Former Secret Service agent and prominent political commentator Dan Bongino is sounding the alarm after multiple attempts on former President Donald Trump’s life.

 

Following two attempts on Trump since July 13, Bongino posted a lengthy message on his Facebook page raising some questions about the United States Secret Service.

 

Below is Bongino’s full post:

 

An eye opening experience I had as a young Secret Service agent was the experiences I had as the “press agent.” Newer agents on the president’s detail are assigned to babysit the press because that’s where you’ll do the least damage if you screw something up. I would sit with them all day on trips and fly back home on the “press plane” with them.

 

Some conclusions I drew from many hours and days of immersion with them:

 

1) Most of them are genuine imbeciles. Their conversations ranged from absurd to ignorant, to downright ridiculous.

 

2) They love to stand in judgment of others but, in the pre-cell phone camera era, they would engage in some of the worst debauchery you’ve ever seen on those planes. They’re really a disgusting group of people.

 

3) Most of them really despise Americans who actually work for a living. They consider themselves part of a community of knighted aristocrats and they look down on the people they’re supposed to cover. I saw it. And you should treat these losers with the respect they deserve, meaning none at all.

 

Bongino has been questioning the Secret Service for months.

 

Earlier this month, Bongino suggested the possibility of a “mole” within the Secret Service or Department of Homeland Security.

 

“I have to ask you all a really troubling question now that I promised you 10 years ago I would have called myself nuts for asking this,” Bongino said before a long pause. “Is there a mole inside the DHS or Secret Service?”

 

Bongino highlighted several documented cases of foreign nationals or governments attempting to infiltrate and undermine federal agencies. He cited a notable example where two individuals were convicted of impersonating federal agents in an elaborate scheme that deceived the Secret Service.

 

“Folks, what happened yesterday in Secret Service jargon, the movement to the golf, the golf course, Donald Trump going to play golf at the golf course is what we call an OTR. Stands for an off-the-record movement, meaning it’s not on the official schedule, meaning very few people have access to it,” Bongino explained.

 

“What makes me even more curious about what happened yesterday is apparently the decision to golf was made at the last minute. Meaning, there were probably – when the decision was made, less than 10 people who knew about it. How’d this guy know to set up there?”

 

“How did he know how to set up, and where to set up, and that Trump was going to be there? Folks, the mole may not be a foreign national himself. I don’t want you to think Jason Bourne stuff. Don’t overcomplicate what doesn’t need to be overcomplicated,” he continued.

 

“Is there a honeypot trap going on in the Secret Service? Is there a guy or a woman in the Secret Service having a relationship with someone who is not who they say they are? The Iranians have been running these traps in Israel and elsewhere. The Iranians who want to kill President Trump. Folks, how do we know that there’s not some kind of honeypot trap and that some agent or some DHS personnel, someone who has to be notified, is not in a relationship with someone?”

 

Throughout the segment, Bongino continued to cite several instances of foreign interference with federal agents, including one case he was personally acquainted with.

The lawyer claimed she'd been contacted about the "sale of one of the Diddy tapes."

 

A lawyer for a new Sean “Diddy” Combs accuser claims that she’s been contacted about the “sale of one of the Diddy tapes,” specifically a pornographic video featuring the embattled hip-hop mogul, indicted last week on federal sex trafficking and racketeering charges, and someone “more high-profile” than the rapper and Bad Boy founder.

 

“There already have been tapes leaking around Hollywood being shopped around … but one particular person contacted me to shop a particular video they were in possession of and to contact the person who was in the video to see if they were interested in purchasing the video before it became public knowledge,” Ariel Mitchell-Kidd said Friday on NewsNation’s Banfield. “I can tell the video was pornographic in nature. … This was in his Atlanta home, and it does seem the person isn’t looking into the video. To me, it doesn’t seem like that person knows they’re being videotaped.”

 

Mitchell-Kidd also said she was contacted a few weeks ago by a new client who claims Combs raped her in 2018 and filed a police report at the time.

