On the night before Christmas, anons gathered ‘round.

Shovels were digging with barely a sound.

With coffee on mantles and keyboards on fire,

Anons couldn’t sleep or bother to tire.

Some anons memed. Some anons prayed.

Some scoffed about mandates they hadn’t obeyed.

Some anons shared; some didn’t have sauce.

Some tidied the ship, on orders from boss.

Some gathered notes and readied the dough.

Some were as comfy as reindeer in snow.

When from out in the yard came a thunderous BOOM–

So loud that it echoed in room after room.

Anons, at the windows, were staring with glee.

Others kept asking, “What do you see?!”

“A sleigh’s in the driveway; it crashed near the street.

And someone’s in red, from head to their feet.

Boxes wrapped nicely are spread all about.

Put on your coats, let’s go and help out!”

Quickly, they scampered across the front lawn,

But the sleigh and the boxes were already gone.

Then, hearing a jingle of bells in the air,

Anons looked up. And what would be there?

A frog wearing red, with a beard, snowy white,

Waved from the roof and wished them, “Goodnight.”

Then off through the skies, on a sleigh, pulled by deer,

The frog filled the world with holiday cheer.

Do you really want to know why FDR bombed Pearl Harbor?

 

The British East India Company took control of Bengal and Bihar, the opium-growing districts of India, and their ships dominate the opium trade out of Calcutta to China.

 

Then, around the 1820's, they found a new way of making money from the opium, Morphine, and this was the basis of the pharmaceutical industry.

 

The two big players, E. Merck & Company of Darmstadt, Germany, begins commercial manufacturing of morphine, and Jardine-Matheson & Company of London.

 

Then, in 1895, The Bayer Company of Elberfeld, Germany, finds that diluting morphine with acetyls produces a drug without the common morphine side effects. Bayer begins production of diacetylmorphine and coins the name "heroin."

 

Now they didn't need to ship opium to china, and they had a complete monopoly on the Bengal opium.

 

At the same time, however, opium production ramped up in Laos and Burma, and because of the British monopoly, they had to find a new way to ship the product to China.

 

So they took it overland, from Burma to Hanoi, in what was then, French Indochina. This was of course, the first leg, of what came to be known as the "Ho Chi Minh trail".

 

Now the French took over the opium trade, it was a short hop from Hanoi to Hongkong, and profits soared.

 

Seeing the growing trade with China, around 1820?, two Massachusetts families, the Delanos and the Perkins' were drawn into the China trade along with John Jacob Astor, selling furs and ginseng, that they sourced from Daniel Boone.

 

Eventually the furs ran out, the ginseng was inferior and they had to find another product to sell to china, and that was Turkish opium. By 1818, Americans were, by some estimates, smuggling as much as a third of all the opium consumed in China

 

As word of the huge profits spread, the leading families with names like Astor, Cabot, Peabody, Brown, Archer, Hathaway, Webster, Delano, Coolidge, Forbes, Russell, Perkins, Bryant, otherwise known as Boston Brahmins, all joined in the opium trade to China.

 

In 1857, Warren Delano Jr. lost much of his wealth in a financial panic, so, like many other American speculators before him, he returned to the opium trade and quickly rebuilt his fortune. It was at his palatial estate, Algonac, in New York, that Franklin D. Roosevelt's parents were married.

 

This was during the Civil War, and Delano saw the need for opium as a pain killer for the wounded troops. In the American Civil War, the Union Army used 175,000 lb (80,000 kg) of opium tincture and powder and about 500,000 opium pills. Most likely the South used the same.

 

This is how the US military became involved in the drug trafficking business; why use ports and pesky customs duties, when you can use US military bases, instead? Why use your own ships, and crews, when you can just use military ships to move the opium, completely unnoticed? From this point on, the US military will be wholly complicit in the drug trafficking business.

 

As we saw earlier, the French were also making huge profits from the opium trade, and the aristocrats that fled France to avoid the guillotine moved to Boston; one of those families was the Bouvier Family, Jackie Kennedys family. The French not only smuggled the opium from Hanoi to China, they also set up a huge business shipping opium to the USA, some legal, to Johnson and Johnson, some not so legal.

 

This trade in opium, became known as "the French Connection", and for about 100 years the Boston families made enormous fortunes.

 

As time progressed, long range flight became possible, and a US company called PanAm, set up the "clipper class" to China, flying boats from San Francisco, to Honolulu, Midway, Wake, Guam, Philippines to Indochina and China. Now it only took a couple of weeks to get the opium to the US, and profits boomed.

 

Then, in 1940, the Japanese occupied French Indochina, and cut the supply of opium from Burma to Hanoi, and FDR suddenly became concerned with Japanese atrocities committed in China.

 

The Japanese, being noble, and thinking they were allies to the US, informed the US of their impending invasion of British territories in the east, and, in what can only be described as the most audacious act of treachery ever seen, the US decided to use this as the basis of the false flag attack on Pearl Harbor.

I am reading through the Supreme Court ruling in Trump vs. Illinois, and they ruled that Trump needs to invoke the Insurrection Act in order to send the troops into Chicago.

 

Kavanaugh in his dissent even says that this ruling “could cause the President to use the US military more than the National Guard”.

