Females are expected to be feminine. To be slaves for their husbands.

 

To stay at home, carrying a parasite, taking care of the other parasites, cleaning, cooking, doing the dishes, laundry, etc.

And females are expected to be nice and quiet no matter what.

Females are never allowed to have opinions on anything. Females are expected to be beautiful. Males always complain about 'hypergamy', but they are the hypergamynous ones.

 

A male would never date a girl uglier than himself. I often see attractive females dating ugly subhumans.

 

And males are never shamed for wanting a hot girlfriend, but females are suddenly the devil if they dare to want a tall boyfriend.

 

All a man has to do to be considered attractive by other people is to stay somewhat fit, but a female on the other hand.

A female has to wear layers of makeup, wear painful high heels, uncomfortable dresses, be anorexic skinny, and get plastic surgery if shes too ugly.

Males who say "i hate plastic surgery, natural girls are better" do not mean it, they only like natural pretty girls, but theyll hate on ugly girls.

 

Females are expected to waste hours of their life putting on makeup and dressing pretty, just to perform and meet societys standars.

 

But even the ugliest and fattest subhuman males out there can still get a average girlfriend, and if a girl dares to reject him, she will be bullied and shamed for being 'vain' or 'rude'.

 

I really hate God for making me a useless foid. I hate God for inventing the female gender, the useless gender, the slave gender, the rapemeat gender. But most of all, i hate myself.

Washington — The U.S. Army Reserve is examining whether it can provide the military's Southern Command with police forces, medical personnel and other support units within the next four months, according to an internal Army message reviewed by CBS News.

 

Though the message makes no reference to Cuba, the request is for continued military planning aimed at Cuba, according to multiple U.S. officials who spoke to CBS News under condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to speak publicly.

 

There is no indication in the document that any units have received deployment orders. But the planning comes as the Trump administration puts intense economic pressure on Cuba and urges the island nation to make political reforms.

The document reviewed by CBS News says Army Reserve headquarters is seeking feedback from subordinate commands on the possible availability of six types of formations that would fall under the authority of U.S. Southern Command. Tim Tebow said he’s “pausing” his relationship with Life Surge after scam allegations emerged earlier this week.

Jeffrey Epstein is dead. The pictures are not. A new class-action lawsuit says the financier spent decades collecting sexualized images of children, that most of the people in those files have never been identified, and that some of them may still have no idea their childhood faces sit in a federal vault or an estate locker.

RadarOnline framed the filing as an exclusive this week. The complaint itself landed earlier in Manhattan federal court, filed by two women identified only as Jane Doe and “Amy” against the co-executors of Epstein’s estate, longtime attorney Darren Indyke and accountant Richard Kahn. The women allege Epstein possessed, obtained, and distributed child sexual abuse material for more than two decades. They want a court-supervised hunt for everyone depicted in it.

Attorney Hillary Nappi says the proposed class could reach “thousands.” Most of the people pictured, she says, have never been named. The suit seeks at least $6 million on behalf of more than 40 people whose identities are already said to be ascertainable, plus $150,000 for each qualifying class member. That number is a floor. If the cache is what the complaint claims, the floor will not hold.

None of this has been proven in court. Indyke’s lawyer, Daniel Weiner, declined comment. Kahn’s counsel did not answer. The allegations still have to survive a judge. That does not make the underlying pattern any prettier.

The filing describes a locked “modeling book” seized from Epstein’s New York home in 2019. Investigators found sexualized photographs of children inside. Epstein and unnamed associates, the complaint says, claimed the book was for developing child models for Victoria’s Secret. That is the kind of explanation a man gives when he wants a locked safe to sound like a talent file.

Jane Doe says Epstein obtained partially nude photographs of her when she was about 12. The pictures were taken as part of an artist’s study and kept in a numbered lockbox. Epstein, the complaint alleges, stole them, kept them with other sexualized images of children, and carried them across state lines. Authorities were told at the time that he had those photographs and similar images of another minor. Nobody investigated. Nobody prosecuted.

If that last sentence sounds familiar, it should. The Gateway Pundit has covered a separate Florida suit arguing the FBI sat on credible reports of Epstein’s crimes as far back as the 1990s. Maria Farmer warned them. Other women warned them. Playboy’s Hugh Hefner even placed a call. The machine yawned. A 12-year-old’s stolen pictures fit the same groove.

Amy’s claim is different and, in some ways, worse. She says images of her as a child were among the material seized from Epstein’s properties in 2019, and that those images are still being traded. The complaint places the collection across New York, Florida, Ohio, New Mexico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. She was never notified that Epstein had them.

This suit is not another line of women who say Epstein put his hands on them. It is aimed at people exploited through images he or his associates created, obtained, possessed, or passed along while those people were minors. Some of them never met him. Some of them may be living ordinary adult lives with no reason to search a dead predator’s hard drives.

The plaintiffs want the court to design one coordinated identification and notification program with the estate, federal authorities, and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children. They also want a full accounting of the images, devices, and records. Preserve it. Inventory it. Tell the people in it.

That demand exists because, according to the complaint, almost nobody has been told. The only child-exploitation victims contacted through NCMEC, the filing says, were a small group tied to Ghislaine Maxwell’s criminal trial. Maxwell is still in prison. A federal judge this summer called her latest bid for a new trial “rambling” and “meritless,” as Fox News reported. Her conviction did not empty the archive. It did not trigger a systematic call to every child whose picture was in it.

Court papers reviewed in the coverage say investigators looked at tens of thousands of images from Epstein’s devices while preparing Maxwell’s case and flagged only a thin slice as matching known series. Hundreds of other images in the cache were identified as child sexual abuse material. The rest of the pile, the plaintiffs argue, never got a real victim-identification sweep. The Department of Justice later dumped millions of pages under the Epstein Files Transparency Act. Survivors’ lawyers have already said sloppy releases can re-injure people. Silence can hide them.

Indyke and Kahn have been here. In February the estate agreed to pay as much as $35 million to resolve a different class action accusing the two men of aiding Epstein’s trafficking operation. They admitted no wrongdoing. The New York Post and Breitbart both covered the deal. The estate had already run a restitution fund that paid out $121 million, plus tens of millions more in separate settlements. Money moved. The image cache, if the new complaint is right, stayed a secret from the people inside it.

