Please wish a good morning to the shills, useful idiots, baby-blood sucking cabal tools and Satanists. These people are stupid. We have been trusting the plan, trusting Sessions, and delivering a big ass MOAB up their dirty asses. Not only do we have 60,000 sealed indictments coming their way, we have it all!!! Our proud military men and women are rolling them up like a stinking corpse in a hallway closet and they are going to dump them into the smelly dumpster of history. Our PATRIOT, Sessions, not only successfully got Huber and Horowitz installed, but he also has been cleaning up their Pedogate minions from the bottom up with ARRESTS, and they are singing about everything. They are singing like Loreta Lynch on the Tarmac, and No Name and GHWB before their executions. They, too, should do the wise thing and take the State Funeral and roll over on the Beast, unless they want to go the other road, be exposed for what they are, and die a slow death in prison for their children, family, and the whole world to see. No state funeral for their rank? Well then they are just another useful idiot like the shitty MSM cling-ons. Don’t look now Lord, but while they ran after the House like a stupid dog that was left in a hot car one too many days, WE cleaned house in the SENATE and now have a real majority of 53-47. At the Presidents request, Sessions dropped back off the front line, so our Stealth Bomber Whitaker can slip in and FIRE ROD ROSENSTEIN, PUT A LEASH ON MUELLER, AND DELIVER LYNCH, COMEY, AND THE HUBER MOAB. You might want to say TRUMP FIRED SESSIONS, FIRED ROSENSTEIN, AND SHUT DOWN THE MUELLER WITCH HUNT. To me this is an obvious Lotus Flower embroidery.

Opinion - Constitutional Amendment Ideas

 

To ensure the Constitutional duty to pass appropriations is performed by Congress in a timely manner and uninterrupted operation of the federal government on behalf of the citizens.

Congress shall pass bills of appropriations before the start of the fiscal year. One third of pay for Congressional members and staff shall be withheld from the time the President submits a budget until each bill of appropriations is passed by both chambers. For bills of appropriations not passed before the start of the fiscal, the withheld pay shall be forfeited to the Treasury. Each appropriations will be fairly pro-rated.

 

To help ensure the conduct as a whole of Congress has a vote of confidence from the citizens.

Increase in pay for members of Congress and staff may only be granted after the specific proposal of pay is put to a vote by the citizens during a federal general election.

 

Ensure integrity in the passing of legislation.

No bill introduced in either Chamber may be amended so as to replace the full text of a bill. Amendments to a bill must relate to the content of the original bill introduced and be specified in the amendment. If a progression of approved amendments changes or replaces more than one half of the original bill, the bill shall be deemed dead in committee but may be reintroduced as a new bill with amendments incorporated in the text of the new bill. Bills of appropriations will be exempt from the amendment one half change provision.

Supreme Court rejects greens’ challenge to border wall law

 

The Supreme Court refused Monday to hear a case arguing that a key law giving President Trump authority to build a border wall is unconstitutional.

 

The case was denied along with dozens of others in a list issued Monday, without explanation by the nine justices.

 

Conservation groups, led by the Animal Legal Defense Fund and the Center for Biological Diversity, argued that the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996’s provision giving the Homeland Security secretary nearly limitless authority to waive laws in the name of building border protection infrastructure like walls is unconstitutional.

 

The groups said the provision violates the Constitution’s separation of powers, a principal that reserves legislative power for Congress and prohibits the executive or judicial branches from writing laws.

 

“Section 102’s waiver and jurisdiction-stripping provisions unconstitutionally consolidate the power to make, enforce, and review laws in the Executive branch,” they said in an August petition to the high court, arguing that only Congress has the power to change laws and it can’t delegate that power to the executive branch

 

The Trump administration argued that the legal provision at issue is sufficiently specific to be allowable under the Constitution.

 

The 1996 and subsequent amendments to it give the Homeland Security secretary the power to waive any law — not just environmental ones — in order to facilitate building border infrastructure like fences and roads.

 

The Trump administration has used the power a handful of times to upgrade and repair border fencing, waiving dozens of laws each time pertaining to environmental standards, religious protection and other policies.

 

The conservation groups sued over two such waivers, but a federal court in California ruled that the waivers were constitutional. The groups then appealed directly to the Supreme Court.

 

Trump has also promised to build a wall along the southern border, although Congress has not yet funded the project because Democrats have refused to allow it. Trump has recently floated shutting the government down by allowing funding to lapse if Congress does not provide money for a wall.