 

The Supreme Court just admitted that Trump has the authority to invoke the Insurrection Act to bypass Posse Comitatus and send the troops to Chicago, and any other city he wants.

 

Trump tried to exhaust every legal avenue possible before resulting to the Insurrection Act, but the Dems resisted and refused to cooperate.

 

Sounds to me like Trump just got the green light. INVOKE THE INSURRECTION ACT!

Attorneys for Tina Peters, a former Colorado county clerk convicted of state-level election interference, are asking a Colorado court to free her after President Donald Trump pardoned her.

In a motion filed Dec. 23, Peters’s lawyers said the Colorado Court of Appeals no longer has jurisdiction, or authority, over her case because Trump pardoned her on Dec. 5. They asked the court to release her from state prison based on the federal pardon.

The presidential document on file with the U.S. Department of Justice was signed by Trump on Dec. 5. It states that Peters is being given “a full and unconditional pardon” regarding “those offenses she has or may have committed or taken part in related to election integrity and security during the period from January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2021.”

The Pardons Clause of the U.S. Constitution says the president has the power to “grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offences against the United States.” The clause also allows presidents to grant preemptive pardons to individuals who have not yet been convicted of federal offenses.

Colorado officials say under state law, only Colorado’s governor, currently Jared Polis, a Democrat, may pardon Peters, who was convicted under state law.

Peters, 70, was convicted in Colorado state court in August 2024 of election-related charges, such as allowing unauthorized access to voting machines, and sentenced to nine years of incarceration. She is currently an inmate at La Vista Correctional Facility in Pueblo, Colorado.

It has been 1,071 days since the Georgia Supreme Court remanded the VoterGA.org lawsuit back to the lower courts after determining Garland Favorito’s voter integrity group did, in fact, have standing. That lawsuit was asking the court to unseal the physical paper ballots and allow inspection.

 

Last year, the Georgia State Election Board also sought to unseal the physical paper ballots when it issued a subpoena to Fulton County demanding the ballots, ballot stubs, envelopes, and digital images. Fulton County’s Board of Registration and Elections, without a vote from the board, filed a lawsuit challenging that subpoena.

 

Today, Judge Robert McBurney granted the State Election Board access to the physical ballots and related documents; however, the Board would be on the hook for the estimated $400,000 in “document costs,” as estimated by the county.

 

Fulton County has until January 7th to provide the State Election Board with the estimated costs.

Tina Peters Asks Colorado Appeals Court to Recognize Trump’s Pardon

Attorneys for Tina Peters, a former Colorado county clerk convicted of state-level election interference, are asking a Colorado court to free her after President Donald Trump pardoned her.

 

In a motion filed Dec. 23, Peters’s lawyers said the Colorado Court of Appeals no longer has jurisdiction, or authority, over her case because Trump pardoned her on Dec. 5. They asked the court to release her from state prison based on the federal pardon.

 

The presidential document on file with the U.S. Department of Justice was signed by Trump on Dec. 5. It states that Peters is being given “a full and unconditional pardon” regarding “those offenses she has or may have committed or taken part in related to election integrity and security during the period from January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2021.”

 

The Pardons Clause of the U.S. Constitution says the president has the power to “grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offences against the United States.” The clause also allows presidents to grant preemptive pardons to individuals who have not yet been convicted of federal offenses.

 

Colorado officials say under state law, only Colorado’s governor, currently Jared Polis, a Democrat, may pardon Peters, who was convicted under state law.

 

Peters, 70, was convicted in Colorado state court in August 2024 of election-related charges, such as allowing unauthorized access to voting machines, and sentenced to nine years of incarceration. She is currently an inmate at La Vista Correctional Facility in Pueblo, Colorado.

 

Peters previously said on her website that her efforts as Mesa County Clerk during the 2020 election were aimed at upholding election integrity by “creating a forensic backdrop” of a county election server.

 

When he announced the federal pardon earlier this month, Trump in a Truth Social post called Peters “a Patriot.”

 

“Democrats only think there is one crime—Not voting for them! Instead of protecting Americans and their Tax Dollars, Democrats chose instead to prosecute anyone they can find that wanted Safe and Secure Elections.”

 

Peters is “a Patriot who simply wanted to make sure that our Elections were Fair and Honest,” and who is in prison “for the ‘crime’ of demanding Honest Elections,” the president wrote.

 

The Colorado Court of Appeals is scheduled to hear the case on Jan. 14, 2026.

 

In the Dec. 23 filing, attorneys for Peters argued that President George Washington set a precedent when he gave pardons to individuals convicted of both state and federal crimes in the Whiskey Rebellion in 1795. They asked the state appeals court to rule quickly.

 

The appeals court directed Colorado Attorney General Phil Weiser to respond to Peters’s arguments by Jan. 8, 2026.

 

The Epoch Times reached out for comment to Weiser. No reply was received by publication time.

Weiser previously said the presidential pardon was not legally binding.

 

“One of the most basic principles of our constitution is that states have independent sovereignty and manage our own criminal justice systems without interference from the federal government,” Weiser said in a statement.

 

“The idea that a president could pardon someone tried and convicted in state court has no precedent in American law, would be an outrageous departure from what our Constitution requires, and will not hold up.”