 

“She called me and told me about her assault and her escape,” Mitchell-Kidd said. “She was at a friend’s house who had industry ties, and Diddy decided to come to the house.”

 

Mitchell-Kidd claims her client learned Combs was planning on sex trafficking her when he arrived.

 

“It led to her being served a drink. She started to feel woozy. Combs sexually assaulted her with an inanimate object,” Mitchell-Kidd said. “And then directed another gentleman to sexually assault her while he watched and pleasured himself.”

These allegations come as Combs remains behind bars as he awaits his trial after he was indicted earlier this month on three counts of directing a vast criminal enterprise through which he allegedly assaulted and trafficked women with the aid of his business empire from at least 2008. He’s been accused of engaging in a “pervasive pattern of abuse” that involved coercing women to participate in highly orchestrated sexual encounters with male sex workers who were allegedly transported across state lines and internationally. His bail was denied after he pleaded not guilty to the charges, due to concerns he could flee the country.

 

Combs last week was hit with yet another lawsuit, at least the 10th brought against the rapper after Cassie Ventura sued him in November 2023 in a lawsuit that sparked a federal investigation into sex trafficking and racketeering.

 

This time Combs was sued in New York federal court for allegedly drugging and raping a woman in 2001. The accuser claimed she was sexually assaulted by Combs and his bodyguard.

 

It was also reported last week that Combs is staying in the same unit of Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center as Sam Bankman-Fried, the crypto mogul convicted of fraud.

 

After Diddy was arrested on Sept. 16, his lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, issued the following statement: “We are disappointed with the decision to pursue what we believe is an unjust prosecution of Mr. Combs by the U.S. Attorney’s Office. Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is a music icon, self-made entrepreneur, loving family man and proven philanthropist who has spent the last 30 years building an empire, adoring his children and working to uplift the Black community. He is an imperfect person but he is not a criminal. To his credit Mr. Combs has been nothing but cooperative with this investigation and he voluntarily relocated to New York last week in anticipation of these charges. Please reserve your judgment until you have all the facts. These are the acts of an innocent man with nothing to hide, and he looks forward to clearing his name in court.”

 

Agnifilo has not yet responded to The Hollywood Reporter‘s request for comment on Mitchell-Kidd’s claims about the video and new accuser.

Netflix cancellations spiked after Reed Hastings donated to Kamala Harris

 

Netflix suffered a surge in cancellations in the days after its co-founder and chairman, Reed Hastings, endorsed Kamala Harris for president and donated millions to her campaign.

 

The rate of cancellations – churn in industry parlance – nearly tripled in the US after his endorsement, according to the researcher Antenna. The streaming giant has the lowest churn in the industry.

 

Customers in the US canceled Netflix at a higher rate in July — 2.8% — than any month since February. That is largely due to the company’s decision to phase out its basic tier. Basic was the cheapest advertising-free version of Netflix. But the five-day period after Hastings’ endorsement was unusual, even for July.

 

Hastings, a longtime Democratic donor, endorsed Harris in a post on the social media platform X on July 22. A day later, Hastings told The Informationthat he donated $7 million to a pro-Harris super PAC. Shortly after Hastings’ endorsement, fans of Donald Trump began urging people to drop the service. Some posted photos showing they had closed their accounts alongside the hashtag #CancelNetflix. Three days later after the donation became public, July 26, was the single worst day for Netflix cancellations this year.

The company declined to comment while Hastings didn’t respond to a request for comment.

 

The spike in cancellations at Netflix lasted just a few days. It wasn’t as severe as the reaction in 2020 when conservatives asked Netflix to take down the French movie Cuties, which they felt exploited children. (Some of the people who attacked Netflix had not actually seen the movie. WTF it was sick.)

The long-term effect of these incidents can be hard to gauge. Advertisers and companies were eager to speak out on social issues following the murder of George Floyd. Many companies raced to show their support for the Black community and started new programs or initiatives to promote diversity, equity and inclusion (or DEI). Netflix shifted cash to Black-owned banks while Hastings donated to historically black universities.