Contrary to media speculation that Robert Mueller is closing in on President Trump, the special prosecutor’s plea deal with Trump’s personal lawyer Michael Cohen offers further evidence that the Trump campaign did not collude with Russians during the 2016 election, according to congressional investigators and former prosecutors.

 

Cohen pleaded guilty last week to making false statements in 2017 to the Senate intelligence committee about the Trump Organization’s failed efforts to build a Trump Tower in Moscow. Discussions about the so-called Moscow Project continued five months longer in 2016 than Cohen had initially stated under oath.

 

The nine-page charging document filed with the plea deal suggests that the special counsel is using the Moscow tower talks to connect Trump to Russia. But congressional investigators with House and Senate committees leading inquiries on the Russia question told RealClearInvestigations that it looks like Mueller withheld from the court details that would exonerate the president. They made this assessment in light of the charging document, known as a statement of “criminal information” (filed in lieu of an indictment when a defendant agrees to plead guilty); a fuller accounting of Cohen’s emails and text messages that Capitol Hill sources have seen; and the still-secret transcripts of closed-door testimony provided by a business associate of Cohen.

 

On page 7 of the statement of criminal information filed against Cohen, which is separate from but related to the plea agreement, Mueller mentions that Cohen tried to email Russian President Vladimir Putin’s office on Jan. 14, 2016, and again on Jan. 16, 2016. But Mueller, who personally signed the document, omitted the fact that Cohen did not have any direct points of contact at the Kremlin, and had resorted to sending the emails to a general press mailbox. Sources who have seen these additional emails point out that this omitted information undercuts the idea of a “back channel” and thus the special counsel’s collusion case.

WASHINGTON – President Donald Trump announced an "18th wave" of judicial appointments last week, among them Patrick J. Bumatay, a federal prosecutor who is the second openly gay person Trump has nominated to become a federal judge, according to the Washington Blade.

 

Bumatay is nominated to sit on the powerful 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.

 

"Patrick would make an excellent addition to the court," Gregory Angelo, president of Log Cabin Republicans, told the Blade. "The historic nature of his nomination as an openly gay man adds an additional layer of prestige to what by all counts is an exceptional career in law"

 

Here is what you need to know about Bumatay:

 

Who is Bumatay?

 

Bumatay is an assistant United States attorney in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of California and has been part of an effort to tackle organized crime and the opioid epidemic, according to the White House.

 

Prior to joining the Justice Department, Bumatay clerked for Judge Timothy Tymkovich, a George W. Bush appointee to the 10th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.

 

Bumatay earned his bachelor's at Yale University and his law degree at Harvard University, according to the White House. He is a member of the National Filipino American Lawyers Association (NFALA), the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association, the Tom Homann LGBT Law Association and the Federal Bar Association.

 

How Democrats felt about his nomination

 

Bumatay's nomination angered California's Democratic Sens. Dianne Feinstein and Kamala Harris, who did not include Bumatay's name among those they recommended for the vacancies on the 9th Circuit. Both Feinstein and Harris sit on the Senate Judiciary Committee.

 

"I repeatedly told the White House I wanted to reach an agreement on a package of 9th Circuit nominees," Feinstein said in a statement last week. She said "the White House moved forward without consulting me" and picked "controversial candidates, and "another individual with no judicial experience who had not previously been suggested."

 

Bumatay, who has taken on the opioid crisis and organized crime as a prosecutor but has not served as a judge, would appear to be the latter individual Feinstein refers to.

 

"The decision to move forward with these nominees without consultation or responding to my acceptance of the White House offer reflects President Trump’s desire to remake the court," Feinstein said.

 

"The Trump Administration is trying to pack the courts for years to come," Harris said in a tweet. "We will fight this."

 

Why the 9th Circuit matters

 

The liberal-leaning court, based in San Francisco, has ruled against Trump on issues such as the travel ban, banning transgender troops from service and pulling federal funds for "sanctuary cities."

 

Trump has repeatedly assailed the court for its rulings against his executive actions.

 

In January, the president said it shows "how broken and unfair our Court System is when the opposing side in a case (such as DACA) always runs to the 9th Circuit and almost always wins before being reversed by higher courts."