Epstein pleaded guilty in Florida in 2008 to procuring a person under 18 for prostitution. Federal prosecutors charged him with sex trafficking of minors in 2019. He died in a Manhattan jail before trial. The death was ruled a suicide. He was never charged with creating, obtaining, or distributing the child sexual abuse material now sitting at the center of this case. That is not a technicality. It is the hole the lawsuit is trying to fill with civil law because criminal law never touched it.

Scripture does not whisper about this kind of offense. “But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea.” That is Matthew 18:6. Epstein escaped a courtroom. The children in the files did not escape the files.

A rich man built a private museum of other people’s stolen childhoods, dressed it up as modeling, and outlived every early warning that should have stopped him. The government seized the museum. Then, if these women are telling the truth, it largely failed to call the people on the walls. A lawsuit cannot raise the dead. It can force the living to look at what they locked away and name the children they never bothered to find.

In the age of mass migration, all politics is identity politics. The question is not whether, but which identity has primacy. Who comprises the "We" in the US Constitution's preamble? What is an American?

 

According to liberals who have made the right their refugee camp, asking these questions makes you a third-worldist, a pagan, and Woke Right. (But saying actual third-worlders can become American doesn't, apparently. Neither does Joel Berry wanting a Hindu to hold political office, or letting an atheist lecture Christians on Christianity.)

 

These liberals have surrendered all ground to their ostensible leftist enemies, and have no moral purchase with them. They now spend their time gatekeeping and tone-policing anyone who wants to wield power to reverse more than just the latest stage of the progressive revolution. They appeal to the eternal principles of America's national proposition, then call you a Nazi, try to get you fired from your job, and blacklist you from every 501c3 in D.C.

 

But these people don't believe anything the Founding Fathers did. America was founded by and for Christian Englishmen, who defined a nation as "a people descended from the same ancestors, speaking the same language, professing the same religion, attached to the same principles of government, very similar in their manners and customs… a band of brethren, united to each other by the strongest ties, should never be split into a number of unsocial, jealous, and alien sovereignties." It was built for those people and their posterity. Citizenship was restricted to freeborn White persons of good Christian character. Not for anyone from anywhere who aren't Christians and who violate those sacred liberal principles, but won't be deported for doing so.

 

They act like the Constitution was written in 1968. In fact, they can be easily baited into calling America's presidents racist. But if you're denouncing the authors of the Declaration of Independence and the faces on Mount Rushmore as "proto-Hitler", then you aren't conserving anything.

Although split along party affiliation, the United States Supreme Court underscored the validity of Trump's plans to shore up election integrity. In addition, the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency issue a report telling election offices to treat infrastructure as a year-round target.

 

President Donald Trump enjoyed two end-of-week wins for election integrity, measures his administration has prioritized since the beginning of the 47th president's second term. The two-fer involved a win at the Supreme Court for the SAVE database, which verifies U.S. citizenship for voter rolls, and guidance released by the Cyber and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) recommending paper ballots, post-election manual audits and other hardening measures to fortify elections.

 

Rep. Claudia Tenney, R-N.Y., spoke to Just The News about the Supreme Court ruling, and emphasized that even deep-blue New York, the state ruled the same way. "Our New York State Court of Appeals—they're all left-leaning, all appointed by either Cuomo or Governor – ruled unanimously that only citizens can vote in our elections. So why would we let people who are ineligible to vote get on our voter rolls?"

The Supreme Court on Friday paused a lower-court injunction and cleared the way for states to resume using a modified federal database to check whether registered voters are U.S. citizens.

 

The fight began in March 2025, when Trump directed the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Social Security Administration (SSA) to expand the decades-old Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements program, known as SAVE. The overhaul added Social Security records, including data on U.S.-born citizens, and allowed officials to run searches in bulk rather than one name at a time.

 

Voting-rights groups sued. In June, U.S. District Judge Sparkle L. Sooknanan of Washington, D.C., a Biden nominee, blocked the expanded system. She said the government had “trampled on the privacy rights of American citizens” and that states were removing eligible voters based on flawed matches. An appeals court left her order in place.

 

The Justice Department called that ruling indefensible and asked the justices for emergency relief. In an unsigned opinion, the court said federal law already requires the government to answer state requests to verify citizenship and that Sooknanan’s order “prevents the Federal Government from using the program it believes is best suited to the task.” Justices Sonia Sotomayor, Elena Kagan and Ketanji Brown Jackson dissented.

 

The stay is not a final ruling on the merits. Federal law also bars systematic voter-roll purges within 90 days of an election, so Friday’s order is expected to matter most for individual checks before November 3 and for broader roll maintenance after the midterms, but the win solidifies that states can again use federal records to ask a basic question — whether the person on the list is a citizen.

The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) on Thursday released its 2026 Election Infrastructure Security Plan, the first public election-security blueprint from the agency since the Trump administration froze much of that work last year.

 

The 13-page document, titled “Securing the Next 250,” landed about 40 days before the Nov. 3 midterms. Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin tasked CISA with writing it in July after a long pause in federal election-security assistance. The agency had already cut roughly 1,000 employees and lost dedicated election-adviser capacity. Officials in both parties said those cuts weakened day-to-day help for state and local clerks.

 

The new plan does not rewrite who can vote. It tells election offices to treat infrastructure as a year-round target. CISA warns that hackers have tried to breach voter-registration systems in all 50 states, with confirmed success in at least 20. It flags weak patching, insider risk, physical threats to polling places, and databases that are too easy to reach from public lookup tools.

 

The recommendations are old-school by design: paper ballots, post-election manual audits, multi-factor authentication, tighter access controls, and log retention for at least a year.

 

CISA also says it will offer a no-cost information-sharing platform for fusion centers and election officials and assign regional directors as security advisers.

 

After a year of drift, the federal government is again telling states the same thing election-integrity advocates have said for years: count votes on paper, audit the count, and lock down the rolls.

