration as an invasion). This has compelled leftists to try a different angle, in which they use narrow legal categories as a means to muddy the waters on immigrants.

 

This method involves the use of asylum status as a modifier - In other words, if an illegal immigrant declares they require asylum, regardless of evidence that they actually qualify, they are automatically "legal." Therefore, the millions of people that sneak across the US border every year while breaking numerous federal and state laws are absolved through the magical baptism of asylum status.

 

By extension, leftists are asserting that these migrants are no different from the honorable foreign applicants who go through normal and traditionally legal immigration channels. This is the same argument Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez makes in the following hearing on migrant work permits in New York.

AOC is wrong for multiple reasons. According to federal regulation, anyone who crosses the border illegally is subject to criminal prosecution. As is the case in criminal proceedings – regardless of the immigration status of the criminal offender – the individual being prosecuted will be transferred to federal criminal custody for breaking United States law. Asylum or DACA status does not automatically protect an illegal immigrant from prosecution or deportation under the law. They are still, in fact, illegal immigrants until a court reviews their case and deems they have cause.

 

Options like asylum and DACA are loopholes in the normal legal framework that allow migrants to defer potential prosecution, and Democrats have facilitated the abuse of these loopholes. The immigration laws have not changed, the Biden Administration chooses not to enforce them and blue states choose to interfere with immigration enforcement. In fact, Biden has been actively using Border Patrol agents and the National Guard, not to catch and arrest migrants slipping into the US, but to process them and relocate them into the US faster.

 

Asylum status requires court review, and with record numbers of migrants crossing the border each year (2.76 million in 2022 and 2023 is set to surpass that number) the wait time is two years to as long as four years. In the meantime, Democrats are trying to achieve general amnesty for millions of embedded illegals, giving them access to welfare programs, giving them access to state licenses and work permits and in the end making their status review meaningless.

 

Furthermore, the definition if legality is not subject to politically correct filters. It does not matter if the word "illegal" upsets some sensitive people. If you walk into almost any country in the world without going through the citizenship process then you are breaking the law, and yes, you are an illegal person in that nation. This is not "racially charged" language - It does not matter what color of skin the person has. Legal immigration and the vetting of potential citizens exists for a reason; it prevents dangerous persons from mixing into the population, it prevents economic destabilization that often follows modern mass migrations and it prevents the sabotage of the existing culture by foreign elements with the intent of taking over instead of assimilating.

Epic Games, the maker of Fortnite, said on Thursday that it will lay off 16% of its staff, around 830 employees, as it attempts to reverse what CEO Tim Sweeney called “unrealistic” spending.

 

In a letter to employees Thursday, Sweeney said the video game company had been “spending way more money than we earn, investing in the next evolution of Epic.”

 

“I had long been optimistic that we could power through this transition without layoffs, but in retrospect I see that this was unrealistic,” Sweeney said in the letter, which the company shared publicly. He added that Epic plans to divest from the online independent music platform Bandcamp, which it bought last year and which will now be acquired by the music marketplace firm Songtradr. Epic will also spin off most of its marketing division SuperAwesome into a standalone company.

 

Epic’s layoffs are just the latest job cuts to hit the tech industry, which was forced to adjust after the stunning growth many companies saw during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic began to slow. Meta, Microsoft, T-Mobile, Lyft and others have all reduced their workforces earlier this year. More recently, Google parent Alphabet made its second round of layoffs of the year, eliminating several hundred recruiting jobs in September after having cut 12,000 employees in January.

 

About two-thirds of Epic’s Thursday layoffs will impact employees outside the company’s “core development” teams, Sweeney said. Some laid off workers announced on LinkedIn that they had been affected, including employees working in user experience for Fortnite, production, employee engagement and recruitment.

 

Laid off employees will receive a severance offer that includes six months of base pay, accelerated stock vesting and other benefits, according to Sweeney.

