Clinton server

Most articles just take the word of the original AP article that the clintonemail.com e-mail server was physically located at the Clinton Chappaqua home, even though AP has never provided any specific supporting evidence for that, and no other news organization appears to have confirmed that independently.

Furthermore, as far as I can tell, Clinton associates have never confirmed or denied the actual existence of a dedicated e-mail server hosting clintonemail.com at the Clinton home. It has been the media that has simply assumed the AP story to be accurate and has moved on from there.

We now have to consider the following possibilities for the physical location of the clintonemail.com e-mail server:

• It was, in fact, located in the Clinton home in Chappaqua, though no evidence has been provide that it was.

• It was located in a private office somewhere near Chappaqua, although again there is no evidence to that extent.

• It was hosted by an external hosting firm — based on network records, first at ThePlanet.com and then at Confluence Networks.

In both cases, there are strong indications that the actual hardware would be in Texas.

There are strong security issues for all the solutions, as this likewise excellent Gawker article points out:

But let me add a few more.

• If the e-mail server was really located in the Clinton Chappaqua home, was it left as a stand-alone server, or did anyone ever use it as a regular PC: reading e-mails, browsing the web, etc.? If the latter, then you have the very real possibility of malware being installed on the e-mail server itself.

• If the e-mail server was hosted in a private office somewhere, then it would need round the clock physical security. Who would provide that? The Secret Service? The State Department? Private contractors?

• If the e-mail server was hosted by an external hosting firm, then you have lost physical control of the server itself and have to depend upon the server farm facilities and operators to provide security.

As has been pointed out by myself and others, the existence of clintonemail.com was divulged no later than March 2013, when the Guccifer documents were leaked — but since Clinton used this e-mail address exclusively at State, there is a very good chance that foreign intelligence agencies became aware of it very quickly. Given what news sources and private technical resources have found just in a few days, you would have to assume that foreign governments would find all this and more in very short order.

And if the server was physically hosted in an industrial park somewhere in Texas (which matches another address associated with Confluence Networks), I’m willing to bet they could find their way in, particularly given that they had a few years to do so.

So, once again, we’re back to a critical question: where was the Clinton e-mail server physically located?

This is a question whose answer is, quite literally, a matter of national security.

So dumb, she doesn’t even know she has no chance.

Arizona considers declaring porn a public health crisis

A Republican state lawmaker in Arizona has introduced a resolution that would declare pornography a public health crisis.

A measure introduced by state Rep. Michelle Udall (R) passed through the Arizona House Committee on Health & Human Services on Thursday, the first hurdle in its path to a full vote, AZ Central reported.

The symbolic measure has no legal effect but states that porn "perpetuates a sexually toxic environment that damages all areas of our society."

“Like the tobacco industry, the pornography industry has created a public health crisis," Udall told lawmakers, according to the outlet. "Pornography is used pervasively, even by minors."

Udall's resolution states that children being exposed to widely available porn on the internet can lead to “low self-esteem, eating disorders and an increase in problematic sexual activity at ever-younger ages.”

The left is steadily attacking our constitution and there are no consequences for them. In Colorado they are trying to pass legislation to give the States electoral vote to a Nationwide popular vote. The constitution prohibits that. The purpose for the electoral college is to make sure every State has their voice heard and the Country is not ruled by a State with a higher population. Virginia is trying to impeach a lieutenant Governor for crimes he may have committed years before running for office and that is prohibited. If while in office he tried to cover it up then maybe they could impeach him but that is not what they are trying to do. If they can do this to him they can do it to POTUS. “Everyone is looking for a catalyst to push the market up, but it’s not there,” said a Singapore broker.

“We call for immediate retraction of all papers reporting research based on use of organs from executed prisoners, and an international summit to develop future policy for handling Chinese transplant research,” Rogers added.

Rogers and other researchers from Macquarie University in Sydney found 445 scientific papers from China researchers published between January 2000 and April 2017 in English language journals that detailed data obtained from 85,477 organ transplants. Of those papers, 99 percent had no information about whether consent had been obtained from the donors while only 14 percent — 63 papers — had any information about the actual sources of the organs.

The researchers noted another red flag in the reports — transplants detailed in 43 percent of the papers were performed at a point in time when executed prisoners were the only source of available organs. But the number of executed prisoners, in conjunction with China’s policy of executing prisoners within seven days of doling out a death sentence, make that an impossibility, The Wall Street Journal reported.