Two-tiered justice: Local DAs shield noncitizens from immigration consequences

 

When a local prosecutor weighs immigration status when deciding charges and plea deals, two people who commit the same crime in your community could face very different consequences. A House report and a DOJ investigation now allege that's happening in jurisdictions from Northern Virginia to Colorado to Philadelphia.

 

District attorneys across the country are accused of providing illegal immigrants preferential treatment when they commit crimes, allowing them to remain free in the country and put U.S. citizens’ lives at risk. The related reports seem to indicate that when the arrested person is a U.S. citizen, they are denied much of the leniency shown to illegal immigrants accused of the same crime.

 

The House Judiciary Committee and its Immigration Subcommittee released a report this week detailing how Arlington County, Virginia’s Commonwealth’s Attorney, Parisa Dehghani-Tafti, “obstructs the enforcement of federal immigration law and shields foreign national criminals from accountability.” Dehghani-Tafti's campaign received $515,000 from George Soros-affiliated political entities, Fox News reported last October.

Congressional committee says policy ensures that certain foreign nationals are never convicted of DWI

 

“Democrats' open-borders policies and sanctuary jurisdictions have had devastating consequences for U.S. citizens. Even after the American people resoundingly rejected Democrats' pro-illegal alien policies in November 2024, Democrats across the country reinforced sanctuary policies to ensure that the millions of illegal aliens who entered the U.S. are never removed from the country,” the Committee wrote in its announcement of the report.

 

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) data contained within the report showed that sanctuary jurisdictions – cities that have vowed not to work with ICE – have declined at least 41,085 detainers between Oct. 2022 and early 2026.

 

The Judiciary Committee’s report included testimony from Dehghani-Tafti about her office’s policy to shift outcomes for Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) recipients charged with Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) to ensure they don’t lose their DACA status. “This policy ensures that certain foreign nationals are never convicted of DWI in Arlington County, [Virginia] solely due to their status as non-U.S. citizens,” the Committee wrote.

 

“Arlington County treats illegal aliens differently than similarly situated American citizens. Immigration-specific considerations, and the potential for a different prosecutorial outcome based on those immigration considerations, are not available to American citizens charged with similar crimes,” the Committee added.

 

Arlington County’s refusal to work with ICE also extends to cases involving felons and terrorists, the Committee found.

Lax treatment, tracking of illegal immigrants leads to deaths of American citizens

 

In neighboring Fairfax County, the situation is largely the same with Commonwealth’s Attorney Steve Descano, who is under investigation by the Department of Justice (DOJ) for possible discrimination against American citizens. "This investigation will uncover whether this prosecutor is putting the community at risk in offering sweetheart deals to illegal immigrants charged with serious crimes," Assistant Attorney General Harmeet K. Dhillon of the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division said in May.

 

The investigation came several months after Stephanie Minter was murdered in Fairfax County, allegedly by Abdul Jalloh, an illegal immigrant with a criminal history who has had nearly every charge against him dropped by Descano’s office. For his part, Descano denied wrongdoing and told a local news outlet that "my policies are fair, legal, and reflect the values of my community."

 

Across the country in Boulder County, Colorado, District Attorney Michael Dougherty’s published policy states that prosecutors in his jurisdiction must consider collateral effects when it comes to illegal immigrants committing certain crimes. House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan, R.-Ohio, subpoenaed Dougherty last week regarding alleged preferential treatment to illegal immigrants. Jordan’s Committee had been trying to get records and information from Dougherty’s office for months, but the DA kept refusing.

In Denver, the Judiciary Committee sent a letter to DA John Walsh citing similar collateral consequences for illegal immigrants.

 

“Under your leadership, the Denver District Attorney’s Office undermines the rule of law under the guise of safeguarding the public. For years, in fact, your office has openly given preferential treatment to aliens based solely on their immigration status,” Jordan wrote to Walsh in May. “In 2019, your predecessor implemented a policy to consider a criminal defendant’s immigration status when making prosecution decisions. Noting that ‘[d]ifferent individuals charged with the same crime may face markedly different consequences depending upon various factors, including an individual’s immigration status,’ the former District Attorney directed the office to ‘take reasonable steps to mitigate [immigration] consequences” for criminal aliens.’”

 

In 2017, illegal immigrant Ever Valles shot and killed 32-year-old landscaper Timothy Cruz. Valles had previously been protected from an ICE detainer when he was released from prison without officials informing ICE, per sanctuary city policy.

 

Jordan accused Walsh of continuing that policy and demanded documents and information relating to the DA office’s interactions with ICE and the prosecution of illegal immigrants.

 

Philadelphia’s DA Larry Krasner also uses the policy that “low-level and nonviolent crimes should not lead to deportation or necessarily risk one’s immigration status.” Jordan also subpoenaed his office in May.

DA caught boasting about "criminal aliens being released onto Philadelphia streets, free to reoffend" Jordan says

 

“In fact, you created an Immigration Counsel position within your office to evaluate cases involving non-U.S. citizens so that foreign nationals ‘can avoid unnecessary and unjust consequences’ — in other words, to shield criminal aliens from deportation,” Jordan wrote. “You also openly boast about how your policies have resulted in criminal aliens being released onto Philadelphia streets, free to reoffend. Even in cases involving murder or crimes against minors, a prosecutor in your office may still consider a criminal alien’s potential deportation or other immigration consequences in making prosecution decisions.”

 

In New York, Brooklyn DA Eric Gonzalez hired two immigration attorneys to advise prosecutors specifically on plea offers and sentencing for illegal immigrants, potentially reducing charges to avoid deportation.

 

In California, Los Angeles and Contra Costa County each have DAs that consider a person’s legal status when charging them for a crime. Former L.A. DA George Gascon was defeated in the 2024 election in part due to his lax policies toward criminals, including illegal immigrants. While he was DA of San Francisco in 2015, a five-time deported Mexican immigrant murdered 32-year-old Kathryn Steinle. The immigrant, Jose Ines Garcia Zarate, 45, was later acquitted of murder and involuntary manslaughter charges, as well as assault with a deadly weapon. Jurors convicted the Mexican citizen of being a felon in possession of a firearm, which could bring a three-year sentence.