 

Yet in recent years opponents have started to take on DEI initiatives. Sales of Bud Light tanked after an advertising campaign featuring a transgender influencer sparked a boycott by conservatives. Critics of DEI have been emboldened since the Supreme Court ruled affirmative action programs designed to boost racial diversity on college campuses are discriminatory.

 

Entertainment companies have faced a backlash after their executives took a stance on political issues. Walt Disney spent two years battling Florida Governor Ron DeSantis after the company criticized a law that restricts classroom discussion of sexual orientation and gender identity. The company has also faced questions in recent weeks for the close relationship between Harris and its entertainment co-chair, Dana Walden, who oversees ABC News.

Hastings has always been civic-minded. He was working on education reform when he started Netflix and has devoted a lot of time and money over the years to charter schools. As his wealth has grown, he and his wife have given billions to philanthropic causes.

 

He wasn’t as outspoken about elections until more recently. But earlier this year, he was a vocal and public member of the chorus of celebrities and executives calling for Joe Biden to step out of the presidential race.

 

Netflix has always tried to keep Hastings’ donations and politics separate from its business. Eager to appeal to viewers of all persuasions all over the world, the company is sensitive to any perception that it’s politically biased. (Disney faces a similar conundrum.)

 

Like most companies in entertainment and Silicon Valley, Netflix’s employees lean to the left politically. Co-CEO Ted Sarandos is married to Nicole Avant, a former ambassador in the Obama administration. Sarandos and Avant are active in politics and were advocates for Rick Caruso in the Los Angeles mayoral race in 2022.

It won’t take too long to figure out if this tempest caused any short-term pain for Netflix. The company reports financial results in mid-October.

Blind Item #1 - The Priceless Collection - A Himmmm Blind

I thought it may be nice to share an item that didn't include kids being abused. Although I warn you it is adult in nature with some very adult descriptions, all the participants seemed over legal age and there of their own choice – well, as far as I knew anyway, some were borderline in age and some may have been so chemically altered they had no idea where they were. I think that's my excuse from back in the day anyway.

 

So, this Fall – in October- I got a call from an old friend, who is an attorney working with the estate of a dead legendary celebrity (permanent A list celebrity) whom I will refer to as PM. PM died recently and left behind a large estate to be settled, and it was easy to forget how powerful he once was and what an original "influencer" he was on shaping culture in his time. My friend said they've been overseeing the catalog inventory of items of the estate. They were going through some old personal photos taken at a party of PM (Annual Shakespeare like party in name only) and said he'd found some hilarious photos of me from back in the 1980s, and would I like them? Scared at first, I was reassured the were only mildly embarrassing. Photos of me, two models, drunk in a pool one night with an inflatable ducky pool float on my head. Egad.

 

I went to the legendary estate of PM and found it more run down than I recall, and quite vacant. My lawyer pal and one of his investigator/paralegals were there, along with PM's son. We'd never met, but he was very nice, and asked if I minded going underground to the vault with them. A security guy started with us, but stopped at the elevator and we three went down together. We all descended into the depths of the house to a walk-in bank vault installed actually BENEATH the basement of the house. Like a bunker, with tunnels going to someplace. It was as big as a living room. I thought it peculiar when they both said I needed to leave all cell phones and electronics on the table outside the big vault. They said that no electronics are ever allowed inside, and when you pass through the entrance to the vault there's a "net" that will erase things and jam signals and it will kill your phone. Wild. I thought we just did that in movies and not sure it really existed. I happily complied, left my goods, and in we went.

 

After walking through a laser beam that made you feel like you had to whizz really badly, we were inside the "room". The Son flipped on a switch and air rushed through vents, and he pulled a metal shutter door closed behind us. I saw rows of metal cabinets lined the walls, with ceiling-high pull-out drawers. Inside were usual trappings of protected fame and wealth; including old films, documents, papers, and photos. Lots of artwork including Warhol's, Dali's, and others. All climate controlled and mint. I asked about the Warhol's, and the Monet, and the obvious Picasso.