 

 

 

Other LGBT judicial nominees

 

Trump's first LGBT nominee was Mary Rowland, a federal magistrate judge in Illinois who is awaiting Senate confirmation for a seat as a district judge in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Both of Illinois' Democratic senators, Sens. Dick Durbin and Tammy Duckworth, have enthusiastically supported Rowland since her nomination was announced in June.

 

Many other Trump nominees have been criticized by gay-rights organizations such as Lambda Legal for their positions on LGBT issues.

 

Todd Hughes, nominated by former President Barack Obama, became the first openly gay federal appeals judge in 2013. Obama had a total of 11 openly gay nominees, the Blade reported, but most languished in the Republican-controlled Senate.

 

Deborah Batts became the first openly gay federal judge in 1994. She was former President Bill Clinton's only LGBT judicial nominee.

Tony Podesta, founder of the now-shuttered Podesta Group and brother to former Hillary Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta, has been offered immunity by special counsel Robert Mueller to testify against former Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort, according to a report.

 

Fox News’ Tucker Carlson announced on his show Thursday evening that two separate sources confirmed the offer.

 

“In other words, for a near identical crime, Bill and Hillary’s friend could escape and emerge completely unscathed while Paul Manafort may rot in jail. Only one of them made the mistake of chairing Donald Trump’s presidential campaign,” Carlson said.

 

The Examiner continued –

 

Manafort and Podesta’s firms worked together in a public relations campaign for the European Centre for a Modern Ukraine nonprofit, which was believed to be backed by the pro-Russian and oligarch-funded Ukrainian political group Party of Regions. Sources who spoke with NBC News in October said the Podesta Group became of significant interest because it may have violated the Foreign Agents Registration Act. FARA states Americans who lobby for foreign governments, leaders, or political parties must disclose their activities with the Justice Department.

 

However, someone tipped off the creepy Podesta brothers, because just before the Mueller arrested Manafort, the Podesta Group filed a number of forms retroactively.

 

Manafort was not so lucky, as he was arrested and charged by Mueller for not filing the exact same forms.

 

In May of 2018, Judicial Watch released new documents from the U.S. Department of State showing the Podesta Group worked on behalf of the pro-Russia Ukrainian political group “Party of Regions.” The documents also showed longtime Obama and Clinton counselor John Podesta lobbied on behalf of his brother’s firm.

 

But creepy John Podesta held a ‘get out of jail free’ card because he was Hillary Clinton’s campaign manager. To date the Podesta’s, even though they worked with Manafort in the Ukraine, have received no indictments or arrests and have remained relatively out of sight and probably are on an extended vacation.

Their job was to make Yanukovytch seem like a really likable guy to the Ukrainian public, so Podesta gets Obama, Hillary Clinton, and John Kerry’s State Department to do photo ops with Yanukovytch. Obama even went so far as to declare the Ukrainian election to be free and fair.

 

But guess who else did photo ops with Yanukovytch? Bob Mueller, the same Mueller that’s now prosecuting Manafort.

 

As we noted in August, did Bob Mueller allow these photos to be taken out of the goodness of his heart, or did he monetarily benefit from them? If Mueller was paid for these photo ops, did he declare these monies? Surely Mueller would not have paid for his own airfare to the Ukraine. If somebody else paid for his airfare, did Mueller declare that too? Did Mueller fill out a FARA form? Same questions for all of the others involved, like, Obama, Hillary Clinton, and John Kerry’s people. But isn’t it the most interesting of all that all these people who monetarily benefited from this situation are now the very same ones who are behind the prosecution of Paul Manafort?

 

Maybe Mueller filed a FARA form a month before Manafort was indicted like the Podesta’s did? Did the others who met with the Ukrainian leader also report any earnings from their meetings?

 

Today Paul Manafort rots in solitary confinement in jail while Mueller prosecutes him and the creepy Podesta brothers walk free. The Mueller investigation is not justice. It is a horrible episode in US history!

State of Texas: Lawmaker targets Texas DREAM Act

 

A Texas lawmaker filed a bill to repeal a law that allows college students, who came to the U.S. illegally, to pay in-state tuition.

Right now, students are eligible for in-state tuition under the Texas DREAM Act if they’ve lived in Texas for three years, are seeking legal status and if they graduated from high school or received a GED.

State Rep. Kyle Biedermann (R-Fredericksburg) says he filed the bill because taxpayers are paying for students that are not Texas residents.

“We’re giving taxpayer funding to those people that came here illegally, that broke the law,” said Biedermann. “That’s just not right.”