 

Multnomah County in Oregon's policy also states that consequences should be roughly equal for U.S. citizens and illegal immigrants, meaning deportation is to be avoided.

Justice Department charges four aliens in Pennsylvania with election frau

 

The migrants have been identified as Mexican national Eduardo Gallardo Maldonado, Trinidad & Tobago national Sade Guppy, Dilea Ochoa-Perez, who is in the country illegally from Mexico, and Cliff Sanon an illegal migrant from Haiti.

 

The Department of Justice announced Thursday that four aliens, including two illegal aliens, have been charged in Pennsylvania with election fraud for election-related activity, including two migrants who are allegedly in the country illegally.

 

The migrants have been identified as Mexican national Eduardo Gallardo Maldonado, Trinidad & Tobago national Sade Guppy, Dilea Ochoa-Perez, who is in the country illegally from Mexico, and Cliff Sanon an illegal migrant from Haiti.

 

“Our sovereignty as a nation belongs to the American people and no one else,” United States Attorney David Metcalf said in a statement. “Anyone, including illegal aliens, who votes illegally in our elections will be prosecuted for corrupting our democracy.”

 

Sanon, who is 39-years-old, faces the heaviest charge and was charged by criminal complaint with one count of submitting a fraudulent voter registration application. The department claimed the latest voter registration application marked his eighth fraudulent voter registration application, and he also allegedly voted in the November 2022 election illegally.

 

The defendant faces up to five years in prison for his crime, up to one year of supervised release, a $250,000 fine, and a $100 special assessment.

 

Ochoa-Perez was charged by information with two counts of voting as an alien after she allegedly voted illegally in the 2022 and 2024 November general elections in Chester County, Pennsylvania. After the DHS expanded Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements (SAVE) program, a coalition of voter advocacy groups sued, arguing the use of Social Security numbers would cause confidentiality problems.

 

The Friday order granted a stay on the lower court's injunction of the policy. But the stay is only provisional and could become moot if the Supreme Court declines to hear the matter in full.

 

The court did note, however, that the impact of the stay would likely be limited in the short term, since federal law bars the clearing of voter rolls close to an election.

White House press monopoly exposes risks of news blackout, as RAV steps in with new pool feed

 

In an era when many news consumers have observed a biased mainstream media against the current president, their absence from the White House press pool has exposed a long-festering problem: when they’re not with the president, coverage suffers.

 

President Donald Trump’s ban of CNN, MS NOW and Politico from White House grounds last week did more than pick a fight with three newsrooms. It exposed how easily the country’s main picture of the presidency can go dark.

 

Trump announced the order Friday on Truth Social, saying the outlets “shouldn’t be able to constantly write or report FICTION and LIES.” On Saturday, their reporters were turned away and had hard passes confiscated.

 

A federal judge early Thursday temporarily restored the press privileges to those outlets, issuing a temporary injunction blocking Trump's ban.

 

The more glaring lapse, however, came Monday. After the White House blocked CNN from its assigned turn in the five-network television pool, ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox News declined in solidarity to fill the slot.

 

As a result, there was no shared network video of Trump boarding Air Force One.

 

Additionally, at a South Lawn ribbon-cutting for a new Marine One helipad, helicopter noise swallowed his remarks on the White House livestream.

 

In short, Americans were deprived of the chance to hear completely what their commander-in-chief said and did.

 

But one conservative network, Real America’s Voice, a partner of Just the News, is stepping into the void to create competition and a backup plan.

 

The White House listed RAV as secondary TV crew for the New York trip to the United Nations General Assembly gathering and on Wednesday, RAV said it would offer its pool camera as a free, unbranded feed to any outlet.

 

“When the traditional television pool chose to stand down, somebody still had to show up, turn the cameras on, and make sure the American public had access to the President," Parker Sigg, RAV's vice president, told Just the News. "RAV was ready to do exactly that. We have the crews, the infrastructure, and the ability to distribute this coverage far beyond our own network.

 

He added: "We are providing clean, unwatermarked feeds, a public live stream, and direct professional distribution to outside media organizations that want it. If others decide not to cover the President, that is their decision. Our job is to keep the cameras rolling and make sure the footage is available to everyone who wants access.”

During the UN trip, Trump appeared with New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani and dismissed talk of a boycott: “They said they were going to boycott me, but they never boycott me.” At the U.N. on Tuesday, he told CNN’s Kaitlan Collins, “You should not be here covering me” after she showed up.

 

The walkout also exposed a structural problem. For decades, a tight circle of Washington outlets controlled the shared feed everyone else used. The White House Correspondents’ Association long ran the print and travel rotations. Separately, five networks ran the TV camera. When those five stood down together, the official picture and sound of the president vanished. That is a monopoly’s single point of failure.

 

Past attempts to break the arrangement were incremental. In 2009, the Obama Treasury Department tried to leave Fox News out of a pooled interview; the other networks refused to go without Fox, and the exclusion collapsed.

 

In 2017, then-press secretary Sean Spicer held a gaggle that shut out CNN and The New York Times while admitting newer conservative outlets. Those fights were about who got in the room. They did not build a second camera.

 

In February 2025, press secretary Karoline Leavitt said a “select group of D.C.-based journalists should no longer have a monopoly of press access” and the White House took over pool selection, adding new-media seats, podcasts and networks long locked out. The five-network TV rotation still sat on top of that change. This week proved why that leftover lock mattered.

 

John Solomon, a veteran journalist and founder of Just The News, has argued for years that it is time for the White House to allow a second press association to compete with the White House Correspondents’ Association. He said this week the latest episode heightened the need for such competition while exposing another issue for legacy press: trust.

 

The reason for Trump's expulsion of the three news outlets was concerns about alleged and repeated inaccuracies in their coverage, or "fake news" as the president calls it.

 

"I would be more interested if their colleagues worry less about access and more about accuracy. Because I will tell you, a lot of these publications that are singled out here have had a bad record of accuracy, a bad record of non-neutrality, a bad record of bias, and I think they should focus on that first," Solomon said.