 

“We’re cutting costs without breaking development or our core lines of businesses so we can continue to focus on our ambitious plans,” Sweeney said. “Some of our products and initiatives will land on schedule, and some may not ship when planned because they are under-resourced for the time being. We’re ok with the schedule tradeoff if it means holding on to our ability to achieve our goals.”

 

The Epic layoffs also come amid the latest escalation in a protracted legal battle between the video game company and tech giant Apple. Following a yearslong back-and-forth over an antitrust lawsuit brought by Epic over Apple’s App Store payment practices, both companies have asked the US Supreme Court to review a lower court ruling in the case.

When Zelensky Brought a Nazi to the Greek ParliamentSeptember 27, 2023

 

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has been making a virtual world tour with video hookups to parliaments around the globe, as well as to the Grammy Awards and the U.N. Security Council, sometimes with troublesome results. On April 7, 2022 a major row erupted when Zelensky brought along a Ukrainian soldier of Greek heritage from the city of Mariupol, who just happened to be a member of the neo-Nazi Azov Regiment. Greece was under Nazi occupation during World War II and fought a bitter partisan war against Nazism (later to be betrayed by Britain and the United States.)

 

With Zelensky in the screen, the man, who gave only his first name, told Parliament: '''“I speak to you as a man of Greek descent. My name is Michail.

 

My grandfather fought against the Nazis in the Second World War. I am born in Mariupol and I am now also fighting to defend my city from the Russian nazis.”'''

Alexis Tsipras, leader of the main opposition party, SYRIZA-Progressive Alliance, blasted the appearance of the Azov fighter before parliament.

 

“Solidarity with the Ukrainian people is a given. But nazis cannot be allowed to speak in parliament,” Tsipras said on social media. “The speech was a provocation.” He said Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis “bears full responsibility. … He talked about a historic day but it is a historical shame.”

 

Former Greek Prime Minister Antonis Samaras called the video being played in parliament a “big mistake”. Former Foreign Affairs Minister Nikos Kotzias said:“The Greek government irresponsibly undermined the struggle of the Ukrainian people, by giving the floor to a Nazi. The responsibilities are heavy. The government should publish a detailed report of preparation and contacts for the event.”

 

Former Finance Minister Yanis Varoufakis’ MeRA25 party said the event turned into a “Nazi fiesta.”

 

The Greek Reporter said a government spokesman admitted the mistake but then used it to smear SYRIZA as Russian apologists: “The socialist KINAL party issued a statement asking why Greek lawmakers had not been informed about the video intervention of an Azov Battalion member and called on the president of the Greek Parliament to bear responsibility.

 

Government spokesperson Giannis Oikonomou said the inclusion of the Azov Battalion message was ‘incorrect and inappropriate.’ However, he did not say who should be held responsible for this. Oikonomou, nevertheless, slammed SYRIZA for allegedly ‘using that mistake… to justify the Russian invasion. … It is time for a clear answer: are they on the side of the Ukrainians, who are fighting for their freedom, or [on the side of] Putin’s invaders?’ he said.”

 

Zelensky’s Spotty Sense of HistoryIn his speech, Zelensky said:

“I have been waking up every day for more than a month thinking about Mariupol, which is being destroyed by Russian troops. There are still 100,000 people on the border with Mariupol. There is no building left.

 

Mariupol has been destroyed…Ukraine is one of the Orthodox countries that was Christianised by the Greeks. In Ukrainian culture and history it will be seen that we will lose a big part of history if we lose the culture brought by Greek culture. Freedom or Death was what your revolutionaries were saying. We are shouting the same today.” [a reference to a slogan of the Greek Revolution of 1821.]

 

Ignoring Greece’s suffering under German Nazism was a slight made worse by bringing a Nazi along to address Greek lawmakers. Zelensky has gotten into trouble before by referring to a nation’s history in his addresses to parliaments.

 

He caused outrage in Israel for comparing what Ukraine is going through today to the Holocaust while completely ignoring the role Ukrainian fascists played in that Holocaust.