 

If the bill passes, it could cost students more than three times the amount of in-state tuition. Students like Daniela Rojas, a University of Texas at Austin student protected under the Texas DREAM Act say the bill isn’t fair.

“We deserve education, the right to education, and the right to have affordable education, just as anybody else should, doesn’t matter what the legal status should be.” said Rojas.

Three Mar-a-Lago club members friendly with President Trump were reportedly given access to review a $10 billion government contract to overhaul electronic health records for veterans even though they had no prior experience in the field.

 

The three men, Marvel Entertainment chairman Ike Perlmutter, West Palm Beach physician Bruce Moskowitz and lawyer Marc Sherman, were given unprecedented access to confidential documents and shaped policy at the Department of Veterans’ Affairs (VA), according to emails obtained by ProPublica through a Freedom of Information Act request.

 

The trio had no health information technology or federal contracting experience but were listed among more than 40 experts reviewing the government contract, including hospital executives and university health system administrators.

 

Records obtained by ProPublica show the men editing the budget and being placed on an “executive committee.”

 

Emails also show Moskowitz negotiating to get the VA and Apple to use a cellphone application he developed.

 

The findings from ProPublica come months after the publication discovered the Mar-a-Lago trio were shaping policy at the VA. The men reportedly spoke with VA officials daily and inquired about new programs, including the deal with Apple.

 

A liberal veterans group filed a lawsuit in federal court in August attempting to block the men from shaping policy at the VA.

 

All three men declined to comment to ProPublica, as did the White House.

 

The VA has been fraught with turnover over the past year following Trump’s firing of former secretary David Shulkin in March. New VA secretary Robert Wilkie was confirmed by the Senate in July.

 

Wilkie has distanced himself from the Mar-a-Lago trio, according to ProPublica. His spokesman appeared to blame Wilkie's predecessors for the access given to the three businessmen.

 

“Although his predecessors may have done things differently, Sec. Wilkie has been clear about how he does business,” Cashour said in a statement to ProPublica. “No one from outside the administration dictates VA policies or decisions — that’s up to Sec. Wilkie and President Trump. Period.”

Trump’s administration also passed a number of key national security documents like the Nuclear Posture Review and the National Military Strategy, which stated that a confrontation with Russia and China are primary goals for the US military.

 

Yet, there is a critic in the White House, who apparently thinks little of these accomplishments, which the Trump administration showcases at every opportunity. His name is Donald Trump.

 

The US president unleashed a barrage of tweets on Monday, starting with describing his meeting with China’s President Xi Jinping at a G20 summit in Argentina as “an extraordinary one” and “a BIG leap forward”, and ending with an “I have a dream-esque” vision of Xi, Russia’s Vladimir Putin and himself ending an arms race.

 

This tweet however doesn’t seem to be a signal that the US may downsize its military to a scale that wouldn’t surpass ten other biggest defense spenders combined.

" Contrary to media speculation that Robert Mueller is closing in on President Trump, the special prosecutor’s plea deal with Trump’s personal lawyer Michael Cohen offers further evidence that the Trump campaign did not collude with Russians during the 2016 election, according to congressional investigators and former prosecutors.

Sri Lanka court bars Rajapaksa from office, disputed PM to appeal

 

COLOMBO (Reuters) - A Sri Lankan court issued an order preventing Mahinda Rajapaksa and his disputed cabinet from holding office on Monday, heightening the island’s political drama and drawing an immediate vow to appeal from the prime minister.

 

The South Asian nation has been in crisis since President Maithripala Sirisena replaced Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe with Rajapaksa in October, then issued an order dissolving parliament and called for a general election.

The judge issued the interim order against Rajapaksa and his cabinet, and asked them to appear in court on Dec. 12 to explain on what basis they hold office. The order will be in place until a final judgment, whose date has not been set.

Theresa May has refused for over a week to post the legal review of the Brexit agreement she signed. Instead she posted allegedly "sufficient" excerpts on which Parliament could make a decision.

 

According to the Guardian, the excerpts "will be sufficient information for any MP to make up their mind on the legal aspects of the deal before the upcoming five-day debate, and that it keeps to the protocol that full advice is seen as confidential between lawyer and client."

 

Thus, Trump made an educated guess. And he guessed correctly. Because the leaked document proves May is a bald-faced liar.

Damning Assessment of May's Lies

 

BrexitCentral offers this assessment: Leaked Commons legal analysis of Brexit deal vindicates Trump, contradicts May and adds to Brexiteers’ concerns.