 

"Maybe they wouldn't have as many issues with access if they cleaned up their reporting," Solomon added.

A full agenda: The president signed an Arctic security pact, put public pressure on Tehran and Moscow, found an opening with Beijing and made a clear statement that Washington intends to keep the lead in what Trump now calls “superintelligence.”

 

President Donald Trump used the United Nations gathering this week and the run-up to a White House summit to work through the largest foreign-policy files on his desk in one stretch: Iran, Russia, China, artificial intelligence, Greenland and a contracting global peace organization.

 

The results were plainly evident Tuesday when the second-term president signed an Arctic security deal that many said was impossible, forced Cuba's diplomats to storm out of a global meeting and earned polite applause from the UN General Assembly (UNGA) audience for defanging Iran's nuclear ambitions.

 

And on Wednesday, Trump pivots to another high-stakes meeting when China's president arrives for the summit.

 

"We've not seen anything like this, even during President Trump's first term, which in many ways was his learning phase. He was figuring out how to pull the levers of government. Now he's very very capable at it," former Deputy National Security Advisor Victoria Coates told Just The News.

 

"That's what he really laid out today in this historic UNGA speech: everything he's been doing while everyone else in that hall has been sitting around and bellyaching and clutching their pearls and generally getting upset over things," Coates added.

 

While some of the disputes are not over, what this week produced was a rare stacking of them on the same calendar — a signed Arctic security pact, public pressure on Tehran and Moscow, an opening with Beijing and a clear statement that Washington intends to keep the lead in AI, which Trump now wants to be branded as “superintelligence.”

 

Iran

Trump reserved the hardest language in his Tuesday address to the General Assembly for Iran. He repeated that he will “never allow Iran to have a nuclear weapon,” defended the U.S.-Israeli campaign and framed the choice as a deal that would let Iran rebuild — or, if talks collapse, a far more destructive strike, driving them "into hell."

 

He told delegates he believes an agreement is more likely after the November 3 midterm elections, arguing that Tehran is waiting for any meaningful change in the composition of the next Congress. The war, now approaching the seven-month mark, has shaken energy markets and tested alliances.

 

Trump kept both tracks open: both military pressure and an offer of “full economic cooperation” if Iran ends its nuclear program and support for terror groups. Meetings with Gulf leaders are also on his New York schedule as the White House weighs its next steps.

Russia

On Ukraine, the tone was more of a closer’s pitch. “We’re working very closely with the leaders of Russia and Ukraine, and we will get that one done,” Trump said, adding the war would end “more quickly than people understand.”

 

The remark landed as he met Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and as Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov prepared for New York talks. Trump has pressed Kyiv toward an energy truce after Ukrainian drone strikes on Russian refineries and a subsequent climb in U.S. diesel prices.

 

Last week, Trump signed a new sanctions package aimed at Moscow’s energy sector while still holding out the prospect of commercial deals if the fighting stops. That mix has not produced a ceasefire, and has kept the United States in the middle of the contretemps.

 

China

The U.N. week is the runway for Thursday’s meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping, Xi’s first state visit to Washington in more than a decade. Neither side is advertising a grand bargain. The practical test is whether they extend a fragile trade truce set to expire Nov. 10 and open a formal dialogue on AI.

 

Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent said weekend talks produced an opening for an AI notification channel and more trade in nonsensitive goods. Rare earths, chips, Taiwan and Iran remain on the same table. Hosting Xi is the administration’s bet that a managed rivalry beats another tariff spiral.

 

Artificial intelligence

Trump used the General Assembly to reject a “globalist scheme” to control the technology and to rebrand it as “superintelligence.” “We’re leading China now by a lot and everyone else,” he said. “I’m not going to stifle growth of something that will be bigger than the Industrial Revolution.”

 

The speech followed his weekend proposal for an “AI Force” and an AI czar. The policy is acceleration first, with the Justice Department as the backstop rather than a new international regulator. While critics want binding global limits, Trump’s answer is American lead-time, watched at home.

 

Greenland

On the sidelines, Trump signed a security agreement with Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen and Greenland's Prime Minister Jens-Frederik Nielsen. The pact expands the U.S. military footprint beyond Pituffik Space Base, with new sites expected at Narsarsuaq and Mestersvig, and is designed to keep U.S. adversaries from basing or making sensitive investments on the island without Washington’s approval.

 

It is not annexation. Denmark says the deal recognizes the kingdom’s sovereignty and Greenland’s right to self-determination and places Arctic security in a NATO frame. After months of takeover talk that rattled the alliance, the signed paper trades maximalist rhetoric for a larger, more durable U.S. presence in the High North.

 

A smaller United Nations

Trump told the Assembly the United Nations has “great, great potential” but “must stop imposing the far-left agenda of globalist bureaucrats who nobody ever elected.” He said U.S. pressure helped cut the U.N. budget by 15% in 2026 and trim thousands of posts.

 

Officials have separately touted more than $1 billion in assessed-budget reductions this year, including a smaller military peacekeeping budget.

 

Washington has withdrawn from dozens of U.N. entities and delayed dues, then released a partial payment to preserve voting rights. The result is a leaner institution and a more transactional American role: keep the forum, shrink the bureaucracy, fund what the White House calls core peace-and-security work.

 

That is the week’s through-line. Trump did not end the Iran war, stop the fighting in Ukraine or lock in a China deal. A federal agent assigned to Special Counsel Jack Smith's investigation of Donald Trump said prosecutors kept him in the dark that phone data he was gathering under grand jury subpoenas belonged to members of Congress and that he would have had reservations about doing so if he had been told, according to explosive testimony released Tuesday night by the House Judiciary Committee.

 

Retired Justice Department Inspector General Special Agent Brian Burnett was quoted in the transcript as saying that during his decades working at the DOJ's watchdog, he never once was asked to collect congressional phone data and did not learn until after he retired in late 2024 that he had unwittingly done so as part of his work for Smith's team prosecuting Trump in connection with the Jan. 6 Capitol riot investigation code-named Arctic Frost.