Seven days is too short a time to match potential “donated organs” with transplant recipients, but Chinese medical facilities make it a practice to match organ donations with patients for on-demand service. In fact, documented cases show that doctors who ordered backup organs for transplant operations received those organs the next day — an astonishingly quick turnaround given that U.S. patients have to wait anywhere from months to years for a transplant organ to become available.

China also does not execute enough prisoners per year to account for all of the documented organ transplants, despite executing more prisoners than any other country.

China transplants between 60,000 and 100,000 organs in its hospitals each year, according to a 2016 report by former Canadian politician and prosecutor David Kilgour, lawyer David Matas and American journalist Ethan Gutmann entitled “Bloody Harvest/the Slaughter: An Update.” The country executes a few thousand prisoners a year and had only 6,000 official voluntary organ donors in 2018, who were said to have donated over 18,000 organs. China also does not have a history of voluntary organ donation culture, as exemplified by the fact the country only had 34 official donors in 2010.

The 2016 report also noted that the 18,000 transplants in 2018 were “easily surpassed by just a few hospitals,” with the Tianjin First Center, for example, performing over 6,000 transplants a year.

How does China makeup the difference? Researchers concluded that Chinese authorities have been harvesting organs from prisoners of conscience, some of whom are detained in internment camps, without their consent. A 2006 Kilgour–Matas report confirmed that hospitals offered organs from Falun Gong prisoners after they posed as organ buyers and inquired about Falun Gong organs.

Former prisoners have also testified to enduring forced medical procedures in internment camps, including having samples of blood drawn and their test results added to an organ donation database. Dr. Enver Tohti, who formerly served as a surgeon in Xinjiang where Chinese authorities have cracked down on Uighur Muslim communities, also detailed how he was ordered to forcibly harvest organs from a prisoner whose heart was still beating in 1995.

“We had been told to wait behind a hill, and come into the field as soon as we’d hear the gunshot,” he said, according to WSJ. “A moment later there were gunshots. Not one, but many. We rushed into the field. An armed police officer approached us and told me where to go. He led us closer, then pointed to a body, saying, ‘This is the one.’ By then our chief surgeon appeared from nowhere and told me to remove the liver and two kidneys.”

Tohti noted that the man’s wound was not immediately fatal, but removed his organs all the same.

The Independent Tribunal Into Forced Organ Harvesting From Prisoners of Conscience in China is currently investigating myriad claims like those of Tohti and former prisoners.

While the investigation is not yet complete, the tribunal did issue an interim ruling on Dec. 10, saying that those on the tribunal are “certain — unanimously, and sure beyond reasonable doubt — that in China, forced organ harvesting from prisoners of conscience has been practiced for a substantial period of time, involving a very substantial number of victims.”

Maduro Denies Hezbollah Ties, Mocks Pompeo's Charge As "Proven Lies"

One day after US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo claimed Hezbollah was "active" and operating inside of Venezuela, embattled President Nicolas Maduro responded in a televised speech in Caracas slamming Pompeo's allegation which had also hinted at Iranian connections as "lies that have been proven false."

According to Maduro, “Hezbollah is a legal political party within Lebanon’s political life. Hezbollah is primarily a political party, with ministers, deputies, and elected officials.”

“We do not have, nor have we had any political relations with the Hezbollah political party. There are many Lebanese living in Venezuela,” he continued during the Friday statement, as translated by Al-Masdar News journalist Renato Velez. Acknowledging the historic roots of Arab communities in Latin America and Venezuela, he continued, “Long live the Lebanese, Syrian and Palestinian Arab colonies in Venezuela.”

Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey has confirmed what many on the right have been screaming for years — that his platform is no longer neutral when it comes to politics.

Speaking to podcaster Sam Harris on February 5, Dorsey was grilled about the apparent bias against the right on the platform.

“Twitter reliably lands on one side of the political divide,” Harris said while questioning Dorsey about the ban of feminist Megan Murphy for tweeting “Men are not women,” while discussing transgender people. Her comment was not aimed at attacking any user individually.

Harris pointed out that she was banned while Louis Farrakhan’s tweet calling Jewish people “termites” remains on the platform.

“I don’t believe that we can afford to take a neutral stance anymore. I don’t believe that we should optimize for neutrality,” Dorsey responded.