 

The Son said: "Oh yeah, most of the valuables he kept in here. Some of his business stuff he kept backups of at a bunker thing in some place in Utah, but most was in here. He liked to enjoy his collections. But the paintings aren't the most valuable. He owns the most priceless things in history. He has the largest collection of unreleased movies ever – maybe worth billions." Somehow, I thought he meant like old silent films.

 

I wasn't even close to being right.

 

We moved to a manila folder and pulled out old 35mm prints of party pictures. They handed me the photos of me (OMFG! Cringe!), and I thanked them for giving them up so gently (Was I really that young looking once? Wow). My curiosity was peaked when I saw piles of old photos, folders, and stacks of old home movie reels and videos sitting inside the vault. They had names on them, and dates with some having events listed. My pal caught my stare and said "Yeah, you're not the only one. And these are NOT ready for prime time!". PM's son invited me to the long, wide table (this place looked more like a hospital exam room than a library), and started showing me folders. He played this game that went like this: "Any idea who this is?". When I looked at the photo, I was speechless. There, in front of me was (permanent A list country singer who has been A list for decades) totally nude in all her glory – obviously from the late 1970s. At a party inside an indoor pool. She's nude, laughing, with two girls on either side. I had forgotten how short she was. And yes, they were real and they were magnificent (and it wasn't Mulva either!).

After picking up my jaw, I then perused the piles of videos. My lawyer pal and the Son just glanced at each other with Cheshire grins. One had the name of a legendary TV star (former A list mostly television actress and one year wonder) who was maybe my first screen crush. I turned to the Son and my pal – "NO F—CKING WAY". They both erupted laughing. Yes, they said. Way. The Son turned around and against the wall was a small combo TV/VCR unit, beside a DVD console, an old movie studio-style film viewer for 8mm and 16mm movies, and a photo box for blowing up pictures and slides. He turned on the VCR, and within seconds, in front of my eyes was that TV Star in all her wondrous glory. Not just nude, but having sex. First by herself, then with a guy. You can tell it is an old 16mm film cheap-loop porno reel transferred to video.

 

The Son said: "Dad had a ton of this stuff. Some of it he shot, some of it he produced. A lot of it though was bought from blackmailers and others to keep it out of the public eye. He bought it to PROTECT a lot of his friends and they returned favors". I was floored, watching this pre-fame goddess on all fours clearly enjoying herself. With her recent popular resurgence, I can only imagine the value of this tape copy alone. I asked if I could check it out, like a library – you know, for educational history purposes only. They laughed. Not a chance. There weren't even cameras INSIDE the vault, to reduce the risk of any security guards recording anything second-hand. And that laser net was to keep anyone from walking away with anything.

 

This first tape was a drop in the bucket. The Son and my lawyer pal fired up the whole video suite there in the back of the vault, to show me this collection. I've rarely been so speechless in my life. If I was a college-aged kid again, I'd have been in paradise. Most of the items there were from the 1950s through the early 2000s. Or so I thought. Those were just the ones I saw myself. Apparently, this place was the Smithsonian of celebrity nudes and porn items. Since this story is long, I'll cut to the chase to share what I witnessed with my own eyes, all in one afternoon in the same place (I will just list these and the details with them but I was so shocked I could barely keep up with it all):

Early 1980s video of this female permanent A list celebrity/host who has been on television forever in the same exact job and this deceased permanent A list male singer who loved grunting and drugs both nude at outdoor pool. She's also got a very endowed white guy laying beside of her. She starts pleasuring herself as the musical legend gets aroused. A young blonde model joins her and they tease the singer by doing things with each other. So much for her mostly-pure image. Apparently she really is bisexual!

This former A- list mostly television actress who was on a very very hot southern show and had an iconic character name back when she was a little chubby and obviously young. Looks like 1970s. Permanent A+ list mostly movie actress who got PM started in a way in old black and white 1950s era photos, with her face smiling and her body fully nude, spread, and posing.