 

Burnett was confronted with evidence that he had helped prosecutors gather long-distance toll data from the phone of Rep. Jim Jordan, now the House Judiciary Committee chairman and at the time of the Smith probe the top Republican on the panel.

 

"I would've subpoenaed the number, but I did not know who the phone number belonged to, who the actual subscriber was," Burnett was quoted as saying in the transcript released by Jordan's committee.

 

"It was not until I had been retired and this was on the news and there was conversation about Mr. Jordan's toll records being subpoenaed and then there was a subpoena that came up on the internet," he explained. "So I was only assuming that had my name on it that that was his number. But I do not know, as we sit here today, if that was his number or not.

 

Congressional investigators prodded further. "So prosecutors never told you that you were going to be serving a subpoena for, at the time, the ranking member of the Judiciary Committee's phone records?"

 

"No. I don't have any recollection of that," he answered.

 

"Would it have given you pause if you had known that it was going for the ranking member's" phone data, a congressional investigator asked.

 

"It would've been something I would've brought up to my supervisor, if there was a different process or something we needed to be doing if we were going to do that. But I was not aware."

Burnett's interview with the committee was one of six transcripts of former Smith associates that were released Tuesday night. The committee has expressed alarm that the FBI and Smith's team had gathered numerous phone records of members of Congress despite protections enshrined in the Constitution's Speech and Debate and Separation of Powers clauses protecting lawmakers' work from executive branch intrusions.

 

In all, congressional investigators gathered evidence that the Arctic Frost team gathered long-distance phone records for more than a dozen members of Congress, including Jordan and ex-House Speaker Kevin McCarthy, and text messages from 44 lawmakers. Some of the records were seized before Smith was named special counsel but many occurred after his appointment.

 

Burnett recounted how he was blocked by his inspector general supervisor from executing an earlier request from prosecutors to get another member of Congress' phone with a search warrant one belonging to Rep. Scott Perry because of legal concerns.

 

"I believe my supervisor – as far as that team, [the] prosecution team, wanted us to go and seize Representative Perry's cell phone. And then it came down from the IG, you know, absolutely not. We were not going to do that," he answered.

The Justice Department says its crackdown on noncitizen voting and election fraud has already produced more than 200 arrests and indictments, with that number possibly doubling soon and state election officials themselves now facing potential charges for looking the other way.

 

Since the Trump Justice Department warned state and local election officials that they could be charged with allowing fraudulent voting activities, more than 200 arrests and indictments have been secured in a crackdown on election fraud and noncitizen voting, and that number could double soon, a top official revealed to Just the News.

 

"I think there are a lot of nervous election officials because I think some of them know that they've been looking the other way when this is happening, and we're catching it all over the country," Assistant Attorney General Harmeet Dhillon said Monday night in an interview on the Just the News, No Noise television show.

 

Dhillon also hinted at further developments in the coming weeks, suggesting her department has developed evidence calling into question New Jersey's claim that a computer glitch allowed thousands of foreigners to register to vote in that state and about 400 to actually cast ballots in violation of law.

 

“I'm not sure we have the correct numbers from New Jersey. They're not really cooperating with us, and so we will get to the bottom of what happened there. And you know, New Jersey tried to blame a vendor for a mistake or a glitch, quote unquote. But you know, I think there'll be another side to that story,” she said.

 

The software vendor Dhillon referred to is IDEMIA, which told Just the News in July that it was the responsibility of New Jersey officials to verify voter registration.

 

“IDEMIA works with the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission, and has for more than 40 years, to support the process through which eligible individuals may indicate their interest in registering to vote when applying for or renewing a driver’s license or state-issued identification card. IDEMIA’s role is to transmit information through the motor vehicle system,” IDEMIA said in that statement.

 

“The voter registration information is transmitted to the New Jersey Department of State, Division of Elections, which is ultimately responsible for verifying eligibility to vote. Information submitted by IDEMIA must still be validated and adjudicated by the Division of Elections.”

 

Dhillon further stated that in the past several weeks, her office has indicted or convicted 67 individuals for election-related crimes, while the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has made more than 160 arrests.

 

“What we care about is that noncitizens who voted in a federal election canceled out the votes of American citizens. It does happen. It happens a lot more than anybody says. It wasn't being prosecuted under the Biden DOJ. In the four years of the Biden DOJ, they prosecuted a total of 13 people for election-related crimes, and we've done more than that in the last week here at DOJ,” she said.

 

The law enforcement crackdown was prompted by an initiative led by the Trump White House and Chief of Staff Susie Wiles to forge an all-of-government approach to growing Americans' trust in elections by punishing wrongdoers, cleaning voter rolls, and eliminating noncitizen voting, Just the News has learned. A small group from multiple federal agencies has met with Wiles weekly for months to coordinate the strategy.

 

Left-wing organizations, including the Brookings Institution, the Brennan Center for Justice, and the American Immigration Council, among others, have all claimed that noncitizen voting is either not happening or is incredibly rare.

 

Recent data suggests otherwise.

 

Over the weekend, DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin told Fox News that his agency is investigating 1,620 cases of voter fraud involving noncitizens and has made 151 arrests. He said his department is also looking into an additional 300,000 cases based on states’ voter rolls.

 

"We're scrubbing them. We're comparing them to those that are in the country illegally, those that are legal permanent residents and those that are citizens" Mullin told Fox News contributor and former White House spokeswoman Kayleigh McEnany.

"We continue to see that. Every single vote, Kayleigh, that we talk about, that was at the hands of an illegal canceled out a citizen that was legally registered and able to vote," Mullin added.

 

Also this weekend, DOJ announced it had charged 16 people across seven states as part of an investigation into illegal voting, fraudulent voter registration, and additional election-related offenses. In one example, the DOJ alleged that a Venezuelan national and DACA recipient voted nine times in elections between 2008 and 2024. In another example, a Mexican national falsely claimed to be a U.S. citizen in Idaho and voted.

 

Last week, Gladys Okafor, 56, a Nigerian national living in Massachusetts, was charged with illegally voting in the 2022 midterm elections and the 2024 presidential election. If convicted, she faces up to one year in prison, one year of supervised release, a fine of up to $100,000, and possible deportation.