Harris questioned the CEO about why they don’t just follow the First Amendment and ban illegal or violent speech — but allow debate and commentary as long as it is legal speech. Dorsey dodged the question, but claimed that their policies are based on “the spirit of” the First Amendment, Newsbusters reports.

Harris pointed out that while “alt-right” figures get rapidly banned for life, terrorist groups Hezbollah and Hamas are still active on the platform.

Going back to Murphy, Dorsey commented that “the case you brought up. I’m not sure what was behind that, but I certainly don’t believe it was that one tweet.”

“Ultimately, I don’t think we can be this neutral, passive platform anymore,” he said.

When I saw Alice's beautiful family greet her at the prison gates, hugging and kissing and crying and laughing, I knew I did the right thing.

The right hand of one of the Yellow Vest protesters has been blown off by a police grenade, according to an eyewitness, during Saturday's demonstrations in Paris.

RT video agency Ruptly's footage from the scene shows clouds of smoke billowing around the street as protesters and police clash outside the grounds of the National Assembly.

Video captured in the moments surrounding the horrific hand injury show a marked escalation between police and protesters. One police grenade was filmed exploding as protesters approached the device.

Eyewitness Cyprien Royer told RT France that he and the injured man were near the National Assembly, where a group of people dressed in black were trying to smash their way in.

“That guy was just observing. The police arrived and started throwing grenades,” Royer explained. “One grenade flew right under the guy’s feet, and he tried to instinctively push it away with his hand, he hit it, and the grenade went off.”

“He clutched onto us. We led him to the wall where there were no people. He was screaming, screaming, he was in an [awful] state," the witness added. "We called the ‘street medics,’ many came, they didn’t even understand at first he had his hand blown off.”

The Ruptly crew who filmed the horrific aftermath of the blast injury say they rushed over after hearing an explosion, and found the injured protester surrounded by paramedics.

Medics quickly surrounded the injured man to provide emergency treatment before he was rushed to hospital by firefighters.

Trade in Counterfeit Goods and Free Trade Zones finds that exports of counterfeit and pirated goods from a country or economy rise in parallel with the number and size of free trade zones it hosts. Comparing growth in free trade zones, measured by the number of firms and employees in the zone, and customs seizure data from around the world shows that establishing a new free trade zone is associated with a 5.9% rise in the value of counterfeit exports from the host economy.

“This is clear evidence that free trade zones are being used by criminals to traffic fake goods,” said OECD Public Governance Director Marcos Bonturi, launching the joint report with EUIPO Executive Director António Campinos at a meeting of the OECD Task Force on Countering Illicit Trade. “We want this to be a call for action, and we will be working in the months ahead to help free trade zones step up their efforts to stop illicit trade, while at the same time maintaining their role as facilitators of legal trade.”

There are more than 3,500 free trade zones, often located at key ports, in 130 countries or economies in North and South America, the Asia-Pacific region, Europe and Africa, up from just 79 spread across 25 countries or economies in 1975. Initially, Hobson was charged with murder and second-degree abortion by Queens District Attorney Richard Brown. However, the abortion charge has now been rescinded, thanks to Governor Andrew Cuomo’s new Reproductive Health Act.

A witness told the New York Post that Irigoyen was screaming, “He’s got a knife! He’s going to kill the baby!” as Hobson dragged her from her apartment building.

“The defendant is alleged to have shown no mercy and no regard for human life when he repeatedly and purposely plunged a knife into this expectant mother’s abdomen, torso and neck,” Brown said in a statement.

A DA spokeswoman told the New York Post that the abortion charge “was repealed by the Legislature, and this is the law as it exists today.”

The RHA legalized late term abortions beyond 24 weeks to protect the health of the mother and removed abortion from the criminal code.

The Post notes that the New York State Catholic Conference had warned that the new law “removes accountability for those who would harm unborn children outside the context of medical termination of pregnancy.” It is sad that they were proven correct so quickly.

Guaido told AFP he would do “everything that is necessary” in order to “save human lives” – not ruling out the admittedly “controversial subject” of calling on foreign powers, and the United States in particular, to intervene militarily in Venezuela to remove Nicolas Maduro from power.

Opposition leader and parliament speaker Guaido proclaimed himself the only legitimate leader of Venezuela last month, and was immediately backed by Washington and its allies across Latin America and Europe.

Over the last two weeks, the US administration has made it clear that the military option is not off the table if Maduro refuses to voluntarily surrender his power and launch a ‘democratic’ political transition in Venezuela.