 

Permanent A list mostly movie actress who had a killer daughter so to speak in black and white photos. A lot of them. Some of her nude, some of her having sex with a guy, and her with a nude female I could not recognize. Again, that unmistakable face and figure. She was a blonde, and looked to be in her peak famous days. I just stared at these a while, and my lawyer pal said that PM got those through infamous attorney who represented Clarence Darrow back in the day and and mobster __, around the time the actress was in a big scandal. Her lawyer sneaked these out of her dead boyfriend's apartment before the cops or media got there. It was like LA Confidential for real. PM offered them to the actress years later, for free, and she didn't want them but asked he not share them. PM agreed, and kept his word. She was truly stunning, in every way.

In fact, you could see that from her years before (her first movie) in a cinema. Makes me afraid to wonder what else they did though?

So just when my head had stopped spinning, and I had not spoken or taken a breath in 20 minutes, the Son and my pal were laughing at my shock. I just was shaking my head, and asked them if they had any idea the value of this stuff? If this replacement to #17 could make an empire off a sex tape can you imagine what this stuff would do? In some of these I did see, you could tell that PM was clearly recording it (his voice was obvious). Others you hear a woman's voice behind the camera. The Son said sometimes PM would keep a cameraman on hand at parties just for this purpose. I asked the Son if it ever skeeved him out, with that being his Dad? He laughed and said "Nope – it's not like I was afraid of sex or nudity any way. But funny enough my folks were pretty protective of us and I didn't even know this stuff was here until Dad got sick. I still don't know who half these people are."

Realizing the time passed, and my mind totally blown, we headed back out – making it through the James Bond setup again, and getting my stuff to leave. I thanked them both for an insanely mind-altering experience, but mostly for my own photos (which obviously wouldn't make any highlight reels around here). I had to know, so I just blurted it out and asked what they were going to do with all of it.

The Son said, "Most of it goes back to the people in them – if they want them. That's what Dad said he wanted. Some of it I'm supposed to hold on to, because people may want to take out grudge's against Dad on me so I'm keeping them. The rest? Well…". And he just shrugged and smiled a big smile. At that moment, he really did look like his old man.

All the way back home I just couldn't stop replaying what I'd seen. Especially that lady singer with those big…eyes. Wow. Impressive. My wife got a kick out of my own photos and said she was disappointed I wasn't more "exposed". I didn't share with her the exposure I'd just seen or my relief that I wasn't exposed. I do know this – that if suddenly, in the next few years, a large amount of classic celebrity sex tapes and photos start hitting the market? I'll know the source.

Cowlitz County EMS started receiving 911 calls about the smell around 6:30 p.m. Tuesday of last week as it spread through South Kelso, Rose Valley, Kalama, Woodland, and Cumbia County before reaching Portland, a new report from USA Today said.

 

Cowlitz County said in a statement this weekend: “The source of the odor and what the odor is/was, are still unknown and under investigation."

 

Leading theories for the smell include “ship, train, highway transportation leak; Scappoose Bio Solids; industry; pipelines; natural gas; Mt St Helens; and ground movement.”

🚨Just spoke to a US Military insider about the efforts for Hurricane Helene. Here's what I was told:

 

The 82nd Airborne Division is known as America's "Global" Response Force. They have the ability to have thousands of paratroopers anywhere in the world in 18 hours. They provide combat capability, but also helicopter airlift, stand up hospitals, and other support.

 

They responded to Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans.

 

The 82nd responded overnight to fly thousands of Afghans out of the country during the withdrawal.

 

Less than 1/3 of the entire division is on the "global" alert status. Meaning there are thousands of members potentially available to render aid with a simple command.

 

So the question is why even a fraction of the 82nd can't be used to support relief efforts in the same state in which they are stationed (North Carolina)? For whatever reason, they are unavailable for this effort.

 

As of now, they haven't been alerted for hurricane support.

 

They can be on the ground and in the sky within hours, organizing airlifts, building hospitals, bringing aid.

 

But they aren't.

 

Biden-Harris can activate them if they so wished.