 

Earlier this month, three people were charged with paying homeless people in Los Angeles to sign petitions using the stolen identities of registered voters. The petitions were being used to qualify initiatives on ballots in California elections. James Brass, 46, was arrested in connection to the fraudulent signatures, along with Courtney Price, 49, and Jateisha Herron, 33. They are all charged with one count of conspiracy to commit identity fraud in furtherance of a state felony. Brass and Price were also charged with one count of identity fraud in furtherance of a state felony.

 

"The charged conduct undermines the confidence voters have in our election systems. We will vigorously investigate and charge anyone involved in corrupting our elections," first assistant U.S. attorney for the Central District of California Bill Essayli said.

 

The indictment followed an undercover investigation from independent journalist James O’Keefe, which filmed people admitting to the crimes.

 

Dhillon told Just the News on Monday night there is more activity brewing in that Los Angeles case.

 

"We got the guilty plea of the woman who was paying people off, and you know we have now expanded that to indictments for identity theft with other individuals who were associated with that effort," she said. "So three people were I believe indicted for that just earlier this month as well, and so we are expanding these efforts.

A man in Beloit, Wisconsin, was charged earlier this month with illegally voting in Wisconsin’s 2022 midterm election. Jesus Javier Jurado Garcia, 25, was charged with the crime, according to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. The outlet also noted that another noncitizen had been caught voting in two separate elections prior to Garcia’s arrest.

 

A Census Bureau brief published in August said that more than 24,000 noncitizens had voted in the 2020 general election, with California showing the highest number. The state reportedly saw 4,300 noncitizens cast votes in that election, the analysis found, followed by Texas with 2,500. The brief also noted that it could only say it had “high confidence” that 128 million out of 160 million votes cast in the 2020 election were cast be U.S. citizens, leaving 32 million to still be analyzed.

 

The list goes on, as Just the News reported in July. In the past year, a Kansas mayor born in Mexico, a Filipino senior citizen living in Hawaii, two Pakistani men living in New Jersey, an Australian in Louisiana, and a Chinese student studying at the University of Michigan were also all charged with illegally voting in U.S. elections. At that time, all 50 states were sent notices that the DOJ will prosecute any election officials who allow noncitizens to vote.

 

Following those notices being sent, the DOJ subpoenaed Nevada’s Democrat election chief seeking voter information. Nevada’s Secretary of State Francisco Aguilar said earlier this month that the state had removed a net of 50,130 people from the voter rolls.

 

The Department of Homeland Security had previously said it identified potentially 16,000 foreigners on the state’s voter rolls, leading to the DOJ subpoena.

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized a repeal of nearly all the Biden administration’s 2024 Carbon Pollution Standards for greenhouse gas emissions from coal and gas-fired power plants, an action the agency said would save taxpayers $310 billion through 2047.

 

"Costs will go down for consumers on their electric bills, and it will also mean that electric generators can invest money into the electric grid, into ensuring grid stability, so that when folks need the lights to stay on, that they will stay on, and that electricity will be there when it's needed most for businesses, for hospitals, for families across the country," EPA deputy administrator David Fotouhi told Just The News.

 

EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin announced the rule at the G20 Energy Abundance Ministerial in Houston, saying the 2024 standards exceeded Clean Air Act authority by relying on carbon-capture technology that was not adequately demonstrated and by ignoring the Supreme Court’s 2022 ruling in West Virginia v. EPA.

 

The agency simultaneously proposed eliminating all remaining power-sector greenhouse gas standards, projecting an extra $370 million in direct compliance savings. EPA officials said coal production for electricity could rise more than tenfold and that the changes would lower electricity prices and restore baseload reliability.

LNG got parked while methane got billed under Biden

 

Republican officials and fossil-fuel groups have long argued that Biden-era climate rules threatened coal plants, new gas generation and export projects, even as U.S. crude output and dry natural gas production would later set records.

 

The centerpiece was the EPA’s 2024 Carbon Pollution Standards, which required many existing coal units and new baseload gas plants to cut carbon deeply, often via carbon capture, or retire. Coal advocates said the rule would force widespread plant closures as electricity demand rose. The Trump EPA this month repealed most of that package and projected $310 billion in savings.

 

Other measures drew similar fire. A 2023-24 methane rule and Inflation Reduction Act waste emissions charge raised compliance costs for oil and gas operators. Tightened Mercury and Air Toxics Standards were estimated to cost the power sector hundreds of millions of dollars. In January 2024 the Energy Department paused new LNG export permits pending a climate review; a federal judge later ordered reviews resumed.

 

Industry groups and advocates warned that the stack of rules chilled investment and grid reliability.

Winter is coming, and so is the risk

 

Many regions of the country are transitioning through fall with winter on the close horizon, when U.S. power and natural gas systems must heat homes and businesses at the same time, which is why debates over greenhouse gas limits on coal and gas-fired plants have immediate reliability stakes.

 

The rule changes will affect the entire country because of the grid's interconnectedness, according to Fotouhi: "We anticipate the benefit will be across the country because, of course, the electric grid is across state lines and is very interconnected, of course. And so, when we can get more generation online in one part of the country, it helps everyone."

 

The North American Electric Reliability Corp. said in its 2025–26 winter assessment that peak demand has risen about 20 gigawatts and that prolonged cold can still leave some regions short of energy.

 

Past winters show the risk. In February 2021, Winter Storm Uri caused widespread blackouts in Texas after gas production froze and generating units tripped. Austin's Fox affiliate reported that the state estimated that Winter Storm Uri directly contributed to the deaths of more than 200 Texans and caused billions of dollars in damage.

 

Grid operators in ERCOT and the Southwest Power Pool ordered load shedding. A 2014 polar vortex strained the Midwest and East. New England remains vulnerable when pipeline capacity is tight.

 

Industry groups argued Biden-era carbon-capture rules would force plant retirements, so with these latest rule changes, customers can presumably rely on energy going into winter more than in recent years.

FDA changes to "archaic" terminology clarify animal testing isn't required for all drug development, while NIH spends big on non-animal research construction projects and seeks to track exactly how many animals it uses for tests.