 

The Government is already on the rack over its refusal to publish the legal advice provided on the Brexit deal by Attorney General, Geoffrey Cox, despite a parliamentary motion ordering it to be done. But ministers now face further questions as it emerges that a confidential analysis of the Withdrawal Agreement by the House of Commons’ own expert legal team comes to the same conclusion as President Trump – that Theresa May’s Brexit deal would prevent the UK from entering trade deals with countries such as the US.

 

The bombshell is contained in a 27-page legal note prepared by the House of Commons EU Legislation Team, which is headed by Arnold Ridout, its Counsel for European Legislation. A highly respected specialist in EU Law, he has previously worked for the EC Commission’s Legal Service and advised the European Secretariat of the Cabinet Office and prior to taking up his current role in 2014, he was Deputy Legal Adviser to the House of Lords EU Select Committee.

 

The note – marked ‘not for general distribution’ and obtained by BrexitCentral – is dated 26th November and states that the UK-EU customs union which would come into effect if the backstop is triggered “would be a practical barrier to the UK entering separate trade agreements on goods with third countries”.

 

This is in direct contradiction to the Prime Minister who has insisted that her deal will allow the UK to have an entirely independent trade policy.

 

The legal note also appears to suggest that the Prime Minister’s claim (also repeated last Monday) that her deal “takes back control of our laws” by ending “the jurisdiction of the European Court of Justice in the UK” with “our laws being made in our Parliament, enforced by our courts” does not entirely stand up to scrutiny.

 

Another section in the document which caught my eye concerns what happens when the proposed Joint Committee (of representatives of both the EU and UK) which supervises the Withdrawal Agreement and the backstop cannot reach a consensus on certain issues:

 

“Both UK and EU are represented on the Joint Committee, so no decision may be made without the UK’s agreement. This may not be the same thing as the two parties having equal power, as the aims of the parties will matter. If the Joint Committee is unable to reach a decision, in some circumstances, that will block next steps. The party that wants those next steps to occur, will then be at a practical disadvantage. By way of example, i) the Joint Committee sets the limits of state aid that can be authorised by the UK for agriculture. If limits are not agreed, state aid may not be authorised.”

 

In other words, in those circumstances the UK would not be free to set levels of subsidy for UK agriculture, but the EU would remain free to adjust its Common Agricultural Policy however it liked. EU products would therefore have open access to the UK market via the customs union, while Brussels could stop us subsidising agriculture at all unless it was agreed in the Joint Committee.

Epstein pedophile scandal: Prince Andrew at risk once more as new court case begins

 

The Royal Family are being dragged back into the Jeffrey Epstein pedophile scandal, as a photo of the Queen’s son, Prince Andrew, with an alleged ‘underage prostitute’ is listed as an exhibit in a new US court case.

 

Victims of the American billionaire sex offender, Epstein, are to tell a Florida courtroom their stories of sexual abuse, Tuesday.

 

One witness, who may be called to the stand at Palm Beach County Court, is Virginia Roberts who claims that was she was both forced to have sex with Epstein and that she was “loaned out” to perform sex acts on his friends.

 

Roberts alleges that those friends include Prince Andrew, Duke of York, a claim the Royal has consistently denied.

 

The photograph shows the Prince with his arm around Roberts’ waist. It was taken at a London residence in March 2001, at which time Roberts would have been 17.

 

A Buckingham Palace spokesperson stated: “It is emphatically denied The Duke of York had any form of sexual contact or relationship with Virginia Roberts.”

 

The civil trial against Epstein was preceded by an explosive report in the Miami Herald that alleges that the billionaire’s powerful lawyers managed to pressure prosecutors, stopping him from receiving a significant jail time.

 

Epstein was jailed for 13 months in 2008 for soliciting girls for underage prostitution.

 

Then serving as the US Attorney for the Southern District of Florida, Alexander Acosta, negotiated a plea agreement for Epstein, sealing a 53-page FBI indictment against him and avoiding any federal criminal charges being brought against him.

 

Acosta is now Trump’s Secretary of Labor.

Top Cop Who Cleaned up NYC: Tackle London Crime Wave with Return to Traditional Policing

 

Bill Bratton, the former police chief credited with bringing crime under control in New York City, has urged British leaders to get a grip on knife crime with a return to “bobbies on the beat”.