 

Just as Western governments and corporate media are doing, the Ukrainian embassy in Athens denied Azov is a Neo-Nazi regiment, despite sporting the Waffen-SS Wolfsangel on their uniforms and their open political alignment with Nazism. The embassy instead tried to turn the tables.

 

“For many years Russia tried to ‘plant’ into Greek minds the myth that ‘Azov’ Regiment is a paramilitary independent unit operating in Mariupol,” the embassy said in a statement. “The video … has nothing to do to those Nazi deeds, Russians commit on our land and against our people.”

 

Indeed, Western media have largely ignored the story. Neither The New York Times nor The Washington Post wrote anything about what happened at the Greek parliament and The Wall Street Journal only ran a photo story that didn’t mention the controversy.

NSA creates AI center to combat cyber threats from new tech tools

The National Security Agency is getting an artificial intelligence makeover.

 

Army Gen. Paul Nakasone, NSA director, said Thursday that the spy agency is forming a new unit to tackle cybersecurity challenges from AI.

 

The NSA’s forthcoming AI Security Center will be the agency’s main hub for scrutinizing and testing AI to promote the safe design and adoption of AI tools for the national security community to use, he said.

 

“The AI Security Center will also help industry understand the threats against their intellectual property and collaborate to help prevent and eradicate threats,” Gen. Nakasone said at the National Press Club. “The AI Security Center will work closely with U.S. industry, national labs, academia, across the IC and Department of Defense and select foreign partners.”

 

The new AI team will be housed within the NSA’s Cybersecurity Collaboration Center, which America’s codemaking and codebreaking spy agency uses to team with private companies to fight foreign cyber threats.

 

The Cybersecurity Collaboration Center enabled the NSA and private cyber analysts to stop known Chinese government hackers from breaching an entity in the U.S. defense industrial base last year, according to Gen. Nakasone.

 

AI makers are increasingly worried about China and other foreign adversaries stealing their research and using it for bad purposes.

 

Google DeepMind, the company’s AI research team, told House lawmakers at a private meeting in May it was rethinking how it publishes and shares its work over security concerns involving China.

 

Google was looking to make the AI research more closely held and feared China may use the information for military purposes, according to a source close to the House Select Committee on the Chinese Communist Party.

 

As China and private enterprises work to get their hands on the latest AI technology, the U.S. intelligence community is preparing for a world where all of its spies use AI.

 

America’s spy services have adopted an “AI-first” approach to spycraft and want everyone in their agencies to use AI, said Rachel Grunspan of the Office of the Director of National Intelligence.

 

As the leader overseeing how the intelligence community uses AI, Ms. Grunspan said in July she expects AI to be used for hybrid war games and simulations among many other things.

 

“Anything that is getting AI in the hands of individual officers regardless of their job, regardless of their role, regardless of their background, technical or not, and just maximizing the capacity of the entire workforce,” Ms. Grunspan said at the Intelligence and National Security Summit. “That’s where I see us going.”

 

The precise AI tools the spies will use remains to be determined but Booz Allen Hamilton’s Patrick Biltgen said he foresaw the nearest-term application of AI being in the form of an assistant to all intelligence officers.

 

Mr. Biltgen, a contractor with U.S. agencies on AI projects, said at the July conference that he envisioned the AI assistant would resemble how the fictional character J.A.R.V.I.S. assists Tony Stark in the popular superhero story “Iron Man.”

How does this translate to an Electric vehicle? I don't think a car can drive for an hour on 1 kilowatt hour. I think people would see these gas prices and think " I need an Electric Car gas is too expensive" I bet per hour of driving gas is cheaper.

And people wonder why I pulled my children out of public schools. We actually got a call from the ISD last week, demanding to know where we put our children after withdrawing them last year.

 

I told the woman to go fuck herself and if she or anyone from the district contacted me, my wife or my children in any capacity, I'd sue them for harassment.