 

The same day Make America Healthy Again leaders and medical freedom activists turned on President Trump and Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. for allegedly spurning their vaccine-specific agenda, animal welfare groups praised HHS components for initiatives to further pare back animal testing, part of a surprising emerging alliance between historically progressive and conservative movements.

 

The Food and Drug Administration released a "direct final rule" on "Nonclinical Testing Terminology," scheduled to be published Tuesday, to clarify that animal testing is not required for all drugs or biological products.

 

It replaces animal-specific terms, as well as "preclinical" and "in vitro," with the adjective "nonclinical," as in nonclinical tests and studies, in line with a 2022 law that recognizes non-animal tests and studies "as possible ways to provide the evidence needed to begin studies in people," the FDA said Monday.

 

The agency emphasized it's not eliminating or prohibiting animal studies, changing evidentiary standards or imposing "new costs or requirements on drug developers," just removing language "that could suggest that animal testing is the only acceptable way to generate safety information for regulatory decisions in products intended for human use."

 

It's also launching a database for specific uses of "New Approach Methodologies" (NAMs) such as "AI-powered models, human organ-on-a-chip systems, and real-world data," starting with 25 examples drawn from already public FDA review materials.

 

The change "gives scientists and drug developers greater flexibility to use the testing approach that best addresses their scientific question" without trying to replace "one rigid approach with another," acting Commissioner of Food and Drugs Kyle Diamantas said.

 

The Center for a Humane Economy and Animal Wellness Action, sibling 501(c)(3) and (c)(4) nonprofits, cheered the FDA for finally removing "archaic" language that "contradicted the plain language" of the nearly four-year-old FDA Modernization Act 2.0.

 

"This is a long-delayed but highly consequential move by FDA to bring drug-development regulations into the 21st century," the organizations' president Wayne Pacelle said. It shows "the remarkable convergence taking place towards streamlining scientific discovery, regulatory policy and federal law," Center for a Humane Economy senior scientific advisor Zaher Nahle said.

Congress passed "3.0" legislation requiring such changes in jargon, the Senate last December and the House only two months ago, though the chambers' bills aren't reconciled yet.

 

The National Institutes of Health also announced "five major initiatives" Monday to expand "human-based technologies as the future of preclinical science, aiming to make research faster, more predictive, and more directly relevant to human health" and reducing animal testing "whenever feasible."

NIH is taking advantage of new tools and technologies that provide "an unprecedented opportunity to advance research methodologies that more closely reflect human biology," NIH Deputy Director for Program Coordination, Planning, and Strategic Initiatives Nicole Kleinstreuer said.

 

"This is tremendous progress toward a future where animals are no longer the default in biomedical research" and which "sets an example for research institutions around the world," Humane World Action Fund vice president of federal affairs Tracie Letterman said.

 

"Investment in technologies that don’t rely on animals, stronger expertise in peer review, and greater transparency about animal experiments can help create the conditions for scientists to develop and apply non-animal alternatives that are more directly relevant to human biology," said Kathleen Conlee, vice president of animal research issues at Humane World for Animals, the sibling to Human World Action Fund.

Supreme Court Sets Aside Block Granting States Ability to Verify Voter Status in Midterm Election

In 1986, the federal government built a computer database called SAVE, Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements. The purpose was simple –when a noncitizen applies for public benefits the state govt can check whether the applicant was legally in the country. The SAVE system worked. Nobody talked about it for 39 years.

 

In March 2025, President Trump signed an executive order expanding SAVE’s use. The order told DHS to use the SAVE system to verify citizenship of registered voters and people registering to vote. The order instructed the Social Security Administration to share its records with DHS for that purpose.

 

Two months later, DHS launched the modified version. Two changes: (1) it now checks Social Security numbers against SSA databases. (2) it allows state and local authorities to run bulk searches; the entire voter roll at once.

 

Blue states sued. Slowly the cases went through the lower courts, then the appellate courts, until finally the Supreme Court ruled 6-3 the SAVE system can be used in the midterm election [RULING HERE]. “While the ruling gives the Department of Homeland Security authority to use the database ahead of the midterms, the court’s conservative majority noted that the impact of the ruling was blunted by another federal law — the National Voter Registration Act — which prohibits states from purging voters within 90 days of the election.” {ABC link}

 

If the states use the SAVE system, but do not purge their voter rolls for 2026 based on the results, the system still can be of value. “the justices’ action came so close to the upcoming election that the records can only legally be used on a case-by-case basis — and not for the type of bulk voter-roll matching that some states want to conduct.” {Politico link}

 

WASHINGTON – […] The court, ruling along ideological lines, rejected an argument that federal law prohibited the Trump administration from a revamping citizenship database to verify voters.

 

In an unsigned opinion, the majority wrote that Congress, in the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act, authorized the “an information-sharing regime like the modified SAVE program.”

 

The majority also concluded that the Trump administration would suffer irreparable harm if they were barred from using the database because the lower court ruling “inhibits the Federal Government’s efforts to assist state and local agencies in the proper administration of the midterm elections.”

 

Due to the National Voter Registration Act’s prohibition against purging voter roles this close to an election, the ruling only allows the Trump administration to conduct “individualized inquiries” to verify voters, rather than perform the bulk searches the system was created to conduct. As a result, according to the court’s liberal wing, the ruling “will likely have a minimal, short-term impact.”

 

Justices Ketanji Brown Jackson, Sonia Sotomayor and Elena Kagan dissented from the majority, rejecting the argument that Congress allowed such a database. They wrote that the majority misreads the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act to override “the limits that privacy laws impose on the sharing of citizenship information with DHS.” (more)

 

While the ruling has limited value in the 2026 election, it can still be utilized as a tool (without disqualification) to identify the integrity of the voter rolls as they currently exist.There is nothing in the ruling that blocks the use of the SAVE database from being utilized. Current law just says the results cannot be used to change, modify or purge the rolls.

 

It will be interesting to see if any state goes ahead and just runs the comparison to see how compromised their voter rolls are, without making any modifications to the rolls themselves. I wonder if any state will do that?