 

The American, who served as Police Commissioner for a New York City which had become synonymous with violence and disorder but has now seen “28 straight years of overall crime decline”, wrote in British newspaper The Telegraph that no-one had taught him as much about policing as Sir Robert Peel, the late British prime minister who laid down the original principle of policing in 1829.

 

While “the economy, racism, poverty and even the weather can influence crime, the ultimate cause is quite simple: criminals,” explained the veteran police officer.

 

“Sir Robert Peel understood that the police must prevent crime, as well as respond to it. The mistake we made in the U.S. in the Seventies and Eighties, and which Britain seems to be making now, was to move the focus away from prevention,” he suggested, referring to the tendency of Britain’s dwindling number of frontline “response officers” to race to the scene of a crime after it has happened — or not, as is increasingly the case — instead of focusing on deterrence.

 

“[A]n important part of crime prevention is a strong visible police presence,” Bratton insisted.

 

Bratton explained how, “with murder and violent crime spiralling out of control” in the 1990s, his force implemented an American take on Britain’s now largely abandoned tradition of “bobbies on the beat”, deploying “an additional 6,000 officers to patrol the streets” — a move which would be anathema to British police leaders, who now scoff at beat patrols as “deploying resources in big hats or high visibility jackets to make the public feel safe”.

 

Bratton also described how, during his second term as New York City’s Police Commissioner in 2014, he concentrated resources against “5,000‑7,000 significant criminals” in a tactic described as “precision policing” — but this would also run into difficulty in Britain, as it would possibly involve focusing on individuals from particular ethnic groups which commit crime disproportionately and be deemed “racist”.

 

Finally, he emphasised the importance of tackling so-called “low-level” crime and disorder — the “broken windows” theory of policing — in order to deter more serious criminality, in what would be yet another inversion of what has become standard practice in Britain, where senior officers are no longer investigating or sometimes even recording a wide range of supposedly minor offences.

 

“The knife-crime epidemic sweeping Britain can be reversed and its cities made safer and fairer,” the American concluded.

 

“The 200-year-old principles of Sir Robert Peel are a good place to start.”

The Bush family was also good friends with another family. The Hinckley family. And then a curious thing happened on March 30, 1981.

On page 7 of the statement of criminal information filed against Cohen, Mueller mentions that Cohen tried to email Putin’s office two times in 2016. But Mueller omitted the fact that Cohen did not have any direct points of contact at the Kremlin….

 

Sources who have seen these additional emails point out that this omitted information undercuts the idea of a “back channel” and thus the special counsel's collusion case.

 

Page 2 holds additional exculpatory evidence for Trump, sources say. It quotes an August 2017 letter from Cohen to the Senate intelligence committee in which he states that Trump “was never in contact with anyone about this [Moscow Project] proposal other than me.”

 

This section of Cohen’s written testimony, unlike other parts, is not disputed as false by Mueller, which sources say means prosecutors have tested its veracity through corroborating sources and found it to be accurate.

 

Mueller did also not challenge Cohen’s statement that he “ultimately determined that the proposal was not feasible and never agreed to make a trip to Russia.”

China’s fentanyl firms back crackdown on opioid

 

The biggest legal producer of fentanyl in China has welcomed the country’s commitment to clamp down on the synthetic opioid to help stop the flow of the drug to the United States.

 

Humanwell Healthcare chairman Wang Xuehai said on Monday that any fentanyl reaching American shores from China was “illegally manufactured by underground factories and smuggled to the US”.

 

“It has nothing to do with the five legal producers of fentanyl products [in China], including us,” Wang said.

 

Wang’s comment was in response to Chinese President Xi Jinping’s agreement on the weekend to designate fentanyl as a controlled substance. China has been accused of not doing enough to halt the flow of drugs and chemicals into the US that are linked to an epidemic of overdose deaths.

A highly trained service dog, Sully will now go back into service to help other veterans and is going to Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, former President George W. Bush wrote in an Instagram post.

 

"As much as our family is going to miss this dog, we're comforted to know he'll bring the same joy to his new home, Walter Reed, that be brought to 41," Bush wrote.

 

Sully can perform a two-page list of commands, including answering the phone and fetching items.

 

"As one person said, he can do just about anything except make you a martini, but not to worry, he can go get you someone to make you a martini," McGrath said in June.

 

He was trained by America's VetDogs and developed his own huge following on Instagram, @sullyhwbush. America's VetDogs is a charity that provides service dogs to veterans, active-duty service members and first responders with disabilities.

