So, who might be taking photographs in the room? It appears that invited guests are banned from bringing their phones into the room. Congressmen obviously have cellphones with cameras. There is also a press gallery filled with 90+ pre-approved photographers and reporters that got a ticket to be at the SOTU. To be in the press gallery with a camera, still or video, you are probably on this list:

We need a FOIA to get this. I suggest tweeting the obviously photoshopped pic at Tom Fitton/ Judicial Watch.

 

We are missing some pieces here.

 

Consistency issues:

1 - First paragraph of the text on her phone is the same as what she later posted on her website/twitter. This was her response to the the SOTU.

 

Why the full statement wasn't posted, or why that section is blurred out is a mystery.

 

2 - If you insert Q's claim of "Trump should be shot" in the blanked area it makes no sense. Context seems all wrong. Unless she is jokingly (or seriously) putting it in for an aid to read, thinking it would not surface. It does seem weird.

 

We are missing something vital here imo.

Someone had a photo of General Mattis (who I think is meant to be "our guy") and it appeared he had vertical slit pupils, well I can't find any other image that gives such an impression, and the photo was poor quality.

Over time, whoever Controls the nationโ€™s money system Controls the nation.

Article 1, Section 8 of The U.S. Constitution places the Money Power of our nation into the Congress. That is the power to create and regulate the nationโ€™s money supply. However in 1913 the Congress delegated this power to the private Federal Reserve System. The results have been horrendous! HR 2990 takes back this power.

The National Emergency Employment Defense Act

The โ€œNEEDโ€ Act HR 2990 solves the problem with 3 actions

1) The Federal Reserve is dismantled and good parts are

placed into the US Treasury. A Monetary Authority is created which avoids an inflationary or deflationary money supply.

2) Accounting rule changes prohibit the banks from creating what we use for money- from using debt for money - whatโ€™s known as fractional reserve banking is decisively ended.

3) The Congress originates (creates) new US Money and spends it into circulation, for infrastructure, health care and education; starting for example with the $2.2 trillion the engineers tell us is needed for infrastructure over the next 5 years. Later the human infrastructure of health care and education is added. This is estimated to create over 7 million good jobs quickly.

Additionally the NEED Act, HR 2990:

  • Pays off the national debt as it comes due, if necessary by creating the money to pay for

Bonds coming due, rather than rolling them over with new borrowing

  • Limits interest rates to 8% including all fees; Historically this is a high interest rate

  • Ends compound interest; with the rule that total interest may never exceed the principle, except on mortgages

  • Lets the 50 states decide where 25% of the new money goes each year through per

capita federal grants. Some general areas can be specified โ€“ infrastructure, health, education. Unfunded federal mandates, pensions. This is a big deal โ€“ no way that

any local actions (e.g. mythical local currencies) can be as powerful in solving local crises.

  • 2990 Contains a tax free dividend for every citizen. Imagine if the bailout went to all our citizens. Say 3 trillion to the citizens instead of to the banks. With 300 million citizens that $10,000 to every man, woman and child. $40,000 to a family of four. The depression/recession would be over! Banks could have competed for these deposits.

re: the RAW files

 

I'm guessing these still photos are part of a gigapixel panorama shoot.

 

DSLR is on a tripod with a medium zoom lens, maybe 100mm.

 

Photog starts taking still images at top left of room. After each still photo he moves the tripod head to the right about 2/3 of a frame (to ensure overlap).

 

When the photog reaches the far top right of the building in 2/3 steps, he moves the tripod head down about 2/3 of the frame and starts going back to the left side of the building in 2/3 steps.

 

Think of a typewriter, except that typewriter can type backwards from the right side, too.

 

At end of process, photog has a seies of still images in the camera in rows and columns.

 

Photog takes these photos off the camera, most likely in RAW (.cr2) format and puts them in a processing program like Adobe RAW that's used in PS or lightroom.

 

After he's improved the RAW files, he converts them to another format, say TIF, and has a computer program that stitches them all together into one big image.

 

The zoom level is pretty high, considering, so each still has a lot of detail.

 

So, I'm guessing when reviewing the stills before stitching, photog notices some lines on this lady's phone that would be controversial, so he blurs those lines during his editing process.

 

This means, too me, that the lines must be very controversial if someone felt the need to edit them out. Photog fucked up by not using the clone tool or other method to make the edit less noticeable.

 

So, that still RAW photo is sitting on a computer or in cloud storage somewhere. The only way to get to see it is to ask the photog/photo editor for ti, under the pretense of why was that particular text blurred?

 

If this is a photo in a gigapixel panorama, then it's row/column position in the panorama is obvious.

 

If the photog/owner deleted it, it would show up as a 'hole' in any further attempt to stitch a panorama from that series.

 

Someone has the RAW. The question to be asked is 'How did you know you had to blur those particular lines?" Let's see the RAW file

Maybe the photos used by the MSM were before or after the crowd had arrived/left?

 

There were photos from part of a gigapixel panorama that actually showed what time it was from wristwatches on spectators who were standing on the mall.

 

Same principle here.

 

If we can read the other lines of text on that phone, we can read the original, unblurred lines, too.

 

You won't be able to do that, though, unless you have the original photo file that was in the DSLR camera.

 

No other tech, like zooming in on videos, etc., will have enough resolution, nor will any tech unblur those lines. You have to have the original file.