 

Sully went to work with Bush this summer after former first lady Barbara Bush passed away earlier this year.

The complaint, which Corsi had threatened for days, is the latest escalation between Mueller’s team and its investigation targets.

 

The 78-page document, asserting the existence of a “slow-motion coup against the president,” was filed to a range of top law enforcement officials including Acting Attorney General Matthew Whitaker, DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz, D.C.’s U.S. Attorney Jessie Liu and the Bar Disciplinary Counsel.

It appears that special counsel Robert Mueller withheld key information in its plea deal with Trump's former attorney, Michael Cohen, which would exonerate Trump and undermine the entire purpose of the special counsel, according to Paul Sperry of RealClearInvestigations.

 

Cohen pleaded guilty last week to lying to the Senate intelligence committee in 2017 about the Trump Organization's plans to build a Trump Tower in Moscow - telling them under oath that negotiations he was conducting ended five months sooner than they actually did.

 

Mueller, however, in his nine-page charging document filed with the court seen by Capitol Hill sources, failed to include the fact that Cohen had no direct contacts at the Kremlin - which undercuts any notion that the Trump campaign had a "backchannel" to Putin.

 

On page 7 of the statement of criminal information filed against Cohen, which is separate from but related to the plea agreement, Mueller mentions that Cohen tried to email Russian President Vladimir Putin’s office on Jan. 14, 2016, and again on Jan. 16, 2016. But Mueller, who personally signed the document, omitted the fact that Cohen did not have any direct points of contact at the Kremlin, and had resorted to sending the emails to a general press mailbox. The Trump Tower Moscow meeting - spearheaded by New York real estate developer and longtime FBI and CIA asset, Felix Sater, bears a passing resemblance to the June 2016 Trump Tower meeting between members of the Trump campaign and a Russian attorney (who hated Trump), and which was set up by a British concert promotor tied to Fusion GPS - the firm Hillary Clinton's campaign paid to write the salacious and unverified "Trump-Russia Dossier."

In both the Trump Tower meeting and the Trump Tower Moscow negotiations, it is clear that nobody in the Trump campaign had any sort of special access to the Kremlin, while Cohen's emails and text messages reveal that he failed to establish contact with Putin's spokesman. He did, however, reach a desk secretary in the spokesman's office.

 

What's more, it was Sater - a Russian immigrant with a dubious past who was representing the Bayrock Group (and not the Trump Organization), who cooked up the Moscow Trump Tower project in 2015 - suggesting that Trump would license his name to the project and share in the profits, but not actually commit capital or build the project…

Supreme Court rejects environmental challenge to border wall

 

Dec. 3 (UPI) – The U.S. Supreme Court rejected an appeal Monday that challenged construction of the Trump administration's planned border wall, on environmental grounds.

 

The justices left intact a prior court ruling that clears the way for the Trump administration to build two segments of replacement fence and several wall prototypes.

 

The Animal Legal Defense Fund, Defenders of Wildlife and Center for Biological Diversity argued the federal Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act violates the constitutional separation of powers established by the Constitution.

 

The 1996 law gives the Homeland Security Department sweeping authority to waive all legal requirements slowing construction of a border wall, and restricts judicial review of such determinations.

 

The plaintiffs argued the department's authority was so vast that it violates the separation of powers. In denying the petition, the high court refused Monday to hear the groups' appeal.

 

The groups had argued habitats of rare plant and animal species would be harmed by the proximity of a wall.

 

Legal waivers allowed work to proceed on a 14-mile stretch of fencing, as high as 30 feet in some places, from the Pacific Ocean eastward to Calexico, Calif.

 

The original ruling left intact was issued by U.S. District Court Judge Gonzalo Curiel, who wrote that the waiver authority is a legitimate way to "avoid delays caused by lawsuits challenging the construction of barriers."

 

During the 2016 presidential campaign, then-candidate Donald Trump attacked Curiel, who was born and raised in Indiana, as a "Mexican" and a "hater" incapable of impartiality in presiding over a lawsuit against Trump University.

A well known colorless and odorless gas, that could easily be released into the atmosphere without detection.

Sure, but you don't think that even if the authors are controlled opposition, that even a service like GOOGLE would constantly be doing housekeeping to keep from shining any light, whatsoever, to the cause? That also would (on a surface level) lend credence to the controlled opposition from a casual observers perspective, allowing them to continue to control the narrative.
